1Orbit determination and time synchronization for a GEO/IGSO satellite navigation constellation with regional tracking network显示文摘Aiming at regional services,the space segment of COMPASS (Phase I) satellite navigation system is a constellation of Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO),Inclined Geostationary Earth Orbit (IGSO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites.Precise orbit determination (POD) for the satellites is limited by the geographic distribution of regional tracking stations.Independent time synchronization (TS) system is developed to supplement the regional tracking network,and satellite clock errors and orbit data may be obtained by simultaneously processing both tracking data and TS data.Consequently,inconsistency between tracking system and TS system caused by remaining instrumental errors not calibrated may decrease navigation accuracy.On the other hand,POD for the mixed constellation of GEO/IGSO/MEO with the regional tracking network leads to parameter estimations that are highly correlated.Notorious example of correlation is found between GEO's orbital elements and its clock errors.We estimate orbital elements and clock errors for a 3GEO+2IGSO constellation in this study using a multi-satellite precise orbit determination (MPOD) strategy,with which clock error elimination algorithm is applied to separate orbital and clock estimates to improve numerical efficiency.Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data are used to evaluate User Ranging Error (URE),which is the orbital error projected on a receiver's line-of-sight direction.Two-way radio-wave time transfer measurements are used to evaluate clock errors.Experimenting with data from the regional tracking network,we conclude that the fitting of code data is better than 1 m in terms of Root-Mean-Square (RMS),and fitting of carrier phase is better than 1 cm.For orbital evaluation,difference between computed receiver-satellite ranging based on estimated orbits and SLR measurements is better than 1 m (RMS).For clock estimates evaluation,2-hour linear-fitting shows that the satellite clock rates are about 1.E-10 s/s,while receiver clock rates are about 1×10 13-1×10 12 s/s.For the 72-hour POD experiment,the average differences between POD satellite clock rates estimates and clock measurements based on TS system are about 1×10 13 s/s,and for receiver clock rates,the differences are about 1×10 15 s/s.ZHOU ShanShi HU XiaoGong WU Bin LIU Li QU WeiJing GUO Rui HE Feng CAO YueLing Wu XiaoLi ZHU LingFeng SHI Xin TAN HongLi 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6:44
2Applications of two-way satellite time and frequency transfer in the BeiDou navigation satellite system显示文摘A two-way satellite time and frequency transfer(TWSTFT) device equipped in the BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS)can calculate clock error between satellite and ground master clock. TWSTFT is a real-time method with high accuracy because most system errors such as orbital error, station position error, and tropospheric and ionospheric delay error can be eliminated by calculating the two-way pseudorange difference. Another method, the multi-satellite precision orbit determination(MPOD)method, can be applied to estimate satellite clock errors. By comparison with MPOD clock estimations, this paper discusses the applications of the BDS TWSTFT clock observations in satellite clock measurement, satellite clock prediction, navigation system time monitor, and satellite clock performance assessment in orbit. The results show that with TWSTFT clock observations, the accuracy of satellite clock prediction is higher than MPOD. Five continuous weeks of comparisons with three international GNSS Service(IGS) analysis centers(ACs) show that the reference time difference between BeiDou time(BDT) and golbal positoning system(GPS) time(GPST) realized IGS ACs is in the tens of nanoseconds. Applying the TWSTFT clock error observations may obtain more accurate satellite clock performance evaluation in the 104 s interval because the accuracy of the MPOD clock estimation is not sufficiently high. 3Altitudinal patterns of maximum plant height on the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Aims Several studies have shown that plant height changes along environmen-tal gradients.However,altitudinal patterns of plant height across species are still unclear,especially in regions sensitive to climate change.As canopy height decreases dramatically near the tree line in alpine areas,we hypothesize that plant height across all species also decreases with increasing altitude,and distinct thresholds exist along this gradient.Methods Using a large dataset of maximum plant height and elevation range(400 to 6000 m a.s.l.)of 4295 angiosperms from the regional flora of the Tibetan Plateau,we regressed plant height for every 100 m belt against elevation to explore the relationships.To identify the approximate boundaries where dramatic changes in plant height occurs for herbaceous plants,shrubs,trees,woody plants and all angiosperms,we used piecewise linear regression.Phylogenetically independent contrast was used to test the potential evolutionary influences on altitudinal patterns at the family level.Important Findings Results showed that for herbaceous plants,shrubs,trees,woody plants and all angiosperms,plant height decreases significantly as altitude increases.In addition,we found that altitude,a proxy for many environmental factors,had obvious thresholds(breakpoints)dictating patterns of plant height.The results of phylogenetically independent contrast also emphasized the importance of evolution-ary history in determining the altitudinal patterns of plant height for some growth forms.Our results highlight the relative intense filter-ing effect of environmental factors in shaping patterns of functional traits and how this could vary for different ranges of environmental variables.Lingfeng Mao Shengbin Chen Jinlong Zhang Guangsheng Zhou 2018Journal of Plant Ecology2018,11,1:3
4Rationally exfoliating chitin into 2D hierarchical porous carbon nanosheets for high-rate energy storage显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)carbon nanomaterials with hierarchical porous structure and heteroatoms doping are highly desirable in the fields of energy storage because of their rich active surface and open ion diffusion channels.However,the scalable preparation of carbon materials simultaneously possessing ultrathin 2D feature and hierarchical pores remains a considerable challenge.Herein,a facile one-step method to massively fabricate 2D porous chitin nanosheets(coded as PCNs)via a phytic acid assisted top-down exfoliation of bulk chitin under hydrothermal treatment was presented.Subsequently,2D carbon nanosheets with extra-thin thickness(3.6 nm),well-defined hierarchical porosity,high specific surface area(855 m2·g^-1),as well as abundant self-doped heteroatoms(N,O,P)were fabricated by carbonizing the PCNs,and was named as HPCNs.The as-obtained HPCNs demonstrated remarkable electrochemical performance as electrode material for supercapacitors.The symmetric supercapacitors(SSCs)based on HPCNs exhibited a high specific capacitance of 79 F·g^-1(316 F·g^-1 for single electrode)in 6 M KOH aqueous electrolyte solution,as well as a remarkable energy density of 23.8 W·h·kg^-1 by using 1 M Li2SO4 as electrolyte.It is also demonstrated that HPCNs/PCNs hybrid dispersions can be used as inks to fabricate conductive films and energy devices with high strength and superior flexibility.This work paves a new avenue for the economical and large-scale synthesis of 2D hierarchically porous carbon materials for energy storage related applications.Lingfeng Gao Guoqun Zhang Jie Cai Liang Huang Jun Zhou Lina Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,6:2
5Mycorrhizas Affect Polyphyllin Accumulation of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis through Promoting PpSE Expression显示文摘Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant,in which polyphyllin as the main medicinal component is an important secondary metabolite with bioactivity.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)have multiple positive effects on plants,while it is not clear whether AMF increase the content of medicinal components in medicinal plants.In this study,a total of nine AMF treatments were laid to analyze the mycorrhizal effect on polyphyllin accumulation and PpHMGR and PpSE expression of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.AMF increased the content of polyphyllin in the cultivated variety with low relation to the increase of inoculation intensity.Polyphyllin I,II,and VII were identified and partly improved by AMF inoculation,dependent on AMF treatments and culture environments.Similarly,the PpHMGR and PpSE expression was induced by mycorrhization,dependent on AMF species,whilst the induction was more obvious in PpSE than in PpHMGR after mycorrhization.It concluded that the symbiotic relationship between P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis and AMF increased polyphyllin content level in the plant,which was associated with the up-regulation of PpSE transcripts.Hailing Li Lingfeng Xu Zhuowei Li Shunxin Zhao Dongqin Guo Lu Rui Nong Zhou 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,5:2

10Mycorrhizal Fungal Effects on Growth,Antioxidant Capacity,and Medicine Quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis显示文摘A field experiment was conducted to determine the effects of two commercial strains composed of mulple arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)species on plant growth,antioxidant capacity,and medicine quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis in three subtropical soils from Wanzhou,Anshun and Baoshan in fields.The results showed that AMF inoculation enhanced the fungal colonization rate and activities of both succinate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase,thereby,enhancing the mycorrhizal viability of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.The concentrations of photosynthetic pigments(chlorophyll a,b,a+b and carotenoids),soluble sugar,soluble protein and photosynthetic capacity were higher in AMF-inoculated plants than in non-AMF-treated plants in field.AMFtreated plants recorded higher activities of catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase,and caused the reduction in malondialdehyde content,indicating lower oxidative damage,compared with non-AMF plants.Polyphyllin I,Polyphyllin II,Polyphyllin III,Polyphyllin IV and total polyphyllin contents were increased by AMF treatment.In conclusion,AMF improved the plant growth,antioxidant capacity and medicinal quality of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedlings.Hereinto,AMF effects on the soil from Wanzhou was relatively greater than on other soils.Nong Zhou Lingfeng Xu Min Yang Dongqin Guo Qiuxia Gan Jingjing Zhao 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3:1

12Improved methodology for efficient establishment of the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model in pigs through the median thoracic incision显示文摘To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing porcine ischemia-reperfusion models by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery,we first randomly divided 16 male Bama pigs into a sham group and a model group.After anesthesia,we separated the arteries and veins.Subsequently,we rapidly located the LAD coronary artery at the beginning of its first diagonal branch through a mid-chest incision.Then,we loosened and released the ligation line after five minutes of pre-occlusion.Finally,we ligated the LAD coronary artery in situ two minutes later and loosened the ligature 60 min after ischemia.Compared with the sham group,electrocardiogram showed multiple continuous lead ST-segment elevations,and ultrasound cardiogram showed significantly lower ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening at one hour and seven days post-operation in the model group.Twenty-four hours after the operation,cardiac troponin T and creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme levels significantly increased in the model group,compared with the sham group.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed the presence of many inflammatory cells infiltrating the interstitium of the myocardium in the model group but not in the sham group.Masson staining revealed a significant increase in infarct size in the ischemia/reperfusion group.All eight pigs in the model group recovered with normal sinus heart rates,and the survival rate was 100%.In conclusion,the method can provide an accurate and stable large animal model for preclinical research on ischemia/reperfusion with a high success rate and homogeneity of the myocardial infarction area.Liuhua Zhou Jiateng Sun Tongtong Yang Sibo Wang Tiankai Shan Lingfeng Gu Jiawen Chen Tianwen Wei Di Zhao Chong Du Yulin Bao Hao Wang Xiaohu Lu Haoliang Sun Meng Lv Di Yang Liansheng Wang 2023The Journal of Biomedical Research2023,37,4:1
13Effects of Particle Concentration on the Dynamics of a Single-Channel Sewage Pump under Low-Flow-Rate Conditions显示文摘Single-channel sewage pumps are generally used to transport solid-liquid two-phase media consisting of a fluid and solid particles due to the good non-clogging property of such devices.However,the non-axisymmetric structure of the impeller of this type of pumps generally induces flow asymmetry,oscillatory outflow during operations,and hydraulic imbalance.In severe cases,these effects can jeopardize the safety and stability of the overall pump.In the present study,such a problem is investigated in the framework of a Mixture multiphase flow method coupled with a RNG turbulence model used to determine the structure of the flow field and the related motion of transported particles.It is shown that under different inlet particle concentrations,the flow field in the pump exhibits periodic variations of the pressure.The volume fraction of solid particles at the trailing edge of the suction surface of the blade is the largest,and solid particles tend to be concentrated at the outer edge of the pump body.With a rise in import particle content,the pressure and volume fraction of particles in the sewage pump also increase;for a fixed inlet particle concentration,the pressure pulsation amplitude increases with an increase in the flow rate.In addition,under small flow conditions,as the inlet particle concentration increases,the flow field leaving the sewage pump diaphragm near the outlet of the volute becomes more turbulent,and even a secondary back-flow vortex appears.Peijian Zhou Chaoshou Yan Lingfeng Shu Hao Wang Jiegang Mou 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,5:0
14Quantifying growth and breakage of agglomerates in fluid-particle flow using discrete particle method显示文摘The cohesive solids in liquid flows are featured by the dynamic growth and breakage of agglomerates, and the difficulties in the development, design and optimization of these systems are related to this significant feature.In this paper, discrete particle method is used to simulate a solid–liquid flow system including millions of cohesive particles, the growth rate and breakage rate of agglomerates are then systematically investigated. It was found that the most probable size of the agglomerates is determined by the balance of growth and breakage of the agglomerates the cross point of the lines of growth rate and breakage rate as a function of the particle numbers in an agglomerate, marks the most stable agglomerate size. 19Study on integrated treatment of severe burn in batch patients显示文摘Objective:To explore the burn treatment and first aid flow mode in batch patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment experience of 10 or more patients in the group burn accident admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2008 to 2020,in order to acquire the general information(e.g.,age,sex[male and female],injury causes and factors,total burn surface area,inhalation injury and compound injury),the time when each first-aid rescue team was in place;the reception time of the triage group;specialist rescue start time;treatment process and treatment outcome in patients with severe burns,such as the establishment time of deep venous access.Results:67 cases(n=68)of patients were cured and the curative ratio was 98.5%.The average time from the rescue order of the commander-in-chief to the placement of each medical group was 8.8 minutes,the average reception time of the triage group was 4.5 minutes,the average specialist rescue start time was 18.6 minutes,and the average establishment time of deep vein access for patients with severe burns was about 11.3 minutes.Conclusions:Scientific and reasonable pre-hospital emergency triage and treatment for burn patients can be achieved by implementing integrated treatment.Shengjun Cao Te Ba Quan Li Biao Zhou Zengqiang Yan Qiang Chen Lingfeng Wang 2022Discussion of Clinical Cases2022,9,3:0
20La_(2)O_(3)-modified BiYbO_(3)–Pb(Zr,Ti)O_(3) ternary piezoelectric ceramics with enhanced electrical properties and thermal depolarization temperature显示文摘High-performance Pb(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))O_(3)(PZT)piezoceramics are urgently desired by the market in view of their expanded operating temperature range,reduced property temperature dependence,and enhanced sensitivity and acoustic power.In this work,we reported a kind of low-cost and high-performance 0.06BiYbO_(3)–0.94Pb(Zr_(0.48)Ti_(0.52))O_(3) ternary piezoceramics;the modifying effects of La_(2)O_(3) on this perovskite system were investigated in terms of the structures,electrical properties,and thermal depolarization behaviors of ceramics.The field-dependent dielectric and conduction properties indicated that there are close correlations among oxygen vacancies(VO),conducting electrons,and intrinsic conduction process.The degradation in ferroelectric properties observed in those samples doped with more than 0.15 wt%of La_(2)O_(3) indicated that the occupying mechanisms of La^(3+)changed from the donor substitution for Pb^(2+)to the isovalent substitution for Bi^(3+).The thermally depoling micromechanisms of ceramics were revealed from the thermodynamic processes of defect dipoles and intrinsic dipoles within ferroelectric domains.The sample doped with 0.15 wt%of La_(2)O_(3) shows excellent electrical properties with TC=387℃,d33=332 pC/N,TKε=5.81×10^(−3)℃−1,Pr=20.66μC/cm^(2),Td=356℃.The significantly enhanced electrical properties and thermal depolarization temperature benefited from the donor substitution of La3+,decreasing the oxygen vacancy concentration in the lattice and possibly optimizing the ferroelectric domain structure of ceramics.Yu Chen Lingfeng Li Zhi Zhou Yiying Wang Qiang Chen Qingyuan Wang 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,8:0
