1Commissioning progress of the FAST显示文摘The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) was completed with its main structure installed on September 25, 2016, after which it entered the commissioning phase. This paper aims to introduce the commissioning progress of the FAST over the past two years. To improve its operational reliability and ensure effective observation time, FAST has been equipped with a real-time information system for the active reflector system and hierarchical commissioning scheme for the feed support system, which ultimately achieves safe operation of the two systems. For meeting the high-performance indices, a highprecision measurement system was set up based on the effective control methods that were implemented for the active reflector system and feed support system. Since the commissioning of the FAST, a low-frequency ultra-wideband receiver and 19-beam1.05-1.45 GHz receiver have been mainly used. Telescope efficiency, pointing accuracy, and system noise temperature were completely tested and ultimately achieved the acceptance indices of the telescope. The FAST has been in the process of national acceptance preparations and has begun to search for pulsars. 2Optimization of Vehicle Side Curtain Airbag Module Based on Computer Aided Engineering显示文摘Compared with other kinds of airbags,curtain airbag(CAB) has more complex structures and larger coverage area. The product development process depends on many module tests,sled tests and full size vehicle tests. Computer aided engineering(CAE) technology can replace tests to a great extent,also save test costs and product development time. This paper introduces the way of setting up simulation models and application of static deployment tests and free motion headform(FMH) tests to verify simulation models. In the CAB simulation,uniform pressure airbag models and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) models are all used. The uniform pressure airbag models are not able to simulate the pressure difference among different parts inside the cushion during inflating process. CFD-based CAB models are used to help the curtain airbag optimization design. Based on effective CAE simulation,the optimization analyses related to diffuser tube parameters,inflator mass flow rate and cushion folding patterns are discussed and performed in different cases. 3Integrated treatment for lower-limb stage Ⅱ thromboangiitis obliterans by interventional therapy and oral administration of Chinese medicine: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe if integrated treatment is better than other therapies for lower-limb stage thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO).ⅡMETHODS: Ninety lower-limb stage randomly dividedⅡ i or worse TAO patients werento three groups: group A(30 cases) treated by intervention and oral administration of Chinese medicine; groupB(30 cases) treated by intervention alone; and group C(30 cases) treated only with oral administration of Chinese medicine. 5Reversible switching between normal and thermally activated delayed fluorescence towards “smart” and single compound whitelight luminescence via controllable conformational distribution显示文摘An organic compound exhibiting simultaneously reversible switch between its emission colors and luminescence mechanisms,possessing high contrast from deep blue normal fluorescence(NF) to yellow thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF),is reported. Based on these two complementary colors, white-light emission combining NF and TADF from a single compound can be achieved in various states. 9Performance analysis of SBAS ephemeris corrections and integrity algorithms in China region显示文摘Satellite Based Augmentation Systems(SBASs)improve the positioning accuracy and integrity by broadcasting to the civil aviation community the corrections and integrity parameters.A snapshot algorithm based on the minimum variance estimation is investigated in this study to calculate the satellite clock and orbit corrections.A chi-square test is performed on the remaining errors in the corrected ephemeris to guarantee the integrity.User Differential Range Error(UDRE)and scaling matrix contained in Message Type 28 are derived using the covariance information based on the assumption that one of the reference stations failed.A software package is developed and applied in the real data collected at 26 stations.International GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)Service(IGS)precise clock and orbit products are taken as the references to assess the accuracy of corrections.For both Global Positioning System(GPS)and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),the range accuracy of 0.10 m can be achieved with the employment of the derived corrections.No obvious performance difference between GPS and BDS is found.UDREs for all visible satellites are generated with the maximum index of 12 and minimum index of 3.The geometric range differences calculated with IGS precise products and broadcast ephemeris are employed to assess the integrity of UDRE.It is found that the UDRE is able to bound the residuals with 99.9%confidence which meet the requirement of aviation users.With ionospheric delay corrected by Global Ionosphere Map(GIM),the positioning accuracy of 0.98 m with GPS corrections and 0.80 m with multi-constellation augmentation can be achieved which indicates a significant improvement of GPS standalone results.Biao Jin Shanshan Chen Dongjun Li Yuechen Wang Elhadi Takka 2021Satellite Navigation2021,2,1:1

11Manipulating selenium molecular configuration in N/O dual-doped porous carbon for high performance potassium-ion storage显示文摘Potassium-selenium(K-Se)batteries have attracted more and more attention because of their high theoretical specific capacity and natural abundance of K resources.However,dissolution of polyselenides,large volume expansion during cycling and low utilization of Se remain great challenges,leading to poor rate capability and cycle life.Herein,N/O dual-doped carbon nanofibers with interconnected micro/mesopores(MMCFs)are designed as hosts to manipulate Se molecular configuration for advanced flexible K-Se batteries.The micropores play a role in confining small Se molecule(Se_(2–3)),which could inhibit the formation of polyselenides and work as physical barrier to stabilize the cycle performance.While the mesopores can confine long-chain Se(Se_(4–7)),promising sufficient Se loading and contributing to higher discharge voltage of the whole Se@MMCFs composite.The N/O co-doping and the 3D interpenetrating nanostructure improve electrical conductivity and keep the structure integrity after cycling.The obtained Se_(2–3)/Se_(4–7)@MMCFs electrode exhibits an unprecedented cycle life(395 mA h g^(−1) at 1 A g^(−1) after 2000 cycles)and high specific energy density(400 Wh kg^(−1),nearly twice the specific energy density of the Se_(2–3)@MMCFs).This study offers a rational design for the realization of a high energy density and long cycle life chalcogen cathode for energy storage.Dongjun Li Lifeng Wang Xiaolong Cheng Yu Yao Yu Jiang Pengcheng Shi Ying Wu Xiaojun Wu Cheng Ma Yan Yua 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,11:1

14Evaluation Model for Capability of Enterprise Agent Coalition Based on Information Fusion and Attribute Reduction显示文摘For the issue of evaluation of capability of enterprise agent coalition,an evaluation model based on information fusion and entropy weighting method is presented. The attribute reduction method is utilized to reduce indicators of the capability according to the theory of rough set. The new indicator system can be determined. Attribute reduction can also reduce the workload and remove the redundant information,when there are too many indicators or the indicators have strong correlation. The research complexity can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved. Entropy weighting method is used to determine the weights of the remaining indicators,and the importance of indicators is analyzed. The information fusion model based on nearest neighbor method is developed and utilized to evaluate the capability of multiple agent coalitions,compared to cloud evaluation model and D-S evidence method. Simulation results are reasonable and with obvious distinction. Thus they verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. 16A study on levels of neuropeptide Y, neurotensin motilin and calcitonin gene-reliated peptide in plasma in patients with cerebral infarction and dinical isignificance显示文摘Objective To explore the relationship between virulent Helicobacter pylori strains infection and cerebral infarction. Method We assessed the prevalence of infection by strains bearing the cytotoxin -associated gene-A(Cag-A),a strong virulence factor ,in 83 patients with cerebral infarction and in 71 age- and sex-matched controls with similar social background. Result Prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection was significantly higher in patients than in controls(78.3% versus 56.3%,p<0.05),with an odds ratio of 2.8(95%CI,1.46 to 5.36) adjusted for age, sex, main stroke factors. Patients with cerebral infarction also had a higher prevalence of Cag-A-positive strains(45.8% versus 19.7%, P<0.01),with an adjusted odds ratio of 3.43(95%CI 1.5 to 7.24).Conclusion It was suggested that chronic Helicobacter pylori infection, especially Cag-A-positive strains infection is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.Li Yizhao Sun Lin Zhang Dongjun 2000中国临床神经科学2000,8,z1:0
17Attenuation mechanism of Brucella melitensis M5-10,implications for vaccine development and differential diagnosis显示文摘Brucellosis is a worldwide zoonosis.Vaccination is the most efficient means to prevent and control brucellosis.The current licensed attenuated vaccines for animal use were developed by sequential passage in nonnatural hosts that decreased virulence in its original hosts.The attenuation mechanism of these strains remains largely unknown.In the present study,we sequenced the genome of Brucella melitensis vaccine strain M5-10.Sequence analysis showed that a large number of genetic changes occurred in the vaccine strains.A total of 2854 genetic polymorphic sites,including 2548 SNP,241 INDEL and 65 MNV were identified.Of the 2074 SNPs in coding regions,1310(63.2%)were non-synonymous SNPs.Gene number,percent and N/S ratios were disproportionally distributed among the cog categories.Genetic polymorphic sites were identified in genes of the virB operon,flagella synthesis,and virulence regulating systems.These data indicate that changes in some cog categories and virulence genes might result in the attenuation.These attenuation mechanisms also have implications for screening and development of new vaccine strains.The genetic changes in the genome represent candidate sites for differential diagnosis between these vaccine strains and other virulence ones.Transcription analysis of virulence genes showed that expression of dnaK,vjbR were reduced in M5-10 strain when compared with that in 16M.A duplex PCR targeting virB6 and dnaK was successfully used to differentiate between M5-10 and the virulent 16M strain.The genome re-sequencing technique represents a strong strategy not only for evaluation of vaccines,but also for development of new vaccines.Yuanqiang ZHENG Yanchun SHI Chang AN Ruisheng LI Dongjun LIU Yuehua KE Kairong MAO Mingjuan YANG Zeliang CHEN Shorgan BOU 2014Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,4:0

19P-wave Velocity Structure of Crustal and Upper Mantle beneath South China and its Tectonic Implications显示文摘The 3D P-wave velocity structure beneath the South China Block was determined by applying arrival times from 269 teleseismic events recorded by 240 seismic stations within the study region. Our tomographic results reveal the deep structural characteristics of major tectonic units and ore concentration areas. There are distinct high velocity anomalies beneath the ancient Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks, with the lithosphere of the Cathaysia Block being thinner than the Yangtze Block;the Jiangnan orogenic belt, located in the combined zone of two blocks, is a high and low velocity anomaly conversion zone;the famous metallogenic belts of Edongnan, the Youjiang Basin and the Cathaysia Block are obviously low velocity areas with different metallogenic mechanisms. The deep ore-forming material source in the Edongnan metallogenic belt is different from that of the Cathaysia Block. The low velocity anomaly under the Cathaysia Block related to mineralization results from the upwelling of mantle material, caused by the joint action of the Paleo-Tethys tectonic domain, the Paleo-Pacific tectonic domain and the Hainan mantle plume migration and erosion, which has been occurring from northeast to southwest since 80 Ma. 20Indoor metabolites and chemicals outperform microbiome in classifying childhood asthma and allergic rhinitis显示文摘Indoor microorganisms impact asthma and allergic rhinitis(AR),but the associated microbial taxa often vary extensively due to climate and geographical variations.To provide more consistent environmental assessments,new perspectives on microbial exposure for asthma and AR are needed.Home dust from 97 cases(32 asthma alone,37 AR alone,28 comorbidity)and 52 age-and gender-matched controls in Shanghai,China,were analyzed using high-throughput shotgun metagenomic sequencing and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Homes of healthy children were enriched with environmental microbes,including Paracoccus,Pseudomonas,and Psychrobacter,and metabolites like keto acids,indoles,pyridines,and flavonoids(astragalin,hesperidin)(False Discovery Rate<0.05).A neural network co-occurrence probability analysis revealed that environmental microorganisms were involved in producing these keto acids,indoles,and pyridines.Conversely,homes of diseased children were enriched with mycotoxins and synthetic chemicals,including herbicides,insecticides,and food/cosmetic additives.Using a random forest model,characteristic metabolites and microorganisms in Shanghai homes were used to classify high and low prevalence of asthma/AR in an independent dataset in Malaysian schools(N=1290).Indoor metabolites achieved an average accuracy of 74.9%and 77.1%in differentiating schools with high and low prevalence of asthma and AR,respectively,whereas indoor microorganisms only achieved 51.0%and 59.5%,respectively.These results suggest that indoor metabolites and chemicals rather than indoor microbiome are potentially superior environmental indicators for childhood asthma and AR.This study extends the traditional risk assessment focusing on allergens or air pollutants in childhood asthma and AR,thereby revealing potential novel intervention strategies for these diseases.Yu Sun Hao Tang Shuang Du Yang Chen Zheyuan Ou Mei Zhang Zhuoru Chen Zhiwei Tang Dongjun Zhang Tianyi Chen Yanyi Xu Jiufeng Li Dan Norback Jamal Hisham Hashim Zailina Hashim Jie Shao Xi Fu Zhuohui Zhao 2023Eco-Environment & Health2023,2,4:0
