2Traffic Priority-Aware Medical Data Dissemination Scheme for IoT Based WBASN Healthcare Applications显示文摘Wireless Body Area Sensor Network(WBASN)is an automated system for remote health monitoring of patients.WBASN under umbrella of Internet of Things(IoT)is comprised of small Biomedical Sensor Nodes(BSNs)that can communicate with each other without human involvement.These BSNs can be placed on human body or inside the skin of the patients to regularly monitor their vital signs.The BSNs generate critical data as it is related to patient’s health.The data traffic can be classified as Sensitive Data(SD)and Non-sensitive Data(ND)packets based on the value of vital signs.These data packets have different priority to deliver.The ND packets may tolerate some delay or packet loss whereas,the SD packets required to be delivered on time with minimized packet loss otherwise it can be life threating to the patients.In this research,we propose a Traffic Priority-aware Medical Data Dissemination(TPMD2)scheme forWBASN to deliver the data packets according to their priority based on the sensitivity of the data.The assessment of the proposed scheme is carried out in various experiments.The simulation results of the TPMD2 scheme indicate a significant improvement in packets delivery,transmission delay and energy efficiency in comparison with the existing schemes.Muhammad Anwar Farhan Masud Rizwan Aslam Butt Sevia Mahdaliza Idrus Mohammad Nazir Ahmad Mohd Yazid Bajuri 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,6:1

5Sequential maximum androgen blockade(MAB) in minimally symptomatic prostate cancer progressing after initial MAB: two case reports显示文摘The management of castrate-resistant prostate cancer progressing after maximum androgen blockade(MAB) has evolved in the last decade with the development of several novel therapeutic options. However, the initial therapeutic strategy in these patients usually involves withdrawal of anti-androgen that can be associated with biochemical response in approximately 20% of patients. Notably, we have observed evidence of sustained biochemical response in two patients following secondand third-line MAB using rechallenge schedule of previously administered anti-androgen after latent interval. 6Facile synthesis of ironenickelecobalt ternary oxide(FNCO)mesoporous nanowires as electrode material for supercapacitor application显示文摘Transition Metal Oxides have drawn significant attention due to their reversible chemical redox reaction and long-life stability.Inexorable agglomeration and shrinkage/expansion of transition metal oxides in the nanosize regime have a noticeable effect on their electrochemical properties.Here in this work,mesoporous nanowires(NWs)with a typical composition of iron-nickel-cobalt ternary oxide(FNCO)are synthesized using a simple,facile and cost-effective hydrothermal process followed by furnace annealing.These NWs are then extensively investigated as an electrode material for supercapacitor application.To compare the electrochemical properties,nanowires of nickel-cobalt oxide(NCO),iron-cobalt oxide(FCO)and cobalt oxide(CO)were also produced by following the same protocol.The FNCO NWs are found to overcome the shortcomings in the electrochemical energy storage devices by exhibiting higher values of specific capacitance(2197 Fg^(-1))and energy density(109 Whkg^(-1))at 1 Ag^(-1) current rate.Moreover,the FNCO NWs also showed a cyclic charge/discharge stability of 96%even up to 20,000 cycles.Furthermore,a FNCO//graphene asymmetric device,fabricated with FNCO NWs and graphene as positive and negative electrodes,respectively,which exhibit high energy density(47 Whkg^(-1)),power density(375 Wkg^(-1))and excellent capacitance retention(86%)after 15,000 cycles.Muhammad Usman Muhammad Tayyab Ahsan Sofia Javed Zeeshan Ali Yiqiang Zhan Irfan Ahmed Sajid Butt Mohammad Islam Asif Mahmood M.Aftab Akram 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1:0

8Competency Driven Resource Evaluation Method for Business Process Intelligence显示文摘Enterprises are continuously aiming at improving the execution of processes to achieve a competitive edge.One of the established ways of improving process performance is to assign the most appropriate resources to each task of the process.However,evaluations of business process improvement approaches have established that a method that can guide decision-makers to identify the most appropriate resources for a task of process improvement in a structured way,is missing.It is because the relationship between resources and tasks is less understood and advancement in business process intelligence is also ignored.To address this problem an integrated resource classification framework is presenting that identifies competence,suitability,and preference as the relationship of task with resources.But,only the competence relationship of human resources with a task is presented in this research as a resource competence model.Furthermore,the competency calculation method is presented as a user guider layer for business process intelligencebased resource competence evaluation.The computed capabilities serve as a basic input for choosing the most appropriate resources for each task of the process.Applicability of method is illustrated through a heathcare case study.Abid Sohail Dhanapal Durai Dominic Mohammad Hijji Muhammad Arif Butt 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,10:0
