| 1 | Origin of High Efficiency and Long-Term Stability in Ionic Liquid Perovskite Photovoltaic显示文摘Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment approach.However,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation strategy.Here,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents,additive,and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid ILs.We found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors,induce oriented crystallization,and chemically passivate the grain boundaries.This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups,allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and film.This finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics. | Lingfeng Chao Tingting Niu Hao Gu Yingguo Yang Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Wei Hui Shouwei Zuo Zhaohua Zhu Chengjie Pei Xiaodong Li Jing Zhang Junfeng Fang Guichuan Xing Hai Li Xiao Huang Xingyu Gao Chenxin Ran Lin Song Li Fu Yonghua Chen Wei Huang | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 2 |

| 3 | Improved methodology for efficient establishment of the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model in pigs through the median thoracic incision显示文摘To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing porcine ischemia-reperfusion models by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery,we first randomly divided 16 male Bama pigs into a sham group and a model group.After anesthesia,we separated the arteries and veins.Subsequently,we rapidly located the LAD coronary artery at the beginning of its first diagonal branch through a mid-chest incision.Then,we loosened and released the ligation line after five minutes of pre-occlusion.Finally,we ligated the LAD coronary artery in situ two minutes later and loosened the ligature 60 min after ischemia.Compared with the sham group,electrocardiogram showed multiple continuous lead ST-segment elevations,and ultrasound cardiogram showed significantly lower ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening at one hour and seven days post-operation in the model group.Twenty-four hours after the operation,cardiac troponin T and creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme levels significantly increased in the model group,compared with the sham group.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed the presence of many inflammatory cells infiltrating the interstitium of the myocardium in the model group but not in the sham group.Masson staining revealed a significant increase in infarct size in the ischemia/reperfusion group.All eight pigs in the model group recovered with normal sinus heart rates,and the survival rate was 100%.In conclusion,the method can provide an accurate and stable large animal model for preclinical research on ischemia/reperfusion with a high success rate and homogeneity of the myocardial infarction area. | Liuhua Zhou Jiateng Sun Tongtong Yang Sibo Wang Tiankai Shan Lingfeng Gu Jiawen Chen Tianwen Wei Di Zhao Chong Du Yulin Bao Hao Wang Xiaohu Lu Haoliang Sun Meng Lv Di Yang Liansheng Wang | 2023 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2023,37,4: | 1 |

| 5 | The expression of COX-2 and VEGF in mixed grafting of sheepskin and autoskin in rats显示文摘Objective:To investigate the expression of cycloxygenase-2(COX-2),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)by using immunohistochemistry method and observe the changes of histological structure between the all skin group and the xenoskin(sheepskin)group,and explore the effect of the xenoskin(sheepskin)which is a kind of covering of autogenous microskin grafting.Methods:A total of 180 Wistar healthy male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:the autoskin group(the control group),the alloskin group and the xenoskin group(the sheepskin group),with 60 rats in each group.By using immunohistochemistry method,the expression of COX-2 and VEGF were revealed on 3,5,7,14,21 and 28 d,with 10 executed rats in each group on each time points,and the structure of histology was observed by light microscope.Results:There were obvious difference of expression of COX-2 and VEGF on wound in the autoskin group compared with other two groups(p<.01);but there were no differences between the alloskin group and xenoskin group(p>.05).Observed on light microscope,the paralleled collagen and elastic fiber appeared in the autoskin group on 14 post-transplantation days,but they appeared in the alloskin group and the xenoskin group only on 21 post-transplantation days.Conclusions:There were no differences of the expression of COX-2 and VEGF in the alloskin group and the xenoskin group,which provided clinical theoretical basis on sheepskin as a substitute for the alloskin to cover autogenous microskin. | Mingjuan Gu Lingfeng Wang Zhihui Hou | 2015 | Discussion of Clinical Cases2015,2,3: | 0 |
