An Intra-Oceanic Subduction System Influenced by Ridge Subduction in the Diyanmiao Subduction Accretionary Complex of the Xar Moron Area,Eastern Margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘This study focuses on the geology,geochemistry,Sr-Nd isotopes and their tectonic settings of three types of basalts in Diyanmiao ophiolite in the Xar Moron area located on the eastern margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt.Type I basalts are oceanic tholeiites with a depleted light rare earth element(LREE)pattern, which are similar to the typical N-mid-oceanic ridge basalt(MORB)and suggests that they were formed at a mid-oceanic ridge. The initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios of Type I basalts range from 0.703966 to 0.705276 and theεNd(t)values are from 16.49 to 17.15,indicating that they were derived from a depleted mantle source.Type II basalts belong to the medium-potassium calc-akaline series and have the geochem-ical characteristics of Nb-enriched basalt(NEB)with high Nb content(14.5 ppm)and strong enrichment in LREEs,implying that they were created by the partial melting of mantle wedge peridotite that previously metasomatized by slab melts.Type III basalts are high-Al basalt(HAB)with high-Al contents(Al_(2)0_(3)=16.75 wt.%-18.00 wt.%),distinct Nb depletion and high Th/Yb ratios. Thus they were likely gen-erated in a normal island-arc setting. Therefore, the association of MORB,NEB,and HAB in the study area may be due to the subduction of a mid-oceanic ridge, and the Diyanmiao ophiolite is proposed to be formed in the forearc setting of a mid-oceanic ridge subduction system. | Yang Cheng Qinghui Xiao Tingdong Li Liquan Xu Yuxu Fan Yan Li Lingjun Guo Jinli Pang Weiming Yuan | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,1: | 6
Human β-defensin 3 gene modification promotes the osteogenic differentiation of human periodontal ligament cells and bone repair in periodontitis显示文摘Efforts to control inflammation and achieve better tissue repair in the treatment of periodontitis have been ongoing for years.Humanβ-defensin 3,a broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide has been proven to have a variety of biological functions in periodontitis;however, relatively few reports have addressed the effects of human periodontal ligament cells(h PDLCs)on osteogenic differentiation. In this study,we evaluated the osteogenic effects of h PDLCs with an adenoviral vector encoding humanβ-defensin 3 in an inflammatory microenvironment. Then humanβ-defensin 3 gene-modified rat periodontal ligament cells were transplanted into rats with experimental periodontitis to observe their effects on periodontal bone repair. We found that the humanβ-defensin 3 gene-modified h PDLCs presented with high levels of osteogenesis-related gene expression and calcium deposition.Furthermore, the p38 MAPK pathway was activated in this process. In vivo,humanβ-defensin 3 gene-transfected rat PDLCs promoted bone repair in SD rats with periodontitis, and the p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)pathway might also have been involved. These findings demonstrate that humanβ-defensin 3 accelerates osteogenesis and that humanβ-defensin 3 gene modification may offer a potential approach to promote bone repair in patients with periodontitis. | Lingjun Li Han Jiang Rixin Chen Jing Zhou Yin Xiao Yangheng Zhang Fuhua Yan | 2020 | International Journal of Oral Science2020,12,2: | 5
Effect of impregnation strategy on catalytic hydrogenation behavior of PtCo catalysts supported on La2O2CO3 nanorods显示文摘Small Pt and Pt-Co nanoparticles(NPs) stabilized on La_2 O_2 CO_3 nanorods(LOC) were prepared by wet impregnation method, and probed in liquid-phase chemoselective hydrogenation of crotonaldehyde(CRAL) to crotyl alcohol(CROL).It is found that incorporation of Co atoms into Pt catalyst significantly improves the hydrogenation activity and desired selectivity to CROL as it destroys the Pt-lanthanum interfaces and results into the formation of Pt-Co particles. In addition,a close examination of catalyst surface and reactive performance suggests that the impregnation sequence of Pt and Co exerts great influence on the physicochemical property and the catalytic hydrogenation behavior of PtCo/LOC catalysts. As a result of the interaction between Pt and Co species, high alloying degree of Pt-Co NPs is obtained in the co-impregnated catalyst(Pt-Co/LOC),thus achieving the highest hydrogenation activity. The selective deposit of Co atoms onto the low-coordinated Pt sites leads to the smallest metal particle size and high dispersion of Pt-Co NPs over the Pt/Co/LOC,giving rise to the highest selectivity and yield to CROL. | Fengjun Hou Huahua Zhao Huanling Song Lingjun Chou Jun Zhao Jian Yang Liang Yan | 2018 | Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,9: | 4

Role of cerium dopants in MoVNbo multi-metal oxide catalysts for selective oxidation of ethane显示文摘The effect of Ce on the structure of MoVNbCeO multi-metal oxide catalysts and the performance of ethane selective oxidation was investigated. These multi-metal oxide catalysts with superior oxidizability exhibit high catalytic activity, and vanadium acts as the active center for ethane oxidation reaction. The improved catalytic activity is related to the increased V^(5+) content on the catalyst surface, which results from the enhanced transformation of the electrons between V and Ce.Moreover,Ce effectively promotes oxygen adsorption, activation, and mobility. And the presence of Ce can also prevent MoO_(3) formation and stabilize the Mo_(5)O_(14)-like structure. In addition, the catalyst with a moderate amount of Ce exhibits outstanding catalytic performance.Especially, the MVN-Ce catalyst with a Ce/V ratio of 0.1 exhibits the best performance:the total selectivity of the catalyst toward C_(2)H_(4) and CH_(3) COOH is the highest(72%) at the ethane conversion of 31%.Therefore,MoVNbCeO multi-metal oxides are promising candidates for selective oxidation. | Baohua Liu Liang Yan Huahua Zhao Jian Yang Jun Zhao Huanling Song Lingjun Chou | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5: | 1
Geochemistry and Tectonic History of Seamount Remnants in the Xingshuwa Subduction Accretionary Complex of the Xar Moron Area,Eastern Margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘This study focuses on the geology, geochemistry, zircon U-Pb geochronology and tectonic settings of the three types of seamount basalts from the Xingshuwa subduction accretionary complex in the Xar Moron area, eastern margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB).The seamount remnants are composed of carbonate’cap’sediments, large volumes of pillow and massive basalts, carbonate breccia slope facies and radiolarian cherts.Group 1 basalts are characterized by high contents of P2 O5 and TiO2 with alkaline affinity and LREE enrichment, indicating that they are derived from intraplate magma.Group 2 basalts display N-MORB LREE depletion patterns, indicating that they were formed at a mid-ocean ridge.Group 3 basalts have shown distinct Nb depletion and high Th/Yb ratios, indicating that they were generated in an island arc tectonic setting. The zircon U-Pb age of Group 1 basalt sample XWT18-131 is 576.4±9.4 Ma,suggesting that the oceanic island seamount was the product of intraplate magmatism related to a mantle plume or’hot spot’in the late Neoproterozoic. The zircon U-Pb age of Group 2 basalt sample XWT18-132 is 483±22 Ma,indicating that the Paleo-Asian Ocean(PAO)was continuously expanding in the Early Ordovician. The zircon U-Pb age of Group 3 basalt sample XWT18-101 is 240.5±8.2 Ma,suggesting that this area underwent the evolutionary path of ocean-continent transition, developing towards continentalization during the Middle Triassic. Thus,we believe that there was both mantle plume-related intraplate magmatism and intraoceanic subduction during the evolution of the PAO,the CAOB possibly being an evolutionary model of an intraoceanic subduction and mantle plume magmatism complex. | CHENG Yang XIAO Qinghui LI Tingdong LI Yan FAN Yuxu XU Liquan GUO Lingjun PANG Jinli | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,4: | 1
High EMI shielding effectiveness and superhydrophobic properties based on step-wise asymmetric structure constructed by one-step method显示文摘It is of significance to prepare biodegradable electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with high EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)in order to solve electromagnetic and environmental pollution problems. In this paper, environmentally friendly EMI shielding silver nanowires(AgNWs)/poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)/poly(D-lactic acid)(PDLA)/ferroferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))composites with step-wise asymmetric structures were prepared by a facile one-step non-solvent-induced phase separation method. The conductive AgNW network was constructed at a low mass fraction of 5 wt.%on the surface of stereo-complexed crystalline poly(lactic acid)(SC-PLA)film(1.08×10^(4) S/m).Moreover,magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)is mainly distributed in the skeleton of porous SC-PLA film.Due to the synergistic effect of AgNWs and Fe_(3)O_(4),the EMI SE of SC-PLA films reaches up to 50.3 dB.Interestingly,SC-PLA film modified with triethoxy-1H,1H,2H,2H-tridecafluoro-n-octylsilane(TTO)demonstrates an outstanding water contact angle of about 150.2°compared with the pure PLLA film(134.7°),stemming from the synergistic effect of denser SC-PLA nano-protrusions and low-surface-energy TTO.Thus,we successfully fabricated the high EMI shielding SC-PLA film with wonderful superhydrophobicity, which extends the application performance and service life of portable electronics in moist environments. | Kang Yan Changmei Wu Lan Xie Lingjun Zeng Yi Jiang Zhiqiang Jiang Guojun Chang Bai Xue Qiang Zheng | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0
Catalytic behavior of Mo-Bi-Fe-Co-K-M-O(M=Ce,Gd,CeGd)catalysts for selective oxidation of isobutene显示文摘The further improvement of methacrolein(MAL)selectivity from isobutene(IB)oxidation is crucial and challenging. In this study, based on the typical Mo-Bi-Fe-Co-K-O mixed metal oxide, the rare earth element Gd-doped,Ce-doped and CeGd co-doped catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation strategy to increase the selectivity of MAL from 47.9%to 49.8%,64.2% and 68.6%,respectively.In order to elucidate in-depth the promoting effect of Ce and/or Gd,various characterizations were utilized including X-ray diffraction patterns(XRD),Raman,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),O_(2)-temperature programmed desorption(O_(2)-TPD),H2-temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR),CO_(2)-temperature programmed desorption(CO_(2)-TPD),IB-temperature programmed desorption(i-C4-TPD)and in-situ IB-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(IB-FTIR).Both Ce and Gd finely regulate the bulk and surface structure of the catalyst, thus altering the redox ability, oxygen mobility and storage ability and basicity.Compared with Ce,Gd addition slightly regulates the variation of Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)redox couples, greatly enhances the interaction among the components on the catalyst, thus only increases the content of surface oxygen species and has little effect on their mobility. While Cecontaining catalyst performs stronger oxygen storage and migration ability, thus leading to the overproduction of surface Odefectspecies, which are proposed to be the active sites for the production of MAL and COx.The CeGd co-doped catalyst possesses the proper content of surface Odefectspecies, thus exhibits much higher MAL selectivity. Moreover, the promoting mechanism of Ce and/or Gd over IB oxidation is proposed. Therefore, this work is helpful for understanding the influence of rare earth elements on the structure of mixed metal oxides and the olefin selective oxidation reaction. | Qinghui Li Huahua Zhao Jian Yang Jun Zhao Liang Yan Huanling Song Lingjun Chou | 2024 | Journal of Rare Earths2024,42,1: | 0
X-ray Diffraction and Raman Spectroscopy Characterization of Isotropic Pyrocarbon Obtained by Hot Wall Chemical Vapor Deposition显示文摘Varying the flow rate of natural gas from 50 to 80 to 120 l/h, isotropic pyrocarbon produced by hot wall chemical vapor deposition at 1000 ℃ were examined by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. The X-ray data were evaluated by Scherrer equation, and the intensity ratio of D to G band derived from Raman data was used to evaluate the lateral extension of isotropic pyrocarbon. The experimental results show that the d002-spacing of isotropic pyrocarbon decreases from 0.3499 nm to 0.3451 nm, while the stack height increases from 6.5 to 8.4 nm with the increase of flow rate of natural gas. The intensity ratio of D to G band and lateral extension of isotropic pyrocarbon increases with natural gas flow rate increasing. After heat treatment, all the crystallite parameters (stack height, lateral extension, and d002-spacing) decrease, indicating the improvement of the arrangement of the basic structural units of isotropic pyrocarbon. | 张东生 LI kezhi JIA Yan GUO Lingjun LI Hejun LU Jinhua | 2013 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2013,28,2: | 0
The role of SLC12A family of cation-chloride cotransporters and drug discovery methodologies显示文摘The solute carrier family 12(SLC12)of cation-chloride cotransporters(CCCs)comprises potassium chloride cotransporters(KCCs,e.g.KCC1,KCC2,KCC3,and KCC4)-mediated Cl^(-)extrusion,and sodium potassium chloride cotransporters(N[K]CCs,NKCC1,NKCC2,and NCC)-mediated Cl^(-)loading.The CCCs play vital roles in cell volume regulation and ion homeostasis.Gain-of-function or loss-of-function of these ion transporters can cause diseases in many tissues. In recent years, there have been considerable advances in our understanding of CCCs'control mechanisms in cell volume regulations, with many techniques developed in studying the functions and activities of CCCs.Classic approaches to directly measure CCC activity involve assays that measure the transport of potassium substitutes through the CCCs.These techniques include the ammonium pulse technique, radioactive or nonradioactive rubidium ion uptakeassay, and thallium ion-uptake assay.CCCs'activity can also be indirectly observed by measuring gaminobutyric acid(GABA)activity with patch-clamp electrophysiology and intracellular chloride concentration with sensitive microelectrodes,radiotracer^(36)Cl^(-),and fluorescent dyes.Other techniques include directly looking at kinase regulatory sites phosphorylation, flame photometry,22Nat uptake assay, structural biology, molecular modeling, and high-throughput drug screening. This review summarizes the role of CCCs in genetic disorders and cell volume regulation, current methods applied in studying CCCs biology, and compounds developed that directly or indirectly target the CCCs for disease treatments. | Shiyao Zhang Nur Farah Meor Azlan Sunday Solomon Josiah Jing Zhou Xiaoxia Zhou Lingjun Jie Yanhui Zhang Cuilian Dai Dong Liang Peifeng Li Zhengqiu Li Zhen Wang Yun Wang Ke Ding Yan Wang Jinwei Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,12: | 0
Identification of Suitable Reference Genes for qRT-PCR Normalization in Tilia miqueliana Maxim显示文摘Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)is a rapid and effective approach toward detecting the expression patterns of target genes. The selection of a stable reference gene under specific test condition is essential for expressing levels of target genes accurately.Tilia miqueliana, considered endangered,is a prominent native ornamental and honey tree in East China. No study has evaluated the optimal endogenous reference gene for qRT-PCR analysis in T.miqueliana systematically. In this study, fifteen commonly used reference genes were selected as candidate genes, and the stabilities of their expressions were assessed using four algorithms(GeNorm,NormFiner,BestKeeper, and DeltaCt)in nine experimental datasets. The final integrated evaluation was performed using a comprehensive analysis algorithm(RefFinder). Finally,a target MYB transcription factor gene(TmMYB)was used to verify the accuracy of the candidate reference genes. The results showed that PP2αwas the most stable in tissue set, while RPS13 and SAMCD were optimal for heat and cold stress, respectively.Under waterlogging stress,PP2αand TUB were the most stable genes in the leaves and roots,respectively.EF1αand PP2αwere optimal for drying stress in leaf and root tissues.TUB and ACT7 were the most stable genes in the leaf and root tissues under salt stress. This is the first systematic evaluation of candidate reference genes in T.miqueliana, and it will benefit future studies on expression and functional analysis of target genes in T.miqueliana. | Huanli Wang Lingjun Yan Xi Huang Zhongwei Wang Yuanhao Yue Shijie Tang | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,10: | 0
The Interannual and Interdecadal Variations of Tropical Cyclone Affecting Shandong Province显示文摘Based on tropical cyclone yearbook data from 1949 to 2006,climate characteristics, such as interdecadal variation, period of tropical cyclone frequency, rainstorm and strong wind, intensity characteristics, were analyzed. Main results were as follows: tropical cyclone affecting Shandong Province was mainly from the last ten-day of July to the last ten-day of August, and its interdecadal variation was obvious. The marked periodic variation of every 2. 4 and 5 years was found according to power spectrum analysis. It showed obvious weakening tendency about tropical cyclone's intensity by using Kendall test. It also showed that August was the strongest month among a year for rainstorm frequency and intensity, and flood disaster was more easily to occur during this month. It was distinct for frequency's interdecadal variation of tropical cyclone causing rainstorm and strong wind. Marked period was existed about annual average precipitation and strong wind. At the same time, the cause of the variation was discussed. | Gao Xiaomei Wang Lingjun Ma Jinsong Yan Fengjun Xu Guihua Han Xiao Su Lili | 2014 | Meteorological and Environmental Research2014,5,12: | 0
Integrated data-model-knowledge representation for natural resource entities显示文摘The unified management and planning of national or provincial natural resources distributed both aboveground and underground have become increasingly important.Accurate depictions of natural resource elements and their interactions are key to achieving integrated and systematic management of natural resources. However, current spatiotemporal data models are based only on data descriptions, attribute records, and other model knowledge of a more general basis, without intuitively describing relationships between these elements and natural resources. This paper, therefore, proposes an integrated data-model-knowledge representation model to explicitly describe the time, space, and interaction of natural resource entities through an integrated knowledge graph.First, this study constructs a conceptual model using the aspects of semantics, scale, and data-model-knowledge,thereby explicitly describing the relationships of natural resources.Second,a logical model of natural resource representation is proposed, that is integrated with time, space, attributes, and relationships. Finally, taking the management of water resources as an example, this paper realizes the meticulous presentation of the levels of detail and rich semantic relations of natural resource entities. The findings of this study lay the foundation for a more efficient, precise, and lucid perception of the distribution laws and complicated interactional relationships of natural resources, both aboveground and underground. | Yulin Ding Zhaowen Xu Qing Zhu Hankan Li Yan Luo Ying Bao Lingjun Tang Sen Zeng | 2022 | International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1: | 0
Inflammation as a Mediator of Microbiome Dysbiosis-Associated DNA Methylation Changes in Gastric Premalignant Lesions显示文摘Evidence for the influence of chronic inflammation induced by microbial dysbiosis on aberrant DNA methylation supports a plausible connexion between disordered microbiota and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC).Here,a comprehensive study including multi-omics data was performed to estimate the relationships amongst the gastric microbiome, inflammatory proteins and DNA methylation alterations and their roles in PLGC development. The results demonstrated that gastric dysbacteriosis increased the risk of PLGC and DNA methylation alterations in related tumour suppressor genes.Seven inflammatory biomarkers were identified for antrum and corpus tissues, respectively, amongst which the expression levels of several biomarkers were significantly correlated with the microbial dysbiosis index(MDI)and methylation status of specific tumour suppressor genes.Notably, mediation analysis revealed that microbial dysbiosis partially contributed to DNA methylation changes in the stomach via the inflammatory cytokines C-C motif chemokine 20(CCL20)and tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9(TNFRSF9).Overall,these results may provide new insights into the mechanisms that might link the gastric microbiome to PLGC. | Lingjun Yan Wanxin Li Fenglin Chen Junzhuo Wang Jianshun Chen Ying Chen Weimin Ye | 2023 | Phenomics2023,3,5: | 0
