1Chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic adenocarcinoma and the black box in-between显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is a challenging disease for patients, doctors and researchers who for decades have searched for a cure for this deadly malignancy. Although existing mouse models of pancreatic cancer have shed light on the mecha- nistic basis of the neoplastic conversion of the pancreas, their impact in terms of offering new diagnostics and therapeu- tic modalities remains limited. Chronic pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease of the pancreas that is associated with a gradual damage of the organ and an increased risk of developing neoplastic lesions. In this review, we propose that detailed studies of chronic inflammatory processes in the pancreas will provide insights into the evolution of pancreatic cancer. 2Small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) history, fundamentals of a new refractive surgery technique and clinical outcomes显示文摘This review summarizes the current status of the small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)procedure.Following the early work by Sekundo et al.and Shah et al.,SMILE has become increasingly popular.The accuracy of the creation of the lenticule with the VisuMax femtosecond laser(Carl Zeiss Meditec)has been verified using very high-frequency(VHF)digital ultrasound and optical coherence tomography(OCT).Visual and refractive outcomes have been shown to be similar to those achieved with laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK),notably in a large population reported by Hjortdal,Vestergaard et al.Safety in terms of the change in corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA)has also been shown to be similar to LASIK.It was expected that there would be less postoperative dry eye after SMILE compared to LASIK because the anterior stroma is disturbed only by the small incision,meaning that the anterior corneal nerves should be less affected.A number of studies have demonstrated a lower reduction and faster recovery of corneal sensation after SMILE than LASIK.Some studies have also used confocal microscopy to demonstrate a lower decrease in subbasal nerve fiber density after SMILE than LASIK.The potential biomechanical advantages of SMILE have been modeled by Reinstein et al.based on the non-linearity of tensile strength through the stroma.Studies have reported a similar change in Ocular Response Analyzer(Reichert)parameters after SMILE and LASIK,however,these have previously been shown to be unreliable as a representation of corneal biomechanics.Retreatment options after SMILE are discussed.Tissue addition applications of the SMILE procedure are also discussed including the potential for cryo-preservation of the lenticule for later reimplantation(Mohamed-Noriega,Angunawela,Lim et al.),and a new procedure referred to as endokeratophakia in which a myopic SMILE lenticule is implanted into a hyperopic patient(Pradhan et al.).Finally,studies reporting microdistortions in Bowman’s layer and corneal wound healing responses are also described.Dan Z Reinstein Timothy J Archer Marine Gobbe 2014Eye and Vision2014,1,1:12
3扬子克拉通古大陆边缘Mo同位素特征及对有机埋藏量的指示意义显示文摘通过对扬子克拉通古大陆边缘不同时期沉积岩的Mo同位素进行测定,结合Mo微量元素组成,对古大陆边缘Mo的自生作用规律进行了研究,并根据Mo丰度对原始有机碳堆积速率进行了计算.结果表明,其原始有机碳堆积速率在0.17~0.67mmol/m2/day之间.利用已建立的现代大陆边缘δ98Mo与有机碳埋藏速率模型,对该区不同时期沉积岩的有机碳埋藏速率进行恢复.结果表明,扬子克拉通显生宙不同时期沉积岩的有机碳埋藏速率有较大的变化范围(0.43~2.87mmol/m2/day),并与原始有机碳堆积速率具有明显的相关性,因此,δ98Mo有可能成为评价有效烃源岩的潜在指标.周炼 周红兵 李茉 王峰 Corey Archer 2007地球科学(中国地质大学学报)2007,32,6:11
4煤油在超声速气流中非定常横向喷射的实验观察显示文摘本文目的是研究煤油在超声速气流中非定常横向喷射问题 ,并与静止和亚声速气流中的结果进行对比。改造普通油嘴并采用单次高压燃油喷射系统 ,得到不同延时的流场阴影照片。结果表明 :在超声速气流中 ,射流柱破碎是由迎风面的表面波引起的 ,破碎点位于表面波的波谷。雾化过程可分四个区域。射流激波贴近射流柱的迎风面 ,并在通道内壁反射 ,非定常喷射的波系演化复杂。煤油在亚声速气流中喷射 ,不存在射流激波 ,破碎点沿射流柱上移 ,穿透深度变大 ,但破碎和雾化特征与超声速气流相似。本文结果还表明 :燃料物性参数对亚、超声速气流中射流柱的破碎和雾化特征以及激波结构的影响不大。徐胜利 Archer R D Milton B E 岳朋涛 2000空气动力学学报2000,18,3:8

622q11.2微缺失综合征7例相关临床表型及病因分析显示文摘目的探讨22q11.2微缺失综合征患儿的不同临床表现。方法收集2006年7月至2007年6月在英国Oxford儿童医院临床所见的7例经分子细胞遗传学分析(FISH检测)确诊为22q11.2微缺失综合征患儿的临床资料,分析其临床表现、诊断及治疗情况。结果7例中男2例,女5例。7例均通过FISH检测确诊,1例为产前诊断,余6例的平均确诊年龄为2个月。2例(28.4%)为父母遗传致病,5例(71.6%)为基因突变致病。其中,先天性心脏病和面容异常的发生率均为100%,免疫功能异常28.6%,颚裂14.3%,低钙14.3%。根据患儿的不同临床表现进行对症治疗。结论22q11.2微缺失综合征患儿以心脏畸形及面容异常为突出表现,结合FISH检测可早期诊断,基因突变是其主要病因,以流出道受损为主的心脏畸形及以T淋巴细胞数量减少为主的免疫功能异常是影响预后的关键因素。吴晓云 田杰 Nick Archer 2009中国实用儿科杂志2009,24,5:5
7黑曲霉菌为宿主菌的重组表达性质粒的构建显示文摘目的 建立以pyrG基因为选择标志 ,以黑曲霉菌为宿主菌的蛋白质表达系统。 方法 以PCR扩增获得的黑曲霉菌 pyrG基因的部分序列片段为探针作两次噬菌斑原位杂交 ,从黑曲霉菌ATCC 12 0 49基因文库中克隆获得长度为 9.8kb的DNA片段 ,将其中含 pyrG基因的 2 .3kb片段亚克隆至表达性载体PIGF中 ,获得重组质粒。对克隆基因进行了全基因测定和分析。以黑曲霉菌ATCC 12 0 49的 pyrG缺陷株M 5 4为受体菌 ,用聚乙二醇 /氯化钙方法作基因转化实验 ,将重组质粒导入该受体菌并在其中表达。结果 从黑曲霉菌ATCC 12 0 49基因文库中克隆获得了pyrG基因 ,构建了含该基因的重组表达性载体 pYG1.2。序列分析表明该基因与黑曲霉菌L112的 pyrG基因编码序列的同源性为 93 .9% ,两者经推导的氨基酸的同源性为 98.9%。重组质粒 pYG1.2可使黑曲霉菌ATCC 12 0 49的 pyrG缺陷株M5 4发生基因转化 ,成为Pyr+ 。结论 在克隆了 pyrG基因的基础上成功构建了以 pyrG基因为选择标志 。刘钟滨 David J Jeenes David B Archer 2001同济大学学报(医学版)2001,22,3:4

10扬子克拉通北缘显生宙碎屑沉积岩Mo同位素初步研究及其地质意义显示文摘通过对扬子克拉通北缘西乡-碑坝小区寒武纪-侏罗纪碎屑沉积岩的Mo、Nd同位素进行测定,结合微量元素数据分析,结果表明,该区寒武纪-侏罗纪碎屑沉积岩的δ98Mo变化范围在?0.65‰^+1.87‰之间,εNd(t)变化范围在?1.46~?10.90之间.茅口组晚期一个样品(4820)具有相对偏正的δ98Mo和εNd(t)(0.97‰,?1.46),有可能与二叠纪晚期峨眉山地幔柱的喷发过程中,扬子克拉通北缘古海水中富集的大量硫化氢有关,此时海水中的MoO42?转变为MoS42?,并具有偏正的Mo同位素组成.晚二叠世长兴期样品(4814)也具有明显偏正的δ98Mo(1.87‰),但εNd(t)相对偏负(?10.90),并具有相对较高的总有机碳(TOC)含量和总硫含量(TS)(分别为1.52%,2.02%),暗示该时期具有较高的初级生产力和有机碳埋藏量,似乎表明脱硫酸还原作用产生的大量HS?,H2S与同期海相沉积岩明显偏正的δ98Mo有一定的耦合性.研究显示,古大陆边缘碎屑沉积岩的Mo同位素变化,与区域构造活动及产生的环境效应存在一定的相关性,可以作为指示区域古环境演化的有效示踪剂.周炼 高山 Chris Hawkesworth Corey Archer 谢树成 2008科学通报2008,53,21:3
11Preliminary Mo isotope data of Phanerozoic clastic sediments from the northern margin of the Yangtze block and its implication for paleoenvironmental conditions显示文摘Mo isotopes along with Nd isotopes and other geochemical characteristics of the Phanerozoic clastic sediments from the northern margin of the Yangtze block were analyzed by MC-ICP-MS and some other techniques, spanning the period from Cambrian to Jurassic. The δ 98Mo values and εNd(t ) in these sedimets were observed to exhibit a large range of variation (?0.65‰―+1.87‰, ?1.46―?10.90, respec-tively). Specifically, the sample from Late Permian Maokou Formation has relatively positive values in both δ 98Mo and εNd(t ) (+0.97‰, ?1.46, respectively). These elevated values are proposed to relate to the input of a large quantity of H2S and HS- into the contemporaneous seawater by the volcanic eruption of the Emeishan mantle plume. Introduction of these sulfide gases would cause MoO42? to be transferred into MoS24?, favoring the preferential deposition of the heavy Mo isotope as MoS24? and thus leaving a positive Mo isotope value. The sample from Late Permian Changxing Formation has a significantly elevated δ 98Mo value of +1.87‰, in association with the relatively negative εNd(t ) (?10.90) and remain the relatively higher content of both TOC and total sulfur (TS) (1.52%, 2.02%, respectively). This infers the presence of the enhanced primary productivity and high organic burial during the Changxing pe-riod. The production of a huge quantity of HS? and H2S by the sulfate-reducing reaction led to the ex-istence of the elevated seawater δ 98Mo values during the Changxing period. The preliminary Phanero-zoic data reported here allow us to propose that the Mo isotope signature preserved in reductive sediments is related to the regional tectonic settings and the associated environmental conditions, and thus the measurement of δ 98Mo promotes our understanding on the evolution of the paleoenviron-mental event in the Earth history.ZHOU Lian GAO Shan CHRIS Hawkesworth COREY Archer XIE ShuCheng 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,5:3
