| 3 | High-fidelity image reconstruction for compressed ultrafast photography via an augmented-Lagrangian and deep-learning hybrid algorithm显示文摘Compressed ultrafast photography(CUP) is the fastest single-shot passive ultrafast optical imaging technique,which has shown to be a powerful tool in recording self-luminous or non-repeatable ultrafast phenomena.However, the low fidelity of image reconstruction based on the conventional augmented-Lagrangian(AL)and two-step iterative shrinkage/thresholding(Tw IST) algorithms greatly prevents practical applications of CUP, especially for those ultrafast phenomena that need high spatial resolution. Here, we develop a novel AL and deep-learning(DL) hybrid(i.e., AL+DL) algorithm to realize high-fidelity image reconstruction for CUP. The AL+DL algorithm not only optimizes the sparse domain and relevant iteration parameters via learning the dataset but also simplifies the mathematical architecture, so it greatly improves the image reconstruction accuracy. Our theoretical simulation and experimental results validate the superior performance of the AL+DL algorithm in image fidelity over conventional AL and Tw IST algorithms, where the peak signalto-noise ratio and structural similarity index can be increased at least by 4 d B(9 d B) and 0.1(0.05) for a complex(simple) dynamic scene, respectively. | 6 | 多西紫杉醇和卡铂联合治疗上皮性卵巢癌、原发性腹膜癌和输卵管癌的荟萃分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to compare the efficacies and safeties of the combination of docetaxelcarboplatin with the combination of non docetaxel-carboplatin as first-line chemotherapy for advanced epithelial ovarian,primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancers.Methods:Relevant articles were identified from MEDLINE(1993-2010),EMBASE(1980-2010),MEDION,the Cochrane library,Science Citation Index Expanded databases,hand searching of reference lists from primary articles and reviews,conference abstracts and contact with experts in the field.The review included 5 relevant primary studies(1430 women).Data was extracted for study characteristics and quality.Bivariate random-effect model metaanalysis was used to estimate diagnostic accuracy of the various index tests.A quantitative meta-analysis was carried out by two reviewers based on the inclusion criteria from all available studies.Results:The frequency of the subgroup analysis of toxicity showed that toxicity action of combination of docetaxel-carboplatin was more severe than that of non docetaxelcarboplatin group(OR = 1.33,95% CI = 1.13-1.56,P = 0.0005),whereas that of clinical responses was equivalent in comparison combination of docetaxel-carboplatin with combination of paclitaxel-carboplatin or docetaxel-cisplatin(OR = 1.0,95% CI = 0.87-1.16,P = 0.95).There were heterogeneity(χ2 = 79.36,P < 0.00001) and inconsistency(83.6%) in toxicity analysis among the trials,while neither heterogeneity(χ2 = 3.21,P = 0.99) nor inconsistency(I2 = 0%) in clinical responses among the trials.Conclusion:The safety of combination of docetaxel-carboplatin is less than that of combination of paclitaxelcarboplatin or docetaxel-cisplatin.However,the clinical responses of combination of docetaxel-carboplatin are comparable with combination of paclitaxel-carboplatin or docetaxel-cisplatin. | Hongxiao Chen Yang Rao Pengpeng Qu | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,8: | 1 |

| 8 | Transformation of microstructure and phase of disodium guanosine 5′-monophosphate: Thermodynamic perspectives显示文摘Microstructure and phase transformation of disodium guanosine 5′-monophosphate(5′-GMPNa_2) are extremely important for controlling the process and understanding the mechanism of crystallization. In this work, the thermodynamic properties of polymorphous 5′-GMPNa_2 especially the solubility were studied, the solubility results show that 5′-GMPNa_2 is more soluble in ethanol–water(E–W) than in isopropanol–water(I–W). The amorphous form of 5′-GMPNa_2 is more soluble than the crystalline form at the same mole fraction and temperature. Meanwhile, the crystalline forms and morphologies of the residual solids were characterized by PXRD and SEM. The results indicate that solid forms of 5′-GMPNa_2 transformed spontaneously from amorphous to crystalline when the ethanol proportion is ≥20%. In addition, increasing the pH facilitates the dissolution of 5′-GMPNa_2 and helps to maintain the crystalline form. The associated Gibbs free energy values were calculated to verify the trend of transformation from amorphous to crystalline 5′-GMPNa_2. | 18 | Identification of a sensor histidine kinase (BfcK) controlling biofilm formation in Clostridium acetobutylicum显示文摘Clostridium acetobutylicum has been extensively exploited to produce biofuels and solvents and its biofilm could dramatically improve the productivities.However,genetic control of C.acetobutylicum biofilm has not been dissected so far.Here,to identify potential genes controlling C.acetobutylicum biofilm formation,over 40 gene candidates associated with extracellular matrix,cell surface,cell signaling or gene transcription,were tried to be disrupted to examine their individual impact.A total of 25 disruptants were finally obtained over years of attempts,for which biofilm and relevant phenotypes were characterized.Most of these disruptants formed robust biofilm still,or suffered both growth and biofilm defect.Only a strain with a disrupted histidine kinase gene(CA_C2730,designated bfcK in this study)abolished biofilm formation without impairing cell growth or solvent production.Further analysis revealed that bfcK could control flagellar biogenesis and cell motility at protein levels.The bfcK also appeared to repress the phosphorylation of a serine/threonine protein kinase(encoded by CA_C0404)that might negatively regulate biofilm formation.Based on these findings,possible bfcK-mediated mechanisms for biofilm formation were proposed.This is a big step toward understanding the biofilm formation in C.acetobutylicum and will help further engineering of its biofilm-based industrial processes. | Dong Liu Shikai Ge Zhenyu Wang Mengting Li Wei Zhuang Pengpeng Yang Yong Chen Hanjie Ying | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,6: | 0 |

| 20 | Presence of multiple abnormal immunologic markers is an independent prognostic factor of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma显示文摘Autoimmune diseases (ADs) increase the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and contribute to poor prognosis of patients. However, the association between immunologic markers and clinical outcome has rarely been investigated. This study aims to analyze the prognostic value of pretreatment immunologic markers in newly diagnosed patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). We retrospectively reviewed the data on 502 patients with DLBCL treated in our institution from January 2013 to March 2018. Survival functions were estimated using Kaplan Meier method and Cox regression model. The 3-year progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) rates were 70.2% and 80.9%, respectively, and the complete remission (CR) rate was 78.1%. Among the patients, those with multiple (≥3) abnormal immunologic markers had significantly shorter 3-year PFS (52.7% vs. 77.3%, P < 0.001) and OS (68.5% vs. 85.8%, P=0.001) than those without multiple abnormal immunologic markers.Multivariate analysis revealed that the presence of multiple abnormal immunologic markers and the elevated serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase were the independent adverse prognostic factors for PFS (P= 0.008, P < 0.001) and OS (P = 0.003, P < 0.001). Meanwhile, advanced Ann Arbor stage was an independent adverse prognostic factor for PFS (P= 0.001) and age > 60 years for OS (P= 0.014).
