4Mechanisms of hepatocellular carcinoma progression显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the most common primary malignancy of the liver. It is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, with a very poor prognosis. In the United States, there has been only minimal improvement in the prognosis for HCC patients over the past 15 years. Details of the molecular mechanisms and other mechanisms of HCC progression remain unclear. Consequently, there is an urgent need for better understanding of these mechanisms. HCC is often diagnosed at advanced stages, and most patients will therefore need systemic therapy, with sorafenib being the most common at the present time. However, sorafenib therapy only minimally enhances patient survival. This review provides a summary of some of the known mechanisms that either cause HCC or contribute to its progression. Included in this review are the roles of viral hepatitis, non-viral hepatitis, chronic alcohol intake, genetic predisposition and congenital abnormalities, toxic exposures, and autoimmune diseases of the liver. Well-established molecular mechanisms of HCC progression such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition, tumor-stromal interactions and the tumor microenvironment, cancer stem cells, and senescence bypass are also discussed. Additionally, we discuss the roles of circulating tumor cells,immunomodulation, and neural regulation as potential new mechanisms of HCC progression. 17Variations in Wool Growth with Nutrient Supply in Northern China显示文摘Field studies on essessment of nutritional status of the grazing sheep were carried out in each of the three major grassland regions, the eastern Inner Mongolia and beyond grassland, the Inner Mongolia - Ningxia - Gansu grassland and the Xinjiang grassland, in northern China. The results obtained showed that the wool production of fine wool sheep in these regions varied between regions and seasons, with similar seasonal patterns in all regions and that reducing the seasonal variations in nutrient supply would enhance wool production substantially. 18饲料中添加蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分利用率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响显示文摘试验在饲喂玉米、高粱为主的肉鸡日粮中补充大豆,并添加蛋白酶,研究蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分消化率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响。试验选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡(43.8±1.31 g)256只,均为公鸡,随机分配到2×2试验设计方阵中,方阵包括正常组(玉米组和高粱组)和蛋白酶组(空白组和添加蛋白酶150 mg·kg^(-1)的试验组)。试验1~21 d为第一阶段,22~42 d为第二阶段。试验结果表明,第二阶段中,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG,P<0.01),在整个试验过程中显著提高(P<0.05)。在各个时期,正常组对肉鸡生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。19~21 d时,添加蛋白酶可显著提高肉鸡的表观代谢能(AME),干物质(DM)、总能量(GE)和养分消化率(P<0.05)。此外,日粮以高粱为主时,AME、GE消化率有降低趋势(P=0.05),氮沉积率也有降低趋势(P=0.08)。40~42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶可显著提高AME,DM、GE和氮沉积率(P<0.05)。21 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著增加肠绒毛高度、肠绒毛与隐窝深度比值,极显著降低十二指肠、空肠、回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.01)。42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加空肠肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,显著降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加胸肌重、24 h p H,显著降低胸肌的滴水损失(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,饲养阶段日粮中添加复合蛋白酶可提高肉鸡ADG;在第一阶段可改善AME、DM、GE和氮沉积率和肠道形态。补充蛋白酶可提高出栏重、胸肌重和24 h pH,降低胸肌的滴水损失。低单宁高粱日粮与玉米日粮相比,对肉鸡性能的影响相近。Xu X Wang H L Pan L Ma X K Tian Q Y Xu Y T Long S F Zhang Z H Piao X S 2017饲料博览2017,0,1:2
