1Analysis of sensitivity and errors in Maglev vibration test system显示文摘In order to improve work performance of M aglev vibration test systems,the relationships of operating parameters between different components and system were researched. The working principle of photoelectric displacement sensor was analyzed. The relationship between displacement of transducer and the infrared light area received by sensor was given. The method of expanding the dynamic range of vibrator was proposed,which makes dynamic range of Maglev vibrator doubled. By increasing the amplification of the amplifier,the sensitive photoelectric displacement sensor can be maintained. Two modes of operation of the controller were analyzed. Bilateral work of vibration test system designed can further improve the stability of the system.An object vibration was measured by Maglev vibration test system designed when different vibration exciter frequencies were loaded. Experiments showthat the output frequency measured by Maglev vibration test system and loaded are the same. Finally,the errors of test system were analyzed. These errors of vibration test system designed can meet the requirements of application. 2Frequency modulated weak signal detection based on stochastic resonance and genetic algorithm显示文摘Stochastic resonance system is subject to the restriction of small frequency parameter in weak signal detection,in order to solve this problem,a frequency modulated weak signal detection method based on stochastic resonance and genetic algorithm is presented in this paper. The frequency limit of stochastic resonance is eliminated by introducing carrier signal,which is multiplied with the measured signal to be injected in the stochastic resonance system,meanwhile,using genetic algorithm to optimize the carrier signal frequency,which determine the generated difference-frequency signal in the lowfrequency range,so as to achieve the stochastic resonance weak signal detection. 4Research on magnetic levitation absolute vibration measurement method in vehicles显示文摘This paper presents a design for a magnetic levitation absolute- vibration test system which can be used by vehicles to measure the road surface roughness. The relationship between the vibration test system output voltage and measured speed of the object was obtained through testing,the power spectrum of the measured signal was obtained by virtual instrument analysis,the vibration waveforms of the vehicle over gentle and steep slopes were measured respectively and the road surface roughness was obtained by waveform analysis. Data was saved where the waveforms exceeded threshold. Finally,the steep slope was located using a GPS system. Experimental results show that the magnetic levitation absolute- vibration measurement method has characteristics of high sensitivity and a wide frequency range. 5Fractional order nonsingular terminal sliding mode control for flexible spacecraft attitude tracking显示文摘This paper investigates a fractional terminal sliding mode control for flexible spacecraft attitude tracking in the presence of inertia uncertainties and external disturbances. The controller is based on the fractional calculus and nonsingular terminal sliding mode control technique,and it guarantees the convergence of attitude tracking error in finite time rather than in the asymptotic sense. With respect to the controller,a fractional order sliding surface is given,the corresponding control scheme is proposed based on Lyapunov stability theory to guarantee the sliding condition,and the finite time stability of the whole close loop system is also proven. 6Long-term stabilization of the optical fiber phase control using dual PID显示文摘We propose an approach of long-term stabilization of optical fiber phase by controlling a piezo-based phase modulator and a Peltier component attached to the fiber via a phase-locked loop( PLL) circuit w ith dual proportional-integral- derivative( PID) adjustment. With this approach,we can suppress the fast disturbance and slow drifting of optical fiber to satisfy the requirements of optical phase long-term locking. In theory,a mathematical model of an optical fiber phase control system is established. The disturbance term induced by environment influence is considered into the PLL model. The monotonous and continuous changing environment disturbance w ill cause a steady-state error in this theory model. The experimental results accords w ell w ith the theory. The steady-state performance,adjusting time,and overshoot can be improved by using the dual PID control. 9多传感器信息融合的移动机器人定位算法研究显示文摘为有效降低使用单一传感器进行移动机器人定位时的不确定误差,提高机器人定位与建图的准确性和鲁棒性,提出了一种多传感器信息融合的移动机器人定位算法。基于激光RBPF-SLAM算法实现机器人同时定位与路标地图构建,运用图优化理论约束优化蒙特卡洛定位的位姿估计结果;通过双目视觉重建环境的三维点特征,针对视觉信息处理计算量大、跟踪精度不高的问题,研究改进基于ORB的特征点提取与四边形闭环匹配算法;利用因子图模型对激光RBPF-SLAM定位和双目视觉定位进行最大后验概率准则下的信息融合。仿真和实验结果表明通过上述方法可以得到比传统RBPF-SLAM算法及一般改进算法更高的定位精度,验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。王铭艺 贺利乐 李育 索超 2020Journal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation2020,11,2:9

11一种基于棋盘格的高精度分区域相机标定方法(英文)显示文摘在视觉测量系统中,相机的标定精度至关重要,将影响整个测量系统的精度。针对现有相机标定方法难以兼顾精度和操作复杂度的问题,本文提出了一种基于棋盘格的高精度分区域相机标定方法。首先,将棋盘格置于不同位置,提取不同位置角点的世界坐标和像素坐标,对所有角点用线性变换和非线性最优算法求解出全局标定参数。然后,将角点分为中间区域角点和边缘区域角点,对两区域角点分别标定得到两组分区域标定参数。标定实验结果表明:与全局标定法相比,分区域标定法的图像平均投影误差至少降低16%。该方法操作简单,精度高,可以很好的应用于工业视觉检测。申心兰 王仲 刘常杰 付鲁华 2016Journal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation2016,7,4:8
12Fundamental problems in rehabilitation robots based on neuro-machine interaction显示文摘Study results in the last decades show that amount and quality of physical exercises,then the active participation,and now the cognitive involvement of patient in rehabilitation training are crucial to enhance recovery outcome of motor dysfunction patients after stroke.Rehabilitation robots mainly have been developed along this direction to satisfy requirements of recovery therapy,or focused on one or more of the above three points.Therefore,rehabilitation robot based on neuro-machine interaction has been proposed for the paralyzed limb training of post-stroke patient,which utilizes motor related EEG,UCSDI(Ultrasound Current Source Density Imaging),EMG for the robot control and feeds back the multi-sensory interaction information such as visual,auditory,force,haptic sensation to the patient simultaneously.This neuro-controlled and perceptual rehabilitation robot will bring great benefits to post-stroke patients.In order to develop such a kind of rehabilitation robot,some key technologies,such as non-invasive precise measurement and decoding of neural signals,realistic sensation feedback,coordinated control for both the rehabilitation robot and the patient,need to be solved.In this paper,some fundamental problems in developing and optimizing such a kind of rehabilitation robot based on neuro-machine interaction are proposed and discussed.SONG Aiguo ZENG Hong YANG Renhuan XU Baoguo 2014Instrumentation2014,1,3:8
13Backbone formulation algorithm in wireless sensor network based on cross-entropy method显示文摘In wireless sensor network,virtual backbone is a cost effective broadcasting method.Connected dominating set formation is proposed to construct a virtual backbone.However,it is NP-Hard to find a minimum connected dominating set in an arbitrary graph.In this paper,based on cross-entropy method,we present a novel backbone formulation algorithm(BFA-CE)in wireless sensor network.In BFA-CE,a maximal independent set is got at first and nodes in the independent set are required to get their action sets.Based on those action sets,a backbone is generated with the cross-entropy method.Simulation results show that our algorithm can effectively reduce the size of backbone network within a reasonable message overhead,and it has lower average node degree.This approach can be potentially used in designing efficient broadcasting strategy or working as a backup routing of wireless sensor network.SHI Weiren JIANG Yisong ZHAO Ying 2014Instrumentation2014,1,1:8
14Research on the Crack Detection of Conductive Components Using Pulsed Eddy Current Thermography显示文摘Crack of conductive component is one of the biggest threats to daily production. In order to detect the crack on conductive component,the pulsed eddy current thermography models were built according to different materials with the cracks based on finite element method(FEM) simulation. The influence of the induction heating temperature distribution with the different defect depths were simulated for the carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) materials and general metal materials. The grey value of image sequence was extracted to analyze its relationship with the depth of crack. Simulative and experimental results show that in the carbon fiber reinforced composite materials,the bigger depth of the crack is,the larger temperature rise of the crack during the heating phase is; and the bigger depth of the crack is,the faster the cooling rate of the crack during the cooling phase is. 15基于正切函数非线性反馈的“育鹏”轮自动舵控制算法(英文)显示文摘自动舵是重要的航海仪器,对于船舶的安全航行有着重要作用。为了进一步改善自动舵的性能,本研究采用一阶闭环增益成形算法(PID)设计了具有鲁棒性的自动舵控制算法,并用正切函数非线性反馈技术代替线性反馈以提升自动舵的节能效果。以大连海事大学新交付使用的'育鹏'轮为例,开展仿真研究。结果表明模型参数改变25%控制效果良好,说明设计的自动舵算法具有良好的鲁棒性,与线性反馈相比,非线性反馈能节能7.9%。本文所提算法简单,物理意义明显,同时该控制算法也有助于船舶控制器设计的国产化。张显库 冯永孝 2017Journal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation2017,8,1:8
16Study on straw incineration monitoring based on the combination of remote sensing image显示文摘Straw incineration monitor is a key part of international environmental governance.In the paper,the combination of MODIS,MUX and TLC remote sensors is used to monitor straw burning fire points accurately.MODIS remote sensor has the characteristics of high temporal resolution and thermal infrared band,which can be used to judge the regional thermal abnormal variation and preliminary extract the suspicious thermal abnormal points.Combining with GIS information,the preliminary position of MODIS thermal abnormal points can be acquired.The MUX and TLC sensors of ZY-3 satellite in the preliminary position area can be pretreated,which includes radiometric calibration,atmospheric correction,geometric precision correction,ortho-rectification,etc.Through analyzing the physical properties and spectral information in the straw incineration area,the interpretation features of the straw incineration area will be determined.Then the high geographical resolution fusion image with two meters resolution can be interpreted,and the information of fire-point in high geographical resolution remote sensor can be extracted.Combining with the Google earth map to compare interpretation images in different time range of this area,and using ArcGIS platform to accurately position the confirmed fire point,the final position of the fire can be determined.Correspondingly,the combination of remote sensing sensors with high,medium and low resolution can be used to monitor the straw incineration point in county area.In experimental area,there are twenty-three straw burning fire points are found.The experimental results show that,this method can realize precise monitoring of straw incineration point in county area.However,straw incineration point monitoring in real time still need to be further investigated.FENG Dengchao QIN Huanyu ZENG Yong 2014Instrumentation2014,1,3:8

19A Method for Detecting Abnormality of CAN Bus in Vehicle显示文摘With the development of intelligent and netw orking technology in automobile,the malicious attacks against in-vehicle CAN netw orks are increasing day by day,and the problem of information safety in automobile is aggravated. In this regard,this paper analyzes the security loopholes and threats w hich the CAN bus faced,put forw ard a kind of anomaly detection algorithm for vehicle CAN bus. The method uses support vector machine algorithm to distinguish betw een normal message and abnormal message,so as to realize the CAN bus anomaly detection. 20Design and error analysis of a high accurate star simulator based on optical splicing technology显示文摘Dynamic tar simulator has been widely used in calibration and validation for star trackers.To achieve both high accuracy and large view field,a dynamic star simulatorbased on optical splicing technology with 2 1920 × 1080- LCDs and a half-transmission and half- reflection prisms was proposed in this paper.The physical principal and error model due to the splicing structure has been discussed and analyzed in detail.Based on the Tsinghua Micro star tracker,the error effect and system accuracy has been carefully tested and calibrated.The result showed that this simulator can get the accuracy of 10.4 '(3sigma) within a field of view of,which can meet the simulating requirement of modern star tracker,whose accuracy can reach 3'(3sigma) 。LIU Zengyi ZHAO Borui XING Fei 2015Instrumentation2015,2,1:7
