| 2 | Epidemiological characteristics and disease burden of infectious mononucleosis in hospitalized children in China:A nationwide retrospective study显示文摘Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)is very common,with the infection rate in adults over 90%worldwide.Infectious mononucleosis(IM)is caused by primary infection with EBV.Most IM patients are generally considered to have a favorable prognosis,but a few patients will also develop complications.Children with severe symptoms will require hospitalization.However,the disease burden of children hospitalized with IM in China has been rarely described.In this study,we included the Face sheets of discharge medical records from 27 member children's hospitals of Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development from Jan 1st,2016 to Dec 31st,2020,and medical information such as gender,age,region,time of admission,length of stay and expenditure were extracted.There were 24,120 IM cases,which accounted for 0.42%(24,120/5,693,262)of all hospitalized cases during this period.The ratio of male to female was 1.48:1.Hospitalization for IM in the 4-6 years age group was the highest among inpatients of all age groups.Case numbers increased year by year between 2016 and 2020,and the monthly hospitalization was generally high from Jul to Sep but reduced from Jan to Feb per year.Bronchitis/pneumonia and hepatic dysfunction were two common complications in hospitalized IM patients.The median length of stay was 8 days,and the median cost of hospitalization was 970.59 US dollars.This study will help understand the epidemiological characteristics and disease burden of hospitalized children with IM in China. | Mengjia Liu Xinyu Wang Linlin Zhang Guoshuang Feng Yueping Zeng Ran Wang Zhengde Xie | 2022 | Virologica Sinica2022,37,5: | 10 |
| 3 | 小鼠骨骼肌挫伤后基因表达的时间进程(英文)显示文摘Background:Though the mechanisms of skeletal muscle regeneration are deeply understood,those involved in muscle contusion,one of the most common muscle injuries in sports medicine clinics,are not.The objective of this study is to explore the mechanisms involved in muscle regeneration after contusion injury.Methods:In this study,a total of 72 mice were used.Eight of them were randomly chosen for the control group,while the rest were subjected to muscle contusion.Subsequently,their gastrocnemius muscles were harvested at different time points.The changes in muscle morphology were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) stain.In addition,the gene expression was analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results:The data showed that the expression of many genes,i.e.,specific markers of immune cells and satellite cells,regulatory factors for muscle regeneration,cytokines,and chemokines,increased in the early stages of recovery,especially in the first 3 days.Furthermore,there were strict rules in the expression of these genes.However,almost all the genes returned to normal at 14 days post-injury.Conclusion:The sequence of immune cells invaded after muscle contusion was neutrophils,M1 macrophages and M2 macrophages.Some CC(CCL2,CCL3,and CCL4) and CXC(CXCL10) chemokines may be involved in the chemotaxis of these immune cells.HGF may be the primary factor to activate the satellite cells after muscle contusion.Moreover,2 weeks are needed to recover when acute contusion happens as used in this study. | Weihua Xiao Yu Liu Beibei Luo Linlin Zhao Xiaoguang Liu Zhigang Zeng Peijie Chen | 2016 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2016,5,1: | 8 |
| 4 | Resilience-based retrofitting of existing urban RC-frame buildings using seismic isolation显示文摘The improvement of the seismic resilience of existing reinforced-concrete(RC) frame buildings, which is essential for the seismic resilience of a city, has become a critical issue. Although seismic isolation is an effective method for improving the resilient performance of such buildings, target-oriented quantitative improvements of the resilient performance of these buildings have been reported rarely. To address this gap, the seismic resilience of two existing RC frame buildings located in a high seismic intensity region of China were assessed based on the Chinese Standard for Seismic Resilience Assessment of Buildings. The critical engineering demand parameters(EDPs) affecting the seismic resilience of such buildings were identified. Subsequently, the seismic resilience of buildings retrofitted with different isolation schemes(i.e., yield ratios) were evaluated and compared, with emphasis on the relationships among yield ratios, EDPs, and levels of seismic resilience. Accordingly, to achieve the highest level of seismic resilience with respect to the Chinese standard, a yield ratio of 3% was recommended and successfully applied to the target-oriented design for the seismic-resilience improvement of an existing RC frame building. In view of the diversification of values and investments, people are eager for a harmonious relationship between the community and the city. As a kind of compact and efficient housing mode, the housing block highlights the organic link of the community within the city in an open and shared living environment. This paper reviews the development of housing blocks in various countries and summarizes the characteristics of housing blocks through a comparison with traditional gated residential quarters and urban blocks. | 6 | SOD1^(G93A) Induces a Unique PSAP-Dependent Mitochondrial Apoptosis Pathway via Bax-Bak Interaction显示文摘Amyotrophic lateral syndrome(ALS)is a progressive degenerative disorder characterized by motor neuron death and axon degeneration.Mitochondrial dysfunction plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ALS,the mechanism of which remains poorly understood.The B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)family of proteins that control and mediate mitochondrial function and apoptosis,including the pro-apoptotic members Bcl2-Associated X(Bax),are involved in ALS development.The death receptor 6(DR6)regulates motor neuron death in ALS,and DR6 antibodies can prevent axon degeneration and motor neuron damage by blocking DR6.Previous studies demonstrated that PSAP localized to mitochondria and was required for DR6-induced apoptosis.In this study,SOD1^(G93A) was transfected into the motor neuron cell line NSC-34 to serve as an ALS cell model in vitro.The data assessed the role of PSAP in SOD1^(G93A)induced apoptosis and demonstrated that the overexpression of SOD1^(G93A),but not wtSOD1,induced PARP cleavage,caspase-3 activation,cytochrome c release,and Bax translocation.PSAP,Bax,and Bak were necessary for SOD1^(G93A)induced apoptosis,as silencing PSAP inhibited SOD1^(G93A)-mediated cell death that was dependent on Bax-Bak interaction. | HAN NIU XIN CHEN XUEQI FU JINGTIAN ZHANG GUODONG LI YUXIANG WANG JIAYUE SONG XUETING MA CHEN HU XUEMIN XU FUQIANG ZHANG LINLIN ZENG | 2021 | BIOCELL2021,45,4: | 2 |

| 15 | Molecular level understanding of CO_(2) capture in ionic liquid/polyimide composite membrane显示文摘Ionic liquid(IL)/polyimide(PI)composite membranes demonstrate promise for use in CO_(2)separation applications.However,few studies have focused on the microscopic mechanism of CO_(2)in these composite systems,which is important information for designing new membranes.In this work,a series of systems of CO_(2)in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide composited with 4,4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride(6FDA)-based PI,6FDA-2,3,5,6-tetramethyl-1,4-phenylene-diamine,at different IL concentrations were investigated by all-atom molecular dynamics simulation.The formation of IL regions in PI was found,and the IL regions gradually became continuous channels with increasing IL concentrations.The analysis of the radial distribution functions and hydrogen bond numbers demonstrated that PI had a stronger interaction with cations than anions.However,the hydrogen bonds among PI chains were destroyed by the addition of IL,which was favorable for transporting CO_(2).Furthermore,the self-diffusion coefficient and free energy barrier suggested that the diffusion coefficient of CO_(2)decreased with increasing IL concentrations up to 35 wt-%due to the decrease of the fractional free volume of the composite membrane.However,the CO_(2)selfdiffusion coefficients increased when the IL contents were higher than 35 wt-%,which was attributed to the formation of continuous IL domain that benefitted the transportation of CO_(2). | Linlin You Yandong Guo Yanjing He Feng Huo Shaojuan Zeng Chunshan Li Xiangping Zhang Xiaochun Zhang | 2022 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,2: | 1 |
