| 1 | Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging evaluation of pelvic lymph node metastasis in bladder cancer显示文摘Background:Accurate evaluation of lymph node metastasis in bladder cancer(BCa)is important for disease staging,treatment selection,and prognosis prediction.In this study,we aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of com-puted tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for metastatic lymph nodes in BCa and establish criteria of imaging diagnosis.Methods:We retrospectively assessed the imaging characteristics of 191 BCa patients who underwent radical cys-tectomy.The data regarding size,shape,density,and diffusion of the lymph nodes on CT and/or MRI were obtained and analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test and χ^(2) test.The optimal cutoff value for the size of metastatic node was deter-mined using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.Results:A total of 184 out of 3317 resected lymph nodes were diagnosed as metastatic lymph nodes.Among 82 imaging-detectable lymph nodes,51 were confirmed to be positive for metastasis.The detection rate of metastatic nodes increased along with more advanced tumor stage(P<0.001).Once the ratio of short-to long-axis diameter≤0.4 or fatty hilum was observed in lymph nodes on imaging,it indicated non-metastases.Besides,lymph nodes with spiculate or obscure margin or necrosis indicated metastases.Furthermore,the short diameter of 6.8 mm was the optimal threshold to diagnose metastatic lymph node,with the area under ROC curve of 0.815.Conclusions:The probability of metastatic nodes significantly increased with more advanced T stages.Once lymph nodes are detected on imaging,the characteristic signs should be paid attention to.The short diameter>6.8 mm may indicate metastatic lymph nodes in BCa. | Yong Li Feiyu Diao Siya Shi Kaiwen Li Wangshu Zhu Shaoxu Wu Tianxin Lin | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 7 |

| 3 | Group VB transition metal dichalcogenides for oxygen reduction reaction and strain-enhanced activity governed by p-orbital electrons of chalcogen显示文摘Developi ng alter native oxyge n reducti on reactio n (ORR) catalysts to replace precious Pt-based metals with abundant materials is the key challe nge of commercial application of fuel cells. Owing to their various compositi ons and tun able electronic properties, transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have the great potential to realize high-efficiency catalysts for ORR. Here, various 3R-phase dichalcogenides of group VB and VIB transition metals (MX2, M = Nb, Ta, Mo, W;X = S, Se, Te) are investigated for ORR catalysts by using density functional theory calculations. The computed over-potentials of group VB TMDs are much less than those of group VIB TMDs. For group VB TMDs, a volcano-type plot of ORR catalytic activity is established on the adsorption energies of *OH, and NbS2 and TaTe2 exhibit best ORR activity with an oveepotential of 0.54 V. To achieve even better activity, strain engineering is performed to tune ORR catalytic activity, and the minimum over-potential of 0.43 V can be realized. | 4 | Ultrafast presodiation of graphene anodes for high-efficiency and high-rate sodium-ion storage显示文摘The low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)is a significant problem hindering the practical uses of carbon anodes in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),especially for the carbons with large surface area.Presodiation is an effective way to solve the above problem,but it always needs complicated operations and cannot suppress the unavoidable electrolyte decomposition in the assembled battery.Herein,we develop an ultrafast chemical presodiation method for reduced graphene oxide(rGO)using sodium naphthalene(Na-Nt)dissolved in dimethoxyethane(DME)solvent as a presodiation reagent.The presodiation effectively improves the ICE of rGO to 96.8%and forms an artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on its surface due to the decomposition of the formed complex between Na+and DME.The formed artificial SEI suppresses the excessive decomposition of electrolytes in the assembled battery,leading to a formation of uniform and inorganic component–rich SEI on rGO surface,which enables a rapid interfacial ion transfer.Therefore,the presodiated rGO showed excellent rate performance with a high capacity of 198.5 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1).Moreover,excellent cycle stability indicated by the high capacity retention of 68.4%over 1000 cycles was also achieved,showing the poten-tial to promote the practical uses of high-rate rGO anode in SIBs. | Ganyu Zheng Qiaowei Lin Jiabin Ma Jun Zhang Yan-Bing He Xian Tang Feiyu Kang Wei Lv Quan-Hong Yang | 2021 | InfoMat2021,3,12: | 4 |

| 7 | Effect of Trimetazidine on Diabetic Patients with Coronary Heart Diseases: A Meta-Analysis of Randomized, Controlled Trials显示文摘Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of trimetazidine(TMZ)on diabetic patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods We conducted a comprehensive electronic search of PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane databases between the inception dates of databases and May 2019(last search conducted on 30 May 2019)to identify randomized controlled trials.The evaluation method recommended by Cochrane Collaboration for bias risk assessment was employed for quality assessment.Random or fixed models were used to investigate pooled mean differences in left ventricular function,serum glucose metabolism,serum lipid profile,myocardial ischemia episodes and exercise tolerance with effect size indicated by the 95%confidence interval(CI).Results Additional TMZ treatment contributed to considerable improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction(WMD=4.39,95%CI:3.83,4.95,P<0.00001),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(WMD=-3.17,95%CI:-4.90,-1.44,P=0.0003)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(WMD=-4.69,95%CI:-8.66,-0.72,P=0.02).TMZ administration also significantly decreased fasting blood glucose(SMD=-0.43,95%CI:-0.70,-0.17,P=0.001),glycosylated hemoglobin level(WMD=-0.59,95%CI:-0.95,-0.24,P=0.001),serum level of total cholesterol(WMD=-20.36,95%CI:-39.80,-0.92,P=0.04),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(WMD=-20.12,95%CI:-32.95,-7.30,P=0.002)and incidence of myocardial ischemia episodes(SMD=-0.84,95%CI:-1.50,-0.18,P=0.01).However,there were no significant differences in serum triglyceride level,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,exercise tolerance between the TMZ group and the control group.Conclusion TMZ treatment in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease is effective to improve cardiac function,serum glucose and lipid metabolism and clinical symptoms. | Ye Lin Zhenlian Wang Min Yan Feiyu Zhu YeDuan Zhiqin Sun | 2020 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,3: | 2 |

| 14 | Prevalence of Congenital Heart Disease at Extremely High Altitudes in Tibet and the Establishment of a New Free Treatment Model显示文摘Background: This study aimed to illustrate the prevalence of CHD by screening children in extremely high-altitudeareas (over 4000 m to even 5000 m above sea level) and explore an aid model for early diagnosis and treatmentfor the Tibetan population. Methods: A total of 2242 students from different schools in Ngamring County,Xigaze City, Tibet from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected for screening. The students were examinedthrough the inquiry of their current medical history and family history, cardiac auscultation and a physicalexamination, in order to screen out the suspected cases of CHD, and then the suspected cases were confirmed bycardiac color ultrasound examinations. After that, positive patients were be transferred to Shandong Province forfree treatment. Results: The prevalence of CHD among children in Ngamring County was 3.70% (83 cases),which is the highest incidence rate ever reported. The most common type of CHD was patent ductus arteriosus(PDA), accounting for 55.42% of the total number of cases screened, followed by atrial septal defect (ASD) andventricular septal defect (VSD), accounting for 28.92% and 12.05%, respectively. The prevalence of CHD in childrenat high altitude was significantly higher than that in children at low altitude. | 20 | TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O heterostructure enabling selective and uniform lithium deposition towards stable lithium metal anodes显示文摘Lithium(Li)metal is the ultimate anode choice for next generation high energy density batteries.However,the high nucleation energy barrier and nonuniform electric field distribution,as well as huge volume expansion,lead to the uncontrollable growth of Li dendrites and poor utilization of Li metal,which hinders its practical application.Herein,titanium dioxide/cuprous oxide(TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O)heterostructure is constructed on the rimous skeleton of Cu mesh,and the heterostructure decorated rimous Cu mesh(H-CM)can act as both current collector and host for dendrite-free Li metal anode.The TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O heterostructure realizes selective Li nucleation by nano TiO_(2)and then induces fast and uniform Li conduction with the aid of heterostructure interface and nano Cu_(2)O contributing to dendrite-free Li deposition.While the internal and external space of rimous skeletons in H-CM is used to accommodate the deposited Li and buffer its volume change.Therefore,the cycling reversibility of the derived Li metal anode in H-CM is improved to a high Coulombic efficiency of 98.8%for more than 350 cycles at a current density of 1 mA·cm−2,and 1,000 h(equals to 500 cycles)stable repeated Li plating/stripping can be operated in a symmetric cell.Furthermore,full cells with limited Li anode and high loading LiFePO4 cathode present excellent cycling and rate performances. | Lingyan Ruan Xianying Qin Kui Lin Zijin Yang Qiuchan Cai Tong Li Fangting Wu Feiyu Kang Baohua Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 0 |
