12022年WHO甲状腺肿瘤分类概述显示文摘2022年WHO第5版甲状腺肿瘤分类按细胞起源、病理特征、分子分型及生物学行为,分为良性、低危组和恶性。新分类变化不少,作者做了综述。将发育异常甲状舌管纳入;为避免结节性甲状腺肿定义为增生性、肿瘤性或矛盾的“腺瘤样增生”,编委会达成共识,命名为甲状腺滤泡结节性病变(FND)。基于分子谱和侵袭性,多种形态亚型的甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)代表了BRAF样癌(浸润性生长、核非典型明显);而包裹型浸润性乳头状癌滤泡变异型/[IEFVPC,分子检测证实与滤泡性甲状腺癌(FTC)关系密切,不再归于PTC]与FTC代表RAS样癌(膨胀性生长、核非典型轻度)。Baloch ZW Asa SL Barletta JA 方三高(译) 魏建国(校) 2022诊断病理学杂志2022,29,12:63
2贝壳砂改良土壤中反硝化细菌的分析显示文摘【目的】通过对一处经过长期使用贝壳砂进行改良的土壤中的反硝化细菌的多样性和细菌分离分析,研究该土壤中反硝化细菌的组成特征。【方法】采用454焦磷酸测序的方法分析了土壤样品中微生物群落的组成,选用Giltay培养基培养、鉴定从土壤中挑选的分离物的反硝化能力,并对具有反硝化能力的微生物进行了16S rRNA基因鉴定。【结果】该土壤样品中占据优势地位的为Proteobacteria、Acidobacteria、Bacteroidetes、Chloroflexi等门的微生物,属的水平上则有近70%尚未确立分类地位。所分离的细菌中,共得到12株厌氧条件下具有较高硝酸盐去除效率的微生物,分属Pseudomonas、Aeromonas、Serratia和Acinetobacter,均为γ变形菌纲的微生物。【结论】该土壤中具有较高的微生物多样性,包括很多未知类型的微生物和众多类型的反硝化细菌;分离到了11株具有反硝化能力的菌株,可用于该土壤的反硝化过程的进一步研究。张小远 肖瑶 田浩 王芸 刘彬彬 Asa Frostegard 赵立平 张晓君 2014微生物学通报2014,41,1:12

4Water-saving irrigation of paddy field to reduce nutrient runoff显示文摘The purpose of this work is to study the effect of a type of water-saving irrigation (WSI) on nutrient runoff of paddy field.The volume of surface drainage was maintained low by WSI.In particular,WSI effectively reduced surface drainage in rain events.Model simulation indicated that net runoff load of total nitrogen (TN) from the paddy field was increased by WSI.Meanwhile,net runoff loads of total phosphorus (TP) and total organic carbon (TOC) from the paddy field was decreased by WSI.Because ponding waters of the study fields were enriched with TP and TOC,WSI reduced runoff of these nutrients by controlling the volume of surface drainage.WSI could be considered an efficient method for reducing runoff loads and could conserve water quality in an agricultural watershed.Tadayoshi Hitomi Yusaku Iwamoto Asa Miura Koji Hamada Kyoji Takaki Eisaku Shiratani 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,6:6

7Leaf chlorophyll and nitrogen dynamics and their relationship to lowland rice yield for site-specific paddy management显示文摘The optimum rate and application timing of Nitrogen(N)fertilizer are crucial in achieving a high yield in rice cultivation;however,conventional laboratory testing of plant nutrients is time-consuming and expensive.To develop a site-specific spatial variable rate application method to overcome the limitations of traditional techniques,especially in fields under a double-cropping system,this study focused on the relationship between Soil Plant Analysis Development(SPAD)chlorophyll meter readings and N content in leaves during different growth stages to introduce the most suitable stage for assessment of crop N and prediction of rice yield.The SPAD readings and leaf N content were measured on the uppermost fully expanded leaf at panicle formation and booting stages.Grain yield was also measured at the end of the season.The analysis of variance,variogram,and kriging were calculated to determine the variability of attributes and their relationship,and finally,variability maps were created.Significant linear relationships were observed between attributes,with the same trends in different sampling dates;however,accuracy of semivariance estimation reduces with the growth stage.Results of the study also implied that there was a better relationship between rice leaf N content(R^2=0.93),as well as yield(R2=0.81),with SPAD readings at the panicle formation stage.Therefore,the SPAD-based evaluation of N status and prediction of rice yield is more reliable on this stage rather than at the booting stage.This study proved that the application of SPAD chlorophyll meter paves the way for real-time paddy N management and grain yield estimation.It can be reliably exploited in precision agriculture of paddy fields under double-cropping cultivation to understand and control spatial variations.Asa Gholizadeh Mohammadmehdi Saberioon Lubos Boruvka Aimrun Wayayok Mohd Amin Mohd Soom 2017Information Processing in Agriculture2017,4,4:3

9Polymorphisms in sulfotransferase 1A1 and glutathione 5-transferase P1 genes in relation to colorectal cancer risk and patients' survival显示文摘AIM: To examine whether polymorphisms in SULT1A1 and GSTP1 genes contribute to colorectal cancer development and whether they are associated with clinicopathological variables are not well identified.METHODS: We examined the genotypes of 125colorectal cancer patients and 666 healthy controls in a Swedish population by using PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).RESULTS: SULT1A1*2/*2 genotype (OR=2.49,95%CI=1.48-4.19, P=0.0002) and *2 allele (OR=1.56, 95%CI = 1.16-2.10, P = 0.002) had an effect on colorectal cancer susceptibility, while GSTP1 genotype was without effect.
