1Palaeozoic tectonic evolution of the Tianshan belt,NW China显示文摘The Chinese Tianshan belt is a major part of the southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt,extending westward to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.Its Paleozoic tectonic evolution,crucial for understanding the amalgamation of Central Asia,comprises two stages of subduction-collision.The first collisional stage built the Eo-Tianshan Mountains,before a Visean unconformity,in which all structures are verging north.It implied a southward subduction of the Central Tianshan Ocean beneath the Tarim active margin,that induced the Ordovician-Early Devonian Central Tianshan arc,to the south of which the South Tianshan back-arc basin opened.During the Late Devonian,the closure of this ocean led to a collision between Central Tianshan arc and the Kazakhstan-Yili-North Tianshan Block,and subsequently closure of the South Tianhan back-arc basin,producing two suture zones,namely the Central Tianshan and South Tianshan suture zones where ophiolitic mélanges and HP metamorphic rocks were emplaced northward.The second stage included the Late Devonian-Carboniferous southward subduction of North Tianshan Ocean beneath the Eo-Tianshan active margin,underlined by the Yili-North Tianshan arc,leading to the collision between the Kazakhstan-Yili-NTS plate and an inferred Junggar Block at Late Carboniferous-Early Permian time.The North Tianshan Suture Zone underlines likely the last oceanic closure of Central Asia Orogenic Belt;all the oceanic domains were consumed before the Middle Permian.The amalgamated units were affected by a Permian major wrenching,dextral in the Tianshan.The correlation with the Kazakh and Kyrgyz Tianshan is clarified.The Kyrgyz South Tianshan is equivalent to the whole part of Chinese Tianshan(CTS and STS) located to the south of Narat Fault and Main Tianshan Shear Zone;the so-called Middle Tianshan thins out toward the east.The South Tianshan Suture of Kyrgyzstan correlates with the Central Tianshan Suture of Chinese Tianshan.The evolution of this southern domain remains similar from east(Gangou area) to west until the Talas-Ferghana Fault,which reflects the convergence history between the Kazakhstan and Tarim blocks.Jacques CHARVET SHU LiangShu Sebastien LAURENT-CHARVET WANG Bo Michel FAURE Dominique CLUZEL CHEN Yan Koen De JONG 2011Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,2:57

4持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍患者压力应对特征的调查与分析显示文摘目的:研究持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍患者的压力应对特征,探索其病理、心理发病机制。方法:根据中国精神障碍分类及诊断标准第3版(Chinese Classifcation and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders-3,CCMD-3)诊断标准选择53例患者纳入实验组,依据分层抽样原则选择正常对照组53例,分别用防御方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表、多伦多述情障碍量表测量。结果:实验组使用不成熟型防御方式的频率高于对照组,述情障碍高于对照组,成熟型防御方式的使用频率、领悟社会支持能力低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍患者遇到心理压力时不能及时有效发泄情绪,较多地应用躯体化、抱怨、幻想等不成熟的防御机制,并且不能充分领悟和利用社会支持系统,导致内心冲突加重并进入'情绪恶劣—疼痛加重—应对无效'的恶性循环状态,症状迁延难愈。张瑞星 Koen Sevenants 赵山明 李国荣 2013中国疼痛医学杂志2013,19,9:11

6FDG-PET/CT response evaluation during EGFR-TKI treatment in patients with NSCLC显示文摘Over recent years,[18F]-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography acquired together with low dose computed tomography(FDG-PET/CT)has proven its role as a staging modality in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).The purpose of this review was to present the evidence to use FDG-PET/CT for response evaluation in patients with NSCLC,treated with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKI).All published articles from 1November 2003 to 1 November 2013 reporting on 18FFDG-PET response evaluation during EGFR-TKI treatment in patients with NSCLC were collected.In total 7studies,including data of 210 patients were eligible for analyses.Our report shows that FDG-PET/CT responseduring EGFR-TKI therapy has potential in targeted treatment for NSCLC.FDG-PET/CT response is associated with clinical and radiologic response and with survival.Furthermore FDG-PET/CT response monitoring can be performed as early as 1-2 wk after initiation of EGFR-TKI treatment.Patients with substantial decrease of metabolic activity during EGFR-TKI treatment will probably benefit from continued treatment.If metabolic response does not occur within the first weeks of EGFR-TKI treatment,patients may be spared(further)unnecessary toxicity of ineffective treatment.Refining FDG-PET response criteria may help the clinician to decide on continuation or discontinuation of targeted treatment.Matthijs H van Gool Tjeerd S Aukema Koen J Hartemink Renato A Valdés Olmos Houke M Klomp Harm van Tinteren 2014World Journal of Radiology2014,6,7:8
7Visceral hypersensitivity in inflammatory bowel diseases and irritable bowel syndrome: The role of proteases显示文摘Proteases, enzymes catalyzing the hydrolysis of peptide bonds, are present at high concentrations in the gastrointestinal tract. Besides their well-known role in the digestive process, they also function as signaling molecules through the activation of protease-activated receptors(PARs). Based on their chemical mechanism for catalysis, proteases can be classified into several classes: serine, cysteine, aspartic, metallo- and threonine proteases represent the mammalian protease families. In particular, the class of serine proteases will play a significant role in this review. In the last decades, proteases have been suggested to play a key role in the pathogenesis of visceral hypersensitivity, which is a major factor contributing to abdominal pain in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases and/or irritable bowel syndrome. So far, only a few preclinical animal studies have investigated the effect of protease inhibitors specifically on visceral sensitivity while their effect on inflammation is described in more detail. In our accompanying review we describe their effect on gastrointestinal permeability. On account of their promising results in the field of visceral hypersensitivity, further research is warranted. 8Regulation of intestinal permeability: The role of proteases显示文摘The gastrointestinal barrier is-with approximately 400 m^2-the human body's largest surface separating the external environment from the internal milieu. This barrier serves a dual function: permitting the absorption of nutrients, water and electrolytes on the one hand, while limiting host contact with noxious luminal antigens on the other hand. To maintain this selective barrier, junction protein complexes seal the intercellular space between adjacent epithelial cells and regulate the paracellular transport. Increased intestinal permeability is associated with and suggested as a player in the pathophysiology of various gastrointestinal and extraintestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease and type 1 diabetes. The gastrointestinal tract is exposed to high levels of endogenous and exogenous proteases, both in the lumen and in the mucosa. There is increasing evidence to suggest that a dysregulation of the protease/antiprotease balance in the gut contributes to epithelial damage and increased permeability. Excessive proteolysis leads to direct cleavage of intercellular junction proteins, or to opening of the junction proteins via activation of protease activated receptors. In addition, proteases regulate the activity and availability of cytokines and growth factors, which are also known modulators of intestinal permeability. This review aims at outlining the mechanisms by which proteases alter the intestinal permeability. 11Sustainable urbanization: energy and environment in the Chongqing Municipality, China显示文摘Chongqing is the largest municipality under the Chinese Central Government (MCG) in terms of administrative area and population and is now the most important economic and cultural center of the upper Yangtze River and Three Gorges area. The Three Gorges Dam project, one of the largest world infrastructure projects, causes a great deal of immigration to Chongqing and results in the rapid urbanization of the city, and it has brought in a great deal of environmental impact, which is a global concerned issue. This paper introduces the city profile of Chongqing municipality and its urbanization impact on energy and environment. The demand and the trend of energy consumption in built environment (building and transport) have been analysed. The living environment of Chongqing residents and the local energy efficient policy have been introduced. 16Optimizing the operation of the Qingshitan Reservoir in the Lijiang River for multiple human interests and quasi-natural flow maintenance显示文摘For reservoir operation, maintaining a quasi-natural flow regime can benefit river ecosystems, but may sacrifice human interests. This study took the Qingshitan Reservoir in the Lijiang River as a case, and developed an optimization model to explore a trade-off solution between social-economic interests and nature flow maintenance on a monthly base. The objective function considered irrigation, cruise navigation and water supply aspects. An index of flow alteration degree was proposed to measure the difference between the regulated discharge and the natural flow. The index was then used as an additional constraint in the model besides the conventional constraints on reservoir safety. During model solving, different criteria were applied to the index, representing various degrees of alteration of the natural flow regime in the river. Through the model, a relationship between social-economic interests and flow alteration degree was established. 17Modelling the bed characteristics in fluidised-beds for top-spray coating processes显示文摘A particle sub-model describing the bed characteristics of a bubbling fluidised bed is presented.Atomisation air,applied at high pressures via a nozzle positioned above the bed for spray formation,is incorporated in the model since its presence has a profound influence on the bed characteristics,though the spray itself is not yet considered.A particle sub-model is developed using well-known empirical relations for particle drag force,bubble growth and velocity and particle distribution above the fluidised-bed surface.Simple but effective assumptions and abstractions were made concerning bubble distribution,particle ejection at the bed surface and the behaviour of atomisation air flow upon impacting the surface of a bubbling fluidised bed.The model was shown to be capable of predicting the fluidised bed characteristics in terms of bed heights,voidage distributions and solids volume fractions with good accuracy in less than 5 min of calculation time on a regular desktop PC.It is therefore suitable for incorporation into general process control models aimed at dynamic control for process efficiency and product quality in top-spray fluidised bed coating processes.Mike Vanderroost Frederik Ronsse Koen Dewettinck Jan G.Pieters 2012Particuology2012,10,6:2
18Reduction of bend scour with an air-bubble screen-morphology and flow patterns显示文摘The interplay between streamwise flow,curvature-induced secondary flow,sediment transport and bed morphology leads to the formation of a typical bar-pool bed morphology in open-channel bends.The associated scour at the outer bank and deposition at the inner bank may endanger the outer bank's stability or reduce the navigable width of the channel.Previous preliminary laboratory experiments in a sharply curved flume with a fixed horizontal bed have shown that a bubble screen located near the outer bank can generate an additional secondary flow located between the outer bank and the curvature-induced secondary flow and with a sense of rotation opposite to the latter.This bubble-induced secondary flow redistributes velocities and bed shear stresses.The reported study investigates the implications of a bubble screen on the flow and the morphology in configurations with mobile bed.Velocity measurements show that the bubble-induced secondary flow shifts the curvature-induced secondary flow in inwards direction and reduces its strength.The bubble screen considerably reduces morphological gradients.Maximum bend scour is reduced by about 50%and occurs further away from the outer bank where it does not endanger the bank stability anymore.The location of maximum scour coincides with the junction of the curvature-induced and bubble-induced secondary flows.At this same location,the maximum streamwise velocities and maximum vertical velocities impinging on the bed also occur,which indicates their importance with respect to the formation of bend scour.The bubble screen also substantially reduced deposition at the inner bank.These preliminary experiments show the potential of a bubble screen to influence and modify the bed morphology.Violaine DUGU Koen BLANCKAERT Qiuwen CHEN Anton J.SCHLEISS 2013International Journal of Sediment Research2013,28,1:2
