2Nanostructured porous polyaniline(PANI)coated carbon cloth(CC)as electrodes for flexible supercapacitor device显示文摘Nanostructured porous polyaniline(PANI)has been synthesized and coated simultaneously on a highly flexible and conductive carbon cloth(CC)substrate using a simple in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization technique.PANI coated CC(PANI-CC)based flexible electrodes were further used for the fabrication of flexible supercapacitor devices.For the comparison purpose,pure PANI has also been synthesized and tested for its electrochemical performance.The energy storage capacity of PANI and PANI–CC composite was investigated using electrochemical techniques like CV,GCD,and EIS in a potential range from 0 to 0.8 V in 1 M H_(2)SO_(4)electrolyte.PANI-CC flexible electrodes exhibited the highest specific capacitance of 691 F/g;whereas,pure PANI could only achieve 575 F/g of specific capacitance at 1 A/g.Composite also exhibited outstanding cyclic stability by recollecting 94%of its initial capacitance after 2000 GCD cycles.For actual implementation,a flexible supercapacitor device has been fabricated using stainless steel sheets and PANI-CC flexile electrodes.The energy storage performance of the PANI-CC flexible supercapacitor device was tested at several bending angles,which resulted in 72%of capacitance retention at a maximum bending angle of 140°compared to the capacitance obtained at an angle 0°(flat state).PANI-CC exhibited improved electrochemical performance than pure PANI due to the synergistic effect between PANI and CC.Here,CC helped in enhancing the conductivity and stability;whereas,PANI boosted the capacitance owing to its excellent porosity and fast pseudocapacitive charge storage response.Dinesh J.Ahirrao Ajay Kumar Pal Vikalp Singh Neetu Jha 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:5
3A high methionine,low folate and vitamin B_6/B_(12) containing diet can be associated with memory loss by epigenetic silencing of netrin-1显示文摘Memory-epigenetics which is the loss of memory due to epigenetic modifications can be due to the silencing of genes involved in cognitive functions and this is the basis of the current study.We hypothesize that a diet containing high methionine and low vitamins can lead to memory impairment by increasing global DNA methylation and therefore,silencing the netrin-1 gene,which encodes the glycoprotein involved in neurogenesis,axonal guidance and maintenance of the synaptic plasticity.Wild type(C57 BL/6 J) mice were fed with a diet containing excess methionine(1.2%),low-folate(0.08 mg/kg),vitamin B_6(0.01 mg/kg),and B_(12)(10.4 mg/kg) for 6 weeks.Mice were examined weekly for the long-term memory function,using a passive avoidance test,which determined loss of fear-motivated long-term memory starting from the fourth week of diet.Similarly,an increase in brain %5-methyl cytosine was observed starting from the 4 th week of diet in mice.Mice fed with a high methionine,low folate and vitamins containing diet showed a decrease in netrin-1 protein expression and an increase in netrin-1 gene promotor methylation,as determined by methylation-sensitive restriction enzyme-polymerase chain reaction analysis.The increase in methylation of netrin-1 gene was validated by high-resolution melting and sequencing analysis.Furthermore,the association of netrin-1 with memory was established by administering netrin that considerably restored long-term fear motivated memory.Taken together,these results suggest that a diet rich in methionine and lacking in folate and vitamin B_6/B_(12) can induce defects in learning and memory.Furthermore,the data indicates that decrease in netrin-1 expression due to hyper-methylation of its gene can be associated with memory loss.The animal procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee,University of Louisville,USA(No.A3586-01) on February 2,2018.Anuradha Kalani Pankaj Chaturvedi Komal Kalani Pradip K.Kamat Poonam Chaturvedi Neetu Tyagi 2019Neural Regeneration Research2019,14,7:4

16Fully fuzzy linear systems of triangular fuzzy numbers(a,b,c)显示文摘Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to study a nascent theory and an emerging concept of solving a fully fuzzy linear system(FFLS)with no non negative restrictions on the triangular fuzzy numbers chosen as parameters.Two new simplified computational methods are proposed to solve a FFLS without any sign restrictions.The first method eliminates the non-negativity constraint from the coefficient matrix while the second method eliminates the constraint of non-negativity on the solution vector.The methods are introduced with an objective to broaden the domain of fuzzy linear systems to encompass a wide range of problems occurring in reality.Design/methodology/approach–The design of numerical methods is motivated by decomposing the fuzzy based linear system into its equivalent crisp linear form which can be further solved by variety of classical methods to solve a crisp linear system.Further the paper investigates Schur complement technique to solve the crisp equivalent of the FFLS.Findings–The results that are obtained reveal interesting properties of a FFLS.By using the proposed methods,the authors are able to check the consistency of the fuzzy linear system as well as obtain the nature of obtained solutions,i.e.trivial,unique or infinite.Further it is also seen that an n£n FFLS may yield finitely many solutions which may not be entirely feasible(strong).Also the methods successfully remove the non-negativity restriction on the coefficient matrix and the solution vector,respectively.Research limitations/implications–Evolving methods with better computational complexity and that which remove the non-negativity restriction jointly on all the parameters are left as an open problem.Originality/value–The proposed methods are new and conceptually simple to understand and apply in several scientific areas where fuzziness persists.The methods successfully remove several constraints that have been employed exhaustively by researchers and thus eventually tend to widen the breadth of applicability and usability of fuzzy linear models in real life situations.Heretofore,the usability of FFLS is largely dormant.Amit Kumar Abhinav Bansal Neetu Babbar 2013International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics2013,6,1:1
