| 1 | Intervention decision-making in MAV/UAV cooperative engagement based on human factors engineering显示文摘Aiming at the intervention decision-making problem in manned/unmanned aerial vehicle(MAV/UAV) cooperative engagement, this paper carries out a research on allocation strategy of emergency discretion based on human factors engineering(HFE).Firstly, based on the brief review of research status of HFE, it gives structural description to emergency in the process of cooperative engagement and analyzes intervention of commanders. After that,constraint conditions of intervention decision-making of commanders based on HFE(IDMCBHFE) are given, and the mathematical model, which takes the overall efficiency value of handling emergencies as the objective function, is established. Then, through combining K-best and variable neighborhood search(VNS) algorithm, a K-best optimization variable neighborhood search mixed algorithm(KBOVNSMA) is designed to solve the model. | 10 | EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor HS-10182 increases radiation sensitivity in non-small cell lung cancers with EGFR T790M mutation显示文摘Objective:To investigate the potential of HS-10182,a second-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI),as a radiosensitizer in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Two cell lines of NSCLCs,A549 that possesses wild-type(WT)EGFRs and H1975 that possesses EGFR L858R/T790M double mutations,were treated with HS-10182 at various concentrations,and cell viabilities were determined using the MTS assay.The cells were tested by clonogenic survival assays to identify the radiosensitivity of both groups.Western blot was performed to analyze the expression of phosphorylated EGFR,AKT,DNA-dependent protein kinase,and catalytic subunit(DNA-PKcs)proteins.Immunofluorescence analyses were performed to examine the formation and changes in nuclearγ-H2AX foci.Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry and Western blots for cleaved caspase-3,-8,-9,and cleaved poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP).Furthermore,we established xenograft models in mice and the effects of different treatments on tumor growth were then assessed.Results:Clonogenic survival assays revealed that HS-10182 significantly enhanced the radiosensitivity of H1975 cells but not A549cells[dose enhancement ratios(DERs)=2.36(P<0.05)vs.1.43(P>0.05)].Western blot results showed that HS-10182 increased the levels of cleaved caspase-3,-8,-9,and cleaved PARP in H1975 cells but not in A549 cells.In addition,flow cytometry analysis showed that HS-10182 enhanced irradiation-induced apoptosis in H1975.Immunofluorescence results found that HS-10182increased the average number ofγ-H2AX foci after irradiation in H1975 cells,but not in A549 cells.Combined radiation and HS-10182 treatment increased the expression of DNA-PKcs but this increase was more significant in H1975 cells than in A549 cells.Moreover,HS-10182 suppressed the increased expression of Rad50 in H1975 cells in response to irradiation.In vivo experiments found that the combined therapy significantly inhibited tumor growth.Conclusions:HS-10182 enhances the radiosensitivity of H1975 cells which is possibly because that HS-10182 could enhance irradiation-induced apoptosis,increase irradiation-induced DNA damage,and cause a delay in DNA damage repair.Our findings suggest that radiotherapy combined HS-10182 is a novel treatment for lung cancer cells which have acquired the T790M mutation.HS-10182 could be brought to the clinic as a radiosensitizer in NSCLCs with the EGFR T790M mutation. | Yang Chen Youyou Wang Lujun Zhao Ping Wang Jifeng Sun Rudi Bao Chenghai Li Ningbo Liu | 2018 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,1: | 2 |

| 12 | The impact of concurrent variation of atmospheric meridional heat transport in western Baffen Bay and eastern Greenland on summer Arctic sea ice显示文摘Based on the climatological reanalysis data of the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts and the Arctic sea ice data of the National Snow and Ice Data Center, the relationship between the Arctic sea ice area(SIA)and the interannual variation of atmospheric meridional heat transport(AMHT) was analyzed. The results show that the atmospheric meridional heat transported by transient eddy(TAMHT) dominates the June AMHT in midhigh latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere, while the western Baffin Bay(B) and the eastern Greenland(G) are two gates for TAMHT entering the Arctic. TAMHT in the western Baffin Bay(B-TAMHT) and eastern Greenland(G-TAMHT) has a concurrent variation of reverse phase, which is closely related to the summer Arctic SIA.Possible mechanism is that the three Arctic atmospheric circulation patterns(AD, AO and NAO) in June can cause the concurrent variation of TAMHT in the B and G regions. This concurrent variation helps to maintain AD anomaly in summer through wave action and changes the polar air temperature, thus affecting the summer Arctic SIA. Calling the heat entering the Arctic as warm transport and the heat leaving Arctic as cold transport, then the results are classified into three situations based on B-TAMHT and G-TAMHT: warm B corresponding to cold G(WC), cold B corresponding to warm G(CW), cold B corresponding to cold G(CC), while warm B corresponding to warm G is virtually non-existent. | 13 | Characterization of Compactness of Rust Layers on Weathering Steels by an Adsorption/Dehydration Test of Ethanol显示文摘A new method for evaluating the compactness of rust layers on steels has been proposed in the present study. The method includes adsorption and dehydration process of anhydrous ethanol. The protective ability of rust layers can be qualitatively reflected by the adsorption/dehydration rates. The specific surface area and porosity of rust layers can be calculated by a quantitative model. The results from the present method are consistent with electrochemical tests, N2 adsorption and X-ray diffraction analysis. The method characterizes the compactness of rust layers rather than that of corrosion products removed from the metal surfaces, which is generally practiced in classic N2 adsorption method. Furthermore, the method can reflect the compactness of inner rust layers, to which N2 adsorption is unavailable. | 14 | Ultrasound delivery of Chinese rhubarb promotes early recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrectomy:a prospective randomized controlled study显示文摘Objective: Chinese rhubarb is a promising Chinese medicine for the promotion of gastrointestinal function. This study was conducted to investigate the safety and efficacy of Chinese rhubarb administered via ultrasound delivery in promoting the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrectomy.Methods: In this prospective randomized controlled study, 100 patients who were scheduled to undergo total or subtotal gastrectomy in Changzhi People’s Hospital or Subei People’s Hospital from August 2017 to January 2018 were recruited. These patients were randomly assigned into two equal groups before surgery: 50 in the experimental (Chinese rhubarb) group, and 50 in the control (routine nursing) group. After surgery, time to flatus, bowel movement, clear liquid diet, and removal of nasogastric tube were recorded and analyzed. In addition, postoperative pain, postoperative bowel movement-related complications, and postoperative hospital stay duration were also recorded and analyzed. The study was approved by The protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Changzhi People’s Hospital and Subei People’s Hospital on July 1, 2017 and registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry on December 17, 2018 (registration number: ChiCTR1800020143).Results: Time to flatus (control group 85.68±22.00 hours vs experimental group 73.06±23.42 hours;P=0.007), bowel movement (5.52±1.56 vs 4.40±1.21 days;P<0.001), clear liquid diet (6.72±1.16 vs 6.22±1.28 days;P=0.044), and removal of nasogastric tube (6.30±1.52 vs 5.65±1.58 days;P=0.044) were significantly shorter in the experimental group compared with the control group, as was the postoperative hospital stay duration (14.30±3.46 vs 12.86±1.36 days;P=0.006). | 15 | Characteristics of Lake Breezes and Their Impacts on Energy and Carbon Fluxes in Mountainous Areas显示文摘In mountainous lake areas, lake–land and mountain–valley breezes interact with each other, leading to an 'extended lake breeze'. These extended lake breezes can regulate and control energy and carbon cycles at different scales. Based on meteorological and turbulent fluxes data from an eddy covariance observation site at Erhai Lake in the Dali Basin,southwest China, characteristics of daytime and nighttime extended lake breezes and their impacts on energy and carbon dioxide exchange in 2015 are investigated. Lake breezes dominate during the daytime while, due to different prevailing circulations at night, there are two types of nighttime breezes. The mountain breeze from the Cangshan Mountain range leads to N1 type nighttime breeze events. When a cyclonic circulation forms and maintains in the southern part of Erhai Lake at night, its northern branch contributes to the formation of N2 type nighttime breeze events. The prevailing wind directions for daytime, N1, and N2 breeze events are southeast, west, and southeast, respectively. Daytime breeze events are more intense than N1 events and weaker than N2 events. During daytime breeze events, the lake breeze decreases the sensible heat flux(Hs) and carbon dioxide flux(F_(CO_2)) and increases the latent heat flux(LE). During N1 breeze events, the mountain breeze decreases Hs and LE and increases F_(CO_2). | 17 | Revealing the dominant factor of domain boundary resistance on bulk conductivity in lanthanum lithium titanates显示文摘Perovskite-type lithium lanthanum titanates(LLTO)display a high bulk ionic conductivity and are considered a promising electrolyte for building up to advanced solid-state Li-ion batteries.The LLTO crystals contain a high concentration of intrinsically formed 90ο-rotated domain boundaries(DBs)serving as barriers to bulk Li-ion conduction.However,the mechanism of how the DB concentration and DB resistance can compete with each other to determine the bulk conductivity of LLTO is still unknown.Here we report a comprehensive study of LLTO compounds,aimed to unravel the mechanism and hence explore new path(s)for further improving the conductivity of this material.Our results show that both the sintering temperature and chemical composition can affect significantly the domain structures in LLTO.It is found that a decrease in the DB concentration is always accompanied by increased DB resistance due to the increased lattice mismatch at DBs,and vice versa.By unifying the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis,it is clearly shown that the high DB resistance,instead of DB concentration,acts as the dominant factor governing the bulk conductivity of LLTO.The results thus renew the conventional understanding of the bulk Li-ion conduction in LLTO and shed light on developing novel LLTO electrolyte materials with improved ionic conductivity. | Xuefeng Zhou Cong Gao Dandan Wang Shang Peng Lujun Huang Wenge Yang Wen-Hua Zhang Xiang Gao | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10: | 0 |
| 18 | A Cross-Seasonal Linkage between Arctic Sea Ice and Eurasian Summertime Temperature Fluctuations显示文摘This study explores the linkage between summertime temperature fluctuations over midlatitude Eurasia and the preceding Arctic sea ice concentration (SIC) by utilizing the squared norm of the temperature anomaly, the essential part of local eddy available potential energy, as a metric to quantify the temperature fluctuations with weather patterns on various timescales. By comparing groups of singular value decomposition (SVD) analysis, we suggest a significant linkage between strong (weak) August 10-to-30-day temperature fluctuations over mid-west Asia and enhanced (decreased) Barents-Kara Sea ice in the previous February. We find that when the February SIC increases in the Barents-Kara Sea, a zonal dipolar pattern of SST anomalies appears in the Atlantic subpolar region and lasts from February into the summer months. Evidence suggests that in such a background state, the atmospheric circulation changes evidently from July to August, so that the August is characterized by an amplified meridional circulation over Eurasia, weakened westerlies, and high- pressure anomalies along the Arctic coast. | 19 | RNA-sequencing analysis reveals novel genes involved in the different peel color formation in eggplant显示文摘Eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)is a highly nutritious vegetable.Here,the molecular mechanism of color formation in eggplants was determined using six eggplant cultivars with different peel colors and two SmMYB113-overexpressing transgenic eggplants with a purple peel and pulp.Significant differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified by RNA-sequencing analysis using the following criteria:log2(sample1/sample2)≥0.75 and q-value≤0.05.Two analytical strategies were used to identify genes related to the different peel color according to the peel color,flavonoids content,delphinidins/flavonoids ratio,and the content of anthocyanins.Finally,27 novel genes were identified to be related to the color difference among eggplant peels and 32 novel genes were identified to be related to anthocyanin biosynthesis and regulated by SmMYB113.Venn analysis revealed that SmCytb5,SmGST,SmMATE,SmASAT3,and SmF3′5’M were shared among both sets of novel genes.Transient expression assay in tobacco suggested that these five genes were not sufficient for inducing anthocyanin biosynthesis alone,but they play important roles in anthocyanin accumulation in eggplant peels.Yeast one-hybrid,electrophoretic mobility shift assay and dual-luciferase assays indicated that the expression of the five genes could be directly activated by SmMYB113 protein.Finally,a regulatory model for the mechanism of color formation in eggplant was proposed.Overall,the results of this study provide useful information that enhances our understanding of the molecular mechanism underlying the different color formation in eggplant. | Jing Li Senlin Jiang Guobin Yang Yanwei Xu Lujun Li Fengjuan Yang | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,10: | 0 |
| 20 | A novel Ti cored wire developed for wire-feed arc deposition of TiB/Ti composite coating显示文摘A novel Ti cored wire containing Ti B2,Al60 V40 and Ti6 Al4 V mixed powders was developed for wirefeed arc deposition of Ti B/Ti composite coating,to enhance the hardness and wear resistance of Ti alloy.Results showed that after experiencing several chemical reactions,the wire was melted in the arc zone and turned into nonuniform droplets composed of Ti-Al-V-B melt and undecomposed Ti B2 particles.With the increase of welding current,the detachment time of droplet shortened while the transfer frequency accelerated,accompanied by the improvement in coating surface quality.The spatial distribution of Ti B whiskers in coating was governed by welding current.A uniform distribution could be achieved as welding current was sufficient at the expense of elevated dilution ratio,while increasing wire feeding speed could compensate the dilution loss of Ti B whisker to some extent.The decomposition process of Ti B_(2)particles and the microstructure evolution mechanism of coating was discussed in detail.The optimum coating possessed uniform microstructure,relatively low dilution ratio,and high hardness(639.1 HV_(0.5))as compared with Ti6 Al4 V substrate(326 HV_(0.5)).Indentation morphology analysis verified the excellent performance was ascribed to the load-sharing strengthening of Ti B whiskers.This study provides a high-efficiency fabrication method for the ever-developing titanium matrix composites(TMCs)coating. | Yang Bao Lujun Huang Shan Jiang Rui Zhang Qi An Caiwei Zhang Lin Geng Xinxin Ma | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,24: | 0 |
