| 1 | 基于单端口群时延优化的高温超导滤波器和四工器设计显示文摘本文介绍了以单端口群时延作为目标的空间映射优化法,并用该方法设计了一个8阶滤波器和一个高温超导四工器.该阶滤波器中心频率为3000MHz,带宽为40MHz.而四工器的四个工作频段分别为3640MHz^3740MHz、3780MHz^3820MHz、3880MHz^3930MHz、3970MHz^4030MHz.仿真结果表明用此方法设计得到的滤波器和四工器在通带内回波损耗均可达到-22dB以下,纹波系数小于0.1dB,且四工器各通道间隔离度大于40dB.另外,仿真结果和理论计算得到的S参数曲线基本一致.上述结果验证了基于单端口群时延的空间映射法是一种高效准确的微波电路仿真设计方法. | 葛德永 张旭 何明 赵新杰 胡磊 季鲁 阎少林 | 2013 | 电子学报2013,41,11: | 10 |
| 2 | A high-performance narrowband high temperature superconducting filter显示文摘Recent development of a high-performance narrowband high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filter is presented. A 10-pole quasi-elliptic function response filter with two pairs of transmission zeros (for high selectivity), which has a center frequency of 2.185 GHz and a 3 dB bandwidth of 10 MHz (a fractional bandwidth of 0.45%), is introduced. The filter was fabricated on a 40 mm×16 mm×0.5 mm MgO wafer with double-sided YBCO films. The measured results show that the filter has 0.15 dB insertion loss at the center of the passband and a return loss better than -22.5 dB at a temperature of 67 K.Band edge steepness reaches over 28.3 dB/MHz at both the low and high frequency edges. | 3 | Character and fabrication of Al/Al_2O_3/Al tunnel junctions for qubit application显示文摘The superconductive Josephson junction is the key device for superconducting quantum computation. We have fabricated Al/Al2O3/Al tunnel junctions using a double angle evaporation method based on a suspended shadow mask. The Al2O3 junction barrier has been formed by introducing pure oxygen into the chamber during the fabrication process. We have adjusted exposure conditions by changing either the oxygen pressure or the oxidizing time during the formation of tunnel barriers to control the critical current density Jc and the junction specific resistance Rc. | 8 | A VHF band HTS filter based on modified single-spiral resonators for radio astronomy application显示文摘A 10-pole quasi-elliptic bandpass filter (BPF) with a relatively wide passband in the very high frequency (VHF) band was designed and fabricated using YBCO thin films deposited on both sides of a LaAlO3 substrate. Single-spiral resonators were modified to generate strong coupling and reduce the parasitic coupling. We analysed the coupling polarities between the modified resonators. Two pairs of attenuation poles were introduced in the filter for sharp cut-off response.
