1Plant crop remains from the outer burial pit of the Han Yangling Mausoleum and their significance to Early Western Han agriculture显示文摘A large amount of carbonized plant remains were discovered in one of the outer burial pits of the Han Yangling Mausoleum, which was built more than 2000 years ago for the Jing Emperor, Liu, Qi (188―141 cal a BC), the fourth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty. The remains are identified by phytolith analysis and macrofossil morphological features. Seeds from foxtail millet (Setaria italica), broomcorn millet (Panicum miliaceum), rice (Oryza sativa) and chenopod (possible Chenopodium giganteum) are identified, suggesting that these four crops might have been the staple plant foods in the capital area (Guanzhong area), Shaanxi Province during the Early Western Han Dynasty. Chenopods were often considered as weeds since they have only been rarely found as carbonized seeds in prehistoric sites. This is the first time such a large amount of seeds has been found at a site, which provides strong material evidence for chenopod cultivation with a long history in China. Wheat was thought to be promoted and popularized in the Guanzhong area since the Wu Emporor, Liu, Che (156―87 cal a BC), the fifth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty. 2In vivo dissolution of poorly water-soluble drugs:Proof of concept based on fluorescence bioimaging显示文摘In vitro-in vivo correlation(IVIVC)of solid dosage forms should be established basically between in vitro and in vivo dissolution of active pharmaceutical ingredients.Nevertheless,in vivo dissolution profles have never been accurately portrayed.The current practice of IVIVC has to resort to in vivo absorption fractions(Fa).In this proof-of-concept study,in vivo dissolution of a model poorly watersoluble drug fenofbrate(FNB)was investigated by fuorescence bioimaging.FNB crystals were frst labeled by near-infrared fuorophores with aggregation-caused quenching properties.The dyes illuminated FNB crystals but quenched immediately and absolutely once been released into aqueous media,enabling accurate monitoring of residual drug crystals.The linearity established between fuorescence and crystal concentration justifed reliable quantifcation of FNB crystals.In vitro dissolution was frst measured following pharmacopoeia monograph protocols with well-documented IVIVC.The synchronicity between fuorescence and in vitro dissolution of FNB supported using fuorescence as a measure for determination of dissolution.In vitro dissolution correlated well with in vivo dissolution,acquired by either live or ex vivo imaging.The newly established IVIVC was further validated by correlating both in vitro and in vivo dissolution with Faobtained from pharmacokinetic data.Yinqian Yang Yongjiu Lv Chengying Shen Tingting Shi Haisheng He Jianping Qi Xiaochun Dong Weili Zhao Yi Lu Wei Wu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,4:3

7Semi-chemical interaction between graphitic carbon nitride and Pt for boosting photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Owing to the exorbitant overpotential and serious carrier recombination of graphitic carbon nitride(gC_(3)N_(4)),noble metal(NM)is usually served as the H_(2)evolution co-catalyst.Although the NM(such as Pt)nanoparticles can reduce the H_(2)evolution overpotential,the weak van der Waals interaction between Pt and g-C_(3)N_(4)makes against the charge transfer.Herein,the solvothermal method is developed to achieve semi-chemical interaction between Pt and g-C_(3)N_(4)nanotube(Pt-CNNT)for fast charge transfer.Moreover,the generated in-plane homojunction of CNNT can accelerate charge separation and restrain recombination.Meanwhile,the metallic Pt is an excellent H_(2)evolution co-catalyst.Photo/electrochemical tests verify that the semi-chemical interaction can improve photogenerated charge separation and transferability of CNNT.As a result,the photocatalytic H_(2)evolution turnover frequency(TOF)of Pt-CNNT under visible light irradiation reaches up to 918 h^(-1),which is one of the highest in the g-C_(3)N_(4)-based photocatalysts.This work provides a new idea to improve the charge transfer for efficient photocatalytic H_(2)evolution.Ziai Zhong Lisha Chen Longshuai Zhang Feiyao Wu Xunheng Jiang Haiyan Liu Fengrong Lv Haiyang Xie Fanqi Meng Lingling Zheng Jianping Zou 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:1
