| 1 | 气溶胶与东亚季风相互影响的研究进展显示文摘中国科学院地学部在第33次科学与技术前沿论坛对气溶胶与季风相互作用进行了深入讨论和评估.本文综述了在此次论坛上所报告的国际和中国气溶胶与东亚季风相互作用有关的研究进展.研究表明:(1)东亚季风能影响气溶胶的输送,特别是可以为由气溶胶引起的持续性强雾-霾天气过程的生成和发展提供适宜的大气环流背景场,东亚季风还在季节、年际、年代际等多时间尺度上影响气溶胶的输送和空间分布特征,季风区域的高水汽特征还可能影响气溶胶的光学及辐射效应;(2)已有证据表明气溶胶对于中国部分区域云的物理特征和降水有明显影响,在东南沿海地区,增加气溶胶的含量可能会抑制轻型和中度降水,对强降水可能有强化作用,但是此问题极为复杂,值得深入研究;(3)东亚夏季风活动的年际变化对中国区域气溶胶浓度和空间分布有明显影响,而且近几十年季风的减弱很可能利于区域气溶胶浓度增加.同时期,中国大气污染排放量的显著增加很可能减小了海陆温差和纬向差异,也不利于季风的增强.此外,文章对未来加强季风与气溶胶相互作用的研究给出了部分参考建议,还指出气溶胶对于东亚季风环流影响研究的不确定性. | 吴国雄 李占清 符淙斌 张小曳 ZHANG RenYi 张人禾 周天军 李建平 李剑东 周德刚 武亮 周连童 何编 黄荣辉 | 2015 | 中国科学:地球科学2015,45,11: | 38 |

| 3 | Particle number concentration, size distribution and chemical composition during haze and photochemical smog episodes in Shanghai显示文摘The aerosol number concentration and size distribution as well as size-resolved particle chemical composition were measured during haze and photochemical smog episodes in Shanghai in 2009.The number of haze days accounted for 43%,of which 30%was severe(visibility<2 km)and moderate(2 km≤visibility<3 km)haze,mainly distributed in winter and spring.The mean particle number concentration was about 17,000/cm3in haze,more than 2 times that in clean days.The greatest increase of particle number concentration was in 0.5–1μm and 1–10μm size fractions during haze events,about 17.78times and 8.78 times those of clean days.The largest increase of particle number concentration was within 50–100 nm and 100–200 nm fractions during photochemical smog episodes,about 5.89 times and 4.29 times those of clean days.The particle volume concentration and surface concentration in haze,photochemical smog and clean days were102,49,15μm3/cm3and 949,649,206μm2/cm3,respectively.As haze events got more severe,the number concentration of particles smaller than 50 nm decreased,but the particles of 50–200 nm and 0.5–1μm increased.The diurnal variation of particle number concentration showed a bimodal pattern in haze days.All soluble ions were increased during haze events,of which NH4+,SO42-and NO3-increased greatly,followed by Na+,K+,Ca2+and Cl-.These ions were very different in size-resolved particles during haze and photochemical smog episodes. | Xuemei Wang Jianmin Chen Tiantao Cheng Renyi Zhang Xinming Wang | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9: | 17 |
| 4 | Advances in studying interactions between aerosols and monsoon in China显示文摘Scientific issues relevant to interactions between aerosols and the Asian monsoon climate were discussed and evaluated at the 33 rd 'Forum of Science and Technology Frontiers' sponsored by the Department of Earth Sciences at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Major results are summarized in this paper. The East Asian monsoon directly affects aerosol transport and provides a favorable background circulation for the occurrence and development of persistent fog-haze weather. Spatial features of aerosol transport and distribution are also influenced by the East Asian monsoon on seasonal, inter-annual, and decadal scales. High moisture levels in monsoon regions also affect aerosol optical and radiative properties. Observation analyses indicate that cloud physical properties and precipitation are significantly affected by aerosols in China with aerosols likely suppressing local light and moderate rainfall, and intensifying heavy rainfall in southeast coastal regions. However, the detailed mechanisms behind this pattern still need further exploration. The decadal variation in the East Asian monsoon strongly affects aerosol concentrations and their spatial patterns. The weakening monsoon circulation in recent decades has likely helped to increase regional aerosol concentrations. The substantial increase in Chinese air pollutants has likely decreased the temperature difference between land and sea, which favors intensification of the weakening monsoon circulation. | 8 | Prognostic significance of preoperative Naples prognostic score on short-and long-term outcomes after pancreatoduodenectomy for ampullary carcinoma显示文摘Background:The Naples prognostic score(NPS)is an effective and objective tool to assess the immune-nutritional status of patients with malignant tumors.The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of preoperative NPS on short-and long-term outcomes after pancreatoduodenectomy(PD)for ampullary carcinoma.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 404 consecutive patients with ampullary carcinoma who underwent PD between January 2012 and June 2018.Preoperative NPS was calculated from serum albumin and total cholesterol concentrations,and the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and lymphocyte-monocyte ratio(LMR).Patients were then divided into three groups according to their NPS.Clinicopathological variables,postoperative outcomes,and survival data were compared between the three groups.Univariate and multivariate Cox analysis of overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS)were also conducted,and time-dependent receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were created to evaluate the discriminatory ability of the prognostic scoring systems.Results:Patients with higher NPS had worse prognosis,and significant OS difference(group 0 vs.1,P=0.02;group 1 vs.2,P<0.001;group 0 vs.2,P<0.001)and RFS difference(group 0 vs.1,P=0.088;group 1 vs.2,P<0.001;group 0 vs.2,P<0.001).Multivariate analysis revealed that NPS was an independent significant predictor of OS(grade 2 vs.grade 1 or 0,hazard ratio:3.067;P<0.001)and RFS(grade 2 vs.grade 1 or 0,hazard ratio:2.732;P<0.001).The time-dependent receiver operating curve analysis showed that NPS had better prognostic performance for OS and RFS than other prognostic models.Additionally,significant differences in the incidence of postoperative morbidity were observed between the three groups,and the NPS was an independent risk factor of overall postoperative complications(grade 2 vs.grade 1 or 0,odds ratio:1.692;P=0.02).Conclusions:The NPS was an independent predictor of overall-and RFS in patients undergoing PD for ampullary carcinoma,and was independently associated with the incidence of postoperative complications. | Jikuan Jin Hebin Wang Feng Peng Xiaoxiang Wang Min Wang Feng Zhu Guangbing Xiong Renyi Qin | 2021 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021,10,6: | 5 |

| 15 | Standard pancreatoduodenectomy versus extended pancreatoduodenectomy with modified retroperitoneal nerve resection in patients with pancreatic head cancer:a multicenter randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:The extent of pancreatoduodenectomy for pancreatic head cancer remains controversial,and more high-level clinical evidence is needed.This study aimed to evaluate the outcome of extended pancreatoduodenectomy(EPD)with retroperitoneal nerve resection in pancreatic head cancer.Methods:This multicenter randomized trial was performed at 6 Chinese highvolume hospitals that enrolled patients between October 3,2012,and September 21,2017.Four hundred patients with stage I or II pancreatic head cancer and without specific pancreatic cancer treatments(preoperative chemotherapy or chemoradiation)within three months were randomly assigned to undergo standard pancreatoduodenectomy(SPD)or EPD,with the latter followed by dissection of additional lymph nodes(LNs),nerves and soft tissues 270◦on the right side surrounding the superior mesenteric artery and celiac axis.The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS)by intention-to-treat(ITT).The secondary endpoints were disease-free survival(DFS),mortality,morbidity,and postoperative pain intensity.Results:TheR1 ratewas slightly lower with EPD(8.46%)thanwith SPD(12.56%).The morbidity and mortality rates were similar between the two groups.The median OS was similar in the EPD and SPD groups by ITT in the whole study cohort(23.0 vs.20.2 months,P=0.100),while the median DFS was superior in the EPD group(16.1 vs.13.2 months,P=0.031).Patients with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL had significantly improved OS and DFS with EPD(EPD vs.SPD,30.8 vs.20.9 months,P=0.009;23.4 vs.13.5 months,P<0.001).The EPD group exhibited significantly lower locoregional(16.48%vs.35.20%,P<0.001)andmesenteric LNrecurrence rates(3.98%vs.10.06%,P=0.022).The EPD group exhibited less back pain 6 months postoperation than the SPD group.Conclusions:EPD for pancreatic head cancer did not significantly improve OS,but patients with EPD treatment had significantly improved DFS.In the subgroup analysis,improvements in bothOS and DFS in the EPD armwere observed in patients with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL.EPD could be used as an effective surgical procedure for patients with pancreatic head cancer,especially those with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL. | Qing Lin Shangyou Zheng Xianjun Yu Meifu Chen Yu Zhou Quanbo Zhou Chonghui Hu Jing Gu Zhongdong Xu LinWang Yimin Liu Qingyu Liu MinWang Guolin Li He Cheng Dongkai Zhou Guodong Liu Zhiqiang Fu Yu Long Yixiong Li Weilin Wang Renyi Qin Zhihua Li Rufu Chen | 2023 | Cancer Communications2023,43,2: | 3 |

Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,located in the high mountain and gorge area along Jinsha River,is one of the key counties of poverty alleviation and development with a wide range of poverty and a deep degree of poverty. The incidence of poverty is 22. 21%. Housing security is the focus,difficulty and emphasis of poverty alleviation in this county,the number of dilapidated houses is large,the type is complex,the transformation is difficult,and the implementation cost is high.Since the beginning of 2017,Luquan County has faced difficulties,explored in depth,pioneered and innovated,and completed the renovation of 54 801 dilapidated houses in an all-round way. It created a road full of characteristics and effectiveness of rural dilapidated housing transformation,and explored a set of effective scientific identification and accurate transformation models for rural dilapidated housing worthy of reference and promotion. Successful renovation of dilapidated houses,combined with industrial poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,health poverty alleviation and other accurate poverty alleviation measures,have made Luquan County win a decisive victory in the fight against poverty. By the end of December 2018,the incidence of poverty in the county had dropped to 0. 54%,and 115 poor villages( including 83 extremely poor villages) had successfully shaken off poverty. | 18 | Phytolith carbon sequestration in bamboos of different ecotypes:a case study in China显示文摘Occlusion of carbon(C) within phytoliths(Phyt OC) is becoming one of the most promising terrestrial C sequestration mechanisms. This study explored the production of Phyt OC within 35 bamboo species belonging to three ecotypes using methods of microwave digestion. The aim of this study is to explore the present and potential C sequestration rate within phytoliths of bamboo species from three ecotypes. Phyt OC content in bamboos of three ecotypes ranges from 0.07 % to 0.42 %. The mean Phyt OC production flux decreases as: clustered bamboo(0.050 ±0.016 t CO2ha-1a-1) & mixed bamboo(0.049 ± 0.016 t CO2ha-1a-1) [ scattered bamboo(0.038 ± 0.020 t CO2ha-1a-1). The phytolith carbon sequestration in Chinese bamboo is estimated to be 0.293 ± 0.127 Tg(1 Tg =1012g) CO2a-1; approximately 75 %, 3 %, and 22 % of which is contributed from scattered, mixed and clustered bamboo, respectively. Taking the Phyt OC production flux of 0.18 ± 0.12 t CO2ha-1a-1and current annual area increasing rate of 3 %, global bamboo phytoliths wouldsequester 11.9 ± 7.9 Tg CO2a-1by 2050.
