1Iron-based oxygen carriers in chemical looping conversions:A review显示文摘A solid oxygen carrier is usually applied in a chemical looping conversion process to transfer oxygen from the gaseous oxygen source to the fuel,which can avoid the direct contact of these two reactants and hence decrease the energy penalty of separation.Among the solid oxygen carriers,iron-based oxygen carrier is an attractive option due to its inherent properties of low cost and environmentally-friendly.Several processes such as chemical looping combustion(CLC),chemical looping gasification(CLG),chemical looping reforming(CLR),and chemical looping hydrogen generation(CLHG)have been proposed and investigated based on the iron-based oxygen carrier.In this review,the relevant researches on the iron-based oxygen carrier are summarized,which include the characteristics of iron oxides,the preparations of the iron-based oxygen carrier based on the iron ores and some other low-cost iron contained materials,and their applications in the continuous operated chemical looping conversion processes.It is expected to provide a better understanding for the development and utilization of iron-based oxygen carrier in the practical chemical looping processes.Zhongliang Yu Yanyan Yang Song Yang Qian Zhang Jiantao Zhao Yitian Fang Xiaogang Hao Guoqing Guan 2019Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,1:9

4Fabrication of poly(vinylidene fluoride) membrane via thermally induced phase separation using ionic liquid as green diluent显示文摘Ionic liquid(IL),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([BMIM]PF6)as a new and environmentally friendly diluent was introduced to prepare poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)membranes via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS).Phase diagram of PVDF/[BMIM]PF6 was measured.The effects of polymer concentration and quenching temperature on the morphologies,properties,and performances of the PVDF membranes were investigated.When the polymer concentration was 15 wt%,the pure water flux of the fabricated membrane was up to nearly 2000 L·m-2·h-1,along with adequate mechanical strength.With the increasing of PVDF concentration and quenching temperature,mean pore size and water permeability of the membrane decreased.SEM results showed that PVDF membranes manufactured by ionic liquid(BMIm PF6)presented spherulite structure.And the PVDF membranes were represented asβphase by XRD and FTIR characterization.It provides a new way to prepare PVDF membranes with piezoelectric properties.Xiaozu Wang Xiaogang Li Juan Yue Yangming Cheng Ke Xu Qian Wang Fan Fan Zhaohui Wang Zhaoliang Cui 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,5:4
5Poor outcomes of immunoglobulin D multiple myeloma patients in the era of novel agents:a single-center experience显示文摘Dear Editor, Multiple myeloma (MM) is a disease characterized by the clonal expansion of malignant plasma cells in the marrow, leading to anemia, hypercalcemia, bone lesion, and renal dysfunction [1]. Immunoglobulin D (IgD) myeloma is a rare subtype of MM, accounting for approximately 1% to 2% of all MM patients [2]. 6N-doped coaxial CNTs@a-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers as anode material for high performance lithium ion battery显示文摘N-doped coaxial CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers have been successfully synthesized according to a facile solvothermal/hydrothermal method.The obtained CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers composites exhibited special three-dimensional(3-D)network structure,which endows they promising candidate for anode materials of lithium ion battery.The coaxial property of CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers could significantly improve the cycling and rate performance owing to the acceleration of charge/electron transfer,improvement of conductivity,maintaining of structural integrity and inhibiting the aggregation.Theα-Fe_2O_3nanoparticles with small size and high percentage of N-doped amount could further improve the electrochemical performance.As for the CNT@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers,the capacity presented a high value of1255.4 mAh/g at 0.1 C,and retained at 1213.4 mAh/g after 60 cycles.Even at high rate of 5 C,the capacity still exhibited as high as 319 mAh/g.The results indicated that the synthesized N-doped coaxial CNTs@α-Fe_2O_3@C nanofibers exhibited high cycling and rate performance.Peng Huang Wei Tao Haixia Wu Xiaogang Li Ting Yin Qian Zhang Wen Qi Guo Gao Daxiang Cui 2018Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5:2

10In-situ formation of Li_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O coating layer through defect controlling for high performance Li-rich manganese-based cathode material显示文摘Li-rich layered oxide of Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.6)Ni_(0.2)O_(2)(LMNO)with a considerable specific capacity and higher voltage is regarded as a kind of promising cathode material.However,it suffers from transition metal ion dissolution and oxygen escape that leads to rapid capacity decay.In addition,the poor lithium-ion diffusion kinetics gives rise to unsatisfied rate performance.Herein,a stable layer of Li_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O(LMO)out of LMNO is in-situ constructed through acetic passivation and following calcination process.The generated defect structure in the composite material exhibits fast ion diffusion kinetics and the produced LMO layer can stabilize the substructure,resulting in elevated cycling stability and rate performance.In specific,the LMNO@LMO material exhibits a high initial coulombic efficiency of 80.3%and remarkable capacity retention of 80.7%after 200 cycles at 1 C.Besides,the composite material reveals prominent rate performance that delivers discharge capacities of 158 and 131 m Ah g^(-1) at 5 and 10 C,respectively.At last,this study presents a new approach to optimizing the Li-rich cathode materials.Aipeng Zhu Qin Wang Yin Zhang Yueyin Zhang Xiaogang He Kaipeng Wu Hao Wu Qian Wang Wenlong Cai Yun Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:1

14Efficient dechlorination of chlorinated solvent pollutants under UV irradiation by using the synthesized TiO_2 nano-sheets in aqueous phase显示文摘Titanium dioxide(TiO2), which is the widely used photo-catalyst, has been synthesized by simple hydrothermal solution containing tetrabutyl titanate and hydrofluoric acid. The synthesized product has been applied to photo-degradation in aqueous phase of chlorinated solvents, namely tetrachloroethene(PCE), trichloroethene(TCE) and 1,1,1-trichloroethane(TCA). The photo-degradation results revealed that the degradation of these harmful chemicals was better in UV/synthesized TiO2 system compared to UV/commercial P25 system and UV only system. The photo-catalytic efficiency of the synthesized TiO2 was 1.4, 1.8 and 3.0 folds higher compared to the commercial P25 for TCA, TCE and PCE degradation, respectively. Moreover, using nitrobenzene(NB) as a probe of hydroxyl radical(.OH), the degradation rate was better over UV/synthesized TiO2, suggesting the high concentration of.OH generated in UV/synthesized TiO2system. In addition,.OH concentration was confirmed by the strong peak displayed in EPR analysis over UV/synthesized TiO2system. The characterization result using XRD and TEM showed that the synthesized TiO2 was in anatase form and consisted of well-defined sheet-shaped structures having a rectangular outline with a thickness of 4 nm, side length of 50 nm and width of 33 nm and a surface 90.3 m2/g. XPS analysis revealed that ≡Ti-F bond was formed on the surface of the synthesized TiO2. 15Mill scale structure and damp heat corrosion performance of four 510L hot-rolled strips显示文摘In this study,the matrix structure,state and composition of the mill scales of four typical domestically made 510L hot-rolled strips were observed and analyzed by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion behavior of the steels with and without mill scales were investigated by means of hot-humid corrosion tests under the condition of relative humidity(RH) of 95% at 50℃ and 70℃,respectively.The results show that the matrix structures,state,composition and thickness of mill scales vary in the strips.The rusting starting time of the specimens with scales is generally a bit longer than that of the specimens without scales,but their corrosion mass-gain is higher.For these two kinds of specimens,their corrosion rate increases significantly with the increase of temperature.The rusting behavior of the 510L strips produced by various plants is different due to the variations of hot-rolling processes and designed chemical compositions.Various relevant aspects should be taken into account in the evaluation of the corrosion behavior of hot-rolled strips.QI Huibin WANG Wei QIAN Yuhai DONG Chaofang LI Xiaogang 2011Baosteel Technical Research2011,5,2:0
16Simulation of gas-solids heat transfer in cyclone pyrolyzer using CFD-DEM model显示文摘Fast heat transfer in the pyrolyzer can increase the yield of pyrolysis gas and tar,and improve the quality of tar.Compared with the downer pyrolyzer,the cyclone pyrolyzer can simultaneously achieve high solids holdup and violent turbulence,and correspondingly faster heat transfer.In this work,the heat transfer behavior in the cyclone pyrolyzer is specifically studied using the computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method.The simulation results reveal that the gas-solids heat convection contributes mainly to the heat transfer process,and the heat radiation and conduction are relatively small and almost negligible,respectively.Compared with the downer pyrolyzer under the same operating conditions,the heating rate is significantly increased in the cyclone pyrolyzer.By analyzing the flow characteristics in the cyclone pyrolyzer,it is found that the region of high convective heat transfer rate coincides with that of natural cyclone length.Additionally,the final coal temperature increases with the increase of gas velocity and exists a maximum value.These results can offer some qualitative understanding of the heat transfer behavior in the cyclone pyrolyzer.Nan Zhang Xueer Pan Jingxuan Yang Qian Liu Wenhao Lian Xiao Du Zhonglin Zhang Xiaogang Hao Guoqing Guan 2024Particuology2024,85,2:0
17Optimizing the growth and N status of containerized Australian Blackwood(Acacia melanoxylon)seedlings with exponential nitrogen loading显示文摘Exponential nitrogen(N) loading approach has been used to optimize seedling growth in container seedling production. However, the response of seedling growth to N loading and optimal N loading rates are species-dependent. There is a lack of information on optimal N loading in container production of Australian Blackwood(Acacia melanoxylon) seedlings. In this study, 7 exponential N loading at rates of 0, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, and 600 mg N seedling-1, respectively, were applied at the week 3, 6, 9, 12 and 14 after transplanting to determine optimal loading approach based on seedling height, root collar diameter(RCD), biomass accumulation and N uptake in tissue-cultured Australian Blackwood(A. melanoxylon) seedlings. Seedlings did not respond to N loading 3 wk after transplanting, then the accumulative addition of N loading for improved RCD and seedling height was 12.99 and 28.02 mg N seedlings-1 in the 100 N and 400 N treatment 6 wk after transplanting, respectively, and on 9 and 12 wk, that for improved seedling growth was 63.64 and 400 mg N seedling-1 in the 200 N and 400 N treatment, respectively. Vector diagnosis of final biomass and N status indicated that the dose of 100 and 400 mg N seedling-1 was characterized to be 'deficient' and 'optimum' dose of exponential N loading for Blackwood seedlings. 19Water molecules bonded to the carboxylate groups at the inorganic-organic interface of an inorganic nanocrystal coated with alkanoate ligands显示文摘High-quality colloidal nanocrystals are commonly synthesized in hydrocarbon solvents with alkanoates as the most common organic ligand.Water molecules with an approximately equal number of surface alkanoate ligands are identified at the inorganic-organic interface for all types of colloidal nanocrystals studied,and investigated quantitatively using CdSe nanocrystals as the model system.Carboxylate ligands are coordinated to the surface metal ions and the first monolayer of water molecules is found to bond to the carboxylate groups of alkanoate ligands through hydrogen bonds.Additional monolayer(s)of water molecules can further be adsorbed through hydrogen bonds to the first monolayer of water molecules.The nearly ideal environment for hydrogen bonding at the inorganic-organic interface of alkanoate-coated nanocrystals helps to rapidly and stably enrich the interface-bonded water molecules,most of which are difficult to remove through vacuum treatment,thermal annealing and chemical drying.The water-enriched structure of the inorganic-organic interface of high-quality colloidal nanocrystals must be taken into account in order to understand the synthesis,processing and properties of these novel materials.Jiongzhao Li Weicheng Cao Yufei Shu Haibing Zhang Xudong Qian Xueqian Kong Linjun Wang Xiaogang Peng 2022National Science Review2022,9,2:0
