| 1 | Cenozoic Adakite-type Volcanic Rocks in Qiangtang,Tibet and Its Significance显示文摘Volcanic rocks in the study area, including dacite, trachyandesite and mugearite, belong to the intermediate-acid, high-K calc-alkaline series, and possess the characteristics of adakite. The geochemistry of the rocks shows that therocks are characterized by SiO2>59%, enrichment in Al2O3 (15.09-15.64%) and Na2O (>3.6%), high Sr (649-885 μg/g)and Sc, low Y contents (<17 μg/g), depletion in HREE (Yb<1.22 μg/g), (La/Yb)N>25, Sr/Y>40, MgO<3% (Mg#<0.35),weak Eu anomaly (Eu/Eu*=0.84-0.94), and lack of the high field strength elements (HFSE) (Nb, Ta, Ti, etc.). The Nd andSr isotope data (87Sr/86Sr=0.7062-0.7079, 143Nd/144Nd=0.51166-0.51253, εNd= -18.61-0.02), show that the magmaresulted from partial melting (10%-40%) of newly underplated basaltic lower crust under high pressure (1-4 GPa), and thepetrogenesis is obviously affected by the crust's assimilation and fractional crystallization (AFC). | 3 | Evaluation of three tracers for labeling distal cerebrospinal fluidcontacting neurons显示文摘It has been reported that distal cerebrospinal fluidcontacting neurons(dCSF-CNs)can be detected by immunohistochemical assay using cholera toxin subunit B-conjugated horseradish peroxidase(CBHRP).In the present study,another two methods with CB alone or CB-conjugated FITC(CB-FITC)were used,and the results from the three methods were compared.Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups with CB-HRP,CB or CB-FITC.Tracers were diluted to 30%in artificial cerebrospinal fluid and injected separately(in a volume of 3μL)into the lateral ventricle.Animals from the CB-HRP and CB groups were perfused 48 h after surgery while animals from the CB-FITC group were perfused 1,3,6,12,24 or 48 h after surgery.The brain was sectioned(40μm)for immunofluorescence and five sections with positive neurons were selected from each rat for neuron counting.Three clusters of positive neurons in a'Y-like'distribution were detected ventral to the cerebral aqueduct of rats from the three groups.No significant difference was observed among the quantitative data.In the CB-FITC group,stable staining was detected even at 6 h after injection.Taken together,lateral ventricle injection of CB/CB-FITC is a useful method for labeling dCSFCNs in rats.The CB-FITC method makes dCSF-CNs labeling much simpler and more convenient. | Fang Zhou Jiayou Wang Hongxing Zhang He Liu Guangping Zhao Cuihua Zu Xiaoxing Lu Licai Zhang | 2013 | Neuroscience Bulletin2013,29,5: | 7 |
| 4 | Dynamic route guidance algorithm based onartificial immune system显示文摘To improve the performance of the K-shortest paths search in intelligent traffic guidance systems,this paper proposes an optimal search algorithm based on the intelligent optimization search theory and the metaphor mechanism of vertebrate immune systems.This algorithm,applied to the urban traffic network model established by the node-expanding method,can expediently realize K-shortest paths search in the urban traffic guidance systems.Because of the immune memory and global parallel search ability from artificial immune systems,K shortest paths can be found without any repeat,which indicates evidently the superiority of the algorithm to the conventional ones.Not only does it perform a better parallelism,the algorithm also prevents premature phenomenon that often occurs in genetic algorithms.Thus,it is especially suitable for real-time requirement of the traffic guidance system and other engineering optimal applications.A case study verifies the efficiency and the practicability of the algorithm aforementioned. | Licai YANG Jie LIN Dewei WANG Lei JIA | 2007 | 控制理论与应用(英文版)2007,5,4: | 7 |
| 5 | Fly ash-based geopolymer as a novel photocatalyst for degradation of dye from wastewater显示文摘The geopolymer synthesized by alkali-activated fly ash was firstly used as a novel photocatalyst for degradation of methylene blue(MB) dye from wastewater.The geopolymer is composed of nanoparticulates with an average particle size of about 50 nm.More than 90%of pore volume in the fly ash-based geopolymer predominately centralized on the pore size in the range of 17-700 nm.The degradation efficiency of MB dye by fly ash-based geopolymer catalyst was up to 92.79%under UV irradiation due to the synergistic effect of adsorption and semiconductor photocatalysis.The pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order rate equations as well as intra-particle diffusion rate equation were employed to correlate analysis for the adsorption kinetics of MB dye.The experimental data agreed well with pseudo-second-order rate equation in both cases of with UV and without UV irradiations.The intra-particle diffusion process is not the rate determining step.The photocatalytic degradation of MB dye in solution obeys third-order reaction kinetics. | Yaojun Zhang Licai Liu | 2013 | Particuology2013,11,3: | 5 |

| 9 | A novel humanized MUC1 antibody–drug conjugate for the treatment of trastuzumab-resistant breast cancer显示文摘Mucin 1(MUC1)has been regarded as an ideal target for cancer treatment,since it is overexpressed in a variety of different cancers including the majority of breast cancer.However,there are still no approved monoclonal antibody drugs targeting MUC1.In this study,we generated a humanized MUC1(HzMUC1)antibody from our previously developed MUC1 mouse monoclonal antibody that only recognizes MUC1 on the surface of tumor cells.Furthermore,an antibody–drug conjugate(ADC)was generated by conjugating HzMUC1 with monomethyl auristatin(MMAE),&the efficacy of HzMUC1-MMAE on the MUC1-positive HER2+breast cancer in vitro&in‘Xenograft’model was tested.Results from western blot analysis&immunoprecipitation revealed that the HzMUC1 antibody did not recognize cell-free MUC1-N in sera from breast cancer patients.Confocal microscopy analysis showed that HzMUC1 antibody bound to MUC1 on the surface of breast cancer cells.Results from mapping experiments suggested that HzMUC1 may recognize an epitope present in the interaction region between MUC1-N and MUC1-C.Results from colony formation assay&flow cytometry demonstrated that HzMUC1-MMAE significantly inhibited cell growth by inducing G2/M cell cycle arrest&apoptosis in trastuzumab-resistant HER2-positive breast cancer cells.Meanwhile,HzMUC1-MMAE significantly reduced the growth of HCC1954 xenograft tumors by inhibiting cell proliferation&enhancing cell death.In conclusion,our results indicate that HzMUC1-ADC is a novel therapeutic drug that can overcome trastuzumab resistance of breast cancer.HzMUC1-ADC should also be an effective therapeutic drug for the treatment of different MUC1-positive cancers in clinic. | Guang Wu Lan Li Yuxin Qiu Wei Sun Tianhao Ren Yingshuai Lv Mengnan Liu Xiaoxia Wang Hongqun Tao Lingjie Zhao Jiawei Cao Licai He Hongzhi Li Haihua Gu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12: | 2 |
