1Construction,Characterization,and Chromosomal Mapping of a Fosmid Library of the White-Cheeked Gibbon (Nomascus leucogenys)显示文摘Gibbons have experienced extensive karyotype rearrangements during evolution and represent an ideal model for studying the underlying molecular mechanism of evolutionary chromosomal rearrangements. It is anticipated that the cloning and sequence characterization of evolutionary chromosomal breakpoints will provide vital insights into the molecular force that has driven such a radical karyotype reshuffle in gibbons. We constructed and characterized a high-quality fosmid li-brary of the white-cheeked gibbon (Nomascus leucogenys) containing 192,000 non-redundant clones with an average insert size of 38 kb and 2.5-fold genome coverage. By end sequencing of 100 randomly selected fosmid clones,we generated 196 se-quence tags for the library. These end-sequenced fosmid clones were then mapped onto the chromosomes of the white-cheeked gibbon by fluorescence in situ hy-bridization,and no spurious chimeric clone was detected. BLAST search against the human genome showed a good correlation between the number of hit clones and the number of chromosomes,an indication of unbiased chromosomal distribu-tion of the fosmid library. The chromosomal distribution of the mapped clones is also consistent with the BLAST search result against human and white-cheeked gibbon genomes. 2A multi-responsive luminescent sensor towards Fe_(3+) and acetone based on a Cd-containing metal–organic framework显示文摘A Cd-containing metal–organic framework(Cd L), formula as {[Cd_3(L)_2(H_2O)_6] 1.5DMF}, has been synthesized under solvothermal condition by the reaction of 4,40,400-(methylsilanetriyl)tribenzoic acid(H_3L) and Cd^(2+)ion. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that Cd L displays a three-dimensional framework with 2-fold interpenetration and DMF molecules locate in the void space of the channels. A topological analysis of the framework indicates Cd L is a 3,4-connected pto net. The photoluminescence properties of Cd L are systematically studied in detail. 3Corslet: A shared storage system keeping your data private显示文摘With the exponential growth of digital data, it is becoming more and more popular to store data in shared distributed storage systems inside the same organization. In such shared distributed storage systems, an ordinary user usually does not have the control permission over the whole system, and thus cannot secure data storage or data sharing of his own files. To solve this issue, this paper proposes a new system architecture to secure file storing and sharing efficiently over untrusted shared storage and network environments. Based on this architecture, this paper designs and implements a stackable secure storage system called Corslet. Corslet can run directly on deployed underlying storage systems without modification, while bringing end-to-end confidentiality and integrity as well as efficient access control for user data. For individual users, Corslet is easy to use, and does not require users to maintain or manage any keys on their client machines locally. 5Culture of yeast cells immobilized by alginate-chitosan microcapsules in aqueous-organic solvent biphasic system显示文摘Immobilization biocatalysis is a potential technology to improve the activity and stability of biocatalysts in nonaqueous systems for efficient industrial production.Alginate-chitosan(AC)microcapsules were prepared as immobilization carriers by emulsifi cation-internal gelation and complexation reaction,and their contribution on facilitating the growth and metabolism of yeast cells were testifi ed successfully in culture medium-solvent biphasic systems.The cell growth in AC microcapsules is superior to that in alginate beads,and the cells in both immobilization carriers maintain much higher activity than free cells,which demonstrates AC microcapsules can confer yeast cells the ability to resist the adverse effect of solvent.Moreover,the performance of AC microcapsules in biphasic systems could be improved by adjusting the formation of outer polyelectrolyte complex(PEC)membrane to promote the cell growth and metabolic ability under the balance of resisting solvent toxicity and permitting substrate diffusion.Therefore,these findings are quite valuable for applying AC microcapsules as novel immobilization carriers to realize the biotransformation of value-added products in aqueous-solvent biphasic systems.HOU Dandan YU Weiting ZHANG Demeng ZHAO Lili LIU Xiudong MA Xiaojun 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,3:4
6Dynamic Analysis of Supply and Demand Coupling of Ecosystem Services in Loess Hilly Region:A Case Study of Lanzhou,China显示文摘The relationship between the supply and demand for ecosystem services(ESs)is a key issue for the rational allocation of natural resources and optimisation of sustainable development capacity.This paper investigateed the dynamic evolution features of supply and demand of four ESs in Lanzhou of China,namely,water supply,food supply,carbon fixation and soil retention services.The crosssectional data of 2005 and 2017 were used for calculating ESs value and its supply and demand through ArcGIS software,InVEST model,elastic coefficient model and coupling coordination model.Results showed that:1)from 2005 to 2017,the supply of water supply services increased,the demand of soil retention services decreased,and the supply and demand of food supply and carbon fixation services increased.The high-value areas of service supply were mainly distributed in the rocky mountain areas in the southeast and northwest with high vegetation coverage,while the high-value areas of demand were mainly distributed in the urban areas and surrounding areas with high population density.2)There were five different types of coupling relations.Water supply service was dominated by a negative coupling type D,which means that the decrease in demand for ESs has had a positive response on the supply of ESs.Negative coupling type C was the main type of food supply and carbon fixation services,which means that the increase in demand for ESs has had a negative response on the supply of ESs.All three services were supplemented by a positive coupling type A,which means that the increase in demand for ESs has had a positive response on the supply of ESs.Soil retention service generally exhibits a positive coupling type B,which means that the decrease in demand for ESs has had a negative response on the supply of ESs.3)Over the past 12 yr,the coordination degree of supply and demand of water supply,food supply and soil retention services decreased,and the coordination degree of carbon fixation service increased.Various types of ES had a low degree of coupling and coordination,showing different characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution.The areas with imbalanced ESs supply and demand were mainly distributed in urban areas dominated by construction land.The research results are valuable to the optimisation of urban and rural ecological environments and the sustainable development of territory space under the framework of ecological civilisation,including similar ecologically vulnerable areas in other developing countries.LI Pengjie LIU Chunfang LIU Licheng WANG Weiting 2021Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,2:3
7Preparation of protein-loaded microspheres with size ≤ 10 μm by electrostatic droplet generation technology显示文摘The development of non-injection route for protein drugs, especially oral administration, has been the main focus of controlled release of drugs. To overcome obstacles unsolved such as enzyme degradation and penetration barrier of intestinal epi- thelium, technologies using microspheres as carrier of protein drugs have been proven potential to realize oral administration. It has been demonstrated that microspheres can not only protect proteins, but also facilitate the penetration and absorption through Peyer’s patches when the size is smaller than 10 μm. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to prepare protein-loaded microspheres with size ≤ 10 μm. Electrostatic droplet generation technology was used with insulin and hemoglobin as drug models and so- dium alginate as microsphere material. By decreas- ing the surface tension of feed solution by adding surfactant, and improving electric field distribution by changing the shape of container and electrode for gelation solution, protein-loaded microspheres with mean size less than 10 μm were successfully pro- duced through needle with diameter of 400 μm. The microspheres showed good sphericity and narrow size distribution. The mean standard variance of size distribution was 1.61. The encapsulation efficiency of proteins was over 70%. Moreover, the significance analysis of factors influencing the size of protein loaded microspheres was carried out through or- thogonal experiments, which showed that output voltage (U), needle diameter (D) and the distance between needle tips to the surface of gelation solu- tion (δ ) influenced significantly the size of micro-spheres. Finally, the statistic analysis showed that when confidence level was α=0.05, and α=0.1, con- fidence interval of microsphere size can be (6.2545, 10.1735) and (6.6022, 9.8258) correspondingly, suggesting that there is good repeatability and reli- ability for improving electrostatic droplet generation technology to prepare protein-loaded microspheres with size ≤10 μm.XUE Weiming LIU Xiudong YU Weiting MA Xiaojun 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,3:3
8Coupled GIMP and CPDI material point method in modelling blast-induced three-dimensional rock fracture显示文摘Three-dimensional rock fracture induced by blasting is a highly complex problem and has received considerable attention in geotechnical engineering.The material point method is firstly applied to treat this challenging task.Some inherent weaknesses can be overcome by coupling the generalized interpolation material point(GIMP)and the convected particle domain interpolation technique(CPDI).For the media in the borehole,unchanged GIMP-type particles are used to guarantee a homogenous blast pressure.CPDITetrahedron type particles are employed to avoid the fake numerical fracture near the borehole for the rock material.A blasting experiment using three-dimensional single-borehole rock was simulated to examine the applicability of the coupled model under realistic loading and boundary conditions.A good agreement was achieved between the simulation and experimental results.Moreover,the mechanism of three-dimensional rock fracture was analyzed.It was concluded that rock particle size and material parameters play an important role in rock damage.The reflected tensile waves cause severe damage in the lower part of the model.Rayleigh waves occur on the top face of the rock model to induce a hoop failure band.Duanying Wan Meng Wang Zheming Zhu Fei Wang Lei Zhou Ruifeng Liu Weiting Gao Yun Shu Hu Xiao 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,5:2
9Amphiphilic sodium alginate-vinyl acetate microparticles for drug delivery显示文摘To overcome the fast or burst release of hydrophilic drugs from hydrophilic alginate-based carriers,hydrophobic molecule(vinyl acetate,VAc)was grafted on alginate(Alg),which was further used to prepare drug carriers.Amphiphilic Alg-g-PVAc hydrogel beads were firstly prepared by emulsification/internal gelation technique for the loading of bovine serum albumin(BSA).Then,chitosan was coated on the surface of beads to form novel amphiphilic Alg-g-PVAc/chitosan(Alg-g-PVAc/CS)microcapsules.The BSA-loading amphiphilic Alg-g-PVAc/chitosan(Alg-g-PVAc/CS)microcapsules display similar morphology and size to the hydrophilic alginate/chitosan(AC)microcapsules.However,the drug loading and loading efficiency of BSA in Alg-g-PVAc/CS microcapsules are higher,and the release rate of BSA from Alg-g-PVAc/CS microcapsules is slower.The results demonstrate that the introduction of hydrophobic PVAc on alginate can effectively help retard the release of BSA,and the higher degree of substitution is,the slower the release rate is.In addition,the complex membrane can also be adjusted to delay the release of BSA.As a whole,amphiphilic sodium alginate-vinyl acetate/CS microparticles could be developed for macromolecular drug delivery.YU Weiting ZHANG Demeng LIU Xiudong WANG Yunhong TONG Jun ZHANG Mengxue MA Xiaojun 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,3:2

12Vapor phase growth of two-dimensional PdSe2 nanosheets for high-photoresponsivity near-infrared photodetectors显示文摘Palladium diselenide(PdSe2),a stable layered material with pentagonal structure,has attracted extensive interest due to its excellent electrical and optoelectronic performance.Here,we report a reliable process to synthesize PdSe2 via chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.Through systematic regulation of temperature in the growth process,we can tune the thickness,size,nucleation density and morphology of PdSe2 nanosheets.Field-effect transistors based on PdSe2 nanosheets exhibit n-type behavior and present a high electron mobility of 105 cm^2·V^−1·s^−1.The electrical property of the devices after 6 months keeping in the air show little change,implying outstanding air-stability of PdSe2.In addition,PdSe2 near-infrared photodetector shows a photoresponsivity of 660 A·W^−1 under 914 nm laser.These performances are better than those of most CVD-grown 2D materials,making ultrathin PdSe2 a highly qualified candidate material for next-generation optoelectronic applications.Weiting Xu Jiayang Jiang Huifang Ma Zhengwei Zhang Jia Li Bei Zhao Ruixia Wu Xiangdong Yang Hongmei Zhang Bailing Li Weining Shu Zucheng Zhang Bo Li Yuan Liu Lei Liao Xidong Duan 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:1

18Heterometallic zinc uranium oxyfluorides incorporating imidazole ligands显示文摘Two heterometallic uranium oxyfluorides with hybrid networks were hydrothermally synthesized by incorporating two imidazoles, 1-(biphenyl-4-yl)-1H-imidazole(bpi) and 1,4-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzene(dib), formulated as Zn(bpi)2(UO2)2(H2O)F6(1) and Zn(dib)(UO2)F4 0.5H2O(2). Compound 1consists of chains of edge-sharing UO2F5 and UO2F4(H2O) pentagonal bipyramids, which are linked by Zn(bpi)2moieties to form the sheet structure with decorated bpi. While in compound 2, sheets of edgesharing dimers of UO2F5 pentagonal bipyramids and Zn F3N2 polyhedra are linked by dib, creating a pillared three-dimensional framework. The two compounds represent the few examples of heterometallic uranium oxyfluorides incorporating organic ligands. 19ReLFA:Resist Link Flooding Attacks via Renyi Entropy and Deep Reinforcement Learning in SDN-IoT显示文摘Link flooding attack(LFA)is a fresh distributed denial of service attack(DDoS).Attackers can cut off the critical links,making the services in the target area unavailable.LFA manipulates legal lowspeed flow to flood critical links,so traditional technologies are difficult to resist such attack.Meanwhile,LFA is also one of the most important threats to Internet of things(IoT)devices.The introduction of software defined network(SDN)effectively solves the security problem of the IoT.Aiming at the LFA in the software defined Internet of things(SDN-IoT),this paper proposes a new LFA mitigation scheme ReLFA.Renyi entropy is to locate the congested link in the data plane in our scheme,and determines the target links according to the alarm threshold.When LFA is detected on the target links,the control plane uses the method based on deep reinforcement learning(DRL)to carry out traffic engineering.Simulation results show that ReLFA can effectively alleviate the impact of LFA in SDN IoT.In addition,the rerouting time of ReLFA is superior to other latest schemes.Jiushuang Wang Ying Liu Weiting Zhang Xincheng Yan Na Zhou Zhihong Jiang 2022China Communications2022,19,7:1
20Personal glucose meters coupled with signal amplification technologies for quantitative detection of non-glucose targets:Recent progress and challenges in food safety hazards analysis显示文摘Ensuring food safety is paramount worldwide.Developing effective detection methods to ensure food safety can be challenging owing to trace hazards,long detection time,and resource-poor sites,in addition to the matrix effects of food.Personal glucose meter(PGM),a classic point-of-care testing device,possesses unique application advantages,demonstrating promise in food safety.Currently,many studies have used PGM-based biosensors and signal amplification technologies to achieve sensitive and specific detection of food hazards.Signal amplification technologies have the potential to greatly improve the analytical performance and integration of PGMs with biosensors,which is crucial for solving the challenges associated with the use of PGMs for food safety analysis.This review introduces the basic detection principle of a PGM-based sensing strategy,which consists of three key factors:target recognition,signal transduction,and signal output.Representative studies of existing PGM-based sensing strategies combined with various signal amplification technologies(nanomaterial-loaded multienzyme labeling,nucleic acid reaction,DNAzyme catalysis,responsive nanomaterial encapsulation,and others)in the field of food safety detection are reviewed.Future perspectives and potential opportunities and challenges associated with PGMs in the field of food safety are discussed.Despite the need for complex sample preparation and the lack of standardization in the field,using PGMs in combination with signal amplification technology shows promise as a rapid and cost-effective method for food safety hazard analysis.Feng He Haijie Wang Pengfei Du Tengfei Li Weiting Wang Tianyu Tan Yaobo Liu Yanli Ma Yuanshang Wang A.M.Abd El-Aty 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,3:0
