1Automatic Feature Point Detection and Tracking of Human Actions in Time-of-flight Videos显示文摘Detecting feature points on the human body in video frames is a key step for tracking human movements. There have been methods developed that leverage models of human pose and classification of pixels of the body image. Yet, occlusion and robustness are still open challenges. In this paper, we present an automatic, model-free feature point detection and action tracking method using a time-of-flight camera. Our method automatically detects feature points for movement abstraction. To overcome errors caused by miss-detection and occlusion, a refinement method is devised that uses the trajectory of the feature points to correct the erroneous detections. Experiments were conducted using videos acquired with a Microsoft Kinect camera and a publicly available video set and comparisons were conducted with the state-of-the-art methods. The results demonstrated that our proposed method delivered improved and reliable performance with an average accuracy in the range of 90 %.The trajectorybased refinement also demonstrated satisfactory effectiveness that recovers the detection with a success rate of 93.7 %. 3Flavonols Induced by 5-Aminolevulinic Acid Are Involved in Regulation of Stomatal Opening in Apple Leaves显示文摘Flavonols, the main flavonoids in plant leaves, have newly been proposed as a H2O2 scavenger in guard cells. However, whether 5-aminolevulinic acid(5-ALA) is involved in regulating stomatal movement of apple(Malus × domestica Borkh. ‘Fuji') leaves through flavonol accumulation remains unclear. In this study, using diphenylboric acid 2-amino ethyl ester(DPBA, a flavonol fluorescent dye) and a laser scanning confocal microscope,we observed that 5-ALA pretreatment significantly improved flavonol accumulation in guard cells of apple leaves, especially around the nucleus.Then we demonstrated that 5-ALA pretreatment inhibited ABA-induced stomatal closure via decreasing reaction oxygen species(ROS) accumulation in guard cells. Pretreatment with quercetin or kaempferol, two main kinds of flavonols in plants, also inhibited ABA-induced stomatal closure by decreasing ROS content in the guard cells. 4Chemical weathering and CO_2 consumption of a high-erosion-rate karstic river: a case study of the Sanchahe River, southwest China显示文摘The Sanchahe River in southwest China is a tributary of the Wujiang River and experiences high erosion rates. Geochemical analysis was conducted on Sanchahe River basin samples collected in the wet and dry seasons of 2014 in order to better understand local chemical weathering processes, anthropogenic influences, and associated CO2 consumption. The samples' total dissolved solid concentrations were found to be significantly higher than that of the global river average. Ca2+was the dominant cation in the samples and accounted for 64 % and73 % of the total cations in the dry and wet seasons,respectively. HCO3-and SO42-were the dominant anions,accounting for 92 % of the total anions. Stoichiometry analyses of the river waters suggested that the water chemistry is controlled by carbonate dissolution by both carbonic and sulfuric acid. The chemical weathering rates of carbonate and silicate evaporites in the Sanchahe River basin were estimated to be approximately 109.2 and 11.0 t/(km2a), respectively, much higher than both the global mean values and the Wujiang River, a typical karstic river.The CO2 consumption by carbonate and silicate weathering are estimated to be 597.4 9 103 and 325.5 9 103mol/(km2a), which are much higher than corresponding values in the Wujiang River, indicating a high erosion rate in the Sanchahe River basin.Yanling An Yiliang Hou Qixin Wu Lin Qing Longbo Li 2015Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2015,34,4:4
5Monitoring of atmospheric radionuclides from the Fukushima nuclear accident and assessing their impact on Xi'an, China显示文摘Aerosol radionuclides (131I, 134Cs, 137Cs) and gaseous radioactive xenon (133Xe) were monitored at Xi'an, China following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant in March 2011. The additional annual effective dose attributable to the Fukushima emissions was much lower than the public annual effective dose from natural radiation, according to Chinese national standards. The monitoring results were compared with data from other countries as well as with the radionuclide concentrations observed in Xi'an after the Chernobyl nuclear accident in 1986. Possible transport pathways of the released radionuclides from Fukushima to Xi'an were investigated. 6Evaluation of dolomite reservoirs in the Longwangmiao Formation,Lower Cambrian in Northern Sichuan basin,China显示文摘With the extended petroleum exploration of the carbonate reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation,Lower Cambrian in Sichuan basin,looking for a new favorable exploration area is the primary task in current exploration.This paper focusing on the dolomite reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation in the Northern Sichuan basin,will evaluate the reservoir conditions,including reservoir lithology,reservoir spaces,physical properties and other basic characteristics.Combined with sedimentary environment study and diagenesis analysis,the genetic mechanism of Longwangmiao reservoir in study area will be discussed.It indicates that the reservoir rocks of Longwangmiao Formation in the study area are composed of dolarenite and crystalline dolomite,and the main reservoir spaces are intergranular dissolved pores,intragranular dissolved pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores.However,most of dissolved pores have been filled with bitumen,which lead to the reservoir properties very poor,both the porosity and permeability are worse than that of central Sichuan basin,so the reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation in the Northern Sichuan basin is low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir.During the Early Cambrian Longwangmiao period,the study was near the old-land,and the energy of sea water was not enough to deposit many grain shoals,which cause the sediments are small with lots of quartz and muds.Moreover,because lacking of large scale karstification in the late diagenesis,there isn't much dissolved pores and vugs develop in the Longwangmiao Formation.Some Intergranular dissolved pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores formed by the early atmosphere water dissolved exist as some reservoir spaces,but most of them have been filled with bitumen,which was residual when the ancient oil reservoir transformed.Above factors cause the Longwangmiao Formation in the Northern Sichuan basin become not a very favorable reservoir in Sichuan basin.Xuefei Yang Yaping Wang Xingzhi Wang Deming Zeng Longbo Xu Zisang Huang 2017Petroleum2017,3,4:3
7Dynamics of soil organic carbon following land-use change:insights from stable C-isotope analysis in black soil of Northeast China显示文摘Intensive soil tillage is a significant factor in soil organic matter decline in cultivated soils. Both cultivation abandonment and foregoing tillage have been encouraged in the past 30 years to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and soil erosion. However, the dynamic processes of soil organic carbon (SOC) in areas of either continuous cultivation or abandonment remain unclear and inconsistent.Our aims were to assess and model the dynamic processes of SOC under continuous tillage and after cultivation abandonment in the black soil of Northeast China. Soil profiles were collected of cultivated or abandoned land with cultivation history of 0–100 years. An isotope mass balance equation was used to calculate the proportion of SOC derived from corn debris (C_4) and from natural vegetation (C_3) to deduce the dynamic process. Approximately 40% of SOC in the natural surface soil (0–10 cm) was eroded in the first 5 years of cultivation, increasing to about 75% within 40 years, before a slow recovery. C_4 above 30 cm soil depth increased by 4.5%–5% or 0.11–0.12 g·kg^(-1) on average per year under continuous cultivation, while it decreased by approximately 0.34% annually in the surface soil after cultivation abandonment.The increase in the percentage of C_4 was fitted to a linear equation with given intercepts in the upper 30 cm of soil in cultivated land. A significant relationship between the change of C_4 and time was found only in the surface soil after abandonment of cultivation. 8Numerical Investigation on the Effects of Re-Organized Shock Waves on the Flow Separation for a Highly-Loaded Transonic Compressor Cascade显示文摘This paper presents a detailed numerical investigation of the influence of re-organized shock waves on the flow separation for a highly-loaded transonic compressor cascade. The boundary layer suction (BLS) was used to control the location and strength of shock waves, with the aspirated slot locating at 49% chord, where is just downstream of the impingement point of shock wave at the leading edge. The numerical simulation is based on NUMECA, a commercial software, where the cell-centered control volume approach with third-order spatial accuracy is used to solve the 3-D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations under the Cartesian coordinate system. Several conclusions can be made through the observation of the numerical results. (1) Multiple shock waves in cascade passage leaded the velocity deficits of boundary layer on suction surface downstream of shock wave, resulting in seriously separated flow on the suction side of blade, especially when the front shock wave is much stronger than the rest of the shocks. (2) BLS with small mass flow rate can not effectively improve the boundary layer. When the impingement point of oblique shock wave coming from cascade leading edge is bled to downstream of the passage shock wave by BLS, the boundary layer flow is greatly improved. However, if the BLS mass flow rate exceeds a critical value (1.2%), the boundary layer downstream of shock wave would separate from suction surface. (3) At the blade mid-span, the aerodynamic performance of compressor blade is improved as BLS mass flow rate increases. The optimum BLS is about 1.2%. Compared with the baseline case, the BLS with flow rate of 1.2% increases the total pressure recovery coefficient by 12%, and decreases diffusion factor by 18% and deviation angle to 7 ° while keeping the pressure rise constant. (4) The three dimensional flow structure of the compressor cascade ranged from 25% span to 75% span was improved greatly with the 1.2% BLS flow rate. 9Viséan Fossil Plants from the Jiujialu Formation in Central Guizhou Province: Implications for Age of Bauxite and Palaeoenvironment显示文摘Fossil plants from the carbonaceous shale of upper part of the Lower Carboniferous Jiujialu Formation in Lindai bauxite deposit fill a gap regarding the distribution of Early Carboniferous flora in Central Guizhou Province.Here the Lindai plant assemblage is systematically described,and its composition and geological age are discussed.Research demonstrates that 9 species in 6 genera of the fossil plants are discovered in this study,and they belong to lycopsids,sphenopsids and ferns,respectively.Based on the analysis of the floral composition,the geological age of the Lindai plant assemblage belongs to the Early Carboniferous Viséan.The discovery of Lindai plant assemblage not only provides a new fossil evidence to restrict the age of bauxite deposits in Lower Carboniferous Jiujialu Formation of Central Guizhou Province,but also has great significance to further research the palaeoecological setting and floral evolution during the Early Carboniferous.LUO Chaokun YANG Ruidong GAO Junbo Muhammad UMAIR WANG Longbo GAO Lei 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6:1

12Study on Sampling Technique of Atmospheric Radionuclide显示文摘Atmospheric radionuclide monitoring usually includes two sampling techniques,namely ultra-high volume aerosol samplers to collect atmospheric particles by using filter media,and radioactive noble gas samplers to collect atmospheric noble gas based on adsorption method. Atmospheric sampling techniques have been researched in Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology since the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty( CTBT) was signed in 1996. Several ultra-high volume aerosol samplers and some types of radioactive xenon isotopes samplers had been developed. For the aerosol sampler,the sampling flow is between 450 and 800 m3/h,with the minimum detectable concentration( MDC) of131 I less than5 μBq /m3. For the xenon sampler,the sampling capacity of xenon is more than 4 ml per day,with MDC of133 Xe less than 0. 25 mBq /m3. 14New developments of HIF injector显示文摘The ultra-high intensity heavy-ion beam is highly pursued for heavy-ion researches and applications.However,it is limited by heavy-ion production of ion source and space-charge-effect in the low energy region.The Heavy-ion Inertial Fusion(HIF)facilities were proposed in 1970s.The HIF injectors have large cavity number and long total length,e.g.,there are 27 injectors in HIDIF and HIBLIC is 30 km in length,and the corresponding HIF facilities are too large and too expensive to be constructed.Recently,ion acceleration technologies have been developing rapidly,especially in the low energy region,where the acceleration of high intensity heavy-ions is realized.Meanwhile,super-conducting(SC)acceleration matures and increases the acceleration gradient in medium and high energy regions.The length of HIF injectors can be shortened to a buildable length of 2.5 km.This paper will present a review of a renewed HIF injector,which adopts multi-beam linac-based cavities.Liang Lu Wei Ma Chenxing Li Tao He Lei Yang Liepeng Sun Xianbo Xu Wenbing Wang Longbo Shi 2018Matter and Radiation at Extremes2018,3,1:1

20A hybrid lithium sulfonated polyoxadiazole derived single-ion conducting gel polymer electrolyte enabled effective suppression of dendritic lithium growth显示文摘Lithium metal is deemed as an ideal anode material in lithium-ion batteries because of its ultrahigh theoretical specific capacity and the lowest redox potential.However,the rapid capacity attenuation and inferior security resulting from the dendritic lithium growth severely limit its commercialization.Herein a novel hybrid gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) based on electrospun lithium sulfonated polyoxadiazole (LiSPOD) nanofibrous membrane swelled by lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (Li TFSI) ether liquid electrolyte is proposed to address the issue of lithium dendrites.The Li-SPOD membrane synthesized by a simple one-pot method exhibits excellent mechanical strength and thermal resistance due to its high molecular weight and rigid backbone.The electron-withdrawing oxadiazole ring and oxadiazole ring-Li;complex,and N,O heteroatoms with lone pairs of electrons in Li-SPOD macromolecular chains facilitate the dissociation of-SO_(3)Li group and Li^(+)transference.The hybrid Li-SPOD GPE exhibits both a high lithium-ion transference number (0.64) and high ionic conductivity (2.03 m S/cm) as well as superior interfacial compacity with lithium anodes.The Li Fe PO_(4)-Li cell using this novel GPE can operate steadily at 2C for 300 cycles,remaining a high discharge capacity of 125 m Ah/g and dendrite-free anode.Remarkable performance improvements for the Li-Li and Cu-Li cells are also presented.Dazhe Li Longbo Luo Jiadeng Zhu Haimei Qin Pengqing Liu Zhaomei Sun Yi Lei Mengjin Jiang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,2:1
