| 1 | 弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察显示文摘目的探讨弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-02—2017-02采用弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗的27例儿童肱骨近端骨折,术中采用经内、外髁双侧入路或外侧髁单侧入路置入髓内钉。结果 27例均获得随访,随访时间平均12(9~18)个月。末次随访时影像学资料显示骨折部位骨痂生长良好,未出现弹性髓内钉断裂滑脱、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合、切口疼痛、血管损伤、尺神经损伤等并发症。末次随访时Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分平均92.6(78~98)分,其中优23例,良3例,可1例;患肢前屈上举平均162.5°(145°~175°),外展上举平均173.2°(145°~180°),中立位外旋平均41.2°(38°~45°),中立位内旋平均59.8°(50°~70°)。结论采用弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折可有效减少创伤,术中损伤小、固定效果稳定,术后并发症较少、患肢功能恢复良好,可作为治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的有效方法,值得临床借鉴与推广。 | 周霖 刘德森 辜刘伟 Mohammad Tajul Islam Surajit Saha 曹洪 | 2020 | 中国骨与关节损伤杂志2020,35,7: | 11 |
| 2 | 经跗骨窦入路结合型解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折显示文摘目的探讨经跗骨窦切口联合跟骨结合型微创解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的短期临床疗效。方法回顾性研究分析自2016年6月至2018年6月我院骨科中心收治的18例(19足)闭合性跟骨骨折患者,其中男11例,女7例;年龄范围22-65岁,平均(38.1±5.6)岁。Sanders分型:Ⅱ型8足,Ⅲ型11足。全部患者均采用经跗骨窦入路,联合使用跟骨结合型微创解剖板进行治疗。结果本组病例术后均获得随访,随访时间12-18个月,平均(13.5±1.5)个月。根据美国足踝外科协会(American orthopaedic foot and ankle society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分标准对患足功能进行评价,优16足,良2足,可1足,优良率94.7%。结论经跗骨窦切口入路联合跟骨结合型微创解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,可有效恢复跟骨的形态,有利于足踝功能地恢复,可作为SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折手术治疗的一种选择。 | 周霖 Mohammad Tajul Islam Surajit Saha 庹伟 刘德森 辜刘伟 薛晓凯 曹洪 | 2020 | 实用骨科杂志2020,26,1: | 10 |

| 4 | MI-NLMS adaptive beamforming algorithm for smart antenna system applications显示文摘A Matrix Inversion Normalized Least Mean Square (MI-NLMS) adaptive beamforming algorithm was developed for smart antenna application. The MI-NLMS which combined the individual good aspects of Sample Matrix Inversion (SMI) and the Normalized Least Mean Square (NLMS) algorithms is described. Simulation results showed that the less complexity MI-NLMS yields 15 dB improvements in interference suppression and 5 dB gain enhancement over LMS algorithm, converges from the initial iteration and achieves 24% BER improvements at cochannel interference equal to 5. | 5 | Sources and Ecological Risks of Heavy Metals in Soils Under Different Land Uses in Bangladesh显示文摘Soil heavy metal pollution, influenced by both natural and anthropogenic factors, significantly reduces environmental quality. In this study, Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, and Pb in eight different land-use soils from Patuakhali District in Bangladesh were assessed. Concentrations of Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, and Pb in soils were 1-87, 5-271, 4-181, 0-80, 0.2-24.0, and 5-276 mg kg-1, respectively, measured using an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer. The enrichment factor, pollution load index (PLI), and contamination factor (CJ) of metal i were used to assess the ecological risk posed by metals in soils. The PLI ranged from 0.78 to 2.66, indicating baseline levels to progressive deterioration of soil due to metal contamination. However, C;of Cd ranged from 1.8 to 12.0, which showed that the studied soils were strongly impacted by Cd. Considering the severity of the potential ecological risk of a single metal, the descending order was Cd > As > Pb > Cu > Ni > Cr. | 6 | HBsAg, HBcAg, and combined HBsAg/HBcAg-based therapeutic vaccines in treating chronic hepatitis B virus infection显示文摘BACKGROUND: As the host immunity is diminished in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB), different approaches have been used to up-regulate their immune responses to produce therapeutic effects. But, cytokines, growth factors and polyclonal immune modulators could not exhibit sufficient therapeutic effects in these patients. Immune therapy with HBV-related antigens (vaccine therapy) has been used in CHB patients. But there is a paucity of information about the design of HBV antigen-based immune therapy in these patients. DATA SOURCE: Preclinical and clinical studies on immune therapy with HBsAg-based vaccine, HBcAg and combination of HBsAg/HBcAg-based vaccines have been discussed. RESULTS: HBsAg-based prophylactic vaccine was used as an immune therapeutic agent in CHB patients; however, monotherapy with HBsAg-based immune therapy could not lead to sustained control of HBV replication and/or liver damages. HBsAg-based vaccine was used as a combination therapy with cytokines, growth factors, and antiviral drugs. HBsAg-based vaccine was also used for cell-based therapy. However, satisfactory therapeutic effects of HBsAg-based vaccine could not be documented in CHB patients. In the mean time, evidences have supported that HBcAg-specific immunity is endowed with antiviral and liver protecting capacities in CHB patients. | 13 | Carbon mineralization in subtropical alluvial arable soils amended with sugarcane bagasse and rice husk biochars显示文摘Subtropical recent alluvial soils are low in organic carbon(C).Thus,increasing organic C is a major challenge to sustain soil fertility.Biochar amendment could be an option as biochar is a C-rich pyrolyzed material,which is slowly decomposed in soil.We investigated C mineralization(CO_(2)-C evolution)in two types of soils(recent and old alluvial soils)amended with two feedstocks(sugarcane bagasse and rice husk)(1%,weight/weight),as well as their biochars and aged biochars under a controlled environment(25±2℃)over 85 d.For the recent alluvial soil(charland soil),the highest absolute cumulative CO_(2)-C evolution was observed in the sugarcane bagasse treatment(1140 mg CO_(2)-C kg^(-1)soil)followed by the rice husk treatment(1090 mg CO_(2)-C kg^(-1)soil);the lowest amount(150 mg CO_(2)-C kg^(-1)soil)was observed in the aged rice husk biochar treatment.Similarly,for the old alluvial soil(farmland soil),the highest absolute cumulative CO_(2)-C evolution(1290 mg CO_(2)-C kg^(-1)soil)was observed in the sugarcane bagasse treatment and then in the rice husk treatment(1270 mg CO_(2)-C kg^(-1)soil);the lowest amount(200 mg CO_(2)-C kg^(-1)soil)was in the aged rice husk biochar treatment.Aged sugarcane bagasse and rice husk biochar treatments reduced absolute cumulative CO_(2)-C evolution by 10%and 36%,respectively,compared with unamended recent alluvial soil,and by 10%and 18%,respectively,compared with unamended old alluvial soil.Both absolute and normalized C mineralization were similar between the sugarcane bagasse and rice husk treatments,between the biochar treatments,and between the aged biochar treatments.In both soils,the feedstock treatments resulted in the highest cumulative CO_(2)-C evolution,followed by the biochar treatments and then the aged biochar treatments.The absolute and normalized CO_(2)-C evolution and the mineralization rate constant of the stable C pool(K_(s))were lower in the recent alluvial soil compared with those in the old alluvial soil.The biochars and aged biochars had a negative priming effect in both soils,but the effect was more prominent in the recent alluvial soil.These results would have good implications for improving organic matter content in organic C-poor alluvial soils. | Mohammad Arifur RAHMAN Mohammad Abdul KADER Mohammad JAHIRUDDIN Mohammad Rafiqul ISLAM Zakaria Mohammad SOLAIMAN | 2022 | Pedosphere2022,32,3: | 2 |
