Changes of plasma C-reactive protein in patients with craniocerebral injury before and after hyperbaric oxygenation: A randomly controlled study显示文摘BACKGROUND: Plasma inflammatory factor, such as C-reactive protein, whose content is regarded as a sensitively pathological marked protein and quantitative indexes of central nervous system injury, has been paid more and more attention in clinic. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects and clinical significance of C-reactive protein in patients with craniocerebral injury after hyperbaric oxygenation. DESIGN: Randomized controlled study. SETTING: Departments of Neurosurgery, Laboratory and Hyperbaric Oxygen, the Second Affiliated Hospital, Medical College of Shantou University. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 60 patients with craniocerebral injury were selected from Department of Neurosurgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital, Medical College of Shantou University from October 2006 to April 2007. There were 37 males and 23 females and the mean age was 26 years. All subjects were certainly diagnosed as history of craniocerebral injury. Patients hospitalized at 24 hours after injury, Glasgow Coma Score ranged from 3 to 12 points, and all patients were certainly diagnosed with CT or MR scanning. Patients and their relatives provided confirmed consent. All the subjects were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygenation group and control group with 30 in each group. METHODS: Patients in the control group were treated with routinely neurosurgical therapy after hospitalization; however, based the same basic treatment in the control group, patients in the hyperbaric oxygenation group received hyperbaric oxygenation by using iced-wheel four-door 2-cabin air-compression chamber (made in Yantai) from 24 hours to 10 days after operation or injury. After entering the cabin, patients who had a clear consciousness breathed the oxygen by using face mask; contrarily, patients directly breathed the oxygen. Therapeutic project: Expression was increased for about 15–20 minutes, maintained for about 70–80 minutes, and decreased for 20 minutes. Otherwise, pressure was maintained from 0.2 to 0.25 MPa. Hyperbaric oxygenation took an hour for once a day and 10 times were regarded as a course. Venous blood was collected before treatment and on the next day of the first course end. Content of C-reactive protein in plasma was measured with immune turbidimetry in hyperbaric oxygenation group; in addition, content of C-reactive protein in plasma was directly measured with the same method at the corresponding time in the control group. If the content was less or equal to 8 mg/L, it was regarded as normal value. Effects of the two groups were evaluated based on Glasgow Coma Score before and after treatment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Content of plasma C-reactive protein and Glasgow Coma Score in the two groups before and after treatment. RESULTS: All 60 patients were involved in the final analysis. ① Content of plasma C-reactive protein: The two contents were obviously higher than normal value after craniocerebral injury. There was no significant difference in the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05), but both contents were decreased after treatment, and there was significant difference between HBOT group and control group after treatment (t =4.756, P < 0.01). In addition, there was significant difference in hyperbaric oxygen therapy group before and after treatment (t =5.236, P < 0.01). ② Glasgow Coma Score: There was no significant difference in the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05), but scores were increased in both groups after treatment (t =9.92, 2.51, P < 0.01, 0.05); on the other hand, therefore, there was significant difference between the two groupsafter treatment (t =9.21, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Hyperbaric oxygenation can remarkably decrease content of plasma C-reactive protein in patients with craniocerebral injury at the phase of stress. | Zeyu Xie Minghua Zhuang Lan Lin Hongwu Xu Linxing Chen Lina Hu | 2007 | Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,5: | 9

Experimental study on the new type of electrical storage heater based on flat micro-heat pipe arrays显示文摘A new type of electrical storage heater that utilizes latent heat storage and flat micro-heat pipe arrays(FMHPAs) was developed. The thermal characteristics of the heater were tested through experimentation. The structure and operating principle of the storage heater were expounded. Three rows of FMHPAs were applied(three rows with five assemblies each) with a mass of 28 kg of phase change material(PCM) in the heat storage tank. Electric power was supplied to the PCM in the range of 0.2-2.04 kW, and air was used as heat transfer fluid, with the volume flow rate ranging from 40-120 m^3/h. The inlet temperature was in the range of15-24℃. The effects of heating power, air volume flow rate, and inlet temperature were investigated. The electrical storage heater exhibited efficiencies of 97% and 87% with 1.98 and 1.30 kW of power during charging and discharging, respectively. Application of the proposed storage heater can transfer electricity from peak periods to off-peak periods, and the excess energy generated by wind farms can be stored as heat and released when needed. Good economic and environmental benefits can be obtained. | wang zeyu diao yanhua zhao yaohua liang lin wang tengyue | 2018 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,2: | 3
Control measures during the COVID-19 outbreak reduced the transmission of hand, foot, and mouth disease显示文摘Control measures during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak may have limited the spread of infectious diseases. This study aimed to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on the spread of hand, foot, and mouth disease(HFMD)in China.A mathematical model was established to fit the reported data of HFMD in six selected cities in China's Mainland from 2015 to 2020.The absolute difference(AD)and relative difference(RD)between the reported incidence in 2020,and simulated maximum, minimum,or median incidence of HFMD in 2015-2019 were calculated. The incidence and R effof HFMD have decreased in six selected cities since the outbreak of COVID-19,and in the second half of 2020,the incidence and R effof HFMD have rebounded. The results show that the total attack rate(TAR)in 2020 was lower than the maximum, minimum, and median TAR fitted in previous years in six selected cities(except Changsha City). For the maximum, median, minimum fitted TAR,the range of RD(%)is 42·20-99·20%,36·35-98·41%48·35-96·23%(except Changsha City)respectively. The preventive and control measures of COVID-19 have significantly contributed to the containment of HFMD transmission. | Yan Niu Li Luo Jia Rui Shiting Yang Bin Deng Zeyu Zhao Shengnan Lin Jingwen Xu Yuanzhao Zhu Yao Wang Meng Yang Xingchun Liu Tianlong Yang Weikang Liu Peihua Li Zhuoyang Li Chan Liu Jiefeng Huang Tianmu Chen | 2021 | Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2021,2,2: | 3
Monolayer MoS_(2)-based transistors with low contact resistance by inserting ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3)interfacial layer显示文摘Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)are promising high performance electronic materials due to their interesting semiconductor properties. However,it is acknowledged that the effective electrical contact between TMDCs-layered materials and metals remains one of the major challenges. In this work, the homogeneous monolayer MoS_(2)films with high crystalline quality were prepared by chemical vapor deposition method on SiO2/Si substrates. The back-gate field-effect transistors(FETs)were fabricated by inserting an ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer between the metal electrodes and MoS_(2)nanosheets.With the addition of an ultrathin 0.8 nm Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer,the contact resistance decreased dramatically from 59.9 to 1.3 kΩμm and the Schottky barrier height(SBH)dropped from 102 to 27 meV compared with devices without the Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer.At the same time, the switching ratio increased from~106to~108,and both the on-current and field-effect mobility were greatly improved. We find that the ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer can not only reduce the SBH to alleviate the Fermi level pinning phenomenon at the interface, but also protect the channel materials from the influence of air and moisture as a covering layer. In addition, the lattice and band structures of Al_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2)film were calculated and analyzed by first-principles calculation. It is found that the total density of states of the Al_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2)film exhibits interfacial polarized metals property, which proves the higher carrier transport characteristics.FETs with Al_(2)O_(3)interlayers have excellent stability and repeatability, which can provide effective references for future low power and high performance electronic devices. | CHEN Gang LIN Xin LIU Yuan WANG Fang HU Kai SHAN Xin WU ZeYu ZHANG YuPeng NIE WeiCan ZHONG JiXiang REN TianLing ZHANG KaiLiang | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,6: | 2
Genes in the serotonin pathway are associated with bipolar affective disorder in a Han Chinese population显示文摘Serotonin plays an important role in mood regulation, but the involvement of serotonin pathway genes in the development of bipolar I disorder (BP-I), a mood disorder, is not clear. We selected 21 singlenucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within the HTR2A gene, 8 within the SLC6A4 gene and 23 within the TPH2 gene for genotyping using the GoldenGate genotyping assay. A total of 375 patients with BP-I and 475 normal controls were recruited. Two out of 21 SNPs (rs1475196 and rs9567747) in the HTR2A gene and 1/23 SNPs (rs17110566) in the TPH2 gene were significantly associated with BP-I, both genotype-wise and allele-wise. Furthermore, a specific haplotype in the HTR2A gene showed a significant association with BP-I. Our results indicate that the HTR2A and TPH2 genes in the serotonin pathway play important roles in susceptibility to BP-I. | Bo Xiang Zhenxing Yang Yin Lin Lijie Guan Xuan Li Wei Deng Zeyu Jiang Guohui Lao Qiang Wang Xiaoyu Hao Xiang Liu Yingcheng Wang Liansheng Zhao Xiaohong Ma Tao Li Liping Cao Xun Hu | 2014 | Neuroscience Bulletin2014,30,1: | 2
Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups显示文摘Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer. The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances. In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer, this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer, and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances, including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role. For example, curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,LIN28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction, nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway, etc. At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target, pathway, biological function, determination of core pharmacodynamic components, formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance, increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer, this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”. | Zeyu Li Erwei Hao Rui Cao Si Lin Linghui Zou Tianyan Huang Zhengcai Du Xiaotao Hou Jiagang Deng | 2022 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4: | 2
Quantification of traffic-induced compaction based on soil and agricultural implement parameters显示文摘Vehicle-induced soil compaction occurs when agricultural machinery is working in the fields. The accumulated soil compaction could destroy soil structure and inhibit crop growth. The low degree of visualization of soil compaction has always been an important reason for restricting the development of compaction alleviation technology. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to predict soil compaction based on soil and agricultural implement parameters. The component of soil compaction prediction includes traffic-induced stress transmission evaluation and the quantitative relationship between soil stress and bulk density. The modified FRIDA model was used to elucidate the soil stress propagation, which has been validated by previous studies. The Bailey formula was used to establish the intrinsic relationship between soil stress and bulk density. The soil uniaxial compression test was applied to obtain the parameters of the Bailey formula, and soil samples were prepared with three different levels of water content. After fitting with the Bailey formula, under the condition that the soil moisture contents were 16%,20%,and 24%,the fitting coefficients of soil bulk density were respectively 0.980,0.959,and 0.975,which were close to 1.The results indicated that the Bailey formula could be used to calculate soil bulk density based on the stress conditions of the soil.To verify the practicality of the soil compaction prediction model,a field experiment was carried out in Zhuozhou City,Hebei Province,China. The treatment was set for 1,3,5,7,and 9 times compaction with two different loads of compaction equipment. The results showed that the fit coefficient between the predicted and measured values of soil bulk density was greater than 0.641.The slope of the equation was greater than 0.782,proving that the soil bulk density prediction model based on agricultural implements and soil parameters has a good predictive effect on soil bulk density. The soil compaction evaluation model can provide a theoretical basis to further understand the soil compaction mechanism, allowing rational measures of soil compaction alleviation to be made. | Xianliang Wang Xiangcai Zhang Xiaona Lin Luming Sha Hanyu Yang Zhaoyang Guo Zeyu Chen Rongyan Sun | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,5: | 1
Effect and mechanism of CyPA in radiosensitization of lung adenocarcinoma using CRISPR/Cas9 technology显示文摘Objective:To explore the role of cyclophilin A(CyPA)in sensitization of lung adenocarcinoma to radiotherapy using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Methods:A CyPA knockout human lung adenocarcinoma cell line H1975 was established by CRISPR/Cas9 technology.Groups included a control group(wildtype),CyPA knockout group, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)extract with Fuzhengzengxiao decoction group, and TCM extract with Fuzhengzengxiao decoction t CyPA knockout group. Each group was exposed to radiation at doses of 0,2,4,6,and 8 Gy.After 24 h,MTT assays were used to determine the survival rate of lung cancer cells and calculate radiosensitivity. The qPCR was used to measure mRNA expression of DDIT3,CDKN1A,and CDC25A associated with DNA damage repair. Results:Without irradiation,Fuzhengzengxiao decoction reduced the survival rate of lung adenocarcinoma cells(P<.0001).After irradiation,TCM extract with Fuzhengzengxiao decoction,CyPA knockout, and TCM extract with Fuzhengzengxiao decoction t CyPA knockout groups had reduced survival rates(P<.0001)and radiosensitivity was increased significantly.Expression of DDIT3,CDKN1A,and CDC25A was upregulated after knockout of CyPA(P<.0001).Expression of DDIT3 and CDC25A was increased after irradiation in wildtype cells treated with TCM extract with Fuzhengzengxiao decoction(DDIT3,P<.0001;CDC25A,P紏.0059).The TCM extract with Fuzhengzengxiao decoction t CyPA knockout group also had increased expression of DDIT3 and CDC25A after irradiation(P<.0001).Conclusion:Fuzhengzengxiao decoction significantly decreases the survival rate of lung cancer cells, and its mechanism may be related to radiosensitization by decreasing expression of CyPA and inducing G1/S cell cycle arrest. | Jinkun Ma Lin Xu Jinchang Huang Qiaoli Zhang Yuqin Qiu Xuewei Qi Lina Wang Yuchan Cao Zeyu Liu Shiyun Liu | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,1: | 1

Regulation of the activity, selectivity, and durability of Cu-based electrocatalysts for CO_(2) reduction显示文摘CO_(2)electroreduction offers a promising approach to alleviate global warming and reduce petroleum consumption simultaneously, due to its capability to convert the greenhouse gas CO_(2)to valuable fuels and chemicals by using renewable electricity.Electrocatalyst has an essential impact on the CO_(2)electroreduction performance.Among the diverse exploited materials,Cu is the only monometallic electrocatalyst that can produce CO and hydrocarbons. However, its activity, selectivity, and durability are not satisfactory for practical applications. Here,we make a comprehensive survey of the recent progress in enhancing Cu-based electrocatalysts with the strategies such as oxidation pre-treatment,heteroatom doping, morphological control, and surface modification. This review provides an overview of the current status and future opportunities for Cu-catalyzed CO_(2)electroreduction.It may contribute to the rational design of Cu-based electrocatalysts with improved performance and thus advance practical CO_(2)electrolyzer development. | Chang Liu Jun Gong Zeyu Gao Li Xiao Gongwei Wang Juntao Lu Lin Zhuang | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,10: | 0
A K^(+)-sensitive AND-gate dual-mode probe for simultaneous tumor imaging and malignancy identification显示文摘Although molecular imaging probes have the potential to non-invasively diagnose a tumor, imaging probes that can detect a tumor and simultaneously identify tumor malignancy remain elusive. Here,we demonstrate a potassium ion(K^(+))sensitive dual-mode nanoprobe(KDMN)for non-invasive tumor imaging and malignancy identification, which operates via a cascaded‘AND’logic gate controlled by inputs of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and fluorescence imaging(FI)signals. We encapsulate commercial K^(+)indicators into the hollow cavities of magnetic mesoporous silica nanoparticles, which are subsequently coated with a K^(+)-selective membrane that exclusively permits the passage of K^(+)while excluding other cations. The KDMN can readily accumulate in tumors and enhance the MRI contrast after systemic administration.Spatial information of the tumor lesion is thus accessible via MRI and forms the first layer of the‘AND’gate.Meanwhile, the KDMN selectively captures K^(+)and prevents interference from other cations, triggering a K^(+)-activated FI signal as the second layer of the‘AND’gate in the case of a malignant tumor with a high extracellular K^(+)level. This dual-mode imaging approach effectively eliminates false positive or negative diagnostic results and allows for non-invasive imaging of tumor malignancy with high sensitivity and accuracy. | Qiyue Wang Fangyuan Li Zeyu Liang Hongwei Liao Bo Zhang Peihua Lin Xun Liu Shen Hu Jiyoung Lee Daishun Ling | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,7: | 0
Influence of average radii of RE3+ ions on phase structures and thermal expansion coefficients of high-entropy pyrosilicates显示文摘High-entropy pyrosilicate element selection is relatively blind, and the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of traditional β-type pyrosilicate is not adjustable, making it difficult to meet the requirements of various types of ceramic matrix composites (CMCs). The following study aimed to develop a universal rule for high-entropy pyrosilicate element selection and to achieve directional control of the thermal expansion coefficient of high-entropy pyrosilicate. The current study investigates a high-entropy design method for obtaining pyrosilicates with stable β-phase and γ-phase by introducing various rare-earth (RE) cations. The solid-phase method was used to create 12 different types of high-entropy pyrosilicates with 4–6 components. The high-entropy pyrosilicates gradually transformed from β-phase to γ-phase with an increase in the average radius of RE^(3+) ions ( r¯(RE^(3+))). The nine pyrosilicates with a small r¯(RE^(3+)) preserve β-phase or γ-phase stability at room temperature to the maximum of 1400 ℃. The intrinsic relationship between the thermal expansion coefficient, phase structure, and RE–O bond length has also been found. This study provides the theoretical background for designing high-entropy pyrosilicates from the perspective of r¯(RE^(3+)). The theoretical guidance makes it easier to synthesize high-entropy pyrosilicates with stable β-phase or γ-phase for the use in environmental barrier coatings (EBCs). The thermal expansion coefficient of γ-type high-entropy pyrosilicate can be altered through component design to match various types of CMCs. | Zeyu Chen Chucheng Lin Wei Zheng Xuemei Song Caifen Jiang Yaran Niu Yi Zeng | 2023 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,5: | 0
Study on Influencing Factors of Mental Health of Mobile Young White-Collar Workers in China显示文摘Mobile young white-collar workers not only have the characteristics of mobile young people, but also have the characteristics of general white-collar workers.Under the influence of both, their mental health may be suffering from“double disadvantage”.So,based on an ecological model of the stress process, this paper tries to use the data of the questionnaire on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in Zhejiang Province to explore the influence of some factors in the middle workplace and residence place on the mental health of micro individuals. The results show that:(1)The working environment with high control and low freedom and the workplace discrimination against the mobile status will have a negative impact on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers;(2)Financial anxiety in daily life will lead to a decline in the mental health level of mobile young white-collar workers;(3)Good organizational support and neighborhood social relations can significantly relieve life pressure,so as to effectively improve the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers. It can be seen that we also need to pay more attention to the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in order to improve their situation. | Tao Liu Lin Liu Zeyu Chen Rong Fu | 2024 | International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2024,26,2: | 0
