1Forest Ecosystem Services and Their Values in Beijing显示文摘As the most important ecosystem in Beijing, the forest supports a lot of ecosystem services to local and around communities, which plays a key role in the maintenance of urban ecological security.However, the valuation on the forest ecosystem services based on regional scale could not provide precise and reasonable values for forestry sector management.In this study, we estimated the magnitudes and economic values of the forest ecosystem services in Beijing at sublot level.The economic value of forest ecosystem services in Beijing was estimated to be 19 339.71×10 6 yuan(RMB) in 2004.Among all the ecosystem services indicators we estimated in this study, only fruit, timber and part of the recreation(which only include the tourism income from the forest parks and scenic areas, but not include that from other forest types) were measured in the social economic system.As estimated in this study, more than 82.19% of the economic value of forest ecosystem services could not be measured in the socio-economic statistical system.The importance of forest ecosystem services in Beijing to human welfare was underestimated by the socio-economic system.Therefore, the policies about the eco-compensation of forest ecosystem services should be established to maintain the sustainable supply of the forest ecosystem services in Beijing.XIE Gaodi LI Wenhua XIAO Yu ZHANG Biao LU Chunxia AN Kai WANG Jixing XU Kang WANG Jinzeng 2010Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,1:18
2Frequency modulated weak signal detection based on stochastic resonance and genetic algorithm显示文摘Stochastic resonance system is subject to the restriction of small frequency parameter in weak signal detection,in order to solve this problem,a frequency modulated weak signal detection method based on stochastic resonance and genetic algorithm is presented in this paper. The frequency limit of stochastic resonance is eliminated by introducing carrier signal,which is multiplied with the measured signal to be injected in the stochastic resonance system,meanwhile,using genetic algorithm to optimize the carrier signal frequency,which determine the generated difference-frequency signal in the lowfrequency range,so as to achieve the stochastic resonance weak signal detection. 4Development of high-temperature superconducting filters operating at temperatures above 90 K显示文摘This paper represents the development of a high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter, the highest operating temperature of which is up to 93 K. The filter is designed for S band with 4% fractional bandwidth and fabricated using thallium-barium-calcium-copper oxide (Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8) thin films. At 93 K, the measurements of the filter show that the insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.22 dB, the return loss is better than 20 dB, and the out-of-band rejection is more than 80 dB. The analysis on the characteristics of the filter operating at different temperatures shows that the filter can work well at temperatures around 90 K. The temperature of 93 K is the highest among the previous reports for HTS filters. 5High-Resolution Genome-wide Association Study Identifies Genomic Regions and Candidate Genes for Important Agronomic Traits in Wheat显示文摘Wheat(Triticum aestivum)is a major staple food crop worldwide.Genetic dissection of important agronomic traits is essential for continuous improvement of wheat yield to meet the demand of the world's growing population.We conducted a large-scale genome-wide association study(GWAS)using a panel of 768 wheat cultivars that were genotyped with 327609 single-nucleotide polymorphisms generated by genotyping-by-sequencing and detected 395 quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for 12 traits under 7 environments.Among them,273 QTLs were delimited to≤1.0-Mb intervals and 7 of them are either known genes(Rht-D,Vrn-B1,and Vrn-D1)that have been cloned or known QTLs(TaGA2ox8,APO1,TaSus1-7B,and Rht12)that were previously mapped.Eight putative candidate genes were identified for three QTLs that enhance spike seed setting and grain size using gene expression data and were validated in three bi-parental populations.Protein sequence analysis identified 33 putative wheat orthologs that have high identity with rice genes in QTLs affecting similar traits.Large r^2 values for additive effects observed among the QTLs for most traits indicated that the phenotypes of these identified QTLs were highly predictable.Results from this study demonstrated that significantly increasing GWAS population size and marker density greatly improves detection and identification of candidate genes underlying a QTL,solidifying the foundation for large-scale QTL fine mapping,candidate gene validation,and developing functional markers for genomics-based breeding in wheat.Yunlong Pang Chunxia Liu Danfeng Wang Paul St.Amand Amy Bernardo Wenhui Li Fang He Linzhi Li Liming Wang Xiufang Yuan Lei Dong Yu Su Huirui Zhang Meng Zhao Yunlong Liangi Hongze Jia Xitong Shen Yue Lu Hongming Jiang Yuye Wu Anfei Li Honggang Wang Lingrang Kong Guihua Bai Shubing Liu 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,9:8
6The temporal and spatial patterns and potential evaluation of China's energy resources development显示文摘The issue of China's energy supply security is not only the key problem which affects China's rapid and sustainable development in the 21st century,but also the one which international attention focuses on.Based on the notable characteristic of spatial imbalance between energy production and consumption in China,this paper takes the evolution of China's primary energy resources development(excluding hydropower) from 1949 to 2007 as the study object,with the aim to sum up the evolutive characteristics and laws of China's energy resources development in the past nearly 60 years.Then,based on comprehensive considerations of coal's,oil's and natural gas's basic reserves,qualities,geological conditions,production status,and ecological service function of every province,this paper adopts development potential index(DP)to evaluate the development potential of every province's energy resources,and divide them into different ranks.Conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Generally speaking,China's gross energy production was increasing in waves from 1949 to 2007.From the viewpoint of spatial patterns,China's energy resources development has shown a characteristic of 'concentrating to the north and central areas,and evolving from linear-shaped to 'T-shaped' pattern gradually since 1949.(2) The structure evolution of China's energy resources development in general has shown a trend of 'coal proportion is dominant but decreasing,while oil and gas proportions are increasing' since 1949.(3) At the provincial scale,China's energy resources development potential could be divided into large,sub-large,general and small ranks,four in all.In the future,the spatial pattern of China's energy production will evolve from 'T-shaped' to '∏-shaped pattern'.These conclusions will help to clarify the temporal and spatial characteristics and laws of China's energy resources development,and will be beneficial for China to design scientific and rational energy development strategies and plans,coordinate spatial imbalance of energy production and consumption,ensure national energy supply,avoid energy resources waste and disorderly development,and promote regional sustainable development under the globalization background with changeful international energy market.MA Beibei LU Chunxia ZHANG Lei CHENG Xiaoling 2010Journal of Geographical Sciences2010,20,3:8

8Adaptive stochastic resonance method for weak signal detection based on particle swarm optimization显示文摘In order to solve the parameter adjustment problems of adaptive stochastic resonance system in the areas of weak signal detection,this article presents a new method to enhance the detection efficiency and availability in the system of two-dimensional Duffing based on particle swarm optimization.First,the influence of different parameters on the detection performance is analyzed respectively.The correlation between parameter adjustment and stochastic resonance effect is also discussed and converted to the problem of multi-parameter optimization.Second,the experiments including typical system and sea clutter data are conducted to verify the effect of the proposed method.Results show that the proposed method is highly effective to detect weak signal from chaotic background,and enhance the output SNR greatly.XING Hongyan ZHANG Qiang LU Chunxia 2015Instrumentation2015,2,2:6
9Spatiotemporal Evolution of Urban Land Uses in Modern Urbanization of China显示文摘Taking social statistic data as basic data,this paper extended the meaning of urban land uses,highlighted the meaning of urban land uses in modern urbanization,which includes direct,indirect and induced land uses,quantitatively simulated the indirect and induced land uses by the substitution method of agricultural consumption and urban carbon emission and then,analyzed the spatiotemporal evolution of urban land uses in China during 1952–2005 by spatial analysis tool of Geographic Information System. 11Single copper sites dispersed on hierarchically porous carbon for improving oxygen reduction reaction towards zinc-air battery显示文摘The demand for high-performance non-precious-metal electrocatalysts to replace the noble metal-based catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is intensively increasing.Herein,single-atomic copper sites supported on N-doped three-dimensional hierarchically porous carbon catalyst(Cu_(1)/NC)was prepared by coordination pyrolysis strategy.Remarkably,the Cu_(1)/NC-900 catalyst not only exhibits excellent ORR performance with a half-wave potential of 0.894 V(vs.RHE)in alkaline media,outperforming those of commercial Pt/C(0.851 V)and Cu nanoparticles anchored on N-doped porous carbon(CuNPs/NC-900),but also demonstrates high stability and methanol tolerance.Moreover,the Cu_(1)/NC-900 based Zn-air battery exhibits higher power density,rechargeability and cyclic stability than the one based on Pt/C.Both experimental and theoretical investigations demonstrated that the excellent performance of the as-obtained Cu_(1)/NC-900 could be attributed to the synergistic effect between copper coordinated by three N atoms active sites and the neighbouring carbon defect,resulting in elevated Cu d-band centers of Cu atoms and facilitating intermediate desorption for ORR process.This study may lead towards the development of highly efficient non-noble metal catalysts for applications in electrochemical energy conversion.Wenjie Wu Yan Liu Dong Liu Wenxing Chen Zhaoyi Song Ximin Wang Yamin Zheng Ning Lu Chunxia Wang Junjie Mao Yadong Li 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:4
12Development and validation of an HPLC–MS/MS method to determine clopidogrel in human plasma显示文摘A quantitative method for clopidogrel using online-SPE tandem LC–MS/MS was developed and fully validated according to the well-established FDA guidelines.The method achieves adequate sensitivity for pharmacokinetic studies,with lower limit of quantifications(LLOQs)as low as 10 pg/m L.Chromatographic separations were performed on reversed phase columns Kromasil Eternity-2.5-C18-UHPLC for both methods.Positive electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode was employed for signal detection and a deuterated analogue(clopidogrel-d_4)was used as internal standard(IS).Adjustments in sample preparation,including introduction of an online-SPE system proved to be the most effective method to solve the analyte back-conversion in clinical samples.Pooled clinical samples(two levels)were prepared and successfully used as real-sample quality control(QC)in the validation of back-conversion testing under different conditions.The result showed that the real samples were stable in room temperature for 24 h.Linearity,precision,extraction recovery,matrix effect on spiked QC samples and stability tests on both spiked QCs and real sample QCs stored in different conditions met the acceptance criteria.This online-SPE method was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of75 mg single dose clopidogrel tablets in 48 healthy male subjects.Gangyi Liu Chunxia Dong Weiwei Shen Xiaopei Lu Mengqi Zhang Yuzhou Gui Qinyi Zhou Chen Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:3
13Design of User Interface for Tractor Cab Real-time Information Management System显示文摘In this paper,the user interface of tractor cab real-time information management system was designed. Based on the principle of 'user friendly',it reasonably arranged spatial position of information management system according to spatial distribution of tractor cab. Then,it analyzed operation habits and thinking ways of drivers,and formulated design principle meeting demands of drivers. Besides,it used LabView software to design user interface,including interface layout and interface design. User interface includes basic information interface,job information interface,camera monitoring interface,and fault diagnosis interface. Finally,it made evaluation of the user interface from color,indicator lamp,dial,and pointer. 15Immunotoxicity and hepatotoxicity of PFOS and PFOA in tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)显示文摘Perfluorinated organic compounds(PFOCs) are emerging persistent organic pollutants(POPs) widely distributed in the environment,wildlife and human.We studied the toxicology of perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) on immunotoxicity and hepatotoxicity in primarily cultured hepatocytes of freshwater tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus).Cultured hepatocytes were exposed to PFOS or PFOA(0,10,20 and 30 mg/L) for 24,48,72,96,120 and 144 hours,respectively.Oral doses of these compounds that induce significantly detectable immunotoxicity and hepatotoxicity were employed in the study.In response to PFOS,the leukocytes,B cells,granulocytes,and macrophages among the isolation of intrahepatic immune cells(IHIC) from PFOS-treated tilapia produced significant levels of immune cells compared with that of the control group.The numbers of leukocytes,B cells,granulocytes,and macrophages for PFOS-treated tilapia increased with the incremental exposure concentration.Moreover,similar to the findings in PFOA toxicity effects,the erythropoietin levels in tilapia increased with the increase of the PFOS and PFOA concentrations.The lowest doses(10 mg/L) of PFOS exposure led to a marked inhibition in the hepatocyte viability in tilapia.Similarly,tilapia exposed to PFOA demonstrated a similar pattern,and a dose-dependent decrease in the hepatocyte viability was observed in the following treatment of PFOA.In the 72 h exposures,ethoxy-resorufin-O-deethylase(EROD) activity was significantly induced with the increase concentrations in tilapia liver(p<0.05).Tilapia showed a strong EROD induction in livers,and significantly difference in EROD activity was observed between control,PFOS and PFOA-exposed tilapias.The liver glycogen content showed that PFOS and PFOA exposure caused significant changes in the liver glycogen content,which depended on the duration of exposure.And it appeared that the decrease in blood glucose level during the acclimation was followed by significant increase in liver glycogen content in tilapia.HAN Zhaoxiang LIU Yurong WU Dandan ZHU Zhen Lu Chunxia 2012Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2012,31,4:2
16Urban Fresh Water Resources Consumption of China显示文摘From the point of view of urban consumption behavior, urban fresh water consumption could be classified as three types, namely, direct, indirect and induced water consumption. A calculation approach of urban fresh water consumption was presented based on the theory of urban basic material consumption and the input-output method, which was utilized to calculate urban fresh water consumption of China, and to analyze its structural change and causes. The results show that the total urban fresh water consumption increased 561.7×109m3, and the proportion to the total national fresh water resources increased by 20 percentage points from 1952 to 2005. The proportion of direct and induced water consumption had been continuously rising, and it increased by 15 and 35 percentage points separately from 1952 to 2005, while the proportion of indirect water consumption decreased by 50 percentage points. Urban indirect water consumption was mainly related to urban grain, beef and mutton consumption, and urban induced water consumption had a close relationship with the amount of carbon emission per capita. Now dairy industry is one of the pillar industries in Hohhot, with strong driving effect to the development of social economy. However, the sustainable development of dairy industry in Hohhot is threatened by rapid scale expansion and restriction of envi-ronmental supporting capacity. In accord with the ideas and requirements of the circular economy theory, this paper analyzes dairy industry pattern from two aspects and establishes the industry system. The dairy industry mainly consists of cow breeding and dairy process. The circular economy must set about from the two aspects.
