| 1 | 南蛇藤提取物对Lewis大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)预防及治疗作用显示文摘目的:观察南蛇藤提取物对Mtb诱发的Lewis大鼠佐剂型关节炎的影响。方法:以Mtb(Heat-killed mycobaeterium tubreuolsis H37Ra)免疫Lewis大鼠(1mg/只),诱发佐剂性关节炎模型,免疫后8天,出现临床类风湿关节炎症状。大鼠分成预防组及治疗组,分别灌胃南蛇藤(1.5~3g/kg)、生理盐水及甲氨碟呤(0.5mg/kg)。用积分法定期评定四肢炎症程度。实验结束后,大鼠关节做病理检测。结果:实验结果表明,预防组与模型对照组比较,南蛇藤提取物显著降低关节炎模型大鼠的临床积分,抑制关节炎症的发生(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。治疗组中南蛇藤提取物组与甲氨碟呤组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。病理结果显示南蛇藤提取物可减轻Lewis大鼠关节的损伤破坏程度。结论:南蛇藤提取物对AA模型大鼠关节炎症及病情进展有显著的抑制作用。 | 佟丽 Kamal D Moudgil 陈育尧 肖长虹 | 2008 | 中国免疫学杂志2008，24，5： | 5 |
