1大兴安岭北部塔河花岗岩体的时代及对额尔古纳地块构造归属的制约显示文摘大兴安岭北部的额尔古纳地块上分布有大面积时代和成因不明的花岗岩体, 其中位于塔河县城附近的塔河岩体主要由斑状正长花岗岩和二长花岗岩组成, 角闪碱长花岗岩和辉长岩局部发育, 与后造山花岗岩组合类似. 激光剥蚀等离子体(LA-ICP-MS)分析测试表明, 该岩体内不同岩石类型的锆石U-Pb年龄为 494~480 Ma, 反映为一早古生代期间侵位的杂岩体. 该杂岩体的形成, 标志着额尔古纳与南侧兴安地块间的碰撞拼合在古生代早期即已完成. 对相邻地区的同位素年代学资料进行总结对比发现, 额尔古纳与中蒙古、图瓦等地块具有相同的早古生代演化历史, 应为西伯利亚地台南部增生大陆边缘的一部分.葛文春 吴福元 周长勇 A.A.Abdel Rahman 2005科学通报2005,50,12:207

3Emplacement age of the Tahe granite and its constraints on the tectonic nature of the Ergun block in the northern part of the Da Hinggan Range显示文摘Large-scale granitic plutons are exposed in the Ergun block in the northern part of the Da Hinggan Range, but their emplacement age and petrogenesis remain un-known. Of these plutons, the Tahe pluton is composed mainly of porphyritic syenogranite and monzogranite, with minor hornblende alkali feldspar granite and gabbro, which have affinities to post-orogenic granitoids. Laser-ablation Induc-tively Coupled Plasma Mass-spectroscope (LA-ICP-MS) analysis shows that the major rock types of the Tahe pluton formed at 494-480 Ma ago, indicating its emplacement in the Early Paleozoic. It is concluded, therefore, that the colli-sion between the Ergun and the Xing’an blocks ended in Early Paleozoic. 4Salvia miltiorrhiza: Traditional medicinal uses, chemistry, and pharmacology显示文摘Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge(SM) is a very popular medicinal plant that has been extensively applied for many years to treat various diseases, especially coronary heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases, either alone or in combination with other Chinese plant-based medicines. Although a large number of studies on SM have been performed, they are scattered across a variety of publications. The present review is an up-to-date summary of the published scientific information about the traditional uses, chemical constituents, pharmacological effects, side effects, and drug interactions with SM, in order to lay the foundation for further investigations and better utilization of SM. SM contains diverse chemical components including diterpenoid quinones, hydrophilic phenolic acids, and essential oils. Many pharmacological studies have been done on SM during the last 30 years, focusing on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular effects, and the antioxidative, neuroprotective, antifibrotic, anti-inflammatory, and antineoplastic activities. 5TGF-β/BMP signaling and other molecular events: regulation of osteoblastogenesis and bone formation显示文摘Transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β)/bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) plays a fundamental role in the regulation of bone organogenesis through the activation of receptor serine/threonine kinases. Perturbations of TGF-β/BMP activity are almost invariably linked to a wide variety of clinical outcomes, i.e., skeletal, extra skeletal anomalies, autoimmune, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. Phosphorylation of TGF-β(I/II) or BMP receptors activates intracellular downstream Smads, the transducer of TGF-β/BMP signals. This signaling is modulated by various factors and pathways, including transcription factor Runx2. The signaling network in skeletal development and bone formation is overwhelmingly complex and highly time and space specific.Additive, positive, negative, or synergistic effects are observed when TGF-β/BMP interacts with the pathways of MAPK, Wnt, Hedgehog(Hh), Notch, Akt/m TOR, and mi RNA to regulate the effects of BMP-induced signaling in bone dynamics. Accumulating evidence indicates that Runx2 is the key integrator, whereas Hh is a possible modulator, mi RNAs are regulators, and b-catenin is a mediator/regulator within the extensive intracellular network. 6基于AHP_熵权法的孟印缅地区洪水灾害风险评估显示文摘孟印缅三国地处亚热带与热带季风气候区,因自然条件制约,洪涝灾害频繁发生,对'孟中印缅经济走廊'建设将会带来重大影响。开展孟印缅地区的洪水风险评估可为'孟中印缅经济走廊'的建设安全提供必要的信息和科技支撑。利用1980—2016年的降水数据,结合河网、数字高程和土地利用等数据,选取雨季降雨量、暴雨天数、高程、坡度、河网密度、植被覆盖度、土壤可蚀性、人口密度、地均GDP和土地利用10个指标,采用层次分析法和AHP_熵权法对孟印缅地区的洪水灾害风险分布进行了比较研究。研究表明:孟印缅地区高风险区和较高风险区分别占总面积的1.05%和28.76%,高风险区主要分布在印度北部的恒河平原、印度东北部的阿萨姆邦、孟加拉国大部分地区和缅甸南部。受自然、人口和经济条件的制约,孟加拉国是孟印缅三国中洪水风险最高的国家,高风险区和较高风险区分别占总面积的10.61%和65.87%。层次分析法和AHP_熵权法结果间的比较表明,后者比前者识别出更大范围的洪水高风险区。本研究为中国开展周边国家自然灾害的风险评估提供了有效的方法,有助于推进国家孟中印缅经济走廊的建设。刘媛媛 王绍强 王小博 江东 N H Ravindranath Atiq Rahman Nyo Mar Htwe Tartirose Vijitpan 2020地理研究2020,39,8:57
7苍耳子中酚酸类化合物及不同品种和居群苍耳子中总酚酸含量的测定(英文)显示文摘目的:研究中药苍耳子(FructusXanthii)中的化学成分;测定不同居群和不同品种苍耳属植物果实中的总酚酸含量以评价其品质。方法:运用各种层析方法分离纯化化合物,以绿原酸作对照,用紫外分光光度法测定总酚酸的含量。结果:(1)从苍耳子中分离到6个咖啡酰奎宁酸类化合物,以及咖啡酸和阿魏酸;(2)从中国29个居群采集到的样品,总酚酸含量为0.31%~1.44%。在采集到2个品种及1个变种的苍耳属植物中,近无刺苍耳X.sibiricumvar.subinerme样品的总酚酸含量较其他两种都偏低。苍耳X.sibiricum样品中,从上海采集的3号苍耳子样品总酚酸含量最高,达1.44%,而从江西新建采集的12号样品含量最低,仅0.38%。结论:5O咖啡酰奎宁酸,1,4-二O咖啡酰奎宁酸和4,5二O咖啡酰奎宁酸是从苍耳属植物中首次分离获得。不同品种和不同居群苍耳子药材中,总酚酸含量的差异较为显著。若以总酚酸含量作为指标评价苍耳子药材的品质,则认为上海和福建三明产苍耳子为优质种群。韩婷 李慧梁 胡园 张巧艳 黄宝康 郑汉臣 Khalid RAHMAN 秦路平 2006中西医结合学报2006,4,2:45

9High miR-196a levels promote the oncogenic phenotype of colorectal cancer cells显示文摘AIM: To analyze the relevance of the microRNA miR-196a for colorectal oncogenesis. METHODS: The impact of miR-196a on the restriction targets HoxA7, HoxB8, HoxC8 and HoxD8 was analyzed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) after transient transfection of SW480 cancer cells. The miR-196a transcription profile in colorectal cancer samples, mucosa samples and diverse cancer cell lines was quantifi ed by RT-PCR. Transiently miR-196a-transfected colorectal cancer cells were used for diverse functional assays in vitro and for a xenograft lung metastasis model in vivo. RESULTS: HoxA7, HoxB8, HoxC8 and HoxD8 were restricted by miR-196a in a dose-dependent and gene-specific manner. High levels of miR-196a activated the AKT signaling pathway as indicated by increased phosphorylation of AKT. In addition, high levels of miR-196a promoted cancer cell detachment,migration, invasion and chemosensitivity towards platin derivatives but did not impact on proliferation or apoptosis. Furthermore, miR-196a increased the development of lung metastases in mice after tail vein injection. 12Nano-microbubble flotation of fine and ultrafine chalcopyrite particles显示文摘As is well known to mineral processing scientists and engineers, fine and ultrafine particles are difficult to float mainly due to the low bubble-particle collision efficiencies. Though many efforts have been made to improve flotation performance of fine and ultrafine particles, there is still much more to be done. In this paper, the effects of nano-microbubbles(nanobubbles and microbubbles) on the flotation of fine( 38 + 14.36 lm) and ultrafine( 14.36 + 5 lm) chalcopyrite particles were investigated in a laboratory scale Denver flotation cell. Nano-microbubbles were generated using a specially-designed nanomicrobubble generator based on the cavitation phenomenon in Venturi tubes. In order to better understand the mechanisms of nano-microbubble enhanced froth flotation of fine and ultrafine chalcopyrite particles, the nano-microbubble size distribution, stability and the effect of frother concentration on nanobubble size were also studied by a laser diffraction method. Comparative flotation tests were performed in the presence and absence of nano-microbubbles to evaluate their impact on the fine and ultrafine chalcopyrite particle flotation recovery. According to the results, the mean size of nano-microbubbles increased over time, and decreased with increase of frother concentration. The laboratory-scale flotation test results indicated that flotation recovery of chalcopyrite fine and ultrafine particles increased by approximately 16–21% in the presence of nano-microbubbles, depending on operating conditions of the process. The presence of nano-microbubbles increased the recovery of ultrafine particles( 14.36 + 5 lm) more than that of fine particles( 38 + 14.36 lm). DATA SOURCES:Review of published literature on HBV genotypes. RESULTS:HBV genotypes are likely to be important in determining the severity and progression of HBV-induced liver disease as well as responses to different anti-viral agents. 14大兴安岭北段塔河辉长岩的岩石学特征及其构造意义显示文摘塔河辉长岩是大兴安岭北段塔河地区最具代表性的辉长岩体。该岩体主要由橄榄辉长岩、浅色橄榄辉长岩、淡色辉长岩(斜长岩)、橄长岩及辉长岩组成,以橄榄辉长岩和橄长岩为主。其主要造岩矿物由斜长石、橄榄石、单斜辉石及少量角闪石组成,具反应边结构和包含嵌晶结构。电子探针分析结果表明,其橄榄石Fo平均为77,属贵橄榄石。单斜辉石全部落入透辉石区。斜长石 An平均为 85,为倍长石。岩相学特征表明,该岩体为典型的堆晶辉长岩体。根据An-Fo及AlZ-TiO2图解可以判别该岩体形成于活动大陆边缘/岛弧的构造环境中,属于 I型弧堆晶辉长岩,其形成可能与古亚洲洋闭合过程中板块俯冲-流体交代作用有关,是研究古亚洲洋闭合历史的一个重要岩石学标志。周长勇 葛文春 吴福元 ABDEL Rahman A A 2005吉林大学学报(地球科学版)2005,35,2:23
15紫花牡荆素体内抗炎作用的研究(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨中药蔓荆子中主要成分紫花牡荆素的抗炎作用。方法:通过急性抗炎模型——二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀实验以及腹腔注射0.7%醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高的实验,观察紫花牡荆素的抗炎作用。结果:紫花牡荆素对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廊肿胀、鸡蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀以及醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加均有明显的抑制作用。结论:紫花牡荆素具有明显的体内抗炎作用,为蔓荆子抗炎作用的有效成分。林珊 张宏 韩婷 吴锦忠 Khalid RAHMAN 秦路平 2007中西医结合学报2007,5,5:23
16页岩拉张型微裂缝几何特征描述及渗透率计算显示文摘为了研究页岩拉张型微裂缝中的渗流规律,采用巴西实验在5块Barnett页岩岩心中形成拉张型裂缝。采用三维面轮廓仪获取裂缝面形态,基于扫描原理将三维信息转换为二维信息计算迂曲度、倾角、粗糙度等特征参数,引入聚类分析方法明确各参数间距离,采用格子玻尔兹曼方法模拟开度在0.05~0.40mm范围内页岩微裂缝渗流,并结合理论分析推导微裂缝渗透率计算公式。结果表明:所选取样本迂曲度在1.10左右,倾角为0.99°~8.86°,粗糙度为0.062-0.162mm;迂曲度、粗糙度、倾角对渗透率影响不存在替代关系,必须同时考虑三者的影响;计算微裂缝渗透率比平板模型渗透率要小19%-29%,说明必须考虑裂缝粗糙度影响;经验证,推导的渗透率计算公式误差控制在4%以内,可用于拉张型微裂缝渗透率计算。曲冠政 曲占庆 HAZLETT Randy Dolye FREED David MUSTAFAYEV Rahman 2016石油勘探与开发2016,43,1:22
17Extraction and characterization of alumina nanopowders from aluminum dross by acid dissolution process显示文摘A significant amount of aluminum dross is available as a waste in foundry industries in Bangladesh. In this study, alumina was extracted from aluminum dross collected from two foundry industries situated in Dhamrai and Manikgang, near the capital city, Dhaka. Aluminum dross samples were found to approximately contain 75wt% Al2O3 and 12wt% SiO2. An acid dissolution process was used to recover the alumina value from the dross. The effects of various parameters, e.g., temperature, acid concentration, and leaching time, on the extraction of alumina were studied to optimize the dissolution process. First, Al(OH)3 was produced in the form of a gel. Calcination of the Al(OH)3 gel at 1000°C, 1200°C, and 1400°C for 2 h produced θ-Al2O3,(α+θ)-Al2O3, and α-alumina powder, respectively. Thermal characterization of the Al(OH)3 gel was performed by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The phases and crystallite size of the alumina were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The dimensions of the alumina were found to be on the nano level. The chemical compositions of the aluminum dross and alumina were determined by X-ray fluorescence(XRF) spectroscopy. The microstructure and morphology of the alumina were studied with scanning electron microscopy. The purity of the alumina extracted in this study was found to be 99.0%. 19Liver diseases in pregnancy: Diseases not unique to pregnancy显示文摘Pregnancy is a special clinical state with several normal physiological changes that influence body organs including the liver.Liver disease can cause significant morbidity and mortality in both pregnant women and their infants.Few challenges arise in reaching an accurate diagnosis in light of such physiological changes.Laboratory test results should be carefully interpreted and the knowledge of what normal changes to expect is prudent to avoid clinical misjudgment.Other challenges entail the methods of treatment and their safety for both the mother and the baby.This review summarizes liver diseases that are not unique to pregnancy.We focus on viral hepatitis and its mode of transmission,diagnosis,effect on the pregnancy,the mother,the infant,treatment,and breast-feeding.Autoimmune hepatitis,primary biliary cirrhosis,primary sclerosing cholangitis,Wilson’s disease,Budd Chiari and portal vein thrombosis in pregnancy are also discussed.Pregnancy is rare in patients with cirrhosis because of the metabolic and hormonal changes associated with cirrhosis.Variceal bleeding can happen in up to 38%of cirrhotic pregnant women.Management of portal hypertension during pregnancy is discussed.Pregnancy increases the pathogenicity leading to an increase in the rate of gallstones.We discuss some of the interventions for gallstones in pregnancy if symptoms arise.Finally,we provide an overview of some of the options in managing hepatic adenomas and hepatocellular carcinoma during pregnancy.Ashraf A Almashhrawi Khulood T Ahmed Rubayat N Rahman Ghassan M Hammoud Jamal A Ibdah 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,43:17
