| 1 | 中国区域生态经济投入效益测度及其时空演化分析显示文摘在政府强化环境绩效考核的当下,科学考察中国区域生态经济投入效益时空演化规律,对于中国实现经济发展与环境保护双赢具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文采用2003—2014年中国大陆30个省、市和自治区数据,考虑废水、化学需氧量、工业废气和工业烟(粉)尘等非期望产出,构建SBM-DEA超效率模型测算中国区域生态经济投入效益水平。并基于空间经济学的视角,对区域生态经济投入效益时空演化格局进行分析。结果显示:(1)区域生态经济投入效益呈现从东部沿海向西部内陆地区逐渐递减的地带性差异;(2)要素配置失衡导致资源投入效率存在'短板效应',各区域表现出不同的资源投入松弛量空间分布状态、生态经济投入效益无法达到最优状态;(3)空间全局Moran's I指数证实区域生态经济投入效益逐步由较强的空间集聚状态向较弱集聚状态转变;(4)Getis-Ord Gi*指数结果表明,热点和次热点区域呈现出与生态经济投入效益较为一致的地带性分布;(5)重心移动轨迹曲折,东西往复摆动,表明中国区域生态经济投入效益分布存在振荡演化趋势。这意味着:要重视省际间的经济联系,强化区域联动和产业分工,在结构转换的带动下提升资源的配置效率;逐步引导企业成为科技研发投入的主体,使研发投入与产品和市场紧密结合,高层次人力资源,培养与企业需求相结合。延长热点区域技术、人力资源等生产要素的空间溢出半径,缩小生态经济投入效益冷热点区域之间的失衡;政府要建立规范化的治污投资效益评价体系加强治污投资资金的管理和监督,注重依靠市场化的手段将区域经济发展过程中的外部性内部化,从而推动区域生态经济投入效益水平的不断提升。 | 马歆 MUHAMMAD Raheel 薛天天 王继东 | 2017 | 中国人口·资源与环境2017,27,11: | 6 |
| 2 | Poly(vinyl alcohol)/GO-MMT Nanocomposites: Preparation, Structure and Properties显示文摘A facile, efficient and environment friendly method is established to prepare poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) based graphene oxide-montmorillonite(GO-MMT) nanocomposites in aqueous media. GO-MMT nanohybrid is obtained by the combination of GO and MMT in water without any reducing or stabilizing agents. The formation of GO-MMT nanohybrid is due to the hydrogen bonding and crosslinking effects. The sodium ions within MMT sheets act as crosslinkers between GO sheets and MMT platelets. The resultant nanocomposites are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and mechanical testing. Compared to that of pure PVA, PVA nanocomposites show enhanced thermal stabilities and mechanical properties, which results from strong interfacial adhesion of the nanoadditives in PVA matrix. | 6 | COVID-19:Effect on gastroenterology and hepatology service provision and training:Lessons learnt and planning for the future显示文摘In late 2019,reports arose of a new respiratory disease in China,identified as a novel coronavirus,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.The World Health Organisation named the disease caused by the virus‘coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)’.It was declared a pandemic in early 2020,after the disease rapidly spread across the world.COVID-19 has not only resulted in substantial morbidity and mortality but also significantly impacted healthcare service provision and training across all medical specialties with gastroenterology and Hepatology services being no exception.Internationally,most,if not all‘nonurgent’services have been placed on hold during surges of infections.As a result there have been delayed diagnoses,procedures,and surgeries which will undoubtedly result in increased morbidity and mortality.Outpatient services have been converted to remote consultations where possible in many countries.Trainees have been redeployed to help care for COVID-19 patients in other settings,resulting in disruption to their training-particularly endoscopy and outpatient clinics.This has led to significant anxiety amongst trainees,and risks prolongation of training.It is of the utmost importance to develop strategies that continue to support COVID-19-related service provision,whilst also supporting existing and future gastroenterology and Hepatology services and training.Changes to healthcare provision during the pandemic have generated new and improved frameworks of service and training delivery,which can be adopted in the post-COVID-19 world,leading to enhanced patient care. | Muhammad Raheel Anjum Jodie Chalmers Rizwana Hamid Neil Rajoriya | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,44: | 1 |
| 7 | Early Detection of Diabetic Retinopathy Using Machine Intelligence throughDeep Transfer and Representational Learning显示文摘Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a retinal disease that causes irreversible blindness.DR occurs due to the high blood sugar level of the patient, and it is clumsy tobe detected at an early stage as no early symptoms appear at the initial level. To preventblindness, early detection and regular treatment are needed. Automated detectionbased on machine intelligence may assist the ophthalmologist in examining thepatients’ condition more accurately and efficiently. The purpose of this study is toproduce an automated screening system for recognition and grading of diabetic retinopathyusing machine learning through deep transfer and representational learning.The artificial intelligence technique used is transfer learning on the deep neural network,Inception-v4. Two configuration variants of transfer learning are applied onInception-v4: Fine-tune mode and fixed feature extractor mode. Both configurationmodes have achieved decent accuracy values, but the fine-tuning method outperformsthe fixed feature extractor configuration mode. | 9 | A Framework for Enhancing Privacy and Anonymity in Blockchain-Enabled IoT Devices显示文摘With the increase in IoT(Internet of Things)devices comes an inherent challenge of security.In the world today,privacy is the prime concern of every individual.Preserving one’s privacy and keeping anonymity throughout the system is a desired functionality that does not come without inevitable trade-offs like scalability and increased complexity and is always exceedingly difficult to manage.The challenge is keeping confidentiality and continuing to make the person innominate throughout the system.To address this,we present our proposed architecture where we manage IoT devices using blockchain technology.Our proposed architecture works on and off blockchain integrated with the closed-circuit television(CCTV)security camera fixed at the rental property.In this framework,the CCTV security camera feed is redirected towards the owner and renter based on the smart contract conditions.One entity(owner or renter)can see the CCTV security camera feed at one time.There is no third-party dependence except for the CCTV security camera deployment phase.Our contributions include the proposition of framework architecture,a novel smart contract algorithm,and the modification to the ring signatures leveraging an existing cryptographic technique.Analyses are made based on different systems’security and key management areas.In an empirical study,our proposed algorithm performed better in key generation,proof generation,and verification times.By comparing similar existing schemes,we have shown the proposed architectures’advantages.Until now,we have developed this system for a specific area in the real world.However,this system is scalable and applicable to other areas like healthcare monitoring systems,which is part of our future work. | Muhammad Saad Muhammad Raheel Bhutta Jongik Kim Tae-Sun Chung | 2024 | Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,3: | 0 |
