1The porosity origin of dolostone reservoirs in the Tarim, Sichuan and Ordos basins and its implication to reservoir prediction显示文摘Origin of dolostone remained a controversial subject, although numerous dolomitization models had been proposed to date. Because of the dolomitization's potential to be hydrocarbon reservoirs, one debatable issue was the role of dolomitization in porosity construction or destruction. Based upon case studies of dolostone reservoirs in various geological settings such as evaporative tidal flat(Ordos Basin, NW China), evaporative platform(Sichuan Basin, SW China), and burial and hydrothermal diagenesis(Tarim Basin, NW China), here we systematically discuss the origin of porosity in dolostone reservoirs. Contrary to traditional concepts, which regarded dolomitization as a significant mechanism for porosity creation, we found two dominant factors controlling reservoir development in dolostones, i.e., porosity inherited from precursor carbonates and porosity resulted from post-dolomitization dissolution. Actually, dolomitization rarely had a notable effect on porosity creation but rather in many cases destroyed pre-existing porosity such as saddle dolostone precipitation in vugs and fractures. Porosity in dolostones associated with evaporative tidal flat or evaporative platform was generally created by subaerial dissolution of evaporites and/or undolomitized components. Porosity in burial dolostones was inherited mostly from precursor carbonates, which could be enlarged due to subsequent dissolution. Intercrystalline porosity in hydrothermal dolostones was either formed during dolomitization or inherited from precursor carbonates, whereas dissolution-enlarged intercrystalline pores and/or vugs were usually interpreted to be the result of hydrothermal alteration. These understandings on dolostone porosity shed light on reservoir prediction. Dolostone reservoirs associated with evaporative tidal flat were laterally distributed as banded or quasi-stratified shapes in evaporite-bearing dolostones, and vertically presented as multi-interval patterns on tops of shallowing-upward cycles. Dolostone reservoirs associated with evaporative platform commonly occurred along epiplatforms or beneath evaporite beds, and vertically presented as multi-interval patterns in dolostones and/or evaporite-bearing dolostones of reef/shoal facies. Constrained by primary sedimentary facies, burial dolostone reservoirs were distributed in dolomitized, porous sediments of reef/shoal facies, and occurred vertically as multi-interval patterns in crystalline dolostones on tops of shallowing-upward cycles. 5Joint channel assignment and cross-layer routing protocol for multi-radio multi-channel Ad Hoc networks显示文摘To study multi-radio multi-channel (MR-MC) Ad Hoc networks based on 802.11, an efficient cross-layer routing protocol with the function of joint channel assignment, called joint channel assignment and cross-layer routing (JCACR), is presented. Firstly, this paper introduces a new concept called channel utilization percentage (CUP), which is for measuring the contention level of different channels in a node’s neighborhood, and deduces its optimal value for determining whether a channel is overloaded or not. Then, a metric parameter named channel selection metric (CSM) is designed, which actually reffects not only the channel status but also corresponding node’s capacity to seize it. JCACR evaluates channel assignment by CSM, performs a local optimization by assigning each node a channel with the smaller CSM value, and changes the working channel dynamically when the channel is overloaded. Therefore, the network load balancing can be achieved. 7Fertilization regimes affect the soil biological characteristics of a sudangrass and ryegrass rotation system显示文摘The sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense) and ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum L.) rotation is an intensive and new cropping system in Central China.Nutrient management practices in this rotation system may influence soil fertility,the important aspects of which are soil biological properties and quality.As sensitive soil biological properties and quality indicators,soil microbial community activity,microbial biomass,enzyme activities,soil organic matter (SOM) and total N resulting from different fertilization regimes in this rotation system were studied through a four-year field experiment from April 2005 to May 2009.Treatments included control (CK),fertilizer phosphorus and potassium (PK),fertilizer nitrogen and potassium (NK),fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus (NP) and a fertilizer nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium combination (NPK).Soil microbial community activities in the NK,NP and NPK treatments were significantly lower than those in the CK and PK treatments after the sudangrass and ryegrass trial.The highest microbial biomass C,microbial biomass N,SOM,total N,sucrase and urease activities were found in the NPK treatment,and these soil quality indicators were significantly higher in the NK,NP and NPK treatments than in the PK and CK treatments.Soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities were positively associated with SOM in the sudangrass and ryegrass rotation system,indicating that fertilization regimes,especially N application,reduced microbial community activity in the soil.Proper fertilization regimes will increase microbial biomass,enzyme activity and SOM and improve soil fertility.LI WenXi LU JianWei LI FangBai WANG Yan LU JunMing LI XiaoKun 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,6:2

10The theory and experiment of very-long-wavelength 256×1 GaAs/Al_(x)Ga_(1-x)As quantum well infrared detector linear arrays显示文摘The 256×1 linear array of multiple quantum wells infrared photodetector (QWIP) is designed and fabricated for the peak response wavelength at λP=14.6 μm. The response spectral width is bigger than 2.2 μm. The two-dimensional (2D) diffractive coupling grating has been formed on the top QWIP photosensitive pixel for coupling the infrared radiation to the infrared detective layers. The performance of the device at VB=3 V and T=45 K has the responsibility 4.28×10-2 (A/W), the blackbody detectivity Db*=5.14×109 (cm·Hz1/2/W), and the peak detectivity Dλ*=4.24× 1010 (cm·Hz1/2/W). The sensor pixels are connected with CMOS read out circuit (ROC) hybridization by indium bumps. When integral time is 100 μs, the linear array has the effective pixel of QWIP FPA Nef of 99.2%, the average responsibility  (V/W) of 3.48×106 (V/W), the average peak detectivity Dλ* of 8.29×109 (cm·Hz1/2/W), and the non-uniformity UR of 5.83%. 16OBV(obscure vein),a C_(2)H_(2)zinc finger transcription factor,positively regulates chloroplast development and bundle sheath extension formation in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)leaf veins显示文摘Leaf veins play an important role in plant growth and development,and the bundle sheath(BS)is believed to greatly improve the photosynthetic efficiency of C_(4) plants.The OBV mutation in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)results in dark veins and has been used widely in processing tomato varieties.However,physiological performance has difficulty explaining fitness in production.In this study,we confirmed that this mutation was caused by both the increased chlorophyll content and the absence of bundle sheath extension(BSE)in the veins.Using genome-wide association analysis and map-based cloning,we revealed that OBV encoded a C_(2)H_(2) L domain class transcription factor.It was localized in the nucleus and presented cell type-specific gene expression in the leaf veins.Furthermore,we verified the gene function by generating CRISPR/Cas9 knockout and overexpression mutants of the tomato gene.RNA sequencing analysis revealed that OBV was involved in regulating chloroplast development and photosynthesis,which greatly supported the change in chlorophyll content by mutation.Taken together,these findings demonstrated that OBV affected the growth and development of tomato by regulating chloroplast development in leaf veins.This study also provides a solid foundation to further decipher the mechanism of BSEs and to understand the evolution of photosynthesis in land plants.Jinghua Lu Chunyang Pan Xin Li Zejun Huang Jinshuai Shu Xiaoxuan Wang Xiaoxiao Lu Feng Pan Junling Hu Hui Zhang Wenyue Su Min Zhang Yongchen Du Lei Liu Yanmei Guo Junming Li 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1
17Iodine Promoted Ultralow Zn Nucleation Overpotential and Zn-Rich Cathode for Low-Cost, Fast-Production and High-Energy Density Anode-Free Zn-Iodine Batteries显示文摘The anode-free design is a promising strategy to increase the energy density of aqueous Zn metal batteries(AZMBs).However,the scarcity of Zn-rich cathodes and the rapid loss of limited Zn greatly hinder their commercial applications.To address these issues,a novel anode-free Zniodine battery(AFZIB)was designed via a simple,low-cost and scalable approach.Iodine plays bifunctional roles in improving the AFZIB overall performance:enabling high-performance Zn-rich cathode and modulating Zn deposition behavior.On the cathode side,the ZnI_(2) serves as Zn-rich cathode material.The graphene/polyvinyl pyrrolidone heterostructure was employed as an efficient host for ZnI_(2) to enhance electron conductivity and suppress the shuttle effect of iodine species.On the anode side,trace I_(3)^(−) additive in the electrolyte creates surface reconstruction on the commercial Cu foil.The in situ formed zincophilic Cu nanocluster allows ultralow-overpotential and uniform Zn deposition and superior reversibility(average coulombic efficiency>99.91% over 7,000 cycles).Based on such a configuration,AFZIB exhibits significantly increased energy density(162 Wh kg^(−1)) and durable cycle stability(63.8% capacity retention after 200 cycles)under practical application conditions.Considering the low cost and simple preparation methods of the electrode materials,this work paves the way for the practical application of AZMBs.Yixiang Zhang Lequan Wang Qingyun Li Bo Hu Junming Kang Yuhuan Meng Zedong Zhao Hongbin Lu 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:1
