| 1 | 基于氢氧基平面激光诱导荧光法的稀释燃烧机理实验研究显示文摘为探讨反应物预热温度和稀释率对稀释燃烧机理的影响,该文以氮气稀释的甲烷–空气对冲扩散火焰为研究对象,采用氢氧基平面激光诱导荧光法(hydroxy radical planar laser induced fluorescence,OH-PLIF)进行实验研究。以OH基反应区厚度表征火焰厚度,实验结果表明,在反应物预热温度较低情况下,当预热温度一定时火焰厚度随反应物稀释率增大(或者浓度减小)而减小,当反应物稀释率一定时火焰厚度随预热温度升高而增大。但进一步分析表明,在反应物预热温度足够高时,火焰厚度将随反应物稀释率增加而增大。根据预热对化学反应速度的增大与稀释对化学反应速度的减小的共同作用,从火焰厚度随反应物预热温度与稀释率的变化情况可推断,在低预热温度稀释燃烧过程中,预热温度是影响火焰结构的主要因素;在预热温度足够高的稀释燃烧过程中,稀释率是火焰结构的主要影响因素,此时由于稀释引起化学反应速度大大降低,因此火焰厚度或体积显著增大。 | 刘玉英 Jean-Michel Most Philippe Bauer | 2008 | 中国电机工程学报2008,28,32: | 6 |

| 6 | High rate of complete histopathological response in hepatocellular carcinoma patients after combined transarterial chemoembolization and stereotactic body radiation therapy显示文摘BACKGROUND Liver transplantation(LT)presents a curative treatment option in patients with early stage hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)who are not eligible for resection or ablation therapy.Due to a risk of up 30%for waitlist drop-out upon tumor progression,bridging therapies are used to halt tumor growth.Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and less commonly stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)or a combination of TACE and SBRT,are used as bridging therapies in LT.However,it remains unclear if one of those treatment options is superior.The analysis of explant livers after transplantation provides the unique opportunity to investigate treatment response by histopathology.AIM To analyze histopathological response to a combination of TACE and SBRT in HCC in comparison to TACE or SBRT alone.METHODS In this multicenter retrospective study,27 patients who received liver transplantation for HCC were analyzed.Patients received either TACE or SBRT alone,or a combination of TACE and SBRT as bridging therapy to liver transplantation.Liver explants of all patients who received at least one TACE and/or SBRT were analyzed for the presence of residual vital tumor tissue by histopathology to assess differences in treatment response to bridging therapies.Statistical analysis was performed using Fisher-Freeman-Halton exact test,Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney-U tests.RESULTS Fourteen patients received TACE only,four patients SBRT only,and nine patients a combination therapy of TACE and SBRT.There were no significant differences between groups regarding age,sex,etiology of underlying liver disease or number and size of tumor lesions.Strikingly,analysis of liver explants revealed that almost all patients in the TACE and SBRT combination group(8/9,89%)showed no residual vital tumor tissue by histopathology,whereas TACE or SBRT alone resulted in significantly lower rates of complete histopathological response(0/14,0%and 1/4,25%,respectively,P value<0.001).CONCLUSION Our data suggests that a combination of TACE and SBRT increases the rate of complete histopathological response compared to TACE or SBRT alone in bridging to liver transplantation. | Ulrike Bauer Sabine Gerum Falk Roeder Stefan Münch Stephanie E Combs Alexander B Philipp Enrico N De Toni Martha M Kirstein Arndt Vogel Carolin Mogler Bernhard Haller Jens Neumann Rickmer F Braren Marcus R Makowski Philipp Paprottka Markus Guba Fabian Geisler Roland M Schmid Andreas Umgelter Ursula Ehmer | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,24: | 1 |

| 16 | Reaction zone characterization of counter-flow diffusion flame with diluted and preheated reactants显示文摘Reaction zone characteristics were studied using hydroxy radical planar laser-induced fluorescence (OH-PLIF) technique for a counter-flow preheated (CH4+N2)/(Air+N2) diluted diffusion flames. The effects of preheat temperature and dilute ratio on the reaction zone characteristics were investigated by demonstrating the OH intensity distribution and reaction zone thickness from OH-PLIF images. Under the experimental conditions of constant cold flow velocity, the results show that the OH intensity and reaction zone thickness decrease with the increase of dilute ratio at constant preheat temperature and increase with preheat temperature at fixed dilute ratio. The OH maximum intensity shifts towards the 'lean' side of counter flow at constant preheat temperature, and it shifts towards the fuel side with the increase of dilute ratio of fuel stream and towards the oxidizer side with the increase of dilute ratio of oxidizer stream respectively. The feasibility of OH as a reaction zone marker in this diluted combustion is verified further. The variation of diffusion and chemical reaction rate of reactants due to preheat and dilution contributes to the reaction zone characteristics simultaneously. | 18 | Endoscopic ultrasound-fine needle biopsies of pancreatic lesions: Prospective study of histology quality using Franseen needle显示文摘BACKGROUND The introduction of fine needle biopsies(FNB)to clinical practice presents a changing trend towards histology in the endoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acquisition(EUS-TA).AIM To evaluate the clinical performance of a new FNB needle,the 22-gauge(22G)Franseen needle,when sampling pancreatic solid lesions.METHODS Consecutive patients with an indication for EUS-TA for the assessment of pancreatic solid lesions were included in this prospective,single-center,singlearm trial.Each patient underwent a puncture of the lesion two times using the 22G Franseen needle and the obtained samples were directly placed into formalin for histological analysis.The primary study endpoint was the rate of high-quality obtained specimen.Secondary endpoints included the length and diameter of the core specimen,the diagnostic accuracy and the complication rate.RESULTS From June 2017 to December 2018,forty patients with pancreatic solid lesions(22 females;mean age 67.2 years)were enrolled.Tissue acquisition was achieved in all cases.High-quality histology,rated with Payne score 3,was obtained in 37/40 cases(92.5%)after two needle passes.The mean size of the acquired histological core tissue was 1.54 mm×0.39 mm.The diagnostic accuracy for the correct diagnosis was 85%(34/40).Only one adverse event was occurred,consisting of a self-limiting bleeding in the puncture site.CONCLUSION The 22G Franseen needle achieved according to our standardized protocol a high rate of histological core procurement,and a high diagnostic accuracy,with one minor adverse event reported. | Petros Stathopoulos Anika Pehl Lutz Philipp Breitling Christian Bauer Tobias Grote Thomas Mathias Gress Carsten Denkert Ulrike Walburga Denzer | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,37: | 0 |
