1Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot.Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:34
2Effects of Crude Oil Contamination on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties in Momoge Wetland of China显示文摘Large oilfields are often coincidentally located in major river deltas and wetlands,and potentially damage the structure,function and ecosystem service values of wetlands during oil exploration.In the present study,the effects of crude oil contamination during oil exploration on soil physical and chemical properties were investigated in marshes of the Momoge National Nature Reserve in Jilin Province,China.The concentrations of total petroleum hydrocarbons in the marsh soil near the oil wells are significantly higher than those in the adjacent control marsh.Soil water contents in oil-contaminated marshes are negatively correlated with soil temperature and are significantly lower than those in the control area,especially in fall.Crude oil contamination significantly increases the soil pH up to8.0,and reduces available phosphorus concentrations in the soil.The concentrations of total organic carbon are significantly different among sampling sites.Therefore,crude oil contamination could potentially alkalinize marsh soils,adversely affect soil fertility and physical properties,and cause deterioration of the marshes in the Momoge National Nature Reserve.Phyto-remediation by planting Calamagrostis angustifolia has the potential to simultaneously restore and remediate the petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated wetlands.Crude oil contamination affects the soil physical and chemical properties,so developing an effective restoration program in the Momoge wetland is neccesary.WANG Ying FENG Jiang LIN Qianxin LYU Xianguo WANG Xiaoyu WANG Guoping 2013Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,6:12
3Mechanisms involved in antineuralgic effects of Paeonia Lactiflora: prediction based on network pharmacology显示文摘目的:白芍的镇痛作用已被广泛应用于中医临床,但对其潜在机制知之甚少.本研究旨在从网络药理学的角度阐明其有效成分和镇痛机制.方法:通过中药系统药理学分析平台(TCMSP)筛选出其可能的活性成分及CAS.从Pubchem 中获得其SMILES,并通过在Swiss Target Prediction 数据库中反向对接获得潜在的靶点.从GeenCards 数据库中提取疼痛相关分子,采用韦恩图筛选出芍药治疗疼痛的预测靶点.机制分析采用String 构建蛋白-蛋白相互作用,运用DAVID 平台进行靶点GO 功能富集和KEGG 信号通路富集.结果:通过GO 和KEGG 分析我们发现疼痛相关的信号通路主要涉及血清素能突触、钙信号通路、调控TRP 通道的炎症介质.利用基于网络的系统生物学和分子对接分析,我们预测了白芍中的11 种活性成分和97 个潜在的治疗靶标.PRKCA、CASP3、ALOX15、SLC6A4、PRKCG、ALOX5、PRKCB、ALOX12、 EGFR、ADRB2、RYR3、RYR1、NOS2、PTAFR、PRKCQ、PRKCD 等基因参与了白芍的镇痛作用.结论:白芍可通过调节TRP 通道炎症介质、钙信号通路和5-羟色胺受体减轻疼痛.PRKCA、PRKCB、PRKCD、 PRKCQ 和PRKCG 可能是疼痛治疗的新靶标.Di Zhang Shengsuo Ma Jianxin Sun Bing Yang Haoming Lin Meijing Xie Meina Huang Guoping Zhao 2019TMR Clinical Research2019,2,2:8
4Grain-size Characteristics of Sediment in Daniugou Peatland in Changbai Mountains,Northeast China:Implications for Atmospheric Dust Deposition显示文摘The grain-size distribution characteristics and grain-size parameters of sediment in two vertical sections of Daniugou peatland in the Changbai Mountains were systematically investigated.A comparative analysis of the sediment granularity using a discriminative function with Hongyuan peat,red clay,loess-paleosol,fluvial deposit as well as lacustrine deposit was also conducted.It turns out that the vertical section of Daniugou peat ash is primarily constituted by clay and silt particles,and the content of sand is relatively small.Grain-size frequency curves generally show a single-peak modality while a bimodal pattern is detected in the upper layer.The grain-size component and peak pattern of grain-size frequency curves also illustrate that peat ash materials were transported to the peatland by long-range aeolian dust during the deposition process,while there existed short-distance dust influence in peat deposition of the upper layer.Comparisons of grain-size parameters and the discriminative Y-value of Daniugou peat ash with those of typical aeolian sediments show close similarities,suggesting the possibility that atmospheric dust transport processes were involved in the accumulation of peat again.Moreover,the variations of grain-size distribution suggest the local environmental deterioration which is just the driving force of local dust elevation.Grain-size analysis of peatland sediment is demonstrated to be one effective method to extract information about regional and global environmental evolution,and more attention should be paid to current local ecological environment and to seeking a balance between economic development and environmental protection in Northeast China.BAO Kunshan 2010Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,6:4
5Developmental Origins of Human Cortical Oligodendrocytes and Astrocytes显示文摘Human cortical radial glial cells are primary neural stem cells that give rise to cortical glutaminergic projection pyramidal neurons, glial cells (oligodendrocytes and astrocytes) and olfactory bulb GABAergic interneurons. One of prominent features of the human cortex is enriched with glial cells, but there are major gaps in understanding how these glial cells are generated. Herein, by integrating analysis of published human cortical single-cell RNA-Seq datasets with our immunohistochemistical analyses, we show that around gestational week 18, EGFR-expressing human cortical truncated radial glial cells (tRGs) give rise to basal multipotent intermediate progenitors (bMIPCs) that express EGFR, ASCL1, OLIG2 and OLIG1. These bMIPCs undergo several rounds of mitosis and generate cortical oligodendrocytes, astrocytes and olfactory bulb interneurons. We also characterized molecular features of the cortical tRG. 9Decoding Cortical Glial Cell Development显示文摘Mouse cortical radial glial cells(RGCs)are primary neural stem cells that give rise to cortical oligodendrocytes,astrocytes,and olfactory bulb(OB)GABAergic interneurons in late embryogenesis.There are fundamental gaps in understanding how these diverse cell subtypes are generated.Here,by combining single-cell RNA-Seq with intersectional lineage analyses,we show that beginning at around E16.5,neocortical RGCs start to generate ASCL1^(+)EGFR^(+)apical multipotent intermediate progenitors(MIPCs),which then differentiate into basal MIPCs that express ASCL1,EGFR,OLIG2,and MKI67.These basal MIPCs undergo several rounds of divisions to generate most of the cortical oligodendrocytes and astrocytes and a subpopulation of OB interneurons.Finally,single-cell ATAC-Seq supported our model for the genetic logic underlying the specification and differentiation of cortical glial cells and OB interneurons.Taken together,this work reveals the process of cortical radial glial cell lineage progression and the developmental origins of cortical astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.Xiaosu Li Guoping Liu Lin Yang Zhenmeiyu Li Zhuangzhi Zhang Zhejun Xu Yuqun Cai Heng Du Zihao Su Ziwu Wang Yangyang Duan Haotian Chen Zicong Shang Yan You Qi Zhang Miao He Bin Chen Zhengang Yang 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,4:2

14Advances, opportunities, and challenge for full-color emissive carbon dots显示文摘Carbon dots(CDs), novel luminescent zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterials, have been widely applied due to their low toxicity, optimal optical properties, and easy modification. However, the current controllable equipment and mechanism explanation of CDs are relatively vague and require urgent resolution.Full-color emission CDs, an essential CDs category, have attracted people’s attention given their light and color-tunable properties. In addition to a wider range of biological and optoelectronic device applications, full-color emission CDs have similar structures and significantly affected the fluorescence mechanism of CDs. At present, few studies have reported on the summary research of CDs emitted by its full color, which greatly limits the development of CDs mechanisms and applications. As such, the present review detailed the full-color CDs development status, to which a suitable method for preparing full-color CDs was presented and the existing fluorescence emission mechanism of full-color CDs was summarized.Herein, we comprehensively introduced full-color CDs applications in biology and optoelectronics. Finally,we made an outlook on the development and potential applications of full-color CDs. 17Single-atomic-site iron on N-doped carbon for chemoselective reduction of nitroarenes显示文摘A facile,gram-scale and sustainable approach has been established for the synthesis of single-atomic-site iron on N-doped carbon(Fe_(SA)@NC-20A)via the pyrolysis of aniline modified FeZn-ZIFs,in which the synthesis of zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs)can be accomplished in water at room temperature,and no acid etching is required.The as-synthesized catalyst exhibits better performance on the chemoselective hydrogenation of nitroarenes with a broad substrate scope(turnover frequency(TOF)up to 1,727 h^(-1),23 examples)than most of previously reported works.Based on high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission microscopy(HAADF-STEM)images in combination with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS),electron spin resonance(ESR),and Mossbauer spectroscopy,Fe is dispersed as single atoms via forming FeNx(x=4-6).This work not only determines the active sites of FesA@NC-20A for hydrogenation(FeN4),but also proposes tentative pathways for both N-H activation of hydrazine and the reduction of nitroarene on FeN4 site,both of which are the key steps for the hydrogenation of nitroarenes.In addition,this catalyst shows excellent stability,and no significant activity degradation is observed when recycling for 10 times or restoring in air for 2 months.Guoping Lu Kangkang Sun Yamei Lin Qixuan Du Jiawei Zhang Kui Wang Pengcheng Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:1
