1Ultrafast presodiation of graphene anodes for high-efficiency and high-rate sodium-ion storage显示文摘The low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)is a significant problem hindering the practical uses of carbon anodes in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),especially for the carbons with large surface area.Presodiation is an effective way to solve the above problem,but it always needs complicated operations and cannot suppress the unavoidable electrolyte decomposition in the assembled battery.Herein,we develop an ultrafast chemical presodiation method for reduced graphene oxide(rGO)using sodium naphthalene(Na-Nt)dissolved in dimethoxyethane(DME)solvent as a presodiation reagent.The presodiation effectively improves the ICE of rGO to 96.8%and forms an artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on its surface due to the decomposition of the formed complex between Na+and DME.The formed artificial SEI suppresses the excessive decomposition of electrolytes in the assembled battery,leading to a formation of uniform and inorganic component–rich SEI on rGO surface,which enables a rapid interfacial ion transfer.Therefore,the presodiated rGO showed excellent rate performance with a high capacity of 198.5 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1).Moreover,excellent cycle stability indicated by the high capacity retention of 68.4%over 1000 cycles was also achieved,showing the poten-tial to promote the practical uses of high-rate rGO anode in SIBs.Ganyu Zheng Qiaowei Lin Jiabin Ma Jun Zhang Yan-Bing He Xian Tang Feiyu Kang Wei Lv Quan-Hong Yang 2021InfoMat2021,3,12:4
2Sieving carbons promise practical anodes with extensible low-potential plateaus for sodium batteries显示文摘Non-graphitic carbons are promising anode candidates for sodium-ion batteries,while their variable and complicated microstructure severely limits the rational design of high-energy carbon anodes that could accelerate the commercialization of sodium-ion batteries,as is the case for graphite in lithium-ion batteries.Here,we propose sieving carbons,featuring highly tunable nanopores with tightened pore entrances,as high-energy anodes with extensible and reversible low-potential plateaus(<0.1 V).It is shown that the tightened pore entrance blocks the formation of the solid electrolyte interphase inside the nanopores and enables sodium clustering to produce the plateau.Theoretical and spectroscopic studies also show that creating a larger area of sodiophilic pore surface leads to an almost linearly increased number of sodium clusters,and controlling the pore body diameter guarantees the reversibility of sodium cluster formation,producing a sieving carbon anode with a record-high plateau capacity of 400 mAh g.More excitingly,this approach to preparing sieving carbons has the potential to be scalable for modifying different commercial porous carbons.Qi Li Xiangsi Liu Ying Tao Jianxing Huang Jun Zhang Chunpeng Yang Yibo Zhang Siwei Zhang Yiran Jia Qiaowei Lin Yuxuan Xiang Jun Cheng Wei Lv Feiyu Kang Yong Yang Quan-Hong Yang 2022National Science Review2022,9,8:3
3Application of 3D T1-SPACE combined with 3D-TOF sequence for follow-up evaluation of stent-assisted coil embolization for intracranial aneurysm显示文摘Objectives:To assess 3D T1-SPACE combined with 3D-TOF sequence for follow-up evaluation of stent-assisted coil embolization for intracranial aneurysm.Materials and methods:Between Oct 2018 and May 2019,we enrolled 25 patients with intracranial aneurysm who underwent stent-assisted coil embolization.All patients were followed up for 6 to10 months after endovascular treatment(EVT)using 3D-TOF MRA,3D T1-SPACE and DSA to evaluate aneurysm occlusion and parent artery patency.Results:With regards to aneurysm occlusion,the specificity of 3D-TOF MRA was 86.9%(20/23)and the accuracy was 84%(21/25).There was no statistical significance(P=0.409)compared with the DSA.The parent artery by3D-TOF MRA showed that there were 14 patients with grade 3,8 patients with grade 2 and 3 patients with grade1.However,3D T1-SPACE showed that all 25 patients were grade 4,and were clearly displayed without metal artifacts.The comparison of the two MR techniques demonstrated that 3D T1-SPACE was superior to 3D-TOF MRA in the evaluation of parent artery(P<0.001).Conclusions:3D T1-SPACE sequence provides better image quality and higher accuracy for evaluating stented parent arteries compared to TOF-MRA.This study also shows that 3D-TOF MRA has a merit to evaluate aneurysm occlusion.The combination of these two modalities can be used as an optional follow-up evaluation after EVT of intracranial aneurysms.Qiuji Shao Qiang Li Qiaowei Wu Tianxiao Lin Li Li Kaitao Chang Yingkun He 2021Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,2:1
4Construction of mixed carboxylate and pyrogallate building units for luminescent metal-organic frameworks显示文摘A metal-organic framework,Ce-FDM-50,was constructed by employing gallic acid featuring both carboxylate and pyrogallate as the coordinating sites and Ce(Ⅲ).The co-assembly of the carboxylates and pyrogallates with two metal ions have achieved a new type of paddle wheel secondary building unit.These building units were further joined by organic struts to obtain frameworks in sql topology.This synthetic approach could be expanded to five different lanthanide metals(Nd,Eu,Gd,Tb,Yb)for the construction of a series of isoreticular MOFs based on FDM-50,and even MTV-MOFs in which mixed lanthanide metals with specific ratios were distributed.In addition,featuring the lanthanide metals as the inorganic nodes in the network,Tb-FDM-50 showed distinct luminescence properties that could be furtherly tuned for variable applications.Xiao Lin Erlong Ning Xiaomin Li Qiaowei Li 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:0
