2Early Jurassic basal sauropodomorpha dominated tracks from Guizhou, China: Morphology, ethology, and paleoenvironment显示文摘The newly discovered large(350 m^2) Yantan dinosaur tracksite, in the Lower Jurassic Ziliujing Formation of Guizhou Province, China, reveals at least 250 footprints of which ~97 can be resolved into trackways of sauropodomorphs. All the trackways are sub parallel likely indicating gregarious behavior. One theropod track(cf. Grallator) was recorded. The sauropodomorph tracks predominantly represent quadrupedal progression(Morphotype A), and footprint morphology is similar to the ichnospecies Liujianpusshunan, characterized by outward pes rotation. Three trackways indicate bipedal progression, and two of these(Morphotype B) indicate inward pes rotation, accompanied by elongate pes digit scratch marks. For the latter phenomenon three possible scenarios are discussed:(1) significant rotation changes accompanying changes in gait,(2) swimming behavior,(3) formation of undertracks.Sedimentological evidence indicates the tracks were made on a linguloid rippled, muddy, immature sandstone substrate characterized by significant differences in substrate consistency across the trackbearing surface. Microbially induced sedimentary structures(MISS) characterized by distinctive wrinkle marks indicate a stressed, probably semi-arid, paleoenvironment that was not conducive to habitation by invertebrate organisms. This is consistent with other evidence that Lower Jurassic sauropodomorph tracks are often associated with semi-arid paleoenvironments.Lida Xing Martin G. 3Unusual dinosaur trackway preservation as clues to paleo-landscape and behavior from the Lower Cretaceous Luohe Formation,Shaanxi Province,China显示文摘Poorly preserved tracks have limited ichnotaxonomic or biotaxon utility,but may reveal useful information about the paleoenvironment,behavior and track taphonomy.Eight mostly parallel to sub parallel trackway segments(T1–T8)were registered on a truncation surface in the Lower Cretaceous Luohe Formation of Shaanxi Province.These attest to the passage of several bipeds,probably all theropods,in a paleo-contour-parallel,south-north direction in an arid setting.Quality of preservation in these trackways is poor,but notably superior in two additional trackways(T9–T10)on a foreset surface.Trackway T9 indicates a didactyl trackmaker,probably a deinonychosaurian,heading north to south.This is the 13th report of deinonychosaurian tracks from the Lower Cretaceous of China.If any or all the eight south-north oriented trackway segments represent continuations of other segments in the same trackways,the total number of individual trackmakers heading in this direction may have been as lowas three.Although the trackway pattern and sedimentological evidence could indicate a physically controlled pathway influencing the direction taken by these trackmakers,the possibility that the trackways also represented small social or gregarious group cannot be ruled out.Lida Xing Martin G.Lockley Yongzhong Tang Hendrik Klein W.Scott Persons IV Miaoyan Wang Xingwen Li Hao Wu 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2:2

15Effects of Zr and Y on the Mechanical Properties and the Microstructure of Ti-Al-Sn-Nb-Mo-Si Alloy显示文摘In the present paper the effects of additions of Zr and Y on the microstructure and mechanical properties for Ti-(6.06.5)Al-(2.0~3.0)Sn-(1.5~6.0)Zr-(0.8~1.0)Mo-1.0Nb-0.25Si alloys are reported,The experimental results show that: with in-creasing of Zr content,tensile strength and creep resistance of the alloys increase,and reduction in area and thermal stability ofthe alloys decrease.Decrease in thermal stabiIity of the alloys mainly caused by surface thermal unstability.After heat treatmentY addition can make grain size of the alloys refine.The reduction in area and thermal stability of the alloys with Y addition areimproved,and tensile strength slightly decreases and creep resistance is essentially the same as the alloy without Y addition.Thesephenomena are explained in brief.Qin, Kuiqing Wang, Lida Tang, Shisheng 1990Rare Metals1990,10,1:0

17Shared-probe system:An accurate,low-cost and general enzyme-assisted DNA probe system for detection of genetic mutation显示文摘Enzyme assisted DNA probes are powerful tools in molecular diagnostics for their simplicity,rapidity,and low detection limit.However,cost of probes,difficulty in optimization and disturbance of secondary structure hindered the wider application of enzyme assisted DNA probes.To solve the problems,we designed a new system named shared-probe system.By introducing two unlabeled single stranded DNA named Sh1 and Sh2 as the bridge between probe and the substrate,the same sequence of dually labeled probe with stable performance was shared for different mutations,thus sparing the expense and time cost on designing,synthesizing and optimizing corresponding probes.Besides,the hybridization between Sh1 and the substrate could overcome secondary structures,which guaranteed the detection of different substrates.The performance and generality of the design were tested by low abundance detection in synthetic single DNA samples and the limit of detection was 0.05%for PTENR130 Q,EGFR-L858 R and 0.02%for BRCA1-NM007294.3.In genomic DNA samples,the limit of detection of 0.1%can be achieved for EGFR-L858 R,demonstrating the potential of clinical application in our design.Lida Ren Zhihao Ming Wei Zhang Yangwei Liao Xiaofeng Tang Bei Yan Huimin Lv Xianjin Xiao 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:0
