| 1 | 糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体样本中白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平(英文)显示文摘目的:测量糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)行玻璃体切除术(PPV)患者玻璃体样品中白细胞介素-8(IL-8),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,与对照组比较结果并探讨其对DR的影响。方法:将伊斯坦布尔Bilim大学眼科系的57例(57眼)DR患者和22例黄斑裂孔未伴有增生性玻璃体视网膜病变患者分为研究组和对照组。对所有79例患者行3切口,20G PPV。PPV手术眼内灌注前,用Vitrector抽吸0.5mL玻璃体样品并稀释。样品转至冷藏室,存放在-70℃。IL-8和TNF-α的测量结果用酶联免疫吸附法以pg/mL为单位计算。结果:DR患者玻璃体样本中IL-8水平[82.7891±74.08700(0.08-307.09)pg/mL]明显高于对照组患者[2.9805±3.77546(0.08-18.53)pg/mL](P<0.001)。同样,DR患者TNF-α水平[18.0007±13.90015(2.32-51.11)pg/mL]也显着高于对照组[1.7005±1.26949(0.1-5.17)pg/mL](P<0.001)。结论:在视网膜新生血管形成中起重要作用的TNF-α和作为炎症和血管生成介体的IL-8水平在DR患者玻璃体样本中明显高。 | Rifat Rasier Ozgur Artunay Uzay Gormus Erdal Yuzbasioglu Alper Sengul Amber Senel Kukner Murat Oncel Halil Bahcecioglu | 2013 | 国际眼科杂志2013，13，12： | 8 |
| 2 | Prognostic role of sensitive-to-apoptosis gene expression in rectal cancer显示文摘AIM:To investigate the association between prognosis of rectal cancer treated with chemoradiotherapy(CRT) and expression of sensitive-to-apoptosis(SAG),B-cell lymphoma-extra large(Bcl-X L) and Bcl-2 homologous antagonist/killer(Bak).METHODS:Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to determine the expression of proteins of interest,namely SAG,Bcl-X L,Bak and β-actin,in rectal carcinoma patients who had a follow-up period of 3 years after CRT.Biopsy specimens were excised from the rectal tumor preceding CRT.RESULTS:SAG,Bcl-X L and Bak proteins showed significant correlations with each other.In multivariate analysis,patients with high vs low SAG expression showed a statistically significant difference in 2-year survival rates:56% vs 73%,respectively(P = 0.056).On the other hand,there were no significant correlations between the expression levels of all three genes and metastatic rates or tumor responses to CRT.Mean overall survival in the patients with elevated SAG expression was 27.1 mo ± 3.9 mo [95% confidence interval(CI):19.3-34.9],and in patients with reduced expression,it was 32.1 mo ± 2.5 mo(95% CI:27.3-36.9).The corresponding values for Bcl-X L were 28.0 mo ± 4.1 mo(95% CI:19.9-36.1) and 31.7 mo ± 2.9 mo(95% CI:26.0-37.5),and those for Bak were 29.8 mo ± 3.7 mo(95% CI:22.5-37.2) and 30.6 mo ± 2.4 mo(95% CI:25.5-35.0),respectively.CONCLUSION:Two-year survival rates significantly correlated with low SAG expression,and SAG may be a candidate gene for good prognosis,independent of therapeutic response of different individuals. | Sevgi A Ozden Hazan Ozyurt Zerrin Ozgen Olca Kilinc Mustafa Oncel Aylin E Gul Nimet Karadayi Nedime Serakinci Beki Kan Oya Orun | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，44： | 6 |
| 3 | 超声乳化术治疗假性剥脱综合征白内障患者的疗效分析(英文)显示文摘目的:评估在白内障超声乳化手术时使用适当的手术技巧及相应设备对假性剥脱综合征白内障患者的视力及术中、术后并发症的影响。方法:回顾性研究。选取53例67眼假性剥脱综合征白内障患者接受超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术。平均年龄71.68±9.96(53~89)岁,其中男性24例(45%),女性29例(55%),包括核性、皮质性及后囊下和成熟期的白内障。结果:核性白内障较其他类型更为常见(P=0.00)。术前平均最佳矫正视力为0.99±0.30(0.40~1.50)LogM AR,术后平均最佳矫正视力为0.32±0.31(0.00~1.00)LogM AR(P=0.00)。运用虹膜牵拉器12眼(18%)。囊袋张力环植入15眼(22%),其中按计划植入8眼(12%),未计划7眼(10%)。后囊破裂4眼(6%),其中玻璃体脱出2眼(3%),并接受前段玻璃体切割术;且由于后囊破裂较大,此2眼(3%)转为白内障囊外摘除术。持续性角膜水肿4眼(6%),前房反应5眼(7%)。人工晶体脱位4眼(6%),仅1眼(1.5%)需复位。后囊混浊并接受Nd:YAG激光后囊切开术13眼(20%)。结论:假性剥脱综合征白内障患者术后视力良好,但术中及术后可能出现的并发症包括后囊破裂,玻璃体脱出,转为白内障囊外摘除术,持续性角膜水肿,前房反应及人工晶状体脱位。为避免并发症的发生,适当的手术技巧和相应设备的使用在手术时是必不可少的。 | Servet Cetinkaya Yasemin Fatma Cetinkaya Zeynep Dadaci Nursen Oncel Acir | 2016 | 国际眼科杂志2016，16，6： | 4 |
| 4 | Oral medications regarding their safety and efficacy in the management of patent ductus arteriosus显示文摘Patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) is a common clinical condition in preterm infants which is inversely related to birth weight and gestational age. Cyclooxygenase inhibitors such as indomethacin and ibuprofen which block the prostaglandin conversion from arachidonic acid are the most commonly used drugs for ductal closure. This review focuses on the safety and efficacy oral medications in the management of PDA in preterm infants. Ibuprofen seems to be the first choice due to its higher safety profile, as it is associated with fewer gastrointestinal and renal side effects when compared to indomethacin. PDA closure rates are better with oral than with intravenous ibuprofen probably due to the pharmacokinetic of the drug. However, these medications were reported to be associated with several adverse including transient renal failure, gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, hyperbilirubinemia and platelet dysfunction. | 5 | Gut homeostasis, injury, and healing: New therapeutic targets显示文摘The integrity of the gastrointestinal mucosa plays a crucial role in gut homeostasis,which depends upon the balance between mucosal injury by destructive factors and healing via protective factors.The persistence of noxious agents such as acid,pepsin,nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,or Helicobacter pylori breaks down the mucosal barrier and injury occurs.Depending upon the size and site of the wound,it is healed by complex and overlapping processes involving membrane resealing,cell spreading,purse-string contraction,restitution,differentiation,angiogenesis,and vasculogenesis,each modulated by extracellular regulators.Unfortunately,the gut does not always heal,leading to such pathology as peptic ulcers or inflammatory bowel disease.Currently available therapeutics such as proton pump inhibitors,histamine-2 receptor antagonists,sucralfate,5-aminosalicylate,antibiotics,corticosteroids,and immunosuppressants all attempt to minimize or reduce injury to the gastrointestinal tract.More recent studies have focused on improving mucosal defense or directly promoting mucosal repair.Many investigations have sought to enhance mucosal defense by stimulating mucus secretion,mucosal blood flow,or tight junction function.Conversely,new attempts to directly promote mucosal repair target proteins that modulate cytoskeleton dynamics such as tubulin,talin,Ehm^(2),filamin-a,gelsolin,and flightless I or that proteins regulate focal adhesions dynamics such as focal adhesion kinase.This article summarizes the pathobiology of gastrointestinal mucosal healing and reviews potential new therapeutic targets. | Sema Oncel Marc D Basson | 2022 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2022，28，17： | 2 |
