| 1 | Stapled gastro/duodenojejunostomy shortens reconstruction time during pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy显示文摘AIM:To investigate whether a stapled technique is superior to the conventional hand-sewn technique for gastro/duodenojejunostomy during pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy(PpPD).METHODS:In October 2010,we introduced a mechanical anastomotic technique of gastro-or duodenojejunostomy using staplers during PpPD.We compared clinical outcomes between 19 patients who underwent PpPD with a stapled gastro/duodenojejunostomy(stapled anastomosis group)and 19 patients who underwent PpPD with a conventional hand-sewn duodenojejunostomy(hand-sewn anastomosis group).RESULTS:The time required for reconstruction was significantly shorter in the stapled anastomosis group than in the hand-sewn anastomosis group(186.0±29.4 min vs 219.7±50.0 min,P=0.02).In addition,intraoperative blood loss was significantly less(391.0±212.0 mL vs 647.1±482.1 mL,P=0.03)and the time to oral intake was significantly shorter(5.4±1.7d vs 11.3±7.9 d,P=0.002)in the stapled anastomosis group than in the hand-sewn anastomosis group.There were no differences in the incidences of delayed gastric emptying and other postoperative complications between the groups.CONCLUSION:These results suggest that stapled gastro/duodenojejunostomy shortens reconstruction time during PpPD without affecting the incidence of delayed gastric emptying. | Norihiro Sato Kei Yabuki Shiro Kohi Yasuhisa Mori Noritaka Minagawa Toshihisa Tamura Aiichiro Higure Koji Yamaguchi | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，48： | 6 |

| 3 | Aberrant Eph B/ephrin-B expression in experimental gastric lesions and tumor cells显示文摘AIM: To determine whether the expression profiles of Eph B receptor and ephrin-B ligand can be used as markers for dysplastic/oncogenic transformation in gastric mucosa.METHODS: The protein expression and localization ofEph B and ephrin-B in normal, ulcerated regenerating, and dysplastic gastric mucosa were examined in a rat experimental model by immunolabeling, and m RNA expression was assessed in four human gastric carcinoma cell lines by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: Ephrin-B- and Eph B-expressing regions were divided along the pit-gland axis in normal gastric units. Eph B2 was transiently upregulated in the experimental ulcer, and its expression domain extended to gastric pits and/or the luminal surface where ephrin-B-expressing pit cells reside. Eph B2, B3, and B4 and ephrin-B1 were coexpressed in the experimental gastric dysplasia, and more than one ligand-receptor pair was highly expressed in each of the gastric carcinoma cell lines.CONCLUSION: Robust and stable coexpression of Eph B and ephrin-B is a feature common to experimentally induced gastric dysplasia and human gastric carcinoma cell lines as compared to normal gastric and ulcerated regenerating epithelia. | 4 | Novel technique of abdominal wall nerve block for laparoscopic colostomy: Rectus sheath block with transperitoneal approach显示文摘A 62-year-old man who had acute rectal obstruction due to a large rectal cancer is presented. He underwent emergency laparoscopic colostomy. We used the laparoscopic puncture needle to inject analgesia with the novel transperitoneal approach. In this procedure, both ultrasound and laparoscopic images assisted with the accurate injection of analgesic to the correct layer. The combination of laparoscopic visualization and ultrasound imaging ensured infiltration of analgesic into the correct layer without causing damage to the bowel. Twentyfour hours postoperatively, the patient's pain intensity as assessed by the numeric rating scale was 0-1 during coughing, and a continuous intravenous analgesic was not needed. Colostomy is often necessary in colon obstruction. Epidural anesthesia for postoperative pain cannot be used in patients with a coagulation disorder. We report the use of a novel laparoscopic rectus sheath block for colostomy. There has been no literature described about the nerve block with transperitoneal approach. The laparoscopic rectus sheath block was performed safely and had enough analgesic efficacy for postoperative pain. | 6 | A regression model-based method for indoor positioning with compound location fingerprints显示文摘This paper proposed and evaluated an estimation method for indoor positioning.The method combines location fingerprinting and dead reckoning differently from the conventional combinations.It uses compound location fingerprints,which are composed of radio fingerprints at multiple points of time,that is,at multiple positions,and displacements between them estimated by dead reckoning.To avoid errors accumulated from dead reckoning,the method uses short-range dead reckoning.The method was evaluated using 16 Bluetooth beacons installed in a student room with the dimensions of 11×5 m with furniture inside.The Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI)values of the beacons were collected at 30 measuring points,which were points at the intersections on a 1×1 m grid with no obstacles.A compound location fingerprint is composed of RSSI vectors at two points and a displacement vector between them.Random Forests(RF)was used to build regression models to estimate positions from location fingerprints.The root mean square error of position estimation was 0.87 m using 16 Bluetooth beacons.This error is lower than that received with a single-point baseline model,where a feature vector is composed of only RSSI values at one location.The results suggest that the proposed method is effective for indoor positioning. | Tomofumi Takayama Takeshi Umezawa Nobuyoshi Komuro Noritaka Osawa | 2019 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2019，22，2： | 2 |
