| 1 | A novel colloidal gold immunochromatography assay strip for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica in domestic animals显示文摘Background:Schistosomiasis remains a major public health concern in China and an epidemiological survey has revealed that schistosome-infected bovines and goats are the main transmission sources for the disease.Therefore,development of a sensitive technique for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis in domestic animals is necessary.Method:A novel colloidal gold immunochromatography assay(GICA)strip was developed for detecting Schistosoma japonicum in domestic animals.The colloidal gold was conjugated with recombinant streptococcal protein G(rSPG).As the test and control lines,the schistosome soluble egg antigen and rSPG,respectively,were blotted on nitrocellulose membrane.Results:The lowest detectable serum dilution was 1∶640 for schistosome-infected buffaloes.The cross-reaction rate of GICA was 14.29%with Paramphistomum sp.in buffaloes,16.67%with Haemonchus sp.in goats,and 33.33%with Orientobilharzia sp.in goats.These results were slightly lower and similar to those obtained through ELISA.Moreover,the strips for detecting S.japonicum in mice,rabbits,buffaloes,and goats showed high sensitivity(100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%,respectively)and specificity(100.00%,100.00%,94.23%,and 88.64%,respectively).And the sensitivity or specificity of the GICA strips did not present any significant differences after storage for 12 months at room temperature.When compared with ELISA,the GICA strips exhibited similar sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis in mice,rabbits,buffaloes,and goats.Besides,only 5μl of serum are required for the test and the detection can be completed within 5 min.Conclusion:This study is the first to develop a GICA strip using gold-rSPG conjugate for the diagnosing of schistosomiasis in domestic animals,and preliminary results showed that the developed strip may be suitable for large-scale screening of schistosomiasis in endemic areas. | Rui Xu Jintao Feng Yang Hong Chao Lv Dengyun Zhao Jiaojiao Lin Ke Lu Hao Li Jinming Liu Xiaodan Cao Tao Wang Jinli Zai Zhaozhe Wang Bingguang Jia Qian Han Chuangang Zhu | 2017 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1: | 12 |

| 3 | JNK3 involvement in nerve cell apoptosis and neurofunctional recovery after traumatic brain injury显示文摘Increasing evidence has revealed that the activation of the JNK pathway participates in apoptosis of nerve cells and neurological function recovery after traumatic brain injury. However, which genes in the JNK family are activated and their role in traumatic brain injury remain unclear. Therefore, in this study, in situ end labeling, reverse transcription-PCR and neurological function assessment were adopted to investigate the alteration of JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3 gene expression in cerebral injured rats, and their role in cell apoptosis and neurological function restoration. Results showed that JNK3 expression significantly decreased at 1 and 6 hours and 1 and 7 days post injury, but that JNK1 and JNK2 expression remained unchanged. In addition, the number of apoptotic nerve cells surrounding the injured cerebral cortex gradually reduced over time post injury. The Neurological Severity Scores gradually decreased over 1, 3, 5, 14 and 28 days post injury. These findings suggested that JNK3 expression was downregulated at early stages of brain injury, which may be associated with apoptosis of nerve cells. | 4 | Precise time frequency synchronization technology for bistatic radar显示文摘A complete method of synchronization technology of bistatic radar using global position system (GPS) is presented. The pulse per second signal (1PPS) is elaborately modified to increase the time synchronization precision and keep loop locking. A very high time synchronization precision is achieved. Using the modified 1PPS to discipline the local OCXO, the reference frequency signal achieves both high long term stability (LTS) and short term stability (STS) properties. An algorithm, named phase abrupt change CFAR is presented to restrain the 1PPS phase abrupt change and keep loop locking. The experimental results indicate that this time and frequency synchronization method is effective and the time synchronization precision of the synchronization system can be improved from ±100 ns to ±25 ns. | 5 | Quantitative behavior of vibrational excitation in AC plasma assisted dry reforming of methane显示文摘Quantitative behavior of non-equilibrium excitation by direct electron impact in low-temperature dry reforming of methane was investigated by integrated studies of experimental validation and kinetic modeling.A plasma chemistry kinetic mechanism incorporating the reactions involving vibrational excitation of CH4,CO2,H2 and CO molecules as well as the low temperature He/CH4/CO2 conversion pathways was developed and validated.The calculation results showed that at lower E/N values(<150 Td)large population of energized electrons generated in a He/CH4/CO2 discharge resulted in an intensification of vibrational excitation.Despite the large generation of vibration,the vibrationally excited molecules in a 0.5/0.25/0.25 of He/CH4/CO2 discharge mixture were easy to relax,due to the strong coupling of the vibration of different molecules in a gas mixture.The results showed that the moderate levels of the vibrational excitation,such as CO2(v10,11,...,18)and CO(v9,10),presented most efficient in the stimulation of species generation including CO,CH2 O,CH3 OH,C2 H4 and C2 H6.Specifically,under conditions of E/N of 108 Td,14.9%of CO formation was estimated from the recombination of CO2(v)with CH3 and H,CO2(v)+CH3→CH3 O+CO,CO2(v)+H→CO+OH.Also,4.8%of C2 H4 formation was from the recombination reaction CH4(v)+CH→C2 H4+H.These results highlight the strong roles of vibrational states in a complex plasma chemistry system. | Jintao Sun Qi Chen Yuanwei Guo Zili Zhou Yang Song | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7: | 3 |
| 6 | Effect of heat treatment on the microstructure of a Ni–Fe based superalloy for advanced ultra-supercritical power plant applications显示文摘The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and microhardness of a Ni–Fe based superalloy for700 °C advanced ultra-supercritical coalfi red power plants was investigated. Results showed that the main phases in the alloy were γ, γ′, MC and M_23C_6, and no harmful phase was observed in the alloy.M_23C_6-type carbides discretely distributed nearby grain boundaries as the alloy was aged at above840 °C. The microhardness decreased with increasing aging temperature. The coarsening of γ′ led to the increment of microhardness at 780 °C and 810 °C for a short aging time, and a signi fi cant decrease in microhardness after aging at 840 °C. The aging temperature had more signi fi cant role on the microstructure than holding time. | 15 | Joint Effects and Spatiotemporal Characteristics of the Driving Factors of Landslides in Earthquake Areas显示文摘Understanding the joint effects of earthquakes and driving factors on the spatial distribution of landslides is helpful for targeted disaster prevention and mitigation in earthquake-prone areas.By far,little work has been done on this issue.This study analyzed the co-seismic landslide of the Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and 2014.The joint effects and spatiotemporal characteristics of the driving factors in seismic regions were revealed.Results show that(a)between 2008 and 2014,the dominant driving-factor for landslides has changed from earthquake to rock mass;(b)driving factors with weak driving force have a significant enhancement under the joint effects of other factors;(c)the joint effects of driving factors and earthquake decays with time.The study concluded that the strong vibration of the Wenchuan earthquake and the rock mass strength are the biggest contributors to the spatial distribution of landslides in 2008 and 2014,respectively.It means that the driving force of the earthquake is weaker than that of the rock mass after six years of the Wenchuan earthquake.Moreover,the landslide spatial distribution can be attributed to the joint effects of the Wenchuan earthquake and driving factors,and the earthquake has an enhanced effect on other factors. | Jintao Yang Chong Xu Xu Jin | 2023 | Journal of Earth Science2023,34,2: | 1 |

| 18 | A New DOPO-Eugenol Adduct as an Effective Flame Retardant for Epoxy Thermosets with Improved Mechanical Properties显示文摘The development of efficient green flame retardants is an important way to realize more sustainable epoxy thermosets and downstream materials.In this work,a monoepoxide is synthesized through O-glycidylation of eugenol,and then reacted with DOPO(9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphophenanthrene-10-oxide)to obtain a new bio-based flame retardant,DOPO-GE.DOPO-GE is blended with a bisphenol A epoxy prepolymer exhibiting good compatibility and DDS(4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone)is used as the curing agent to afford epoxy thermosets.Although DOPO-GE leads to the reduced glass transition temperature of the thermosets,the storage modulus increases considerably.The DOPO-GE-modified thermosets exhibit the high thermal stability with the onset thermal decomposition temperature in nitrogen and air exceeding 300℃.When the phosphorus content in the thermoset is 1.0%,the residual yield of the thermosets at 750℃ in nitrogen increases from 13.9%to 30.6%,due to the increased charring ability.More interestingly,when the phosphorus content is only 0.5%,the limiting oxygen index is as high as 30.3%with UL94 V0 achieved.Cone calorimeter results reveals the significantly decreased heat release rate,total heat release,mass loss and total smoke production.Furthermore,DOPO-GE can notably improve the flexural strength,flexural modulus and fracture toughness,whereas the shear and impact strength are reduced to varied extents.In short,DOPO-GE can be obtained via a facile way,and shows the good flame-retardant effect on the epoxy thermosets with an application potential. | Daqin Zhang Chufeng Yang Huayang Ran Juanli Wang Jintao Wan Yuhu Li Pujun Jin Daodao Hu | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,7: | 1 |

| 20 | Untangling the increasing elevation of cropland in China from 1980 to 2020显示文摘The redistribution of cropland to areas of higher elevation in China has long affected agricultural development and could seriously threaten national food security.However,there is currently little research reported on this phenomenon,which may limit the improvement of cropland protection policies.To fill this gap,we analyzed the spatiotemporal characteristics and driving mechanisms of increased cropland elevation in China during the period 1980-2020.The average cropland elevation in China increased by 17.38 m from 1980 to 2020.The gravity center of the cropland area and average cropland elevation in China moved to the northwest by 81.00 km and 51.47 km,respectively.The amount of newly added cropland in eastern China was less than that in occupied regions;however,the average elevation of newly added cropland was greater than that of occupied cropland,though the opposite phenomenon was observed in western China.Slope,temperature,land-use intensity,population,economic density,and distance to main roads were the main factors affecting the redistribution of cropland to areas of higher elevation.The effects of these major driving factors exhibited significant spatial and temporal variations in China.This study has important implications for improving existing cropland protection policies and developing more effective cropland management systems in China. | Wanxu Chen Liyan Yang Jie Zeng Jintao Yuan Tianci Gu Zhiling Liu | 2023 | Geography and Sustainability2023,4,4: | 1 |
