1氟胺氰菊酯的定性定量分析显示文摘氟胺氰菊酯是一种用于蜜蜂的高效杀螨剂。从 2 0 %商品氟胺氰菊酯粉剂中通过硅胶柱层析分离得到了 96 .6 %的纯品并用FTIR和GC MS进行定性定量测定。采用GC MS定量分析的方法 ,氟胺氰菊酯的浓度在 0 .0 5~ 10mg L范围为线性响应 ,最低检测极限为 0 .0 1mg L。采用R(- )N 3 ,5 二硝基苯甲酰 苯基甘氨酸和长链烃的硅胶微粒手性柱 ,可成功地分离氟胺氰菊酯的二种旋光异构体 ,它们在商品氟胺氰菊酯中的比例近似为冯建跃 陈关喜 吴清洲 刘清 徐秀珠 胡耿源 Pavol Kois Alexander Perjessy 2001分析化学2001,29,11:7
2斯洛伐克104份冬小麦种质资源农艺性状的分析及评价显示文摘为丰富我国冬小麦遗传多样性,为其遗传改良提供物质保障,对引进的104份斯洛伐克冬小麦种质资源的株高、株穗数、穗长、小穗数、穗粒数和千粒质量等主要农艺性状进行了调查分析。研究结果表明:引进的资源主要表现为株高偏高、穗子较大、千粒质量偏低的特点,且株高、穗长与千粒质量三性状均与对照品种存在极显著差异;6个性状变异系数幅度为0.08~0.37,变异系数的顺序为株穗数〉株高=主茎穗粒数〉千粒质量〉穗长〉小穗数,表现了丰富的遗传多样性;64份冬性种质与40份春性种质的千粒质量差异达到极显著水平,株高和主茎穗粒数差异达到0.05显著水平,株穗数、穗长和小穗数差异不显著;株高与株穗数、株高与穗长、穗长与小穗数、穗长与穗粒数、小穗数与穗粒数呈极显著正相关,穗长与千粒质量、穗粒数与千粒质量呈显著正相关;聚类分析将104份种质分为4类;筛选出综合农艺性状优良的种质3份,可直接作为亲本材料应用于黄淮冬麦区的小麦遗传改良研究。赵明辉 李会敏 孟祥海 乔文臣 赵凤梧 Daniela Benedikova Pavol Hauptvogel Edita Gregova 2014华北农学报2014,29,B12:4
3Coordination Control of Power Flow Controller and Hybrid DC Circuit Breaker in MVDC Distribution Networks显示文摘The two main challenges of medium voltage direct current(MVDC)distribution network are the flexible control of power flow(PF)and fault protection.In this paper,the power flow controller(PFC)is introduced to regulate the PF and inhibit the fault current during the DC fault.The coordination strategy of series-parallel PFC(SP-PFC)and hybrid DC circuit breaker(DCCB)is proposed.By regulating the polarity and magnitude of SP-PFC output voltage during the fault,the rising speed of fault current can be suppressed so as to reduce the breaking current of hybrid DCCB.The access mode of SP-PFC to the MVDC distribution network and its topology are analyzed,and the coordination strategy between SP-PFC and hybrid DCCB is investigated.Moreover,the emergency control and bypass control strategies of SP-PFC are developed.On this basis,the mathematical model of SP-PFC in different fault stages is derived.With the equivalent model of SP-PFC,the fault current of the MVDC distribution network can be calculated accurately.A simulation model of the MVDC distribution network containing SP-PFC is established in MATLAB/Simulink.The fault current calculation result is compared with the simulation result,and the effectiveness of the proposed coordination strategy is verified.Jianquan Liao Niancheng Zhou Zian Qin Pavel Purgat Qianggang Wang Pavol Bauer 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,6:4
4冬小麦杂种优势表现及分析显示文摘用142个普通小麦为亲本配制杂交组合273个,以冬小麦品种石4185为对照,对F1代材料的株高、株穗数、穗长、小穗数、穗粒数和千粒重性状表现进行了分析。结果表明:F1代杂种优势范围为38.7%~124.0%,性状顺序为株穗数>穗粒数>株高>千粒重>穗长>小穗数。千粒重正向杂种优势与负向杂种优势之比为4.39∶1,其次为穗粒数、小穗数、穗长、株穗数和株高。有96.70%的组合千粒重>CK,而小穗数和株穗数的负优势组合数分别占观察总数的71.79%和56.04%。逐步回归分析发现,影响杂种优势的主要因素顺序为株穗数>穗粒数>千粒重>株高,分别达到了极显著和显著水平,决定系数R2=0.99。小麦单一性状杂种优势十分明显,对杂交种开发具有较大的遗传潜力。从应用角度看,株穗数、穗粒数和千粒重均>CK且株高≤CK的组合数仅有14个,只占观察总数的5.13%,比例较小。株穗数、穗粒数、千粒重的正向超标优势分别为64.0%、59.2%和51.8%,位居所有参试性状前3位。在小麦杂交育种中,可根据不同的产量结构如大穗型、大粒型、多穗型进行组合搭配,同时注重显性矮秆基因的利用。李会敏 赵明辉 王广才 赵凤梧 刘冬成 DANIELA Benedikova PAVOL Hauptvogel 2011河北农业科学2011,15,9:3
5Status and outlook of hiking trails in the central part of the Low Tatra Mountains in Slovakia between 1980–1981 and 2013–2014显示文摘This study presents a methodology for assessment of the condition of hiking trails(HTs) and their impact zones in the central part of the Low Tatra mountain range, based on comparison of two complex data sets gathered in 33 years apart. The first field investigation was performed in 1980 and 1981, and the second in 2013 and 2014. The main goal was to perform a landscape typology in order to assess the susceptibility of landscape complexes to occurrence of anthropogenic and natural destruction processes and to assess the condition and prospects of HTs and their impacts on the adjacent alpine environment. Landscape complexes were characterised by selected abiotic, biotic and technical parameters of HTs and their impact zones. Due to the high variability of these parameters over the length of the HTs, we had to decide on how to map them. This was done using a square grid with 100 m-sized cells. For each cell with HT, the parameters were assigned the typical value within that cell. In total, 26.3 km of HT were studied, stretching over 266 grid cells. 6播期和种植密度对冬小麦新品种‘衡6632’产量及其构成因素的影响显示文摘为了明确冬小麦新品种‘衡6632’的高产高效栽培技术措施,为该品种大面积应用提供理论依据,进行了不同播期和种植密度对该品种产量及其构成因素影响的研究。试验采用裂区设计,设5个播期和6个种植密度处理,于2014—2015年在河北省深州市护驾迟镇旱作节水试验站进行试验。结果表明:(1)播期对单位面积穗数、千粒重及产量有显著影响,但对穗粒数影响不显著;种植密度对产量及其构成因素均有显著影响。(2)产量随着播期的推迟和种植密度增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势。在一定范围内,‘衡6632’单位面积穗数随着播期的推迟而减少,随密度的增加而增加;穗粒数、千粒重随播期的推迟而增加。穗粒数在种植密度300万/hm^2以上时随种植密度增加而减少。千粒重随种植密度的增加而降低。研究分析表明:‘衡6632’在春一水条件下,适宜播期为10月7—19日,最佳播期为10月10—15日,相应的种植密度为225万~300万/hm^2。乔文臣 赵明辉 李会敏 孙书娈 孟祥海 魏建伟 李丁 李强 赵凤梧 Pavol Hauptvogel Edita Gregova Daniela Benedikova 2017中国农学通报2017,33,2:3

11大豆除草剂豆草除^(TM)诱导旗叶露尖期小麦雄性不育的研究显示文摘为给化学杀雄诱导小麦雄性不育研究提供杀雄彻底、成本低廉的新型化学杂交剂,在小麦旗叶露尖期(Feekes 8.0)分别用0(清水,CK)、5.59、11.17和16.75 mg/kg浓度的大豆除草剂豆草除TM进行喷雾,研究该药剂作为杀雄剂诱导小麦雄性不育的效果及其对小麦农艺性状的影响。结果表明:在小麦旗叶露尖期(Feekes 8.0)喷施豆草除TM,能诱导96.79%~99.06%的雄性不育;株高、穗长和小穗数均极显著<清水处理,其对小麦的降秆作用主要是缩短了第3~5节的节间长度,而对第1~2节的节间长度影响不大;抽穗期和开花期均较对照推迟2 d。在较强的杀雄效果下,豆草除TM对小麦生长发育的影响与其他化学杀雄剂相同,且费用便宜,因此,大豆除草剂豆草除TM有可能作为一种新的小麦化学杂交剂,应用于小麦杂种优势利用研究。李会敏 赵明辉 于秀艳 王俊才 赵凤梧 Daniela Benedikova Pavol Hauptvogel Edita Gregova 2014河北农业科学2014,18,5:2
