| 1 | 中国东部富钾埃达克岩成因的实验约束(英文)显示文摘Adakite在地球化学上具明显特征的火山岩和深成花岗岩类岩石 ,见于洋内岛孤环境和大陆孤 ,如安底斯孤。在洋内岛孤 ,由热的消减的年轻大洋岩石圈熔融形成 (叫做“板片熔融”) ,而在大陆孤 ,熔融曾发生在构造或岩浆加厚的下地壳底(叫做“下地壳熔融”)。在这两种产状环境中 ,adakite的鲜明地球化学特征被认为是起因于 ,一种不同程度含水的变质基性原岩在足够深度上的部分熔融 ;这里的足够深度是指可使石榴子石在残余结晶组合 (即石榴角闪石和 /或榴辉石的残余 )中保持稳定的深度。“原始”或“母”adakite熔体一旦形成 ,便可能在其向上运移和侵位到中上地壳期间受到同化作用 (或是地幔 ,或是大陆物质 )和结晶分异作用的改造。中国东部晚中生代 (早中白垩世 ,16 0 - 110 Ma)的 adakite,与见于同一地区和其它地方的钠质 adakite相比 ,通常富含钾 (K2 O)和其它大离子亲石元素 (如 Ba、Th、U) ,有较低的 Na2 O/K2 O比值 (~ 1.0 - 1.1) ,类似于玄武岩在石榴角闪岩 -榴辉岩相含水熔融实验中所产生的 adakite熔体 ,要么是由洋壳板片熔融所形成 ,要么是由不同成分的玄武质下地壳原岩部分熔融所形成。尽管有这些成分差异 ,它们的总体化学特征仍然可将中国东部的富钾花岗岩类岩石定为adakite。我们把这些富钾的 | Robert P.RAPP 肖龙 Nobu SHIM IZU | 2002 | 岩石学报2002，18，3： | 100 |
| 2 | Fatal liver failure due to reactivation of lamivudine-resistant HBV mutant显示文摘We report a case of fatal liver failure due to reactivation of lamivudine-resistant HBV. A 53-year-old man was followed since 1998 for HBV-related chronic hepatitis. Serum HBV-DNA was 150 MEq/mL (branched DNA signal amplification assay) and ALT levels fluctuated between 50-200 IU/L with no clinical signs of liver cirrhosis. Lamivudine (100 mg/d) was started in May 2001 and serum HBV-DNA subsequently decreased below undetectable levels. In May 2002, serum HBV-DNA had increased to 410 MEq/mL, along with ALT flare (226 IU/L). The YMDD motif in the DNA polymerase gene had been replaced by YIDD. Lamivudine was continued and ALT spontaneously decreased to the former levels. On Oct 3 the patient presenting with general fatigue, nausea and jaundice was admitted to our hospital. The laboratory data revealed HBV reactivation and liver failure (ALT: 1828 IU/L, total bilirubin: 10 mg/dL, and prothrombin INR: 3.24). For religious reasons, the patient and his family refused blood transfusion, plasma exchange and liver transplantation. The patient died 10 d after admission. | 3 | Conservation Design for Traditional Agricultural Villages: A Case Study of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama in Japan显示文摘Agricultural villages in Japan are declining and disappearing rapidly.When an agricultural village goes extinct,its tradition and culture die as well.Conserving agricultural villages as cultural heritage sites is one way of preserving them for the future.Agricultural villages can be influenced by the economic and social situation of a country.To safeguard both tangible and intangible cultural traditions,the way that we interpret them is important.Re-designing elements of the landscape may be necessary for conservation,but it may change the natural environment of a village.This paper aims to discuss conservation design in agricultural villages through a case study of the historic villages of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama,which are World Heritage Sites.In Shirakawa mura,there are regulations for the design of landscape elements.Tangible elements are controlled by regulations and guidelines.Gassho-style houses are crucial elements of the design,and each element has a relationship with everyday activities such as agriculture and sericulture.In modern times,relationships with nature have become tenuous,and activity in forest areas has declined.To pass on the traditions and culture of these villages to the next generation,it is important to create new links between each element.An agricultural village cannot continue to be lively without residents.The self-motivation of residents is important for the sustainable development of agricultural villages. | Nobu Kuroda | 2019 | Built Heritage2019，3，2： | 4 |
| 4 | Cancer/testis antigen, Kita-Kyushu lung cancer antigen-1 and ABCD stratification for diagnosing gastric cancers显示文摘BACKGROUND The ABCD stratification[combination of serum pepsinogen(PG)levels and titers of antibody(immunoglobulin G,IgG)against Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)]is effective for the classification of individuals at risk of developing gastric cancer(GC).The Kita–Kyushu lung cancer antigen-1(KK-LC-1)is a Cancer/Testis antigen frequently expressed in GC.AIM To evaluate the effectiveness of KK-LC-1 and ABCD stratification in the diagnosis of GC.METHODS We analyzed the gene expression of KK-LC-1 in surgical specimens obtained from GC tumors.The levels of serum PG I/PG II and IgG against H.pylori were measured.According to their serological status,the patients were classified into the four groups of the ABCD stratification.RESULTS Of the 77 examined patients,63(81.8%)expressed KK-LC-1.The IgG titers of H.pylori and PG II were significantly higher in patients expressing KK-LC-1 than those measured in patients not expressing KK-LC-1(P=0.0289 and P=0.0041,respectively).The expression of KK-LC-1 in group C[PG method(+)/H.pylori infection(+)]was as high as 93.9%high.KK-LC-1 was also detected in group A[-/-].CONCLUSION The KK-LC-1 expression in GC was associated with H.pylori infection and atrophic status,so that,KK-LC-1 may be a useful marker for the diagnosis of GC. | Akiko Shida Takashi Fukuyama Nobue Futawatari Haruki Ohmiya Yoshinobu Ichiki Tetsuro Yamashita Yatsushi Nishi Noritada Kobayashi Hitoshi Yamazaki Masahiko Watanabe Yoshihito Takahashi | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020，26，4： | 3 |
| 5 | Early gastric cancer frequently has high expression of KKLC-1, a cancer-testis antigen显示文摘AIM To assess cancer-testis antigens(CTAs) expression in gastric cancer patients and examined their associations with clinicopathological factors.METHODS Eighty-three gastric cancer patients were evaluated in this study. Gastric cancer specimens were evaluated for the gene expression of CTAs, Kitakyushu lung cancer antigen-1(KK-LC-1), melanoma antigen(MAGE)-A1, MAGE-A3 and New York esophageal cancer-1(NYESO-1), by reverse transcription PCR. Clinicopathological background information, such as gender, age, tumor size, macroscopic type, tumor histology, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, lymphatic invasion, venous invasion, and pathological stage, was obtained. Statistical comparisons between the expression of each CTA and each clinicopathological background were performed using the χ2 test. RESULTS The expression rates of KK-LC-1, MAGE-A1, MAGE-A3, and NY-ESO-1 were 79.5%, 32.5%, 39.8%, and 15.7%, respectively. In early stage gastric cancer specimens, the expression of KK-LC-1 was 79.4%, which is comparable to the 79.6% observed in advanced stage specimens. The expression of KK-LC-1 was not significantly associated with clinicopathological factors, while there were considerable differences in the expression rates of MAGE-A1 and MAGE-A3 with vs without lymphatic invasion(MAGE-A1, 39.3% vs 13.6%, P = 0.034; MAGE-A3, 47.5% vs 18.2%, P = 0.022) and/or vascular invasion(MAGE-A1, 41.5% vs 16.7%, P = 0.028; MAGE-A3, 49.1% vs 23.3%, P = 0.035) and, particularly, MAGE-A3, in patients with early vs advanced stage(36.5% vs 49.0%, P = 0.044), respectively. Patients expressing MAGE-A3 and NYESO-1 were older than those not expressing MAGE-A3 and NY-ESO-1(MAGE-A3, 73.7 ± 7.1 vs 67.4 ± 12.3, P = 0.009; NY-ESO-1, 75.5 ± 7.2 vs 68.8 ± 11.2, P = 0.042). | 6 | Association of primary biliary cirrhosis with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura显示文摘Although both primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) are autoimmune diseases, the association of the 2 diseases is rare. Here, we report a case of ITP that developed during the follow-up of PBC in a 74-year- old man. The patient had been diagnosed with PBC 12 years previously, and had received treatment with ursodeoxycholic acid. The platelet count decreased from approximately 60 × 109/L to 8 × 109/L, and the association of decompensated liver cirrhosis (PBC) with ITP was diagnosed. Steroid and immune gamma globulin therapy were successful in increasing the platelet count. Interestingly, human leukocyte antigen genotyping detected the alleles DQB10601 and DRB10803, which are related to both PBC and ITP in Japanese patients. | 12 | Lumen-apposing metal stent deployment for walled-off necrosis using semi-free hand technique from the intestine显示文摘Lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMS) deployment under en- doscopic ultrasonography (EUS) guidance has been used for walled-off necrosis (WON) [1] . Recently, LAMS with electrocautery enhanced delivery system has been developed. One of the advan- tages of this stent is that the stent can be delivered without any dilation devices. However, to prevent stent migration into the in- testinal lumen, it is important that stent delivery system should be inserted within the WON. When the diameter of WON is not large enough to insert stent delivery system, contralateral wall of WON may be injured. To prevent this adverse event, guidewire insertion may be useful after puncturing. In addition, according to the re- cent reports [2–4] , EUS-guided LAMS placement for WON drainage has been performed.
