1A multi-responsive luminescent sensor towards Fe_(3+) and acetone based on a Cd-containing metal–organic framework显示文摘A Cd-containing metal–organic framework(Cd L), formula as {[Cd_3(L)_2(H_2O)_6] 1.5DMF}, has been synthesized under solvothermal condition by the reaction of 4,40,400-(methylsilanetriyl)tribenzoic acid(H_3L) and Cd^(2+)ion. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that Cd L displays a three-dimensional framework with 2-fold interpenetration and DMF molecules locate in the void space of the channels. A topological analysis of the framework indicates Cd L is a 3,4-connected pto net. The photoluminescence properties of Cd L are systematically studied in detail. 3Coupled GIMP and CPDI material point method in modelling blast-induced three-dimensional rock fracture显示文摘Three-dimensional rock fracture induced by blasting is a highly complex problem and has received considerable attention in geotechnical engineering.The material point method is firstly applied to treat this challenging task.Some inherent weaknesses can be overcome by coupling the generalized interpolation material point(GIMP)and the convected particle domain interpolation technique(CPDI).For the media in the borehole,unchanged GIMP-type particles are used to guarantee a homogenous blast pressure.CPDITetrahedron type particles are employed to avoid the fake numerical fracture near the borehole for the rock material.A blasting experiment using three-dimensional single-borehole rock was simulated to examine the applicability of the coupled model under realistic loading and boundary conditions.A good agreement was achieved between the simulation and experimental results.Moreover,the mechanism of three-dimensional rock fracture was analyzed.It was concluded that rock particle size and material parameters play an important role in rock damage.The reflected tensile waves cause severe damage in the lower part of the model.Rayleigh waves occur on the top face of the rock model to induce a hoop failure band.Duanying Wan Meng Wang Zheming Zhu Fei Wang Lei Zhou Ruifeng Liu Weiting Gao Yun Shu Hu Xiao 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,5:2
4A highly reliable embedding algorithm for airborne tactical network virtualization显示文摘The evolution of airborne tactical networks(ATNs)is impeded by the network ossification problem.As a solution,network virtualization(NV)can provide a flexible and scalable architecture where virtual network embedding(VNE)is a key part.However,existing VNE algorithms cannot be optimally adopted in the virtualization of ATN due to the complex interference in aircombat field.In this context,a highly reliable VNE algorithm based on the transmission rate for ATN virtualization(TR-ATVNE)is proposed to adapt well to the specific electromagnetic environment of ATN.Our algorithm coordinates node and link mapping.In the node mapping,transmission-rate resource is firstly defined to effectively evaluate the ranking value of substrate nodes under the interference of both environmental noises and enemy attacks.Meanwhile,a feasible splitting rule is proposed for path splitting in the link mapping,considering the interference between wireless links.Simulation results reveal that our algorithm is able to improve the acceptance ratio of virtual network requests while maintaining a high revenue-to-cost ratio under the complex electromagnetic interference.MIAO Jingcheng LYU Na CHEN Kefan CHEN Zhuo GAO Weiting 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,6:2
5Thermal effects on fracture toughness of cracked straight-through Brazilian disk green sandstone and granite显示文摘Cracked straight-through Brazilian disc(CSTBD) samples prepared using two rock materials were used for thermal treatment from room temperature to 700℃. Uniaxial splitting experiments were performed using an automatic electro-hydraulic servo press to study the evolution laws of physical and fracture properties of different deep rock materials under high-temperature geological conditions. The fracture characteristics were measured using an industrial camera and digital image correlation technology to analyze the effect of high temperature on fracture properties and failure modes of the CSTBD samples after different thermal treatments. The micro-damage properties of green sandstone and granite materials were obtained using a scanning electron microscope(SEM). The following conclusions were drawn from the test results:(1) With the increasing temperature, the fracture characteristics of green sandstone and granite change from brittle fracture to plasticity fracture, the longitudinal wave velocity of granite decreases sharply at 600℃, and the damage factor reaches 0.8748 at 700℃.(2) The fracture toughness of green sandstone and granite decreases with increasing temperature;however, the decreasing range of granite is larger than that of green sandstone.(3) As the temperature increases, the fracture morphologies of green sandstone and granite materials become rougher, whereas thermal damage cracks of granite and intergranular fractures inside sandstone as well as pores of sandstone increase.(4) The crack tip opening displacement and peak strain corresponding to peak load increase with the temperature.Lei Zhou Weiting Gao Liyuan Yu Zheming Zhu Jianxing Chen Xingkai Wang 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,5:1

10Layered and three-dimensional uranyl–organic assemblies with 4,4′-oxidiphthalic acid显示文摘Hydrothermal reactions of uranyl nitrate and 4,4'-oxidiphthalic acid(H_4L) resulted in the formation of three new uranyl-organic framework materials,namely(NH_4)_2[(UO_2)_3(L)_2]·5H_2O(1),(NEt_4)[(UO_2)_3(H_2O)(L)(HL)](2) and(UO_2)_7(H_2O)_2(phen)_4(L)_2(HL)_2(3)(NEt_4 = tetraethylammonium,phen = 1,10-phenanthroline).These three structures all comprise common uranyl pentagonal bipyramids.In 1,UO_7polyhedra are linked by hexadentate ligands to form a 3D framework with 1D channels,in which are located NH_4^+ ions and water molecules.While in 2,the organic ligands adopt pentadentate and hexadentate coordination modes,ligating UO_7 units to create a layered structure with channels filled by NEt_4^+ ions.For 3,uranyl square bipyramids are also accommodated together with pentagonal bipyramids,which are linked by tetradentate carboxylate ligands to produce the layered assembly.Phen molecules also coordinate to the uranyl centers to build up the structure.Luminescent studies indicate that 2 and 3 exhibit the characteristic uranyl emission.Dai Wu Ying Gao Wan-Guo Tian Yun-Hui Li Weiting Yang Zhong-Ming Sun 2016Chinese Chemical Letters2016,27,3:1
11Durable poly(binaphthyl-co-p-terphenyl piperidinium)-based anion exchange membranes with dual side chains显示文摘Building well-developed ion-conductive highways is highly desirable for anion exchange membranes(AEMs).Grafting side chain is a highly effective approach for constructing a well-defined phaseseparated morphological structure and forming unblocked ion pathways in AEMs for fast ion transport.Fluorination of side chains can further enhance phase separation due to the superhydrophobic nature of fluorine groups.However,their electronic effect on the alkaline stability of side chains and membranes is rarely reported.Here,fluorine-containing and fluorine-free side chains are introduced into the polyaromatic backbone in proper configuration to investigate the impact of the fluorine terminal group on the stability of the side chains and membrane properties.The poly(binaphthyl-co-p-terphenyl piperidinium)AEM(QBNp TP)has the highest molecular weight and most dimensional stability due to its favorable backbone arrangement among ortho-and meta-terphenyl based AEMs.Importantly,by introducing both a fluorinated piperidinium side chain and a hexane chain into the p-terphenyl-based backbone,the prepared AEM(QBNp TP-QFC)presents an enhanced conductivity(150.6 m S cm^(-1))and a constrained swelling at 80℃.The electronic effect of fluorinated side chains is contemplated by experiments and simulations.The results demonstrate that the presence of strong electro-withdrawing fluorine groups weakens the electronic cloud of adjacent C atoms,increasing OH^(-)attack on the C atom and improving the stability of piperidinium cations.Hence QBNp TP-QFC possesses a robust alkaline stability at 80℃(95.3%conductivity retention after testing in 2 M Na OH for 2160 h).An excellent peak power density of 1.44 W cm^(-2)and a remarkable durability at 80℃(4.5%voltage loss after 100 h)can be observed.Weiting Gao Xuelang Gao Qiugen Zhang Aimei Zhu Qinglin Liu 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,89,2:0
12A PD-L1-targeting chimeric switch receptor enhances efficacy of CAR-T cell for pleural and peritoneal metastasis显示文摘Pleural and peritoneal metastasis accompanied by malignant pleural effusion(MPE)or malignant ascites(MA)is frequent in patients with advanced solid tumors that originate from the lung,breast,gastrointestinal tract and ovary.Regional delivery of CAR-T cells represents a new strategy to control tumor dissemination in serous cavities.However,malignant effusions constitute an immune-suppressive environment that potentially induces CAR-T cell dysfunction.Here,we demonstrated that the anti-tumor cytotoxicity of conventional 2nd-generation CAR-T cells was significantly inhibited by both the cellular and non-cellular components of MPE/MA,which was primarily attributed to impaired CAR-T cell proliferation and cytokine production in MPE/MA environment.Interestingly,we found that PD-L1 was widely expressed on freshly-isolated MPE/MA cells.Based on this feature,a novel PD-L1-targeting chimeric switch receptor(PD-L1.BB CSR)was designed,which can bind to PD-L1,switching the inhibitory signal into an additional 4-1BB signal.When co-expressed with a 2nd-generation CAR,PD-L1.BB CSR-modified CAR-T cells displayed superior fitness and enhanced functions in both culture medium and MPE/MA environment,causing rapid and durable eradication of pleural and peritoneal metastatic tumors in xenograft models.Further investigations revealed elevated expressions of T-cell activation,proliferation,and cytotoxicity-related genes,and we confirmed that PD-L1 scFv and 4-1BB intracellular domain,the two important components of PD-L1.BB CSR,were both necessary for the functional improvements of CAR-T cells.Overall,our study shed light on the clinical application of PD-L1.BB CSR-modified dual-targeting CAR-T cells.Based on this study,a phase I clinical trial was initiated in patients with pleural or peritoneal metastasis(NCT04684459).Qizhi Ma Xia He Benxia Zhang Fuchun Guo Xuejin Ou Qiyu Yang Pei Shu Yue Chen Kai Li Ge Gao Yajuan Zhu Diyuan Qin Jie Tang Xiaoyu Li Meng Jing Jian Zhao Zeming Mo Ning Liu Yao Zeng Kexun Zhou Mingyang Feng Weiting Liao Wanting Lei Qiu Li Dan Li Yongsheng Wang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,12:0
13Parameter calibration of the tensile-shear interactive damage constitutive model for sandstone failure显示文摘The tensile-shear interactive damage(TSID)model is a novel and powerful constitutive model for rock-like materials.This study proposes a methodology to calibrate the TSID model parameters to simulate sandstone.The basic parameters of sandstone are determined through a series of static and dynamic tests,including uniaxial compression,Brazilian disc,triaxial compression under varying confining pressures,hydrostatic compression,and dynamic compression and tensile tests with a split Hopkinson pressure bar.Based on the sandstone test results from this study and previous research,a step-by-step procedure for parameter calibration is outlined,which accounts for the categories of the strength surface,equation of state(EOS),strain rate effect,and damage.The calibrated parameters are verified through numerical tests that correspond to the experimental loading conditions.Consistency between numerical results and experimental data indicates the precision and reliability of the calibrated parameters.The methodology presented in this study is scientifically sound,straightforward,and essential for improving the TSID model.Furthermore,it has the potential to contribute to other rock constitutive models,particularly new user-defined models.Yun Shu Zheming Zhu Meng Wang Weiting Gao Fei Wang Duanying Wan Yuntao Wang 2024Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2024,16,4:0
