1An 85mW 14-bit 150MS/s Pipelined ADC with a Merged First and Second MDAC显示文摘A low-power 14-bit 150MS/s analog-to-digital converter(ADC) is presented for communication applications.Range scaling enables a maximal 2-Vp-p input with a single-stage opamp adopted.Opamp and capacitor sharing between the first multiplying digital-to-analog converter(MDAC)and the second one reduces the total opamp power further.The dedicated sample-andhold amplifier(SHA) is removed to lower the power and the noise.The blind calibration of linearity errors is proposed to improve the performance.The prototype ADC is fabricated in a 130 nm CMOS process with a 1.3-V supply voltage.The SNDR of the ADC is 71.3 dB with a 2.4 MHz input and remains 68.5 dB for a 120 MHz input.It consumes 85 mW,which includes 57 mW for the ADC core,11 mW for the low jitter clock receiver and 17 mW for the high-speed reference buffer.LI Weitao LI Fule YANG Changyi LI Shengjing WANG Zhihua 2015China Communications2015,12,5:6

4Numerical Approximation and Error Analysis for the Timoshenko Beam Equations with Boundary Feedback显示文摘In this paper,the numerical approximation of a Timoshenko beam with bound- ary feedback is considered.We derived a linearized three-level difference scheme on uniform meshes by the method of reduction of order for a Timoshenko beam with boundary feedback.It is proved that the scheme is uniquely solvable,unconditionally stable and second order convergent in L_∞norm by using the discrete energy method. 5Massage treatment of chronic persistent pediatric asthma显示文摘Objective:We observed the clinical effect of massage in treating chronic persistent pediatric asthma and the changes in expression of TLR1,TLR2,and TLR4 on macrophages.Methods:One hundred sixty pediatric patients with persistent chronic asthma were col-lected,and divided into treatment and control groups of 80 each in strict accordance with the principle of random allocation.The patients in the control group received general nebulizer therapy,and the patients in the treatment group received infantile massage.Both groups of patients were observed for 3 months with respect to the following indicators:the frequency of asthmatic attacks;the frequency of respiratory tract infections(RTIs);C-ACT rating;and the PEF%of peripheral blood(PB)before and after treatment to detect macrophage TLR1,TLR2,and TLR4.Results:After treatment,the frequency of asthmatic attacks,frequency of RTIs,C-ACT rat-ing,and the PEF%and macrophage TLR1,TLR2,and TLR4 expression of fluorescence intensity in the treatment group showed a statistically significant increase when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric massage can improve the clinical symptoms of pediatric asthma by up-regulating the expression of macrophage TLR1,TLR2,and TLR4.Fuling Tian Qi Li Jianmei Cui Shuxiang Ma Hongbin Wang Xueqing Li 2014Family Medicine and Community Health2014,2,2:2

9An 11-bit 200 MS/s subrange SAR ADC with low-cost integrated reference buffer显示文摘This paper presents an 11-bit 200MS/s subrange S AR ADC with an integrated reference buffer in 65nm CMOS.The proposed ADC employs a 3.5-bit flash ADC for coarse conversion,and a compact timing scheme at the flash/SAR boundary to speed up the conversion.The flash decision is used to control charge compensating for the reference voltage to reduce its input-dependent fluctuation.Measurement results show that the fabricated ADC has achieved significant improvement by applying the reference charge compensation.In addition,the ADC achieves a maximum signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio of 59.3dB at 200MS/s.It consumes 3.91mW from a 1.2V supply,including the reference buffer.Xiuju He Xian Gu Weitao Li Hanjun Jiang Fule Li Zhihua Wang 2017Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,10:0
10RNA m^(6) A modification: Mapping methods, roles, and mechanisms in acute myeloid leukemia显示文摘N^(6)-Methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is the most abundant modification in eukaryotic mRNA,and plays important biological functions via regulating RNA fate determination.Recent studies have shown that m^(6)A modification plays a key role in hematologic malignancies,including acute myeloid leukemia.The current growth of epitranscriptomic research mainly benefits from technological progress in detecting RNA m^(6)A modification in a transcriptome-wide manner.In this review,we first briefly summarize the latest advances in RNA m^(6)A biology by focusing on writers,readers,and erasers of m^(6)A modification,and describe the development of high-throughput methods for RNA m^(6)A mapping.We further discuss the important roles of m^(6)A modifiers in acute myeloid leukemia,and highlight the identification of potential inhibitors for AML treatment by targeting of m^(6)A modifiers.Overall,this review provides a comprehensive summary of RNA m^(6)A biology in acute myeloid leukemia.Rong Yin Yashu Li Wen Tian Fuling Zhou Haojian Zhang 2022Blood Science2022,4,3:0
11Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 12Research on the 1879 South Wudu M8.0 Earthquake and Its Co-Seismic Fracture显示文摘Based on field investigations and indoor systematic research of the 1879 South Wudu M8.0 earthquake conducted in recent years, the magnitude, damage, seismic intensity, co-seismic fracture of the earthquake, as well as its seismogenic tectonics and preparation process, have been studied. The paper summarizes the results of studies on location of the earthquake’s macroscopic epicenter, magnitude and co-seismic fracture, with emphasis on the distribution range, type, extent and mechanism of its co-seismic fractures. The research reveals that, (1) the major part of the meizoseismal area of the South Wudu earthquake is located between Wudu and Wenxian in southern Gansu Province. It extends in a NEE direction, its shape is elliptical with the major axis about 70km long and the minor axis 30km. The macroscopic epicenter is located in the vicinity of Baoziba, in the east of the meizoseismal area; (2) three co-seismic fracture belts developed in the meizoseismal area, scattering northeastwards and converging southwestwards; (3) the major fracture belt extends from Baishuijiang at Hanan on the west, to the the bank areas of Bailongjiang river on the east, such as Gushuizi, Toufang and Daoqizi, etc.; (4) the co-seismic fractures consist of earthquake fissure, scarp, bulge, landslide, barrier lake and so on, among which landslides are the most obvious phenomenon; (5) according to the location, geometry and mechanism of the fracture, it is assumed that the co-seismic fracture zone of the South Wudu earthquake is the product of left-lateral strike-slip, associated with a dip-slip in the Hanan-Daoqizi-Maopola fault zone; (6) based on the size of the co-seismic fracture and the observed amount of displacement of the seismogenic fault of the South Wudu earthquake, the magnitude of this event is estimated to be M8.0.Hou Kangming Lei Zhongsheng Wan Fuling Li Limei Xiong Zhen 2006Earthquake Research in China2006,20,1:0

14A low-power DC offset calibration method independent of IF gain for zero-IF receiver显示文摘A novel low-power DC offset calibration(DCOC) method independent of intermediate frequency(IF) gain for zero-IF receiver applications has been reported. The conventional analog DCOC method consumes greater power and affects the performance of the receiver. The conventional mixed-signal method requires enhanced memory to store the calibration results at different receiver gains as the DC offset is relative to the radio frequency(RF) and IF gain. A novel algorithm is presented to make the DCOC process independent of IF gain, which significantly reduces the memory area. With the proposed circuit, the receiver calibrates only once so settle-time and power consumption of the IF circuit is lowered. 15Transformation of Coal Gangue to Sodalite and Faujasite Using Alkali-hydrothermal Method显示文摘The coal gangue as the only source of silicon and aluminum was employed to synthesize sodalite and faujasite using hydrothermal method,which directly treated the mixture of pre-treated coal gangue and NaOH solution under hydrothermal environment.X-ray powder diffraction analysis(XRD),thermogravimetry analysis(TG)and differential thermogravimetry analysis(DTG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),N_(2)adsorption-desorption technique,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),etc.were used to characterize the samples.Cd^(2+) ion was used to evaluate the heavy metal ions removal performance of the samples.The experimental results show that the coal gangue,which consists of quartz,calcium feldspar,potassium feldspar and kaolinite,can transform to sodalite and faujasite under alkali-hydrothermal condition at 150 and 180℃,respectively.The as-prepared sodalite and faujasite can effectively remove the simulated Cd2+ion wastewater and actual industrial wastewater containing As^(3+),Cd^(2+),and Cr^(3+)ions,and the good heavy metal ion removal performance of the zeolites is mainly attributed to their low Si/Al ratio and high Na+content.This alkali-hydrothermal method appears to be a simple and efficient method for transformation of coal gangue to high purity zeolites.WANG Cheng FENG Kai WANG Lipeng YU Qianru DU Fuling LI Yan YU Kaining 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,6:0

17Passivation of PEA^(+)to CsPbI_(3)(110)Surface States:From the First Principles Calculations显示文摘This work investigates the effect of passivation on the electronic properties of inorganic perovskite CsPbI_(3)materials by using first-principles calculations with density functional theory(DFT).The passivation effect after the addition of Phenylethylamine(PEA+)molecule to CsPbI_(3)(110)surface is studied.The results of density of states(DOS)calculations show that the CsPbI_(3)(110)surface model with I atom terminated reveals new electronic DOS peaks(surface states)near the Fermi level.These surface states are mainly due to the contribution of I-5p orbital and are harmful to the CsPbI_(3)-based solar cells because they reduce the photoelectric conversion efficiency.The surface states near the Fermi level are significantly reduced,and the decline rate reaches 38.8%with the addition with PEA+molecule to the CsPbI3(110)surface.Wei Hu Fengjuan Si Hongtao Xue Wensheng Li Jun Hu Fuling Tang 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,3:0
