1Manipulation of SlMXl for enhanced carotenoids accumulation and drought resistance in tomato显示文摘Plants are the ultimate source of nutrients in the human diet. To ensure adequate availability of high quality food for an increasing world population, traits including improved tolerance of stresses and nutrient levels need to be selected in crops, both individually and in combination. Here we report the identification of Sl MX1 encoding a MIXTA-like MYB transcription factor in tomato that simultaneously modulates drought resistance and metabolic processes through regulating key structural and regulatory genes of the corresponding pathways. Over-expression of Sl MX1 results in substantially increased drought tolerance and improved fruit quality, while knocking down Sl MX1 resulted in the opposite phenotypes. 2Effects of seasonal water-level fluctuation on soil pore structure in the Three Gorges Reservoir,China显示文摘Inundation of the Three Gorges Reservoir has created a 30-m water-level fluctuation zone with seasonal hydrological alternations of submergence and exposure, which may greatly affect soil properties and bank stability. The aim of this study was to investigate the response of soil pore structure to seasonal water-level fluctuation in the reservoir, and particularly, the hydrological change of wetting and drying cycles. Soil pore structure was visualized with industrial X-ray computed tomography and digital image analysis techniques. The results showed that soil total porosity(? 100 ?m), total pore number, total throat number, and mean throat surface area increased significantly under wetting and drying cycles. Soil porosity, pore number and throat numberwithin each size class increased in the course of wetting and drying cycles. The coordination number, degree of anisotropy and fractal dimension were indicating an increase. In contrast, the mean shape factor, pore-throat ratio, and Euler-Poincaré number decreased due to wetting and drying cycles. These illustrated that the wetting and drying cycles made soil pore structure become more porous, continuous, heterogeneous and complex. 3中原经济区城市发展效率及其时空分异特征研究显示文摘中原经济区是实施区域协调发展国家战略的重要组成部分,基于5省30个地级市的面板数据,构建考虑非期望产出的SBM-DEA超效率模型,测算了中原经济区城市发展效率,探讨了中原经济区城市发展效率的Malmquist-Luenberger指数及其分解特征,研究了总体空间分异状态。结果表明:各个城市发展效率存在明显的异质性,Malmquist-Luenberger指数及其分解值整体不高,发展方式仍未发生根本性转变,资源环境压力过大。中原经济区城市发展效率只在个别年份显现非常弱的集聚分布空间格局,郑州和洛阳等中心城市功能不强,难以通过“涓滴效应”成为带动中原经济区发展的动力源。马歆 郑潇潇 Raheel Akhtar Kathia 梁松 2020生态经济2020,36,5:7
4中原经济区耕地压力时空演变及驱动因素研究显示文摘[目的]严守耕地红线、合理利用和保护耕地资源,保障国家粮食安全。[方法]文章采用最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数模型,分析了2007—2016年中原经济区耕地压力时序变化特征,引入重心转移模型和变异系数,探究耕地压力重心的空间分布及迁移特征,并基于粮食生产因素和社会经济因素双重视角,选取10个指标运用灰色关联分析法对影响中原经济区耕地压力变化的驱动因素进行研究。[结果]2007—2016年中原经济区耕地压力指数呈现阶段性特征,总体处于波动递减的趋势,各地级市耕地压力离散程度和空间差异不断拉大,空间分布不均衡,东西分化趋势显著;耕地压力重心从西北向东南方向迁移,在郑州市区域移动;选取的影响因素指标对耕地压力变化均有影响,关联度大小依次为人均GDP>城市化水平>农民收入>产业结构>化肥投入>灌溉水平>复种指数>粮食单产量>耕地质量>人均耕地面积。[结论]社会经济因素对耕地压力影响显著,是影响耕地压力变动的主导因素。马歆 郑潇潇 王韵 Raheel Akhtar Kathia 2021中国农业资源与区划2021,42,3:7
5An Open IoT Framework Based on Microservices Architecture显示文摘With the continuous development and evolvement of Internet of Things(Io T), monolithic application becomes much larger in scale and even more complex in structure. This leads to poor scalability, extensibility and maintainability. In response to those challenges, microservice architecture has been introduced in the field of Io T application, due to its flexibility, lightweight and loose coupling. However, the existing Io T framework of microservice mainly focus on a specific domain, therefore, this greatly limits its application. In this paper, we propose a general microservice system framework for the Io T application, which is a better scalable, extendable and maintainable architecture. We introduce its system design and related microservices, and emphasize on core service and device communication from service layer to physical layer. It has better capacity to support interoperability and accommodate heterogeneous objects. 6中国区域生态经济投入效益测度及其时空演化分析显示文摘在政府强化环境绩效考核的当下,科学考察中国区域生态经济投入效益时空演化规律,对于中国实现经济发展与环境保护双赢具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文采用2003—2014年中国大陆30个省、市和自治区数据,考虑废水、化学需氧量、工业废气和工业烟(粉)尘等非期望产出,构建SBM-DEA超效率模型测算中国区域生态经济投入效益水平。并基于空间经济学的视角,对区域生态经济投入效益时空演化格局进行分析。结果显示:(1)区域生态经济投入效益呈现从东部沿海向西部内陆地区逐渐递减的地带性差异;(2)要素配置失衡导致资源投入效率存在'短板效应',各区域表现出不同的资源投入松弛量空间分布状态、生态经济投入效益无法达到最优状态;(3)空间全局Moran's I指数证实区域生态经济投入效益逐步由较强的空间集聚状态向较弱集聚状态转变;(4)Getis-Ord Gi*指数结果表明,热点和次热点区域呈现出与生态经济投入效益较为一致的地带性分布;(5)重心移动轨迹曲折,东西往复摆动,表明中国区域生态经济投入效益分布存在振荡演化趋势。这意味着:要重视省际间的经济联系,强化区域联动和产业分工,在结构转换的带动下提升资源的配置效率;逐步引导企业成为科技研发投入的主体,使研发投入与产品和市场紧密结合,高层次人力资源,培养与企业需求相结合。延长热点区域技术、人力资源等生产要素的空间溢出半径,缩小生态经济投入效益冷热点区域之间的失衡;政府要建立规范化的治污投资效益评价体系加强治污投资资金的管理和监督,注重依靠市场化的手段将区域经济发展过程中的外部性内部化,从而推动区域生态经济投入效益水平的不断提升。马歆 MUHAMMAD Raheel 薛天天 王继东 2017中国人口·资源与环境2017,27,11:6
7RNA-seq reveals mechanisms of SlMX1 for enhanced carotenoids and terpenoids accumulation along with stress resistance in tomato显示文摘Improving nutritional fruit quality and impacts important agro-traits such as biotic or abiotic stresses are extremely important for human civilization.Our previous study reported that manipulation of Sl MX1 gene enhanced carotenoids accumulation and drought resistance in tomato.Here,RNA-Seq analysis proved to be a very useful tool to provide insights into the regulatory mechanisms of Sl MX1 involved in stress resistance and enhanced secondary metabolites.Physiological analysis showed that overexpression of Sl MX1 results in substantially increased broad-spectrum tolerance to a wide-range of abiotic and biotic(fungus,bacteria,virus and insects) stresses in tomato.This research appears to be of remarkable interest because enhanced terpenoids content has been achieved by increasing trichome density.In addition,we reported two types of trichome which seems to be aberrant types in tomato.This study unravels the mechanism of regulation of Sl MX1,which simultaneously modulates resistance and metabolic processes through regulating key structural and regulatory genes of the corresponding pathways.Mohamed Ewas Yangqiang Gao Farhan Ali Elsayed M. 9Poly(vinyl alcohol)/GO-MMT Nanocomposites: Preparation, Structure and Properties显示文摘A facile, efficient and environment friendly method is established to prepare poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) based graphene oxide-montmorillonite(GO-MMT) nanocomposites in aqueous media. GO-MMT nanohybrid is obtained by the combination of GO and MMT in water without any reducing or stabilizing agents. The formation of GO-MMT nanohybrid is due to the hydrogen bonding and crosslinking effects. The sodium ions within MMT sheets act as crosslinkers between GO sheets and MMT platelets. The resultant nanocomposites are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and mechanical testing. Compared to that of pure PVA, PVA nanocomposites show enhanced thermal stabilities and mechanical properties, which results from strong interfacial adhesion of the nanoadditives in PVA matrix.
