| 1 | 计算机外围设备中镁合金铸件的化学镀镍显示文摘镁合金的重量轻而且强度好,所以在磁盘传动工业中获得了广泛的应用。镁是一种活泼的金属而且不会产生一层钝化的氧化物膜。通常都是采用铬酸钝化法或涂有机复盖层来保护镁合金防止腐蚀。但是现代磁盘传动装置所规定的湿度和温度条件下,它们的防蚀效果并不理想。磁盘驱动装置有着十分严格的清洁要求,因为即使极微量的碳氢化合物或颗粒的污染,均会给磁头和磁盘的界面带来有害的影响。金属镀层(例如化学镀镍)就不一样,它对潮湿的吸附力极低,抗蚀能力极好,很少有颗粒脱落,复盖层均匀一致而且结合力良好。本文将介绍我们在镁铸件上面镀复化学镀镍和其它镀层的经验。 | P.B Narayan A.S.Brar 黄舜华 | 1990 | 材料保护1990，23，5： | 4 |
