1Spatial-temporal Pattern and Differences of Land Use Changes in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area of China during 1975-2005显示文摘Regional land use changes are an important part of global changes.The research on land use changes in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area of China attracts a lot of attention owing to the Three Gorges Dam building.The Three Gorges Reservoir Area becomes one of the important research areas.This study analyzed the transforming processes and traits of each land use type and the regional differences of land use changes during the past 30 years,summarized the distribution of different land use types in different buffer zones and regresses the equation areas and different buffer distances based on buffer analyses and regression analyses,and then analyzed the transforming rules in different buffer distances,got the optimal influence distances.The research results indicate that,(1) cultivated land lies at the northwest of the reservoir and was decreasing,however,the construction land was increasing,especially the urban construction land,a large number of land was flooded because of the reservoir water level rise;(2) urban area was sprawling quickly in developed and neighboring areas,and a great deal of cultivated land and a considerable amount of grassland were occupied;in the earlier time,rural settlements occupied lots of cultivated land and a sum of forestry land in the later time;(3) the optimum influenced distances for cultivated land and forestry land were 10-35 km,and for urban and rural settlements were in 5-20 km.Overall,this research can reflect the spatial-temporal characteristics of land use changes during the 30 years,and it is helpful for urban planning and land use planning in the reservoir area.CAO Yingui ZHOU Weit WANG Jing YUAN Chun 2011Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,4:9
2Construction,Characterization,and Chromosomal Mapping of a Fosmid Library of the White-Cheeked Gibbon (Nomascus leucogenys)显示文摘Gibbons have experienced extensive karyotype rearrangements during evolution and represent an ideal model for studying the underlying molecular mechanism of evolutionary chromosomal rearrangements. It is anticipated that the cloning and sequence characterization of evolutionary chromosomal breakpoints will provide vital insights into the molecular force that has driven such a radical karyotype reshuffle in gibbons. We constructed and characterized a high-quality fosmid li-brary of the white-cheeked gibbon (Nomascus leucogenys) containing 192,000 non-redundant clones with an average insert size of 38 kb and 2.5-fold genome coverage. By end sequencing of 100 randomly selected fosmid clones,we generated 196 se-quence tags for the library. These end-sequenced fosmid clones were then mapped onto the chromosomes of the white-cheeked gibbon by fluorescence in situ hy-bridization,and no spurious chimeric clone was detected. BLAST search against the human genome showed a good correlation between the number of hit clones and the number of chromosomes,an indication of unbiased chromosomal distribu-tion of the fosmid library. The chromosomal distribution of the mapped clones is also consistent with the BLAST search result against human and white-cheeked gibbon genomes. 3A multi-responsive luminescent sensor towards Fe_(3+) and acetone based on a Cd-containing metal–organic framework显示文摘A Cd-containing metal–organic framework(Cd L), formula as {[Cd_3(L)_2(H_2O)_6] 1.5DMF}, has been synthesized under solvothermal condition by the reaction of 4,40,400-(methylsilanetriyl)tribenzoic acid(H_3L) and Cd^(2+)ion. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that Cd L displays a three-dimensional framework with 2-fold interpenetration and DMF molecules locate in the void space of the channels. A topological analysis of the framework indicates Cd L is a 3,4-connected pto net. The photoluminescence properties of Cd L are systematically studied in detail. 4Solution-processed lead-free bulk 0D Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal for indirect gamma-ray spectroscopy application显示文摘Bulk scintillators that are with high density,low cost,and fine pulse-height energy spectral resolution,and are nonhygroscopic and user friendly,are desired for high-energy gamma-ray spectroscopy application.Recently,low-cost solution-processed perovskite nanoscintillators have been demonstrated with outstanding performances for indirect low-energy X-ray detection;however,the stability and thickness are not suitable for high-energy gamma-ray detection.Here,we report scintillation performances of a low-cost solution-processed bulk 0D Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal.The self-trapped exciton emission results in a large Stokes shift (109 nm) that is reabsorption free.A broad X-ray excited emission matches well with the sensitivity of a silicon photodiode.The unique Cs+ surrounded isolated [Cu2I5]3-cluster scintillator provides ultra-stability in air and strong radiation hardness under high-dose gammaray exposure from a 60Co source.This solution-processed Cs3Cu2I5 scintillator is expected with low-cost and has detection performances comparable to commercial alkali-halide scintillator products.Qiang Xu Juan Wang Qindong Zhang Xiao Ouyang Maheng Ye Weiting Xie Xuewen Yan Deyuan Li Xiaoping Ouyang Xiaobing Tang Xiaodong Zhang 2021Photonics Research2021,9,3:3
5Bosonic quantum error correction codes in superconducting quantum circuits显示文摘Quantum information is vulnerable to environmental noise and experimental imperfections,hindering the reli-ability of practical quantum information processors.Therefore,quantum error correction(QEC)that can pro-tect quantum information against noise is vital for universal and scalable quantum computation.Among many different experimental platforms,superconducting quantum circuits and bosonic encodings in superconducting microwave modes are appealing for their unprecedented potential in QEC.During the last few years,bosonic QEC is demonstrated to reach the break-even point,i.e.the lifetime of a logical qubit is enhanced to exceed that of any individual components composing the experimental system.Beyond that,universal gate sets and fault-tolerant operations on the bosonic codes are also realized,pushing quantum information processing towards the QEC era.In this article,we review the recent progress of the bosonic codes,including the Gottesman-Kitaev-Preskill codes,cat codes,and binomial codes,and discuss the opportunities of bosonic codes in various quantum applications,ranging from fault-tolerant quantum computation to quantum metrology.We also summarize the challenges associated with the bosonic codes and provide an outlook for the potential research directions in the long terms.Weizhou Cai Yuwei Ma Weiting Wang Chang-Ling Zou Luyan Sun 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,1:3
6Dynamic Analysis of Supply and Demand Coupling of Ecosystem Services in Loess Hilly Region:A Case Study of Lanzhou,China显示文摘The relationship between the supply and demand for ecosystem services(ESs)is a key issue for the rational allocation of natural resources and optimisation of sustainable development capacity.This paper investigateed the dynamic evolution features of supply and demand of four ESs in Lanzhou of China,namely,water supply,food supply,carbon fixation and soil retention services.The crosssectional data of 2005 and 2017 were used for calculating ESs value and its supply and demand through ArcGIS software,InVEST model,elastic coefficient model and coupling coordination model.Results showed that:1)from 2005 to 2017,the supply of water supply services increased,the demand of soil retention services decreased,and the supply and demand of food supply and carbon fixation services increased.The high-value areas of service supply were mainly distributed in the rocky mountain areas in the southeast and northwest with high vegetation coverage,while the high-value areas of demand were mainly distributed in the urban areas and surrounding areas with high population density.2)There were five different types of coupling relations.Water supply service was dominated by a negative coupling type D,which means that the decrease in demand for ESs has had a positive response on the supply of ESs.Negative coupling type C was the main type of food supply and carbon fixation services,which means that the increase in demand for ESs has had a negative response on the supply of ESs.All three services were supplemented by a positive coupling type A,which means that the increase in demand for ESs has had a positive response on the supply of ESs.Soil retention service generally exhibits a positive coupling type B,which means that the decrease in demand for ESs has had a negative response on the supply of ESs.3)Over the past 12 yr,the coordination degree of supply and demand of water supply,food supply and soil retention services decreased,and the coordination degree of carbon fixation service increased.Various types of ES had a low degree of coupling and coordination,showing different characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution.The areas with imbalanced ESs supply and demand were mainly distributed in urban areas dominated by construction land.The research results are valuable to the optimisation of urban and rural ecological environments and the sustainable development of territory space under the framework of ecological civilisation,including similar ecologically vulnerable areas in other developing countries.LI Pengjie LIU Chunfang LIU Licheng WANG Weiting 2021Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,2:3

8Coupled GIMP and CPDI material point method in modelling blast-induced three-dimensional rock fracture显示文摘Three-dimensional rock fracture induced by blasting is a highly complex problem and has received considerable attention in geotechnical engineering.The material point method is firstly applied to treat this challenging task.Some inherent weaknesses can be overcome by coupling the generalized interpolation material point(GIMP)and the convected particle domain interpolation technique(CPDI).For the media in the borehole,unchanged GIMP-type particles are used to guarantee a homogenous blast pressure.CPDITetrahedron type particles are employed to avoid the fake numerical fracture near the borehole for the rock material.A blasting experiment using three-dimensional single-borehole rock was simulated to examine the applicability of the coupled model under realistic loading and boundary conditions.A good agreement was achieved between the simulation and experimental results.Moreover,the mechanism of three-dimensional rock fracture was analyzed.It was concluded that rock particle size and material parameters play an important role in rock damage.The reflected tensile waves cause severe damage in the lower part of the model.Rayleigh waves occur on the top face of the rock model to induce a hoop failure band.Duanying Wan Meng Wang Zheming Zhu Fei Wang Lei Zhou Ruifeng Liu Weiting Gao Yun Shu Hu Xiao 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,5:2
9Amphiphilic sodium alginate-vinyl acetate microparticles for drug delivery显示文摘To overcome the fast or burst release of hydrophilic drugs from hydrophilic alginate-based carriers,hydrophobic molecule(vinyl acetate,VAc)was grafted on alginate(Alg),which was further used to prepare drug carriers.Amphiphilic Alg-g-PVAc hydrogel beads were firstly prepared by emulsification/internal gelation technique for the loading of bovine serum albumin(BSA).Then,chitosan was coated on the surface of beads to form novel amphiphilic Alg-g-PVAc/chitosan(Alg-g-PVAc/CS)microcapsules.The BSA-loading amphiphilic Alg-g-PVAc/chitosan(Alg-g-PVAc/CS)microcapsules display similar morphology and size to the hydrophilic alginate/chitosan(AC)microcapsules.However,the drug loading and loading efficiency of BSA in Alg-g-PVAc/CS microcapsules are higher,and the release rate of BSA from Alg-g-PVAc/CS microcapsules is slower.The results demonstrate that the introduction of hydrophobic PVAc on alginate can effectively help retard the release of BSA,and the higher degree of substitution is,the slower the release rate is.In addition,the complex membrane can also be adjusted to delay the release of BSA.As a whole,amphiphilic sodium alginate-vinyl acetate/CS microparticles could be developed for macromolecular drug delivery.YU Weiting ZHANG Demeng LIU Xiudong WANG Yunhong TONG Jun ZHANG Mengxue MA Xiaojun 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,3:2

15Thermal effects on fracture toughness of cracked straight-through Brazilian disk green sandstone and granite显示文摘Cracked straight-through Brazilian disc(CSTBD) samples prepared using two rock materials were used for thermal treatment from room temperature to 700℃. Uniaxial splitting experiments were performed using an automatic electro-hydraulic servo press to study the evolution laws of physical and fracture properties of different deep rock materials under high-temperature geological conditions. The fracture characteristics were measured using an industrial camera and digital image correlation technology to analyze the effect of high temperature on fracture properties and failure modes of the CSTBD samples after different thermal treatments. The micro-damage properties of green sandstone and granite materials were obtained using a scanning electron microscope(SEM). The following conclusions were drawn from the test results:(1) With the increasing temperature, the fracture characteristics of green sandstone and granite change from brittle fracture to plasticity fracture, the longitudinal wave velocity of granite decreases sharply at 600℃, and the damage factor reaches 0.8748 at 700℃.(2) The fracture toughness of green sandstone and granite decreases with increasing temperature;however, the decreasing range of granite is larger than that of green sandstone.(3) As the temperature increases, the fracture morphologies of green sandstone and granite materials become rougher, whereas thermal damage cracks of granite and intergranular fractures inside sandstone as well as pores of sandstone increase.(4) The crack tip opening displacement and peak strain corresponding to peak load increase with the temperature.Lei Zhou Weiting Gao Liyuan Yu Zheming Zhu Jianxing Chen Xingkai Wang 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,5:1
