Application of next-generation sequencing technology to precision medicine in cancer: joint consensus of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology显示文摘Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously. Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians, pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. Moreover, it has prepared NGS criteria, the sequencing standard operation procedure(SOP), data analysis, report, and NGS platform certification and validation. | Xuchao Zhang Zhiyong Liang Shengyue Wang Shun Lu Yong Song Ying Cheng Jianming Ying Weiping Liu Yingyong Hou Yangqiu Li Yi Liu Jun Hou Xiufeng Liu Jianyong Shao Yanhong Tai Zheng Wang Li Fu Hui Li Xiaojun Zhou Hua Bai Mengzhao Wang You Lu Jinji Yang Wenzhao Zhong Qing Zhou Xuening Yang Jie Wang Cheng Huang Xiaoqing Liu Xiaoyan Zhou Shirong Zhang Hongxia Tian Yu Chen Ruibao Ren Ning Liao Chunyan Wu Zhongzheng Zhu Hongming Pan Yanhong Gu Liwei Wang Yunpeng Liu Suzhan Zhang Tianshu Liu Gong Chen Zhimin Shao Binghe Xu Qingyuan Zhang Ruihua Xu Lin Shen Yilong Wu | 2019 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,1: | 14

Influence of CeO2 loading on structure and catalytic activity for NH3-SCR over TiO2-supported CeO2显示文摘A series of supported CeO2/TiO2 catalysts were prepared to explore the influence of CeO2 loading on these catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction of NO3 by NH3(NH3-SCR).The catalysts were investigated in detail by means of XRD,Raman,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,in situ DRIFTS,and NH3-SCR reaction. The activity of the catalyst is closely related to the content of CeO2.When the loading of CeO2 is near the dispersion capacity(1.16 mmol Ce4+/100 m^2 TiO2),the catalytic activity is better. This may be because that the dispersed CeO2 is the active species and the catalyst has appropriate redox property, along with the larger amounts of surface Ce content and surface adsorbed oxygen species. Finally,a possible reaction mechanism via the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism is tentatively proposed to further understand the NH3-SCR reaction. | Hongliang Zhang Long Ding Hongming Long Jiaxin Li Wei Tan Jiawei Ji Jingfang Sun Changjin Tang Lin Dong | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,8: | 5
Current Density Distribution in Double-Sided GTAW Process显示文摘A three dimensional current density distribution in double-sided gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) proces is performed. The current density distribution field is evaluated by numerically solving Maxwell equations in the domain of the workpiece. In the boundary condition, the current density on. the workpiece surface is assumed as Gaussian distribution. Results show that the current distribution in DSAW is different from single side arc welding, it is more concentrated and the relative location of the two torches influence the current distribution greatly. | Hongming GAO Lin WU and Honggang DONG National Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding Production Technology, Harbin institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China | 2001 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2001,17,1: | 2
Interface Behavior of Copper and Steel by Plasma-MIG Hybrid Arc Welding显示文摘Plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding is a hybrid heating source welding method which is composed of plasma arc and MIG arc. During Plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding process, the interface behavior of copper and steel dissimilar alloy is investigated. The results show that electromagnetic stirring effect decreases and the heat input increases with the increase of outer plasma current in the hybrid arc welding process. The interface diffusion and interface thickness is controlled by the tradeoff of electromagnetic stirring effect degradation and heat input increase. The interface diffusion and interface thickness are controlled by decreasing the electromagnetic stirring force and increasing the heat input with the increase of plasma current in Cu/Fe plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding process. | Tao YANG Hongming GAO Shenghu ZHANG Lin WU | 2013 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,3: | 2
Current Density Distribution in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process显示文摘Heat transfer and fluid flow in a weld pool had been simulated for several decades, which underwent from theoretically analysis to numerical solutions. Because of the complexity of the welding process, many ideal assumptions were made to simplify the question. This makes the solution somewhat not complied with the practical conditions. In previous papers, the current distribution in the weld pool is assumed as axi-symmetrical, and so does the electromagnetic forces, which plays an important role in determining the fluid flow field. Actually the current distribution is different from the assumption. In this paper; a three dimensional current distribution in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process is performed. The current density distribution field is evaluated by numerically solving Maxwell’s equations in the domain of the workpiece. In the boundary condition, the current density on the top surface is assumed as Gaussian distribution. Results show that the current distribution in GTAW is not axi-symmetrical, and the relative location of the torch and the earth clamp influence the current distribution greatly. | Hongming GAO Lin WU Honggang DONG National Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding Production Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, 150001, China | 2000 | Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong university(Science)2000,5,1: | 2

Characterization of gold/PMMA hybrid nanomaterials synthesized by hard X-ray synchrotron radiation显示文摘In this study, new types of hybrid gold poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) nanomaterials are synthe-sized. Both PMMA spheres coated with gold nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles coated with PMMA can be synthesized using different ratios of HAuCl 4 and MMA precursors, by exposing the mixtures to hard X-ray synchrotron radiation without the use of a reducing agent. According to the photochemical mechanism, gold nanoparticles will precipitate from a solution of HAuCl 4 on exposure to synchrotron radiation, followed by the synthesis of PMMA by the polymerization of MMA monomers. These reactions can result in the formation of two different types of new hybrid nanomaterials. When a 1:1 volume ratio of HAuCl 4 to MMA is used, we obtain PMMA spheres coated with gold nanoparticles. When a 10:1 ratio of HAuCl 4 and MMA is used, we obtain gold nanoparticles coated with PMMA. The hybrid gold/PMMA nanostructures are characterized by transmission electron microscopy, elemental analysis, dynamic-light scattering analysis, gel permeation chromatography and Raman spectroscopy. The hybrid nanomaterials have potential application in the fields of biosensors and drug delivery. | Hueywen Liou Weijen Liou Hongming Lin Yeukuang Hwu Wenchang Chen | 2010 | Particuology2010,8,3: | 1

Construction of a computational MDCT model for simulations of the detector signals显示文摘Objective:To develop a computational model of a multi-detector CT scanner(MDCT),which could be used to simulate the signal of each detector element in the MDCT by using the Monte Carlo method. Methods:The CT scanner was modelled, including the X-ray source, the bowtie filter, the collimator, the couch and the detector panel.Under a general scanning condition, the signal in each detector element was simulated based on the model by using the MCNPX code. Both the energy spectra at different tube voltages and energy deposition in the detector panel at different collimations were simulated to test the robustness of the MDCT model built in this study.Furthermore, the simulated signals in each detector element were compared with their recorded signals. The accuracies were evaluated by the relative root mean square error(RRMSE)and the structural similarity(SSIM)for each detector element and the whole detector panel, respectively. Results:The simulated energy spectra before and after passing through the phantom and simulated energy deposition in the detector panel were rational. In the scan range from the apex of lung to pubic symphysis, the RRMSE of the 18 axial projections ranged from 0.02 to 0.17,with an average of 0.08.And the SSIMs were calculated to be 0.979 and 0.976 for projections with the largest peak signal and the smallest peak signal, respectively. Conclusions:The computational model of the MDCT developed in this study is accurate and successful,it is helpful for further accurate simulations of the radiation dose and image quality of the MDCT. | Chuyan Wang Xin Lin Hongming Liu Jianwei Fu Weihai Zhuo Haikuan Liu | 2023 | Radiation Medicine and Protection2023,4,1: | 0
A Theoretical Model of Arc Light Radiation Based on GTA Spectral Diagnosis显示文摘An arc light radiation phenomenon in TIG welding process was studied through experiments and theoretical analysis. The arc spectra were acquired under a variety of welding parameters from 200 nm to 1000 nm wavelength rangein TIG. The influence of welding parameters on the arc radiation was discussed. The radiation energy from linesemission mechanisms was calculated and the comparison was made with the one from the continuum emissionmechanisms. The result shows that the radiation energy from the line emission mechanisms is equal to the one fromthe background. Based on the experiments and analysis, a physical model of arc light radiation has been developed. In this model. the arc plasma was presumed to be in local thermal equilibrium (LTE) with light thinness property. The Bolzmann distribution and Saha equation were applied to establish the arc light radiation model. This helps laythe foundation for further mathematical modeling of the arc light radiation. | Chenming XU Hongming GAO Guangjun ZHANG Lin WU | 2003 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2003,19,z1: | 0
Anisotropic magnetoelastic response in the magnetic Weyl semimetal Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2)显示文摘Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) is a recently identified magnetic Weyl semimetal in Shandite compounds. Upon cooling, Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) undergoes a ferromagnetic transition with c-axis polarized moments(0.3 μ_(B)/Co) around T_(C)= 175 K, followed by another magnetic anomaly around T_(A)≈ 140 K. A large intrinsic anomalous Hall effect is observed in the magnetic state below TC with a maximum of anomalous Hall angle near T_(A). Here, we report an elastic neutron scattering on the crystalline lattice of Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) in a magnetic field up to 10 T. A strongly anisotropic magnetoelastic response is observed, while only a slight enhancement of the Bragg peaks is observed when B//c. The in-plane magnetic field(B//ab) dramatically suppresses the Bragg peak intensity probably by tilting the moments and lattice toward the external field direction. The in-plane magnetoelastic response commences from T_(C), and as it is further strengthened below T_(A), it becomes nonmonotonic against the field between T_(A) and T_(C) because of the competition from another in-plane magnetic order. These results suggest that a magnetic field can be employed to tune the Co_(3)Sn_(2)S_(2) lattice and its related topological states. | Chang Liu ChangJiang Yi XingYu Wang JianLei Shen Tao Xie Lin Yang Tom Fenne Uwe Stuhr ShiLiang Li HongMing Weng YouGuo Shi EnKe Liu HuiQian Luo | 2021 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,5: | 0
Numerical Simulation of Electromagnetic Force in Double-Sided Arc Welding Process显示文摘Up till now, most of the researchers believe that there are four kinds of forces in the weld pool convection, they aresurface tension, electromagnetic force, buoyancy and gas shear stress. So electromagnetic force is very important, especially when large current is applied. In most of previous models, the electromagnetic force is calculated analytically,in which only the axial component of current is considered. Actually the radial component of current has thesame effect, and may be advanced in some locations. In double-sided arc welding process, instead of the earthclamp, another torch is placed on the opposite side; the current will go from one torch, through the weld zone,to another torch. In this case, the current is more concentrated in the weld zone; the electromagnetic force willhave significant effect compared with conventional welding process. In this paper, a new method of numericalcalculation for electromagnetic force is developed, in which both axial and radial components are considered. And asan example, the distribution of electromagnetic force in double-sided arc welding is calculated. It demonstrates thatthis new method could give more accurate simulation of electromagnetic force, and is close to the actual process. | Hongming GAO Lin WU Honggang DONG | 2003 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2003,19,z1: | 0
