1汉语第三人称回指语形式眼动阅读实验显示文摘回指是篇章连贯的主要手段之一,受多种因素影响。前人文献较少关注回指语形式对回指的影响,而这正是汉语篇章的特色之一。本文运用眼动实验的范式考察汉语母语者阅读理解第三人称回指语形式(第三人称代词或零形式)的差异,包括认知加工时间的长短以及是否影响回指对象的判定,并对比相关语言学研究,旨在揭示汉语母语者理解篇章回指的机制。实验发现:1)汉语母语者阅读话题接续的篇章时,零形式快于代词;而阅读话题转换的篇章时,代词快于零形式。可见母语者对篇章连贯性和回指语形式之间的对应关系非常敏感,篇章连贯性和回指语形式之间有相互作用。2)不管是零形式还是代词,母语者都倾向认为其回指主语,即回指语形式不影响回指对象的判定,但读者会根据篇章的展开理解并修正对回指的判断,证明篇章回指的理解是一个动态的调整过程。李榕 Pim MAK Ted SANDERS 2016中国语文2016,,1:10

4Validation study of postoperative liver failure and mortality risk scores after liver resection for perihilar cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Surgery for perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(PHCC)remains a challenging procedure with high morbidity and mortality.The Academic Medical Center(Amsterdam UMC)and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center proposed a postoperative mortality risk score(POMRS)and post-hepatectomy liver failure score(PHLFS)to predict patient outcomes.This study aimed to validate the POMRS and PHLFS for PHCC patients at Hokkaido University.Methods:Medical records of 260 consecutive PHCC patients who had undergone major hepatectomy with extrahepatic bile duct resection without pancreaticoduodenectomy at Hokkaido University between March 2001 and November 2018 were evaluated to validate the PHLFS and POMRS.Results:The observed risks for PHLF were 13.7%,24.5%,and 39.8%for the low-risk,intermediate-risk,and high-risk groups,respectively,in the study cohort.A receiver-operator characteristic(ROC)analysis revealed that the PHLFS had moderate predictive value,with an analysis under the curve(AUC)value of 0.62.Mortality rates based on the POMRS were 1.7%,5%,and 5.1%for the low-risk,intermediate-risk,and high-risk groups,respectively.The ROC analysis demonstrated an AUC value of 0.58.Conclusions:This external validation study showed that for PHLFS the threshold for discrimination in an Eastern cohort was reached(AUC>0.6),but it would require optimization of the model before use in clinical practice is acceptable.The POMRS were not applicable in the eastern cohort.Further external validation is recommended.Takehiro Noji Satoko Uemura Jimme KWiggers Kimitaka Tanaka Yoshitsugu Nakanishi Toshimichi Asano Toru Nakamura Takahiro Tsuchikawa Keisuke Okamura Pim BOlthof William RJarnagin Thomas Mvan Gulik Satoshi Hirano 2022Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,3:2

6Influence of Organo-Metal Interactions on Regeneration of Exhausted Clay Mineral Sorbents in Soil Columns Loaded with Heavy Metals显示文摘Natural clay minerals can play an important role in crude remediation of wastewater polluted with the heavy metals(HMs) Cu, Zn and Ni. The presence and timing of addition of natural dissolved organic matter(DOM) have a significant effect on the HM removal by clay mineral sorbents. However, the influence of the presence of DOM on the remediation of the used clay mineral sorbents once saturated with HMs is largely unknown. To resolve this, clay mineral-rich soil column of varying composition, loaded(i) with Cu, Zn and Ni only,(ii) first with DOM followed by Cu, Zn and Ni, or(iii) with DOM, Cu, Zn and Ni simultaneously, was used in a set of desorption experiments. The soil columns were leached with 0.001 mol L^(-1)CaCl_2 dissolved in water as control eluent and 0.001 mol L^(-1)CaCl_2 dissolved in DOM as treatment eluent. During the preceding loading phase of the sorbent, the timing of DOM addition(sequential or concurrent with HMs) was found to have a significant influence on the subsequent removal of the HMs. In particular when the column was loaded with DOM and HMs simultaneously, largely irreversible co-precipitation took place. Our results indicate that the regeneration potential of clay mineral sorbents in wastewater treatment will be significantly reduced when the treated water is rich in DOM. 10Post-hepatectomy liver regeneration in the context of bile acid homeostasis and the gut-liver signaling axis显示文摘Background:Liver regeneration following partial hepatectomy(PHx)is a complicated process involving multiple organs and several types of signaling networks.The bile acid-activated metabolic pathways occupy an auxiliary yet important chapter in the entire biochemical story.PHx is characterized by rapid but transient bile acid overload in the liver,which constitutes the first wave of proliferative signaling in the remnant hepatocytes.Bile acids trigger hepatocyte proliferation through activation of several nuclear receptors.Following biliary passage into the intestines,enterocytes reabsorb the bile acids,which results in the activation of farnesoid X receptor(FXR),the consequent excretion of fibroblast growth factor(FGF)19/FGF15,and its release into the enterohepatic circulation.FGF19/FGF15 subsequently binds to its cognate receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor 4(FGFR4)complexed withβ-klotho,on the hepatocyte membrane,which initiates the second wave of proliferative signaling.Because some bile acids are toxic,the remnant hepatocytes must resolve the potentially detrimental state of bile acid excess.Therefore,the hepatocytes orchestrate a bile acid detoxification and elimination response as a protective mechanism in concurrence with the proliferative signaling.The response in part results in the excretion of(biotransformed)bile acids into the canalicular system,causing the bile acids to end up in the intestines.Relevance for patients:Recently,FXR agonists have been shown to promote regeneration via the gut-liver axis.This type of pharmacological intervention may prove beneficial for patients with hepatobiliary tumors undergoing PHx.In light of these developments,the review provides an in-depth account of the pathways that underlie post-PHx liver regeneration in the context of bile acid homeostasis in the liver and the gut-liver signaling axis.Lianne de Haan Sarah Jvan der Lely Anne-Loes K.Warps Quincy Hofsink Pim B.Olthof Mark J.de Keijzer Daniel A.Lionarons Lionel Mendes-Dias Bote G.Bruinsma Korkut Uygun Hartmut Jaeschke Geoffrey C.Farrell Narci Teoh Rowan Fvan Golen Tiangang Li Michal Heger 2018Journal of Clinical & Translational Research2018,4,1:2
