2EXPONENTIAL STABILITY OF LINEAR DISTRIBUTED PARAMETER SWITCHED SYSTEMS WITH TIME-DELAY显示文摘In this paper, the exponential stability analysis for ODE switched systems with time delay is extended to distributed parameter switched systems(DPSS) in Hilbert space. For a given family of exponential stable subsystems, this paper focuses on finding conditions to guarantee the overall DPSS' exponential stability. Based on semigroup theory, by applying piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals method incorporated average dwell time approach, sufficient conditions for exponential stability are derived. These conditions are given in the form of linear operator inequalities(LOIs)where the decision variables are operators in Hilbert space, and the stability properties depend on switching rule. Being applied to heat switched propagation equations, these LOIs are reduced to standard Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs). 5Adenovirus-mediated transfection with glucose transporter 3 suppresses PC12 cell apoptosis following ischemic injury显示文摘In this study,we investigated the effects of adenovirus-mediated transfection of PC12 cells with glucose transporter 3 after ischemic injury.The results of flow cytometry and TUNEL showed that exogenous glucose transporter 3 significantly suppressed PC12 cell apoptosis induced by ischemic injury.The results of isotopic scintiscan and western blot assays showed that,the glucose uptake rate was significantly increased and nuclear factor kappaB expression was significantly decreased after adenovirus-mediated transfection of ischemic PC12 cells with glucose transporter 3.These results suggest that adenovirus-mediated transfection of cells with glucose transporter 3 elevates the energy metabolism of PC12 cells with ischemic injury,and inhibits cell apoptosis.Junliang Li Xinke Xu Shanyi Zhang Meiguang Zheng Zhonghua Wu Yinlun Weng Leping Ouyang Jian Yu Fangcheng Li 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,17:1
6Ti2AlC triggered in-situ ultrafine TiC/Inconel 718 composites:Microstructure and enhanced properties显示文摘In situ ultrafine TiC dispersion reinforced Inconel 718 alloy with enhanced mechanical properties was fabricated by the technique of reactive hot-press sintering Ti2AlC and In718 powders.The effect of Ti2AlC precursor additions(5 vol.%,10 vol.%,15 vol.%)on microstructure and mechanical properties of TiC/In718 composites were investigated.A relationship of microstructural characteristics,room and elevated temperature mechanical performance,and underlying strengthening mechanisms were analyzed.The results show that initial Ti2AlC precursor transformed completely into ultrafine TiC particulate(~230 nm)and distributed uniformly in the matrix after sintering 5 and 10 vol.%Ti2AlC/In718.However,TiC particulates tended to aggregate to stripes with the addition of Ti2AlC up to 15 vol.%,which,in adverse,weaken the properties of In718.The 5 vol.%Ti2AlC/In718 sample showed a higher tensile strength of 1404±13 MPa with a noticeable elongation of 9.8%at room temperature compared to the pure In718(ultimate tensile strength(UTS)=1310 MPa,elongation=21.5%).At 600℃,700℃,800℃and 900℃,tensile strength of the as-sintered 5 vol.%Ti2AlC/In718 composite was determined to be 1333±13 MPa,1010±10 MPa,685±25 MPa and 276±3 MPa,increased by 9.2%,14.6%,14.2%and 55%,respectively,compared with that of monolithic In718 alloy.The excellent tensile properties of TiC/In718 composite can be ascribed to the combined mechanisms in term of increased dislocation density,dispersive Orowan and load transfer mechanisms.Wenqiang Hu Zhenying Huang Qun Yu Yuanbo Wang Yidan Jiao Cong Lei Leping Cai Hongxiang Zhai Yang Zhou 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,16:1
7Haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may improve long-term survival for children with high-risk T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia in first complete remission显示文摘Background: The role of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in children with high-risk (HR) T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) in first complete remission (CR1) is still under evaluation. Moreover, relapse is the main factor affecting survival. This study aimed to explore the effect of allo-HSCT (especially haploidentical HSCT [haplo-HSCT]) on improving survival and reducing relapse for HR childhood T-ALL in CR1 and the prognostic factors of childhood T-ALL in order to identify who could benefit from HSCT.Methods: A total of 74 newly diagnosed pediatric T-ALL patients between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2018 were enrolled in this retrospective study. Patients were stratified into the low-risk chemotherapy cohort (n = 16), HR chemotherapy cohort (n = 31), and HR transplant cohort (n = 27). Characteristics, survival outcomes, and prognostic factors of all patients were then analyzed.Results: Patient prognosis in the HR chemotherapy cohort was significantly worse than that in the low-risk chemotherapy cohort (5-year overall survival [OS]: 58.5%vs. 100%,P = 0.003;5-year event-free survival [EFS]: 54.1%vs. 83.4%,P = 0.010;5-year cumulative incidence of relapse [CIR]: 45.2%vs. 6.3%,P = 0.011). In HR patients, allo-HSCT improved the 5-year EFS and CIR compared to that of chemotherapy (5-year EFS: 80.1%vs. 54.1%,P = 0.041;5-year CIR: 11.6%vs. 45.2%,P = 0.006). The 5-year OS was higher in the HR transplant cohort than that in the HR chemotherapy cohort (81.0%vs. 58.5%,P = 0.084). 10Efficient electrocatalytic overall water splitting and structural evolution of cobalt iron selenide by one-step electrodeposition显示文摘Developing bifunctional electrocatalysts with both high catalytic activity and high stability is crucial for efficient water splitting in alkaline media.Herein,a Fe-incorporated dual-metal selenide on nickel foam(Co_(0.9)Fe_(0.1)-Se/NF) is synthesized via a facile one-step electrodeposition method.As-synthesized materials could serve as self-supported bifunctional electrocatalysts with excellent catalytic activity towards oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in alkaline media.Experimental results show that delivering a 10 mA cm^(-2) water splitting current density only requires a cell voltage of 1.55 V.In addition,a very stable performance could be kept for about 36 hours,indicating their excellent working stability.Moreover,by means of phase analysis,we have identified that the evolution of the synthesized Co_(0.9)Fe_(0.1)-Se/NF experiences two entirely different processes in HER and OER,which hydroxide and oxyhydroxide are regarded as the real active sites,respectively.This work may pave the way to further understanding the relationships between the reactivity and stability of chalcogenide-based electrocatalysts and facilitating the rational design of efficient electrocatalysts for future renewable energy system applications.Haonan Ren Lingxiao Yu Leping Yang Zheng-Hong Huang Feiyu Kang Ruitao Lv 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9:0
11ZnS-assisted evolution of N,S-doped hierarchical porous carbon nanofiber membrane with highly exposed Fe-N_(4)/C_(x) sites for rechargeable Zn-air battery显示文摘Binder-free bifunctional electrocatalysts are attractive for rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZABs)in gridscale energy storage and flexible electronics,but suffering from the sluggish mass transport and inadequate catalytic capability.Herein,we propose a scalable approach of in-situ engineering highly exposed Fe-N_(4)/Cxsites on the N,S-doped porous carbon nanofiber membrane as a binder-free air electrode catalyst for ZABs.ZnS nanospheres are firstly used as integrated structure-directing agents to facilitate the electronic modulation of Fe-N_(4)/Cxsites by S doping and construct the hierarchical macro/meso/micropores at high temperature.Neither additional step for removal of ZnS nanospheres nor doping process is required,significantly simplifying the pore formation process and improving the S doping efficiency.Benefiting from the enhanced intrinsic activity of high-density Fe-N_(4)/Cxsites(23.53μmol g^(-1))and the optimized mass transport of carbon nanofibers,as-synthesized electrocatalyst shows a positive half-wave potential of 0.89 V for oxygen reduction reaction and a small overpotential of 0.47 V at 10 m A cm^(-2)for oxygen evolution reaction.When used as the air cathode catalyst for ZABs,it delivers a high specific capacity of 699 m Ah g^(-1)at 5 m A cm^(-2),a large peak power density of 228 m W cm^(-2)and a prolonged cycling over 1000 h.At 10 m A cm^(-2),a robust structure with atomically dispersed Fe is also remained after cycling for 420 h.Due to the flexible properties of the electrocatalyst,as-assembled quasi-solid-state ZAB shows stable cycling over 90 h at alternately flat/bent states,demonstrating great prospects in flexible electronic device applications.Leping Yang Lingxiao Yu Zheng-Hong Huang Feiyu Kang Ruitao Lv 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:0
12Integrated genomic analyses identify high-risk factors and actionable targets in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia显示文摘T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL)is an aggressive hematologic malignancy often associated with poor outcomes.To identify high-risk factors and potential actionable targets for T-ALL,we perform integrated genomic and transcriptomic analyses on samples from 165 Chinese pediatric and adult T-ALL patients,of whom 85%have outcome information.The genomic mutation landscape of this Chinese cohort is very similar to the Western cohort published previously,except that the rate of NOTCH1 mutations is significant lower in the Chinese T-ALL patients.Among 47 recurrently mutated genes in 7 functional categories,we identify RAS pathway and PTEN mutations as poor survival factors for non-TAL and TAL subtypes,respectively.Mutations in the PI3K pathway are mutually exclusive with mutations in the RAS and NOTCH1 pathways as well as transcription factors.Further analysis demonstrates that approximately 43%of the high-risk patients harbor at least one potential actionable alteration identified in this study,and T-ALLs with RAS pathway mutations are hypersensitive to MEKi in vitro and in vivo.Thus,our integrated genomic analyses not only systematically identify high-risk factors but suggest that these high-risk factors are promising targets for T-ALL therapies.Haichuan Zhu Bingjie Dong Yingchi Zhang Mei Wang Jianan Rao Bowen Cui Yu Liu Qian Jiang Weitao Wang Lu Yang Anqi Yu Zongru Li Chao Liu Leping Zhang Xiaojun Huang Xiaofan Zhu Hong Wu 2022Blood Science2022,4,1:0
