| 1 | 藏北多格错仁红层及孢粉组合特征显示文摘青藏高原北部羌塘地块广泛出露第三纪陆相红层 ,确定这些红层及其变形的时代对认识青藏高原的形成演化过程具有非常重要的意义。 1998~ 1999年 ,INDEPTH III项目地质课题组人员 2次深入西藏可可西里地区进行科学考察 ,新发现藏北多格错仁红层 ,并在其中发现较多种属的孢粉化石。该孢粉组合反映以温带旱生草原为主体的古植被面貌。通过对青藏高原北部及邻区主要新生代盆地孢粉组合与古环境演化的对比分析 ,结合多格错仁红层上覆弱变形玄武岩 2 5~ 3 2Ma的40 Ar- 3 9Ar高精度测年资料 ,推断多格错仁红层的形成时代为晚中新世 ,多格错仁红层挤压变形所致的约 5 0 %的地壳缩短量发生在中新世末—上新世初。 | 吴珍汉 江万 Doug Nelson Bill Kidd | 2002 | 现代地质2002，16，3： | 11 |

| 4 | CTGF, intestinal stellate cells and carcinoid fi brogenesis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the role of small intestinal carcinoid tumor-derived fibrotic mediators, TGFβ1 and CTGF, in the mediation of fi brosis via activation of an 'intestinal' stellate cell. METHODS: GI carcinoid tumors were collected for Q RT-PCR analysis of CTGF and TGFβ1. Markers of stellate cell desmoplasia were identified in peritoneal fibrosis by immunohistochemistry and stellate cells cultured from fresh resected fibrotic tissue. CTGF and TGFβ1 were evaluated using quantitative tissue array profi ling (AQUA analysis) in a GI carcinoid tissue microarray (TMA) with immunostaining and correlated with clinical and histologically documented fi brosis. Serum CTGF was analyzed using a sandwich ELISA assay. RESULTS: Message levels of both CTGF and TGFβ1 in SI carcinoid tumors were signifi cantly increased (> 2-fold, P < 0.05) versus normal mucosa and gastric (non-f ibrotic) carcinoids. Activated stellate cells and markers of stellate cell-mediated fi brosis (vimentin, desmin) were identifi ed in histological fibrosis. An intestinal stellate cell was immunocytochemically and biochemically characterized and its TGFβ1 (10-7M) initiated CTGF transcription response (> 3-fold, P < 0.05) demonstrated. In SI carcinoid tumor patients with documented fi brosis, TMA analysis demonstrated higher CTGF immunostaining (AQUA Score: 92 ± 8; P <0.05), as well as elevated TGFβ1 (90.6 ± 4.4, P < 0.05). Plasma CTGF (normal 12.5 ± 2.6 ng/mL) was increased in SI carcinoid tumor patients (31 ± 10 ng/mL, P < 0.05) compared to non-fi brotic GI carcinoids (< 15 ng/mL).CONCLUSION: SI carcinoid tumor fibrosis is a CTGF/ TGFβ1-mediated stellate cell-driven fibrotic response. | 10 | Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies crescentic allograft glomerulonephritis after sofosbuvir therapy显示文摘Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies(ANCA) are well known to be associated with several types of vasculitis, including pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis, a form of rapid progressive glomerular nephritis(RPGN). ANCA vasculitis has also been reported after administration of propylthiouracil, hydralazine, cocaine(adulterated with levimasole), allopurinol, penicillamine and few other drugs. All previously reported cases of drug-associated ANCA glomerulonephritis were in native kidneys. Sofosbuvir is a new and effective drug for hepatitis C virus infection. Here, we report a case of ANCA vasculitis and RPGN following sofosbuvir administration in a kidney transplant recipient. It also represents the first case of drug-associated ANCA vasculitis in a transplanted kidney.
