1Automated Sequencing and Subassembly Detection in Automobile Body Assembly Planning显示文摘The choice of the sequence in which parts or subass em blies are put together in the mechanical assembly of a product can drastical ly affect the efficiency of the assembly process. Unlike metal cutting operation s where computer aided system have been available for some 15 to 25 years to hel p manufacturing engineers in generating cutting sequences and NC programs, the m ajority of assembly planning tasks in automobile body design is still manually p erformed by assembly designers according to their past experiences. This has prolonged the production lead time and time to market. This paper describes a p rocedure to automatically derive all the feasible assembly sequences for automob ile body assembly. The procedure is based on a mathematical model of the automob ile body, obtained through the definitions of the connection matrix and contract ed matrix. These two matrices represent the precedence constraint knowledge amon g components and subassemblies. The possible subassemblies are automatically det ected by satisfying some mathematical conditions applicable to these matrices. F or each subassembly and the whole product, all the possible assembly sequences a re generated by rearranging the initial connection sub-matrix and the contracte d matrix. 2A Throughput-Aware Joint Vehicle Route and Access Network Selection Approach Based on SMDP显示文摘In intelligent transportation system(ITS), the interworking of vehicular networks(VN) and cellular networks(CN) is proposed to provide high-data-rate services to vehicles. As the network access quality for CN and VN is location related, mobile data offloading(MDO), which dynamically selects access networks for vehicles, should be considered with vehicle route planning to further improve the wireless data throughput of individual vehicles and to enhance the performance of the entire ITS. In this paper, we investigate joint MDO and route selection for an individual vehicle in a metropolitan scenario. We aim to improve the throughput of the target vehicle while guaranteeing its transportation efficiency requirements in terms of traveling time and distance. To achieve this objective, we first formulate the joint route and access network selection problem as a semi-Markov decision process(SMDP). Then we propose an optimal algorithm to calculate its optimal policy. To further reduce the computation complexity, we derive a suboptimal algorithm which reduces the action space. 3Prevalence trend and risk factors for anemia among patients with human immunodeficiency virus infection receiving antiretroviral therapy in rural China显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To estimate the prevalence trend and risk factors for anemia in patients with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection receiving antiretroviral therapy(ART) in rural China.METHODS: We conducted cross-sectional studies among the same population in 2010, 2012, and2014, based on data from standard medical record registers. Factors associated with anemia were evaluated using a logistic regression model.RESULTS: The number of patients with HIV infec-tion included in each cross-sectional study was1456 in 2010, 1531 in 2012, and 1567 in 2014, and the prevalence of anemia was 44.3%, 34.7%, and27.6%, respectively. The prevalence of anemia was lower in female patients in 2010 [odds ratio(OR)0.68; 95% confidence interval(CI) 0.55-0.85]; however, there was no difference by sex in 2012(OR0.90; 95% CI 0.72-1.11) and 2014(OR 1.05; 95% CI0.84-1.32). Patients with a higher level of education had a lower risk of anemia in 2014(OR 0.72; 95% CI0.56-0.92), but there was no difference in 2010(OR1.00; 95% CI 0.79-1.25) and 2012(OR 0.99; 95% CI0.79-1.24). Patients who had received a longer duration of ART had a higher risk of anemia in 2014(OR1.74; 95% CI 1.15-2.64), but there was no difference in 2010 and 2012(P > 0.05). Patients receiving Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) therapy had a lower risk of anemia.CONCLUSION: The prevalence of anemia among patients with HIV infection receiving ART decreased between 2010 and 2014 in Henan Province but was still higher than the prevalence in the general population of China. 4The efficacy of fluoropyrimidine.based adjuvant chemotherapy on biliary tract cancer after R0 resection显示文摘Background: The optimal treatment strategy for biliary tract cancer(BTC) after curative?intent resection remains con?troversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of fluoropyrimidine?based adjuvant chemotherapy for BTC patients undergoing microscopically margin?negative(R0) resection.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of BTC patients who underwent curative?intent R0 resection. Patients were eligible if they received either fluoropyrimidine?based adjuvant chemotherapy or observation after R0 resection.Results: A total of 153 patients were included. In the entire patient cohort, no significant differences were observed in 5?year overall survival(OS) rates(48.4% vs. 39.6%, P = 0.439) or 3?year recurrence?free survival(RFS) rates(49.1% vs. 39.5%, P = 0.299) between patients who received fluoropyrimidine?based adjuvant chemotherapy or observation. 8Effect of rare-earth doping on adsorption of carbon atom on ferrum surface and in ferrum subsurface:A first-principles study显示文摘The adsorption of carbon atom on Fe surface and in Fe subsurface with and without rare earth(La and Ce)substitution in the surface layer and subsurface layer was studied by first-principles calculations.The carbon atom is predicted to adsorb at hollow and long bridge site on Fe(100)and Fe(110),respectively.However,the carbon atom shifts to occupy preferentially hollow site on both Fe(100)and Fe(110)with rare earth atom doping at surface layer.The lower adsorption energies involved with stronger adsorption abilities were obtained for carbon atoms on Fe surface with rare earth doping at surface layer,which was determined by the electronic structure of the surface atoms.The La atom was pulled out the surface after carbon adsorption due to strong interaction of La-C,which is consistent with the more charge transfer.In the subsurface region,the carbon atom prefers to occupy at octahedral site with rare earth doping at surface layer in Fe slab.These strong adsorption energies of the carbon atoms on Fe surface and in Fe subsurface with rare earth pose relevant insights into the interaction between carbon and rare earth,which helps to understanding the influence mechanism of rare earth in carburizing.Yang Yang Xiang Zhou Faqing Pan Zuju Ma Rongjian Sa Jun Zheng Qimin Wang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,9:1

13MANF brakes TLR4 signaling by competitively binding S100A8 with S100A9 to regulate macrophage phenotypes in hepatic fibrosis显示文摘The mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor(MANF)has been recently identified as a neurotrophic factor,but its role in hepatic fibrosis is unknown.Here,we found that MANF was upregulated in the fibrotic liver tissues of the patients with chronic liver diseases and of mice treated with CCl4.MANF deficiency in either hepatocytes or hepatic mono-macrophages,particularly in hepatic mono-macrophages,clearly exacerbated hepatic fibrosis.Myeloid-specific MANF knockout increased the population of hepatic Ly6C^(high)macrophages and promoted HSCs activation.Furthermore,MANF-sufficient macrophages(from WT mice)transfusion ameliorated CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in myeloid cells-specific MANF knockout(MKO)mice.Mechanistically,MANF interacted with S100A8 to competitively block S100A8/A9 heterodimer formation and inhibited S100A8/A9-mediated TLR4-NF-κB signal activation.Pharmacologically,systemic administration of recombinant human MANF significantly alleviated CCl_(4)-induced hepatic fibrosis in both WT and hepatocytes-specific MANF knockout(HKO)mice.This study reveals a mechanism by which MANF targets S100A8/A9-TLR4 as a“brake”on the upstream of NF-κB pathway,which exerts an impact on macrophage differentiation and shed light on hepatic fibrosis treatment.Chao Hou Dong Wang Mingxia Zhao Petek Ballar Xinru Zhang Qiong Mei Wei Wang Xiang Li Qiang Sheng Jun Liu Chuansheng Wei Yujun Shen Yi Yang Peng Wang Juntang Shao Sa Xu Fuyan Wang Yang Sun Yuxian Shen 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,10:0

15One hundred and ninety-two weeks treatment of entecavir maleate for Chinese chronic hepatitis B predominantly genotyped B or C显示文摘BACKGROUND Entecavir(ETV)is a potent and selective nucleotide analog with significant activity against hepatitis B virus(HBV).ETV maleate is a derivative compound of ETV and was reported to have an efficacy and safety profile that is comparable to ETV(Baraclude)when used in Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in phase III clinical trials(Clinical Trials.gov number,NCT-01926288)at weeks 48,96,and 144.AIM To investigate the antiviral potency and safety of ETV maleate at week 192 in Chinese CHB patients predominantly genotyped B or C.METHODS In this double-blind study,we randomly assigned patients to receive 0.5 mg/d ETV(Group A)or ETV maleate(Group B)(ratio,1:1),each with a placebo tablet for 48 wk.Then,all patients received open-label treatment with 0.5 mg/d ETV maleate starting at week 49.The primary efficacy endpoint was the reduction in HBV DNA levels from baseline.Secondary endpoints included the proportion of patients with undetectable HBV DNA(<20 IU/m L),serologic response,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)normalization and development of resistance mutations.RESULTS Two hundred eighteen patients who were hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)positive and 57 who were HBe Ag negative were analyzed and predominantly presented with genotype B(49.82%)or C(48.73%).For the HBe Ag-positive CHB patients,the mean HBV DNA level decrease(6.61 Log10 IU/m L vs 6.69 Log10 IU/m L,P>0.05),viral suppression with HBV DNA<20 IU/m L(83.33%vs 79.17%,P>0.05)and HBe Ag seroconversion(28.77%vs 20.00%,P>0.05)occurred similarly between Groups A and B at week 192.However,there was a significant difference in the proportion of patients with normal ALT levels(91.14%vs 78.38%,P<0.05).For the HBe Ag-negative CHB patients,no significant difference was found between Groups A and B at week 192 in terms of reductions in HBV DNA levels from baseline(6.05 Log10 IU/m L vs 6.03 Log10 IU/m L,P>0.05),percentages of patients who achieved undetectable HBV DNA(100%vs 100%,P>0.05)and rates of ALT normalization(95.65%vs 100.00%,P>0.05).Safety and adverse event profiles were similar between Groups A and B.Two HBe Ag-positive patients in Group A and 5 in Group B developed genotypic resistance to ETV.CONCLUSION Long-term ETV maleate treatment for up to 192 wk is effective and safe in Chinese CHB patients predominantly genotyped as B or C.Jing-Hang Xu Sa Wang Da-Zhi Zhang Yan-Yan Yu Chong-Wen Si Zheng Zeng Zhong-Nan Xu Jun Li Qing Mao Hong Tang Ji-Fang Sheng Xin-Yue Chen Qin Ning Guang-Feng Shi Qing Xie Xi-Quan Zhang Jun Dai 2022World Journal of Clinical Cases2022,10,28:0
