| 1 | 基于国家品种区域试验数据的中国糜子品种产量和性状变化显示文摘【目的】整理分析近17年间全国糜子品种区域试验参试品种的产量和农艺性状变化,探讨中国糜子品种改良进展和育种水平变化,为未来中国糜子的遗传改良提供依据。【方法】利用多元回归、相关分析和聚类分析等方法,分析1998—2014年国家糜子品种区域试验参试品种不同年份主要性状的变异,比较主要育种单位选育糜子品种性状的差异。【结果】1998—2014年糜子参试品种性状变异显著。随年份推进,粳性糜子品种产量和单株粒重以及糯性糜子品种产量、单株粒重和穗长持续增加。17年间粳性和糯性糜子产量分别增加了50%和21%,单株粒重分别增加了90%和7%,穗长分别增加了19%和29%,生育期长度、株高、主茎节数量和千粒重等性状变化不明显。来自黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北、山西、陕西、甘肃和宁夏等9个糜子主产省(区)的17家育种单位提供了65个糜子区域试验品种,其中7家同时提供了粳性和糯性糜子品种,2家只提供了粳性糜子品种,8家只提供糯性糜子品种。来自内蒙古、甘肃和宁夏的3家育种单位贡献了参试品种的55.4%。近6年来自这3家单位的品种产量表现优异,是中国糜子育种的中坚力量。多元回归分析表明,粳性糜子的生育期长度、主茎节数量和单株粒重决定了产量82.8%的变异,糯性糜子的主茎节数量和单株粒重决定了产量78.6%的变异。相关性分析表明,粳性和糯性糜子的主穗长和单株粒重均与单株产量显著正相关,而其他性状间相关性在粳性和糯性糜子中均有所不同。聚类分析结果表明,粳性糜子育成品种分为2类,糯性糜子育成品种分为3类。【结论】1998—2014年,国家区试中粳性和糯性糜子参试品种产量稳步增加,表明中国糜子育种水平有了一定提高。但育种手段相对单一,育种方法多样性程度较低。糜子区试对产量相关性状和品质性状的关注不够,培育高产、优质、适口性好、蒸煮品质优良、抗性淀粉含量高、耐落粒、适合机械化的糜子品种是未来糜子育种的发展方向。强化杂交、远缘杂交、诱变育种、双单倍体以及多倍体育种等传统技术的应用,充分利用基因组学和分子育种学研究方法,加强传统育种技术与现代生物技术结合,是系统提升糜子育种技术水平的重要途径。 | 杨璞 Rabia Begum Panhwar 李境 高金锋 高小丽 王鹏科 冯佰利 | 2017 | 中国农业科学2017,50,23: | 12 |
| 2 | Maximum Sustainable Yield Estimates of Ladypees,Sillago sihama(Forsskl),Fishery in Pakistan Using the ASPIC and CEDA Packages显示文摘Using surplus production model packages of ASPIC(a stock-production model incorporating covariates) and CEDA(Catch effort data analysis),we analyzed the catch and effort data of Sillago sihama fishery in Pakistan.ASPIC estimates the pa-rameters of MSY(maximum sustainable yield),Fmsy(fishing mortality),q(catchability coefficient),K(carrying capacity or unexploited biomass) and B1/K(maximum sustainable yield over initial biomass).The estimated non-bootstrapped value of MSY based on logistic was 598 t and that based on the Fox model was 415 t,which showed that the Fox model estimation was more conservative than that with the logistic model.The R2 with the logistic model(0.702) is larger than that with the Fox model(0.541),which indicates a better fit.The coefficient of variation(cv) of the estimated MSY was about 0.3,except for a larger value 88.87 and a smaller value of 0.173.In contrast to the ASPIC results,the R2 with the Fox model(0.651-0.692) was larger than that with the Schaefer model(0.435-0.567),indicating a better fit.The key parameters of CEDA are:MSY,K,q,and r(intrinsic growth),and the three error assumptions in using the models are normal,log normal and gamma.Parameter estimates from the Schaefer and Pella-Tomlinson models were similar.The MSY estimations from the above two models were 398 t,549 t and 398 t for normal,log-normal and gamma error distributions,re-spectively.The MSY estimates from the Fox model were 381 t,366 t and 366 t for the above three error assumptions,respectively.The Fox model estimates were smaller than those for the Schaefer and the Pella-Tomlinson models.In the light of the MSY estimations of 415 t from ASPIC for the Fox model and 381 t from CEDA for the Fox model,MSY for S.sihama is about 400 t.As the catch in 2003 was 401 t,we would suggest the fishery should be kept at the current level.Production models used here depend on the assumption that CPUE(catch per unit effort) data used in the study can reliably quantify temporal variability in population abundance,hence the mod-eling results would be wrong if such an assumption is not met.Because the reliability of this CPUE data in indexing fish population abundance is unknown,we should be cautious with the interpretation and use of the derived population and management parameters. | Sher Khan Panhwar LIU Qun Fozia Khan Pirzada J.A.Siddiqui | 2012 | Journal of Ocean University of China2012,11,1: | 9 |
| 3 | Morphological diversity and correlation analysis of phenotypes and quality traits of proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.)core collections显示文摘Genetic diversity and comprehensive performance are the basis for the discovery and efficient use of proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.) core collections. In this study, 386 proso millet core collections were used as materials to observe inflorescence color, leaf phase, inflorescence density, axis shape, branched spike length, panicle type, trichome, measured area of the top3 leaves, and chlorophyll content of the top3 leaves at filling stage. These core collections were also used to record growth period, plant height, diameter of main stem, plant tiller number, branch number, panicle length, panicle number per plant, and panicle weight per plant at the maturation stage. Starch, fat, protein, and yellow pigment contents in the grain and 1 000-seed weight were also measured after harvest. Then, quantitative traits were used for diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation of each collection. Correlations between all traits were also analyzed. Results showed that among the 8 quality traits, the Shannon index(H′) of hull color was the highest(1.588) followed by the H′ of inflorescence density(0.984). However, inflorescence color and axis shape were lower. The H′ of 16 quantitative traits were significantly higher than the quality traits with the following traits having the highest indices: fat content(2.092), 1 000-seed weight(2.073), top3 leaves area(2.070), main stem diameter(2.056), and plant height(2.052). Furthermore, all other traits had a diversity higher than 1.900. After a comprehensive evaluation of phenotypic traits, plant height, diameter of main stem, plant tiller number, leaf area of top3 leaves, and 1 000-seed weight were the biggest contributors to the principal components. Six high-fat and high-protein cultivars, including Nuoshu, A75-2, Zhiduoaosizhi, Panlonghuangmi, Xiaobaishu, and Xiaohongshu were also screened. Correlations between the quantitative traits were significant, including the correlation between quality traits and quantitative traits. | 4 | 巴基斯坦海洋渔业资源可捕量评估与开发现状显示文摘基于巴基斯坦1950—2015年海洋渔业统计产量数据,利用Catch-MSY模型对巴基斯坦海洋渔业总可捕量以及24个重要经济类群的最大可持续产量(maximum sustainable yield,MSY)和可捕量进行了评估。结果显示,内禀增长率(r)先验分布对MSY的评估结果影响不大,巴基斯坦海洋渔业MSY为40.53×10^4 t,总可捕量为36.47×10^4 t。2015年海洋渔业产量为36.10×10^4 t,目前未处于过度捕捞状态。24个重要经济类群的评估结果显示,有8个类群(军曹鱼、魣类、石斑鱼类、鲳类、鲯鳅、宝刀鱼、马鲹和白带鱼)2015年产量超过MSY,处于过度捕捞状态。当前巴基斯坦海洋渔业资源已处于充分开发状态,多数经济类群已处于过度捕捞状态或者崩溃后的恢复状态,开发潜力较小,建议开发阿拉伯海鸢乌贼(Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis)等大洋性渔业资源。 | 张魁 耿平 史登福 许友伟 SHER KHAN Panhwar 陈作志 | 2019 | 南方水产科学2019,15,5: | 2 |

| 11 | Performance Comparison Between Logistic and Generalized Surplus-Production Models Applied to the Sillago sihama Fishery in Pakistan显示文摘The catch and effort data of Sillago sihama fishery in Pakistani waters were used to investigate the performance of two closely related stock assessment models: logistic and generalized surplus-production models. Compared with the generalized production model, the logistic model produced more reasonable estimates for parameters such as maximum sustainable yield. The Akaike's Information Criterion values estimated at 4.265 and -51.152 respectively by the logistic and generalized models. Simulation analyses of the S. sihama fishery showed that the estimated and observed abundance indices for the logistic model were closer than those for the generalized production model. Standardized residuals were distributed closer for logistic model, but exhibited a slightly increasing trend for the generalized model. Statistical outliers were seen in 1989 and 1993 for the logistic model, and in 1981 and 1999 for the generalized model. Simulated results revealed that the logistic estimates were close to the true value for low CVs (coefficients of variation) but widely dispersed for high CVs. In contrast, the generalized model estimates were loose for all CV levels. The estimated production model curve parameter was not reasonable at all the tested levels of white noise. With the increase in white noise R2 for the catch per unit effort decreased.
