| 1 | An Important Spreading Event of the Neo-Tethys Ocean during the Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous: Evidence from Zircon U-Pb SHRIMP Dating on Diabase in Nagarze, Southern Tibet显示文摘Widely distributed in Gyangze-Chigu area, southern Tibet, NW- and nearly E-W-trending diabase(gabbro)-gabbro diorite dykes are regarded as the product of the large-scale spreading of the late Neo-Tethys Ocean. In order to constrain the emplacement age of these dykes, zircons of two samples from diabases in Nagarze were dated by using the U-Pb SHRIMP method. Two nearly the same weighted mean 206Pb/238U ages were obtained in this paper, which are 134.9±1.8 Ma (MSWD= 0.65) and 135.5±2.1 Ma (MSWD=1.40), respectively. They not only represent the crystallization age of the diabase, but also documented an important spreading event of the Neo-Tethys Ocean during the late Jurassic and early Cretaceous. | 2 | Effect of impregnation strategy on catalytic hydrogenation behavior of PtCo catalysts supported on La2O2CO3 nanorods显示文摘Small Pt and Pt-Co nanoparticles(NPs) stabilized on La_2 O_2 CO_3 nanorods(LOC) were prepared by wet impregnation method,and probed in liquid-phase chemoselective hydrogenation of crotonaldehyde(CRAL) to crotyl alcohol(CROL).It is found that incorporation of Co atoms into Pt catalyst significantly improves the hydrogenation activity and desired selectivity to CROL as it destroys the Pt-lanthanum interfaces and results into the formation of Pt-Co particles.In addition,a close examination of catalyst surface and reactive performance suggests that the impregnation sequence of Pt and Co exerts great influence on the physicochemical property and the catalytic hydrogenation behavior of PtCo/LOC catalysts.As a result of the interaction between Pt and Co species,high alloying degree of Pt-Co NPs is obtained in the co-impregnated catalyst(Pt-Co/LOC),thus achieving the highest hydrogenation activity.The selective deposit of Co atoms onto the low-coordinated Pt sites leads to the smallest metal particle size and high dispersion of Pt-Co NPs over the Pt/Co/LOC,giving rise to the highest selectivity and yield to CROL. | Fengjun Hou Huahua Zhao Huanling Song Lingjun Chou Jun Zhao Jian Yang Liang Yan | 2018 | Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,9: | 4 |

| 4 | Changing Features of Sunshine Duration and Effects on Greenhouse Production in Shouguang City显示文摘Based on data of monthly sunshine duration in Shouguang City during 1961-2013,changing features of sunshine duration and effects on greenhouse production in Shouguang City were analyzed by using linear tendency method,M-K mutation test and Molet wavelet analysis. The results show that in Shouguang City,sunshine duration in a year and each season reduced obviously from 1961 to 2013,and sunshine duration in a year and autumn changed suddenly in the 1990s,while sunshine duration in winter and spring changed suddenly in the 1980s. There existed obvious periodic variations of sunshine duration in a year and various seasons from 1961 to 2013. | 5 | Study on Luster of Fabrics with Goniophotometric Curves显示文摘The distribution of the light reflected from various fabric surfaces was studied. A series of samples of different fibers, weaves and colors were investigated. The experiments show that the goniophotometric curves of fabrics change with constituent fibers, weave, dyeing and finishing, and experimental condition.The goniophotometric curves for fabrics of same kind with different colors are same in general shape, and the reflectance or the height of the curves are changed to the extent of that they are in proportion with the brightness or the tristimulus value Y of the samples. The goniophotometric curve also varies in form when the incident angle is changed. Discussion and explanation for the above mentioned are given. | 6 | Effect of intracranial hypertension on cerebral hemorrhage induced autonomic nerve imbalance显示文摘BACKGROUND: Cerebral hemorrhage can cause the imbalance of nerve function, whereas its mechanism and main impact factors are still not quite clear. OBJECTIVE: To explore the rules about the changes of intracranial pressure in brainstem hemorrhage and internal capsule hemorrhage, and analyze the role of intracranial hypertension in the changes of nerve function caused by cerebral hemorrhage. DESIGN: A self-controlled trial. SETTING: Department of Physiology, Tianjin Medical University. MATERIALS: Sixty-five healthy male Japanese white rabbits with long ears (1.5–1.8 kg) were supplied and fed by the Department of Animal Experiment of Tianjin Medical University. The RM6240B biological signal collecting and processing system was used. METHODS: The experiments were conducted in the Department of Physiology, Tianjin Medical University from August 2001 to May 2006. ① The rabbits were anesthetized, then fixed onto the brain stereotaxic apparatus, and afterwards fenestration on skull and intubation to lateral ventricle were performed.The dynamic changes of intracranial pressure were monitored continuously. Rabbits were infused with autologous arterial blood (0.3 mL) into midbrain corpora quadrigemina inferior colliculus to induce model of acute brainstem hemorrhage; models of internal capsule hemorrhage were established by infusing autologous arterial blood into internal capsule. ② The dynamic intracranial pressures under the above conditions were recorded continuously with the RM6240B biological signal collecting and processing system. ③ An animal model of persistent intracranial hypertension was established by infusion of physiologic saline into lateral ventricle. ④ The changes of the intensity of autonomic nerve discharge were analyzed, using the biological signal collecting and processing system before and after hemorrhage and under persistent intracranial hypertension. ⑤ Ten animal models of internal capsule hemorrhage and 10 of brainstem hemorrhage were selected respectively, then gross pathological samples were cut open, and the accuracy of hemorrhage models was affirmed. Histological sections in hemorrhage point and around this point were prepared for with hematoxylin and eosin staining, and the pathological changes were observed under light microscope. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Changes of intracranial pressures before and after internal capsule hemorrhage and brainstem hemorrhage; ② Changes of the discharge intensity of cervical vagus nerve trunk in animal models of internal capsule hemorrhage, brainstem hemorrhage and persistent intracranial hypertension without hemorrhage; ③ Accuracy of location of internal capsule hemorrhage and brainstem hemorrhage confirmed by gross pathological samples and sections. RESULTS: Totally 65 rabbits were involved in the analysis of results. ① Dynamic state of intracranial pressure: Intracranial pressure increased obviously at 45 minutes after internal capsule hemorrhage and brainstem hemorrhage, the intracranial pressures were (1.31±0.30), (1.82±0.45) kPa, which were obviously higher than those before hemorrhage [(1.04±0.18), ( 1.05±0.19) kPa, P < 0.01]. ② Discharge of vagus nerve: Under intracranial hypertension, the discharge of cervical vagus nerve trunk was enhanced, and the discharge intensity of vagus nerve trunk was significantly different before and after persistent intracranial hypertension [(364.28±78.55), (1252.19±151.75) μV·s, P < 0.01]. The discharges of cervical vagus nerve trunk were significantly enhanced after internal capsule hemorrhage and brainstem hemorrhage (P < 0.01). ③ Validation of hemorrhage sites: The hemorrhage sites were internal capsule and brainstem on histopathological sections. | 7 | Stem cell properties and neural differentiation of sheep amniotic epithelial cells显示文摘This study was designed to verify the stem cell properties of sheep amniotic epithelial cells and their capacity for neural differentiation. Immunofluorescence microscopy and reverse transcription-PCR revealed that the sheep amniotic epithelial cells were positive for the embryonic stem cell marker proteins SSEA-1, SSEA-3, SSEA-4, TRA-1-60 and TRA-1-81, and the totipotency-associated genes Oct-4, Sox-2 and Rex-1, but negative for Nanog. Amniotic epithelial cells expressed β-III-tubulin, glial fibrillary acidic protein, nestin and microtubule-associated protein-2 at 28 days after induction with serum-free neurobasal-A medium containing B-27. | 13 | The Interannual and Interdecadal Variations of Tropical Cyclone Affecting Shandong Province显示文摘Based on tropical cyclone yearbook data from 1949 to 2006,climate characteristics,such as interdecadal variation,period of tropical cyclone frequency,rainstorm and strong wind,intensity characteristics,were analyzed. Main results were as follows: tropical cyclone affecting Shandong Province was mainly from the last ten-day of July to the last ten-day of August,and its interdecadal variation was obvious. The marked periodic variation of every 2. 4 and 5 years was found according to power spectrum analysis. It showed obvious weakening tendency about tropical cyclone's intensity by using Kendall test. It also showed that August was the strongest month among a year for rainstorm frequency and intensity,and flood disaster was more easily to occur during this month. It was distinct for frequency's interdecadal variation of tropical cyclone causing rainstorm and strong wind. Marked period was existed about annual average precipitation and strong wind.
